Me and my boyfriend’s time in costa rica was incredible. Our stay in the villa was great, the host was very responsive answering within the 10 minutes. The check in and our process was straight forward and very detail oriented. We had so many birds visit us, I loved watching them through the window and at night we had our friendly frog. Overall it felt like home, so comfortable, I would stay here again!!

The only downside was that communication outside working hours wasn’t possible, which we did find inconvenient. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and had a very positive experience.

En general bien el estado del hospedaje, tuvimos detalles, consideren que no hay agua caliente en ningún momento, los camastros nos tocaron dañados, y el césped crecido, en general todo bien.

En cuanto al agua caliente, queremos aclarar que sí contamos con agua caliente en la propiedad; en este caso se trataba simplemente de un breaker que necesitaba reiniciarse y ya está funcionando correctamente. De haberlo sabido durante su estadía, con gusto habríamos enviado a alguien de inmediato para revisarlo. También aprovechamos para comentar que las reposeras ya fueron reemplazadas por nuevas. Agradecemos mucho sus observaciones, ya que nos ayudan a seguir mejorando para nuestros futuros huéspedes.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war modern und sauber, die Außenanlage ebenfalls. Die Unterkunft macht vor allen Dingen dann viel Spaß wenn man ein Auto hat, da die bekannten Ausflugsziele ein paar Kilometer weiter entfernt sind.
Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten eine gute Zeit.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. La propreté était au rendez-vous, l’endroit est calme et reposant malgré la présence d’un aérodrome à proximité, et la taille de la piscine est tout à fait suffisante pour en profiter pleinement. Le lit ainsi que les oreillers sont confortables, ce qui permet de bien se reposer. L’hôte a également été disponible et réactif tout au long du séjour.
Petit point d’amélioration : il serait appréciable de mettre à disposition une lampe rechargeable en cas de coupure de courant dans la zone.
Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation.

We were extremely happy with our stay and we will stay here again if we are in the area. We loved having the pool to ourselves and the place was so bright, sunny, and clean. The only thing that could be improved on was the little couch in the main area. It was difficult to sit on and it is not very comfortable. We loved sitting on the patio and relaxing in the mornings and evenings though.

The host was very responsive and the house was exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean and looked to be a well maintained property. The house is gated which made it feel very private. The host was kind enough to let us check in early as well. It is located about 20-30 mins away from Manuel Antonio and Quepos which was perfect for us as it is locate outside the very busy tourist area. I highly recommend this property. We had a great stay at a very affordable price. Thank you again!

Felt private and safe. Super cute and very clean. Had everything to make our own meals. All we had to do was buy food. They had oil, salt, sugar, etc. The pool was so nice after long hot days. Would stay here again 💯.

We had a great stay in Quepos. Property was exactly as described. Very clean and easy to find. We spent most of the time at the beach so appreciated the outdoor shower to help get the sand off. The host put us in touch with a tour company that was able to provide many recommendations and help us get surfing lessons booked for the kids. Thank you for having us!

The place was super clean and exactly as in the pictures if not better. First time I've seen a home pool that was as clean too. The location also is really safe, and about 15mins or so away from pretty much everything you need to do there, from food to beaches to anything else you wanna explore. 10/10 would recommend anyone that's traveling to Manuel Antonio or anything closer.

My siblings and I had an amazing experience here at the Villa. It was very peaceful and the property itself was beautiful. We even had some delicious fruits included when we checked in which I felt was a really nice touch. The host was very responsive and shoutout to Gary the concierge. He helped me out for a couple of weeks planning my stay and he was extremely helpful.

A tranquilo reprieve from the madness of Quepos and Manuel Antonio. Private plunge pool was lovely. Grocery stores nearby. Good location to head out to Nauyaca Falls and drive into Manuel Antonio without having to deal with the mayhem of those areas every day.

The interior of the house is truly beautiful, chic, elegant, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Inside, the property meets expectations and offers a pleasant atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the exterior did not reflect the same standard . The swimming pool was not properly cleaned, the outdoor terrace was dusty, in fact, I had to personally clean the outdoor terrace before use.
Overall, the interior has good potential, but outdoor cleanliness, outdoor furniture condition, and outdoor maintenance need improvement to meet the quality expected for this type of property. This might affect the overall experience, especially since the outdoor space is an important feature of the property.
We also requested to leave our luggage around noon, but this was not allowed, and only a paid early check-in was offered. While policies are understandable, a bit more flexibility and courtesy would have been appreciated.

The house had everything we needed for our stay. Located just outside of Quepos in a quiet neighborhood, a car is recommended. Special mention to Gary who really helped us with the tours and transportation. We recommend this place.

Definitely enjoyed our stay at Osa Property. Our kids enjoyed to pool, it was a great place for a family. Definitely a private oasis! They had an outdoor shower and bathroom, made it convenient for the kids to go to the bathroom without needing to go inside the house. Eine äusserst empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Schön gepflegter Pool, gut ausgestattet, ruhige Umgebung. Aktivitäten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Die Gastgeber sind ebenfalls hervorragend: wir erhielten hilfreiche Tipps, waren ständig erreichbar und es hat alles bestens geklappt!
