I enjoyed my stay at Villa Peace. The manager team were amazing.

We were close to the beach, 50 meters, and the jungle sounds were wonderful. The house was well stocked and clean. The photos give a much brighter impression as the place was dark and a little drab. The stairs are high and steep so that should be noted for anyone that has problems with steps. That being said we were happy to be upstairs. The pool was clean and warm and the pool guy came while we were there. There were two washers and dryers so we were able to do laundry but one washer did not work. We reported that to the management company. Although we don’t watch a lot of tv on vacation, we do like to watch a little bit prior to bed but the speaker in the tv was shot. We told the management company. Overall our stay was nice and the proximity to the beach for sunset was great. The trails along the beach were very walkable too.

Well let me say first that This is an amazing , safe , gated and great property location in Dominical. It is close to many activities such as wild life sanctuary , waterfalls , beach and tours ( all within in 30 min) , but also the perfect spot to see the ocean and mountains and be totally isolated and private from everyone . The view is amazing and Josue was the one that greeted us and helped us, with a welcoming smile , and even went above and beyond to accommodate us in any way he could and quickly ! He took us to the supermarket and he even helped guide us when we got lost heading to the villa at night picking up friends . He also even helped us get in contact with our car rental because I had no service . The house is packed with everything you need , washer drier , utensils , towels . I would highly recommend and can not wait to return . The drive up to the property is a bit of a hike but Totally worth the adventurous and scenic view. 10/10 stars !

I’ll said this is an amazing place to stay. You can relax and be in touch with the nature.

This contemporary home checks all the boxes needed for a luxurious Costa Rican vacation. Home is so well thought out with views from every single room; even the commode rooms have views! Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Costa Verde Estates is an exclusive gated community, and 4 wheel drive is required. Trip up and down the mountain takes about 20 minutes. House is perfectly situated to do it all. However, you must spend some time just enjoying the house and property. Lots of wildlife: Howler monkeys, Toucans, Parrots, and a Coati who sneaks around the property looking for stuff for his stash 🙂 Highly recommend this house in our favorite country, Costa Rica! Pura Vida!

We cooked many meals here, after grocery shopping at BM in Uvita. We also ate at our favorite fish taco place, El Pescado Loco, in Dominical. Ordered great NY style thin crust pizza at Pizza Time in Uvita.
We went on Corcovado tour with Bahia Aventuras, who would use EVERY time we come to the area. Amazing outfit. Also, hiked to Nuayaca Falls, and swam at our favorite beach, Playa Ventanas.
House is perfectly situated to do it all. However, you must spend some time just enjoying the house and property. Lots of wildlife: Howler monkeys, Toucans, Parrots, and a Coati who sneaks around the property looking for stuff for his stash 🙂

Costa Rica was one of our families best vacations ever, for the following reasons. 1. Location: The house and patio is literally in the jungle amongst the trees. If you want the true CR experience of waking up to Howler Monkeys 50 yards from your patio and spider monkeys 5 feet away in the trees this is the place. The patio and pool are as advertised and definitely the highlight.

2. You 100% need an 4×4 vehicle to get to the house (and to drive in CR). Your first drive up and down from the house gets some getting used to especially the first night. After that though, the drive up and down to the house is easy and without stress.

3. I also have to say that house management company and staff at OSA Management were excellent. We had some flight / travel issues that were not the fault of the property and they were extremely helpful and friendly assisting us.

4. The house itself is nice. I give it a 4 out of 5 only because it is a bit dark and the layout is a bit weird. The house isn’t what I would call run down, but it is a bit worn. Lighting in the evening is a dim at best and the kitchen utensils, flatware, plates etc., definitely show the wear and tear of being a vacation rental. None of these items impacted our stay or joy, but I do think the owners should invest a few hundred bucks for updating / replenishing plates, glasses, kitchen knives etc.

Bottom line, none if this is major we would definitely stay at this property again.
