I would call this the Mary Poppins house, Practically Perfect in Every Way! Unbelievably private, great plunge pool, extremely relaxing. The location is close to whatever you may want to explore. Monkey tour is a favorite. Check out Club Banana on the weekends for karaoke and the marina has quality restaurants and enjoyable atmosphere.

Me and my boyfriend’s time in costa rica was incredible. Our stay in the villa was great, the host was very responsive answering within the 10 minutes. The check in and our process was straight forward and very detail oriented. We had so many birds visit us, I loved watching them through the window and at night we had our friendly frog. Overall it felt like home, so comfortable, I would stay here again!!

My family and I had a lovely stay. The home was very peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming, and we felt right at home. Communication was friendly and pleasant. The only downside was that communication outside working hours wasn’t possible, which we did find inconvenient. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and had a very positive experience.
Response:

We were extremely happy with our stay and we will stay here again if we are in the area. We loved having the pool to ourselves and the place was so bright, sunny, and clean. The only thing that could be improved on was the little couch in the main area. It was difficult to sit on and it is not very comfortable. We loved sitting on the patio and relaxing in the mornings and evenings though.

The host was very responsive and the house was exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean and looked to be a well maintained property. The house is gated which made it feel very private. The host was kind enough to let us check in early as well. It is located about 20-30 mins away from Manuel Antonio and Quepos which was perfect for us as it is locate outside the very busy tourist area. I highly recommend this property. We had a great stay at a very affordable price. Thank you again!

We had a great stay in Quepos. Property was exactly as described. Very clean and easy to find. We spent most of the time at the beach so appreciated the outdoor shower to help get the sand off. The host put us in touch with a tour company that was able to provide many recommendations and help us get surfing lessons booked for the kids. Thank you for having us!
Response:

The place was super clean and exactly as in the pictures if not better. First time I've seen a home pool that was as clean too. The location also is really safe, and about 15mins or so away from pretty much everything you need to do there, from food to beaches to anything else you wanna explore. 10/10 would recommend anyone that's traveling to Manuel Antonio or anything closer.

My siblings and I had an amazing experience here at the Villa. It was very peaceful and the property itself was beautiful. We even had some delicious fruits included when we checked in which I felt was a really nice touch. The host was very responsive and shoutout to Gary the concierge. He helped me out for a couple of weeks planning my stay and he was extremely helpful.

A tranquilo reprieve from the madness of Quepos and Manuel Antonio. Private plunge pool was lovely. Grocery stores nearby. Good location to head out to Nauyaca Falls and drive into Manuel Antonio without having to deal with the mayhem of those areas every day.

We had a wonderful time staying in this home. It’s spacious and cozy, and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We would happily stay here again!

The interior of the house is truly beautiful, chic, elegant, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Inside, the property meets expectations and offers a pleasant atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the exterior did not reflect the same standard . The swimming pool was not properly cleaned, the outdoor terrace was dusty, in fact, I had to personally clean the outdoor terrace before use.
Overall, the interior has good potential, but outdoor cleanliness, outdoor furniture condition, and outdoor maintenance need improvement to meet the quality expected for this type of property. This might affect the overall experience, especially since the outdoor space is an important feature of the property.
We also requested to leave our luggage around noon, but this was not allowed, and only a paid early check-in was offered. While policies are understandable, a bit more flexibility and courtesy would have been appreciated.

The house had everything we needed for our stay. Located just outside of Quepos in a quiet neighborhood, a car is recommended. Special mention to Gary who really helped us with the tours and transportation. We recommend this place.

This was a perfect spot situated right off main route near Quepos and Manuel Antonio. Mirrored set up of rooms on either side of common area offered roomy beds, AC, storage closets and shower bathrooms. Plenty of space for 4 people. The patio area was an inviting spot to sit with coffee in the morning and enjoy the quiet. The pool was a perfect little extra for taking a dip after a day at the beach. Property staff was very helpful with insight on food options, attractions, and setting up excursions. Highly recommend this stay if you plan on visiting Manuel Antonio or if you have a car it is only a short drive down to Playa Uvita and Playa Hermosa. Pura Vida!

A nice house with all you need. We enjoyed the pool, bbq and the comfortable bed.
To the beach it is approx. 15 minutes and to Manuel Antonio 30 minutes.
I didn't like that we had to pay an extra deposit of 500 USD with a nonrefundable amount of 10 USD or pay for an insurance. This service is normally included in AirBnB.

