No kitchen hood or proper house ventilation. Cooking smells, steam, and heat remain inside unless doors are opened, which lets insects in. We suggested adding a sliding mosquito screen for ventilation while cooking, but this remained unresolved during our stay. Listing photos are from 2019, and the property shows noticeable aging: loose faucets, worn fixtures, toilet paper holders needing replacement, and bathroom sliding doors without handles. The shower head near the pool was in poor condition and only became usable after technician cleaning. The washing machine continued malfunctioning even after repair and leaked water. We also experienced repeated electricity and water outages, including during our final night and departure morning. Positives: clean pool, good internet, secure access, and beautiful natural surroundings.
Response:
Thank you, Dr. Sargin, for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you appreciated the pool, internet, secure access, and the natural surroundings. We’re sorry that several aspects of your stay did not meet expectations, and we truly appreciate your detailed comments, as they help us identify areas for improvement. We value the opportunity to host you and hope to provide a better experience in the future.

Very nice house with a great pool located on an area with two other houses but separated for privacy. During our stay the other two houses were not rented anyway. We arrived earlier than expected but they made it possible that we could even check in before the scheduled time on short notice. Thanks for that once again. During the last day there was an issue with the water supply and they offered us to move to one of the other houses, however, we decided only to use the bathromms there and remain in our house for the last night.
However OSA provided immediate response and solution even on Sunday. They also started to repair the water supply the next day. We enjoyed our stay there very much and can recommend the location to anyone.
Response:

Secluded and private oasis in rural setting. 30 minutes to Uvita, 30 minutes to La Palma. Must have your own vehicle. Pool was wonderful with numerous birds visiting the back yard. 2 convenience stores at the road turnoff.

Property was exactly as described and in the photos. Having the private pool was great. Loved hearing the birds while having coffee outside. Osa Property Management was very responsive and very helpful. I didn't have any problems, but had a couple of questions about things and they responded within minutes. The guidebook was very helpful. I am a repeat customer of Osa Property properties and I know the houses will be in good shape and as described. I will definitely keep this property on my short list of places to use in the future (and I will be back, it's beautiful!).

The host was very accommodating. The house is extremely private and close to amenities, but you will need a car. The house has the potential to be very comfortable, bedrooms were great. As for the living room furniture, definitely needs replacing. The pool was excellent and golf was 2 minutes away and excellent.
Almost feels like home
This place almost feels like home. We stayed for 10 months and we would come back anytime!
Highly recommended
Very cozy house and very helpful team! You have peace, wildlife and nature.

Excelentes ubicación , lugar impecable y excelente servicio al cliente
Really good!
Kingfisher was a great stay. The team were also very helpful at accommodating a last minute request. The house itself is on the smaller side but had everything that we needed to feel like home. It was clean and the pool was awesome and refreshing after work. They also came to do maintenance while we were there. A/C, TV and internet all worked properly. Two adults were working remotely during the weekdays that we were there so it was critical that internet was reliable and it was, even though there were some small dropouts, they were barely noticeable and weren't really an issue. We only had a minor issue with the main bathroom and it was promptly fixed the same day while we were out. The house is a few KM from the main road but we never felt unsafe while staying at the property. We did have a car though and you'll probably want to have one as the closest beach was about a 15 minute drive from the house. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely consider this house (or others managed by OSA Property Management) when we're in the area in the future!
I loved this home!
Wonderful location in a small town but still away from the hustle and bustle of Uvita and Ojochal with all of its traffic. Kingfisher has a great floorplan, refreshing pool and I enjoyed using the rancho to cook dinner one night on the grill. I heard plenty of wildlife (toucans and howler monkeys). Just a couple of minutes from the highway and paved roads almost the entire way. Great value.
Property managed by Osa Property Management and they're great!
Great place to rest up !
Close to beautiful beaches and enjoying nature.
Great stay!
Enjoyed a lot.
We had a great time.
Thank you very much for the hospitality. Very clean and pleasant place.
We had a super good time
The house is a super nice place (very private and safe), we had very good communication with the managers.
Complete peace!
I highly recommend it to be in complete peace ... and relax
Very comfortable rooms .
We loved it and are sure to return!!
The attention of the hosts is excellent, that gave us peace of mind in the days before and during our stay. The house is beautiful and super comfortable.
We had a great experience,
The host was available for out questions and we had a perfect communication. I will return with the rest of my family. Thanks
A little paradise
A super beautiful house and the pool with a super comfortable size to have a good time with family or friends, the Osa Property Management was super attentive to us and even gave us some Snacks on our arrival.
We hope to be back soon!
If you are looking for a private, super comfortable place, surrounded by nature and close to beautiful beaches, this is the place.
Super recommended
My family and I are very satisfied
Spotless place; private and peaceful!!
Great experience!!
Great place
The house is just as in the description, due to the location it may be raining in the afternoons (the norm in this region of the country) but in the mornings, everything changes and if you go to the beach there is always sun.
The house has everything you need to relax and rest
It is is very nice, the place is very quiet, it is secluded but also close to places to visit and enjoy.. In addition, the pool is a necessary plus since it was very hot.
