Casa Cristal is a beautiful, three-bedroom, home wonderfully located in Uvita, with sweeping southern views overlooking the southern pacific coast, an outdoor covered yoga zone, outdoor bar and a huge upstairs Owner’s Suite.

Upstairs is the Owner’s Suite. That’s correct – the entire upstairs consists only of the suite. This spacious area has a king size bed, air conditioning, a sitting area to relax and read a book, bath tub, walk-in shower, duel sinks, huge closet and a large private covered deck to enjoy the views of the ocean, coastline and swimming pool.

Downstairs consists of two bedrooms with a full-bathroom in-between them. The pool side bedroom has a queen size bed, large sliding glass doors to the deck and the private swimming pool. The other bedroom on the main floor has a queen size bed with a trundle the slides out for guests who want an extra bed (the home sleeps up to 7).

All three bedrooms have air conditioning.

The kitchen is modern and has everything guests will be accustomed to having at their home. Microwave, coffee maker, gas stove, blender, etc.

The kitchen easily flows into the common area/living room (which has a comfortable couch, chair and SmartTV) and outside to the covered patio and swimming pool area. Guests love the flow that Casa Cristal offers.

There are numerous windows throughout the home and feel free to open them up (turn off the AC first please) to enjoy the natural breezes and to better hear the howler monkeys, toucans and scarlet macaws that call this part of Costa Rica home.

One of the biggest advantages of Casa Cristal versus other homes in the area is its wonderful location and no 4×4 vehicle required. Guests who have visited this area of Costa Rica have grown accustomed to bad roads and long-drives into the mountains to arrive at beautiful homes. However, Casa Cristal is less than 2 minutes from the Costanera Highway (Hwy 34) and guests can be at the coffee shop or at a restaurant in a matter of 5-7 minutes.

This is a perfect home for those with active trip itineraries.
