Casa Linda Vista is part of an exclusive luxury development that only has a total of six (6) units.

Guests love watching the sunset views from the private balcony and patios throughout the villa.

Each one of the three bedrooms has air conditioning, ceiling fans and plenty of natural light.

The Owner's Suite has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
Bedroom #2 has an en-suite, private bathroom, queen bed and walk-in closet.
Bedroom #3 has a queen-sized bed.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything most guests need to prepare their own meals - or have Osa Property Management line up a private chef and leave the preparation and cooking to the local experts!

There are two areas/living rooms in the villa providing enough space for everyone to enjoy some privacy. Simultaneously, the large rooms provide plenty of space for everyone (up to 6 people) to enjoy each others' company in the same area.

Other highlights include the convenient proximity to Uvita (5 minutes), to the beaches (10 minutes), to the National Parks (including the world famous 'Whales Tail' at Ballena National Park) and to the launching points for the best tours in the area (horseback riding, ATVs, jungle hikes, zip lines, butterfly gardens).

The swimming pool is shared.
No pets are allowed.

Important: Our properties are protected by a digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by a representative to verify the reservation. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in. Quiet time is from 10 pm - 8 am and guests are expected to respect the rules of the condominium.

Guests are a short and easy 5 minute drive to Uvita.

Uvita is one of the Central Pacific's best kept secrets. The beaches are beautiful, the hills are lush, wildlife is abundant and its the perfect place to surf, horseback ride or just relax. There are great restaurants, coffee shops, banks in Uvita.

If you are looking for a beautiful beach destination that is far less developed than Manuel Antonio, Uvita is a fantastic alternative. The highlight is Marino Ballena National Park, featuring the famous sandy "Whale Tail" where migrating humpback whales can be seen just offshore. You can whale watch, dolphin watch or snorkel.

Uvita also makes a great base for exploring Dominical (12 miles North) which is a fun, funky hippie and counterculturist enclave with great shops, dining, live music, candlelight yoga, spas, bars and beach. The tiny town of Ojochal is 9 miles to the South and is known as one of the best foodie town in Costa Rica. Ojochal also offers easy access to Playa Ventanas, a small and beautiful beach famous for its sea caves.
For those who enjoy golfing, the southern pacific’s only golf course, Osa Golf Course, is an easy [XX] minute drive [north/south].

Guests will meet with Osa Property Management representative at our Uvita office, which is less than 5 minutes away from the property. We will then escort guests up to the property.

The property is gated and guests will be given a remote control to open the gate.

The property is part of a 6-unit, gated, condominium development. The swimming pool and large pool patio is shared.

The home itself has multiple private decks and patios to enjoy the sunset from.

The property is easily accessible by any kind of vehicle. Uvita does not have UBER and private taxis are not always available. Please contact Osa Property Management if you would like to secure private transportation during your time at this wonderful property, and/or transportation to/from San Jose International Airport (or any other airport).
