Very nice house with a great pool located on an area with two other houses but separated for privacy. During our stay the other two houses were not rented anyway. We arrived earlier than expected but they made it possible that we could even check in before the scheduled time on short notice. Thanks for that once again. During the last day there was an issue with the water supply and they offered us to move to one of the other houses, however, we decided only to use the bathromms there and remain in our house for the last night.
However OSA provided immediate response and solution even on Sunday. They also started to repair the water supply the next day. We enjoyed our stay there very much and can recommend the location to anyone.

No kitchen hood or proper house ventilation. Cooking smells, steam, and heat remain inside unless doors are opened, which lets insects in. We suggested adding a sliding mosquito screen for ventilation while cooking, but this remained unresolved during our stay. Listing photos are from 2019, and the property shows noticeable aging: loose faucets, worn fixtures, toilet paper holders needing replacement, and bathroom sliding doors without handles. The shower head near the pool was in poor condition and only became usable after technician cleaning. The washing machine continued malfunctioning even after repair and leaked water. We also experienced repeated electricity and water outages, including during our final night and departure morning. Positives: clean pool, good internet, secure access, and beautiful natural surroundings.

Secluded and private oasis in rural setting. 30 minutes to Uvita, 30 minutes to La Palma. Must have your own vehicle. Pool was wonderful with numerous birds visiting the back yard. 2 convenience stores at the road turnoff.

Casa y zona muy bonita. Anfitrión responde rapido. Encontramos todas las toallas sucias y con manchas, fueron cambiadas. Exteriores con falta de mantenimiento. Zona de parrilla con toma corriente colgado con cables salidos. Se corto la corriente eléctrica por dos horas (lo cual es habitual en la zona) y no habia linternas ni luces de emergencia. Fue agradable que nos recibieron con frutas y cafe. La cama super cómoda. Solucionando esos detalles que fueron reportados al anfitrion seria un alojamientos de 5 estrellas

This house was perfect for our family! 2 adults and 3 children. The house isn’t huge but who cares when everything else is GREAT! Honestly the best sleep my wife and I have had in a while! The pool is great the bed are awesome and it allowed us to get cool and relaxed after long days. Very happy with our stay!