I stayed with my family. Private house in a quiet place. Very safe with security fence and gate. It is a 15 min drive to quepos and 25 min to Biesanz and Manuel Antonio beach. Have washer; Dryer, A/C. and all the amenities listed. Stove is small and have two burners only so cooking for a family will take time. House is very comfortable, with a lot of nice touches and details. Inside everything was clean and spotless. However i found the pool with a lot of tree leaves. There was a skimmer net outside that i used to clean the pool a little. In the guidebook you will get, it indicates pool cleaning is only tuesday and friday In overall we enjoyed our stay and i won’t hesitate to book again. I have been in quepos many times and i always try to book and stay in the area where the house is located because is quiet and good for relaxing. Quepos and manuel antonio is full of tourist and is a very noisy area. Host is very friendly and with good communication. Highly recommended place

Hola Daniela! We are sorry you did not have a 5-star review due to the entire region losing power several times due to the heavy rains/thunderstorms that were taking place during your stay, which as you know as a Costa Rican, was during the rainy season of October. However, that is beyond our control and is not a common occurrence. We wish you well.

This was a great stay! I would definitely book again! The home felt welcoming, everything was clean. We appreciated the QR code of places to try and we did! The restaurants did not disappoint. The pool was small but it was enough for us to enjoy. They had fin games, great coffee! It’s the simple details that matters the most! Thanks again!

Beautiful place. Enjoyed staying here. Felt like home. Would definitely return. Very short drive to Quepos and Manuel Antonio.

The house is beautiful and has everything needed for a comfortable stay, cooking, and most importantly: it's in a very strategic location, close to Manuel Antonio National Park, yet away from the city's noise. The pool was very clean, and there was even a gas grill. I can truly recommend this house 100%.

Weiter so 👍

We are surprised in the 4-star review since every category you wrote a 5 star rating.
It was clear you didn’t read the instructions we sent to you several times as you repeatedly asked for instructions that were included in the welcome message and in the digital guidebook (other Hosts should take note of that).
We would welcome you back and hope we can provide you a 5-star experience (just as all of the categories you rated us stated).
Pura vida!

Hola Victor. We are a bit confused why you gave the home a 4-stars since during your time you had no complaints and your review was complementary with "All good, thanks!"
We aren't sure if you made a mistake or not, but we are disappointed we didn't provide you a 5-star experience as so many of our other Guests have received - especially at Villa Santo.
We will reach out privately for any additional feedback you can provide. We look forward to Hosting you again in the future.

My family (including 2 kids) stayed at OSA properties- Villa Santo for 10 days. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Excellent privacy on the property. The home is as listed and photographed, very clean. There was everything we needed in the home to prepare simple meals. The pool is cleaned 2x a week and we enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. There was everything we needed to enjoy the home. There were some great board games to play with the kids when we wind down from the beach.
Extra towels and linens and laundry and dish soap were very helpful.
The provided guidebook had great suggestions on things in the area- super helpful. The house is in a quiet community. We saw several different types of birds just on the trees. Super close to Manuel Antonio and Quepos. We lived going to the Marina in the evenings. We had a wonderful visit.
Thank you for hosting us.
Pura Vida!!!

Very professional company. We had a great stay here and were impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The space was just as described, with an open airy feeling. There were tall ceilings and big windows. The expectations were clearly defined. We requested early check in, which they were unable to accommodate but we were able to drop off our bags earlier. They responded right away (within minutes) when our code for the gate failed to work.
Some things to note, this space is about 15- 20 minutes from Quepos so you will need to be prepared with transportation. We were aware and enjoyed the private, quiet surroundings. Also, in addition to the nightly fee there is a renter insurance added which gave the option of a $500 deposit or a $45 one time fee. We chose the one time fee for convenience, and the price was still comparable to other airbnbs viewed. The private pool was something our family really enjoyed during our stay. The space was perfect for our family of four.

The space was fantastic! It was very close to everything but still far enough to have privacy. The house was perfect and the hosts were wonderful to communicate with. They set up activities for us since it was our first time in the area. I manage real estate in the US and could really tell they know what they’re doing. Lots of great little touches throughout. I would definitely stay here again!
