Villa Heliconia Ojochal

Such a peaceful location and comfortable home with a fantastic plunge pool. It is modern, squeaky clean, and didn’t have so much as an ant infiltrating the house. There are two waterfalls nearby. My husband and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. The place its self is beautiful, clean, feels private. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores and has a cute coffee shop right down the street. It comes with anything you could need to cook including an outdoor grill. The outdoor space is also amazing-the pool, the outdoor chairs and the lawn were awesome to hangout by during the day. The host was super responsive and check-in and check-out were clear and informative. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

Exc 👌 Response: We're sorry you didn't have a 5-star experience since every subcategory you ranked it as 5-stars. If there was anything that could have improved it, please let your future Hosts know while you're there. Pura Vida

It’s a very comfortable and convenient space, with everything necessary to enjoy some relaxing time. Also, very simple but great taste decoration, but well equipped. There is even board games in the living room. Highly recommended: safe, beautiful, comfortable and well equipped.

Belle propriété, bien équipée, très propre! Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour!

Genial. 5 estrellas. Super recomendado. Todo de excelente calidad 👌🏻

Un alojamiento excepcional

Nice property with great landscaping. Very relaxing. Property Manager was very responsive and answered questions promptly.

Highly recommend, really good place to spend vacation.

Excelente lugar y servicio! Mega recomendado

As a family we stayed for 2 nights and was a perfect accommodation, picturesque location very quiet and the property has all the amenities you need. Response: Thank you Nicola! We're happy you enjoyed your time with us here in Ojochal, Costa Rica. We'd love to Host you again so please keep in touch! Pura Vida! Osa Property Management

The unit was clean, including the pool. The staff responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Was a great stay.

A quaint, simple and comfortable place to stay while in Ojochal. Very close to the local grocery store and local restaurants.

Excellent headquarters for our visit to Ojochal.

Excellent place to stay

Quiet and peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle. Less than 15 minutes from delicious dining and Playa Ventanas. Clean, well appointed, and spacious.

Fácil acceso a playas y cataratas.

Excelente

We loved our stay at Heliconia hosted by Osa Properties. The house was clean, spacious and had a beautiful garden with a pool. We had hummingbirds visit daily. This location was easy to get to and very close to restaurants. There was delicious fruit waiting for us when we arrived. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Attentive and responsive host. Highly recommend.

Todo estuvo perfecto! Recomendamos este lugar

Great place! Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this property. It is well located in Ojochal - a coffee shop nearby, not far from the main town (grocery and restaurants), and down the hill from a beautiful waterfall. The only thing I would recommend to the host is that they invest in kitchen equipment. Most of what is there is in pretty bad shape, making it hard to cook basic food.Otherwise, it is a great house, with responsive property management, lovely yard and patio. Would visit again!

The perfect home away from home! Looks exactly like the photos, extremely clean and has everything you need. The guidebook provided with instructions and recommendations really enhanced my stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, highly recommend 🌺

100% recomendado!

We Love the place!

Everything we expected it to be.

Excellent space, very private, well equipped, clean

If you are looking for a wonderful house with quiet neighborhood, beautiful natural surroundings and a private pool, definitely this is a place you cannot miss. I highlight its convenient location, spacious and well equipped property. Host was very attentive and responsive at any time. I have no doubt you will enjoy being there as a couple.

Very private. Well done but I would encourage some shelves in the showers.

Très professionnel et réactif

We highly recommend this rental. We value a clean place, it is not that difficult one would say but yeah many rentals in CR have been dissapointing to say the least, this is not the case with this property, we walk barefoot inside the house in general so we notice quickly if something is superficially cleaned. In this rental the floor was really clean, the refrigerator was clean, the bathrooms, the Pool, the whole house was neat and clean so that we could enjoy with our 2 kids without worrying about hosts sending a cleaner for the second time because it was not done properly the first time. Good quality linnen on the beds, towels. The host was accommodating and available. We could tell the house is well managed, we would return again. Thank you

Excelente opción en Ojochal

Great tropical villa to spend week or two relaxing and if needed also working. Very easy access to the property, right of the paved road, which is not that common in southern Costa Rica. And, The bonus, few really first class restaurants right by the neighborhood, in Onochal!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was awesome and the WiFi worked well. We were given the wrong code to get in but luckily was able to connect to Wi-Fi and get the correct code after about 20 minutes. Very clean property and appreciated all the things like dishwasher soap and laundry soap.

Super recomendado.

Stayed for two weeks and the pictures are accurate and it was very clean. It had most amenities and when I messaged the host about a few things that they might want to add they were very responsive. The backyard was very private and the neighbourhood was quiet. A lovely coffee shop is about a five minute walk away and the restaurants and highway are quite close by. Highly recommend.

The house was beautiful and met our needs. Check in was easy and communications with the management company were handled quickly. The pool was great and felt like bath water. We were leery at first to book this home as we know the area it is in and thought that it may be noisy; however, noise was not a factor. It was quiet. We would definitely stay here again. 3 recommendations I would make are: 1. BBQ utensils 2. More beach/pool towels as there were only 2 and 1 child towel. 3. A desk or spot so that a person could work remotely comfortably.

This place was amazing, the space is great, you have everything you need for the stay, the internet was great and the pool so refreshing! The help during the process was amazing and pretty careful, totally consider coming back! ♥️

This was a beautiful property! It the house has a great design and is extremely comfortable. I love all the windows. It was very peaceful and the neighbors were helpful and friendly. The location was very good for visiting area beaches and parks and I enjoyed so much my morning walks and dips in the pool. The beauty of the area is magnificent. I hope we can stay their again.

Beautiful 2 bedrooms villa with a cute pool in a pretty backyard surrounded by plants and the moutains. Everything is super clean. It is ideal to have a car to get there, but the road is easy!

We were a party of four and the property was very convenient for us with two bedrooms and two baths. It was clean and orderly and provided all the necessary utensils to facilitate cooking breakfast and dinner. Beach and bath towels were provided as well which lightened our packing. The pool was an asset and what’s best is its privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and a good distance from traffic. We had a little confusion checking in but was quickly solved due to the good communication with the administrator. Overall this property is five star and we are definitely going back in the near future.

The place was perfect, no issues what so ever definitely will be back !
