What a beautiful house to stay in, felt very lucky to wake up to all that beautiful sunlight spilling in through all the windows and the pool was a life saver in the Costa Rican heat! Great location to be able to go off and explore all the main highlights in the area, everything seemed to be within 30 mins in a car which was ideal with the kids! Would definitely recommend, if I had to put a negative, I would say the main road – you can hear heavy traffic when going to sleep but it didn’t keep us awake, we would blame the wildlife more for that but could never complain, all part of Costa Rican life!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sehr geräumig. Der Außenbereich war sehr schön. Leider ist eine Hauptstraße in der Nähe dieser laut ist. Zudem ist fast direkt daneben aktuell eine Baustelle die tagsüber sich sehr laut war. Ansonsten waren wir aber sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.

This house was private…. Secured…. And that’s what my family and I were looking for…the pool, the ammetties, ,,,, were perfect…. Awesome space for the 5 of us……. Beaches were well within reach.. and they were amazing…. Kids and my wife were so happy……… I love the set up of this house….. I plan to come back again and would definitely stay here in beautiful Uvita!!!

This was a great property for our time in Uvita - close to shops and restaurants, and not far from the beach. The property management company was very quick to respond to the couple of issues that came up (with the entry gate and the kitchen sink), and fixed the problems promptly. The property was clean and spacious, and we loved the pool!

La estadía fue realmente agradable. La casa es muy cómoda y está equipada con todos los implementos necesarios para cocinar y disfrutar momentos especiales. Su ubicación es excelente, ya que se encuentra cerca de la playa, supermercados y restaurantes, lo que facilita mucho el acceso a diferentes actividades. Disfrutamos de un ambiente privado y espacioso, ideal para descansar. Las camas son extremadamente cómodas, lo que garantiza un sueño reparador. Mi hijo de 6 años quedó encantado con la experiencia, y estamos seguros de que volveremos en el futuro.

La casa nos gustó mucho, una de las cosas que más disfrutamos es que el lugar está cercado en su totalidad ya que llevamos mascotas y eso representa seguridad para nosotros. Con respecto a la piscina es pequeña, ya que tiene una división para chapoteadero para niños. Algo que nos faltó fueron utensilios de cocina básicos, como ollas grandes, abrelatas, no había trapos para limpieza y no había mopa para limpiar los pisos, cosas que consideramos necesaria para una larga estancia. Nos hubiera gustado un poco más de flexibilidad a la hora de llegada, ya que solicitamos llegar 3 horas antes de lo establecido pero tenía un cargo adicional, entendemos las políticas pero igual 1 hora pudo hacer una gran diferencia. En general bastante bien la estancia, la persona con la que teníamos comunicación siempre estuvo al pendiente, recomendable el lugar.

Las áreas comunes y de la piscina muy convenientes para el disfrute de toda la familia. Die Kommunikation mit dem Osa Team war jederzeit schnell und zuverlässig – wir konnten auch unkompliziert Fragen zu Aktivitäten stellen. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und das Haus bietet viel Platz sowie alles, was man braucht.
Weniger angenehm war jedoch, dass direkt neben dem Haus ein neues Gebäude gebaut wird. Dadurch kam es teils zu erheblichem Baulärm – leider auch während der Nacht. Auch die Zufahrtsstraße ist in sehr schlechtem Zustand, was die Anfahrt deutlich erschwert. Es fiel einmal in der gesamten Gegend für etwa 2–3 Std. der Strom aus.
Was man wissen sollte: Es wird ein Depot von 500 USD verlangt. Alternativ kann man auf das Depot verzichten, zahlt dann aber eine Gebühr von ca. 45 USD. Entscheidet man sich für das Depot, fällt trotzdem eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 15 USD an – das empfinden wir nicht besonders kundenfreundlich.
Die Unterkunft an sich ist schön, doch angesichts des Preises von 200 USD pro Nacht ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gegeben.

We stayed for about six days after walking El Camino de Costa Rica and at the end of April 2025. The location, despite along a major traffic way, was ideal. Uvita is an amazling little oasis with fantastic restaurants, groceries, banks and quaint shops within distance. The property is well maintained and very clean, Osa Property management was superb in helping us find the property and gaining entrance. Nick was super pleasant. I would surely stay here again!

Excellent location with excellent amenities
This is a great place to stay for friends and family at Uvita. There were some minor hickups, like setting the timer for jets in the pool, hot water not working due to trip on the fuse board. But every time we reached out to the property manager, they would respond in minutes and send out a technician quickly to address them. The location is fantastic, with drives to the beaches, restaurants and groceries within minutes. There are ACs in every room, including the living room, which was a blessing during hot afternoons. The pool is awesome, especially for kids. The property was maintained very clean and security is top notch with access control for both the property as well as the main door.

Il était noté dans le descriptif que la maison offrait la tranquillité au bord d une rivière sereine , ce n est pas le cas . Elle est près d une route très fréquentée et très bruyante . Même enfermés à l intérieur, nous avons été très gênés par le bruit des voitures et des camions la nuit , le matin et la journée. Malgré tout la maison est très belle avec des prestations de qualité .

Our recent stay at this lovely home was an absolute DREAM from start to finish. The key highlight of this property was its prime location. Positioned conveniently close to all essential amenities and attractions, it allowed us to effortlessly explore Costa Rica and still be able to return to recharge. Our kids have food allergies and the management ensured that everything at home was safe for our kiddos which we truly appreciated. Attention to details/amenities left us wanting for nothing - whatever we needed, it was there. Initially we were apprehensive due to the listing being brand new with limited reviews, but the management and the listing proved to be exceptionally reliable and proactive. Our kids LOVED the swimming pool. It was cleaned regularly and we loved that kids had their own little section. Despite the property's proximity to the bustling surroundings, home provides a sense of peace and tranquility. In conclusion, undeniably WORTH IT! Thank you so much!
