This jewel in the heart of the southern Pacific region of Costa Rica has been meticulously crafted to offer a seamless blend of comfort and wild beauty, creating a sanctuary where the spirit of “Pura Vida” is felt in every corner.
Guests love the wildlife, A/C in bedrooms, safety, newly installed privacy gate while nestled in the jungle of Ojochal.

Although you had to drive for all amenities, the home was very good value. Air conditioned only in bedrooms, but with the pool only steps away it was not too much of an issue
Stunning home and amazing experience
We stayed at this house for a full month the beginning of 2026. The house itself is even better than the pictures. Full wow factor when we arrived. Beautiful grounds, amazing house, clean and very well equipped for everything we needed.
Kitchen – had everything we needed and then some to prepare great dinners. I love to cook and this place is fully equipped to make great meals and enjoy inside or outside. BBQ was spotless and ready to go if outside grilling is your thing. We bought freshly caught fish just down the street and made some great dinners!
Laundry – Fully equipped laundry room with additional cleaning supplies if you need anything
Bedrooms – beds were so comfortable! And yes I am picky. Gorgeous big windows that overlook the jungle in the back. Great linens and towels. Best sleeps ever.
Outside – so many ways to enjoy the nature that surrounds the house. Sit by the pool and enjoy the day in shade or sun. We had our morning coffee every day on the platform overlooking the little river and waterfall. Monkeys went through most mornings and evenings. Many birds and butterflies! So much wild life.
The Property management Team – couldn’t have been more helpful. Fast response to any question or challenges we had. They helped us coordinate car rentals, airport transportation, cleaning during the month, fixed the ice maker, grocery delivery before our arrival – and yes dealt with a scorpion issue. Check your shoes before putting them on! You are in Costa Rica.
Mobility – my 85 year old dad was part of our crew. This house is all one level. Was perfect for someone with some mobility challenges. Easy step out to the back pool and patio and platform area. The sunken living room does have steps down but we didn’t really use it – we were outside or in the kitchen area most of the time.
Amazing restaurants in the area. You are about a 3 minute drive from a great beach.

Wonderful house and location. Bring binoculars, wake-up early, and bird watch pool side. We saw Macaws, Parrots, Toucans, Hummingbirds and many more. Howler monkeys are constantly reminding you that they are near. Lounge in the pool on the grounds or take a very short hike and lounge in the pool at the bottom of the cascade. The house layout is perfect for family or friends. The restaurants in the small village a few minutes away are all really good, and you’re close to several great beaches (Ventanas at low tide was our favorite). Easy to find and management was very responsive.

What an amazing home and experience. From the moment the gate opens one is blown away by the architectural beauty that fits into paradise so easily. Unbelievably tranquil and a paradise all to our own. The Howler monkeys, Scarlett McCaws, Toucans, flowers in bloom, a water fall, swinging chairs, the pool just WOW. We must mention the attentive assistance from our concierge Maria Z who helped us in all our adventures such as, Zipline, Whitewater rafting, Snorkeling and ATV exploring, Thank you for helping us have a fantastic and memorable vacation. The peace, beauty and quiet of this space is already calling us back.

The house was lovely and extremely comfortable for the four of us. The primary bedroom and bathroom are at one end of the house and the two bedrooms with shared bath are at the other end allowing for a maximum of privacy. The grounds and pool were wonderful. The pool was kept clean our entire stay. The grounds are lush and private. Management was extremely responsive. It was a pleasure to stay here. We hope to visit this property again!

The house in Ojochal was amazing and our experience with Osa Property was great. It was the nicest rental home we have ever stayed at over several vacations in Costa Rica.  I cannot say enough about the ideal layout of the house, and the beautiful backyard overlooking the creek and waterfall. Our stay was extremely relaxing and enjoyable! Also, Playa Piñuela is the place to go if you want a beautiful quiet beach.

Absolutely stunning home with elegant and luxurious design. You will love the sunrise on the patio and a dip in the pool in the afternoon. All the decor and furnishings in the house are carefully thought out. Osa property management helped us with several things throughout our stay. Restaurants are right down the road and you will not find a more gorgeous property to enjoy. private and spacious. Absolutely love the sunken den and gorgeous shower. The pool is beautiful. You can walk down to the river to view the private waterfall. Yoga deck overlooks the waterfall.
Everything in the house is organized, labelled & professional! We highly recommend Osa Property Management. sliding glass doors are an elegant touch to this luxurious home!!
