This is a great way to see the sights and everything going on below you in the water from the BEST perspective. Our water bikes are human-powered and is the best eco-friendly way to get around the area to see everything Golfito waters has to offer. The water bikes easily hold up to 300 pounds and have adjustable seats for all different heights of riders.

The jump includes a scenic flight where the different beaches, islands, rivers and mountains of the Central Pacific are appreciated, instruction, the use of all the equipment, the payment to the packer of the main parachute in addition to the instructor to fly from 9.000 feet of height with an approximate duration of 30 seconds of free fall. Then there are approximately 8 minutes under the parachute.The jumps take place in Quepos, Manuel Antonio.
Transportation is the responsibility of those interested in jumping.
If the interested person does not attend the day of the jump he/she will lose the reservation. If the jump cannot be done because of bad weather conditions or new restrictions by the Government due to the pandemic we will reschedule without any additional cost or we will do a refund if no other date suits you.
Restrictions: Max weight is 95 kgs/209 pounds. People over 90 kgs/198pounds will be charged a $20 extra fee. Only 18+ years old allowed.

The tour starts at the Costa Canyoning Base Camp where you’re introduced to your guides and the equipment you’ll be using (safety harness, descending gear and helmet). From Base Camp it’s a 15 min. 4×4 drive through the Bamboo forest and up the ridgeline to the top of the canyon. There you will receive thorough safety instructions before starting your adventure.
The waterfall tour starts at 9am, we will be meeting at the office located in Dominical town, we will sign some waivers and give a brief explanation of the tour.
You will need 4WD transportation to arrive at the starting point, please let me know if you need this service to coordinate as well.
Once you arrive at the starting point the ATV tour starts driving approximately for 1 hour until we reach the waterfall entrance, from there it is a very easy 15 minutes hike to the waterfall.
When you decide it is time to come back you will take the hike and will drive back the ATV’s where a typical Costarican lunch will be waiting for you all upon arrival at the meeting point.

There are different ways to fish around the Island, trolling and casting, also jigging from 100 to 200 feet.
Fish with live bait is possible, although sometimes the live bait is not easy to find but not impossible …
The peak months for Wahoo and Yellowfin tuna around the island is from June to November; for Mahi Mahi the best time normally is from September to November. Course there is the chance to catch any kind of fish anytime.
Do not forget to bring sunglasses, a hat, comfortable clothes, sun block and a raincoat for the months of May to November.
We recommend you to bring a dry bag to store your cell phone, cameras and other things that can be damaged by water. And if you plan to keep some fish, do not forget to bring a cooler and plastic bags to pack the fish fille that you are going to take with you.

The Ecolodge is surrounded by Baru National Wildlife Refuge which conserves 330 hectares (815 acres) of tropical rainforest, mangrove, wetlands, river bank, and beach front. This wide variety of ecosystems means a high level of biodiversity, and that is why Bird Watchers have sighted over 365 species on the refuge. The six cottages and six pool view room are very nice and comfortable.
