We really enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful place and location with great restaurants close by. We especially loved the Toucans in the trees above the pool. Road is rough to get to the house, but very passable.

The property is stunning and looks exactly like in the pictures, the grounds and views are even nicer than in the pictures. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked in terms of equipment, cooking utensils etc..

The best place our family has ever stayed! What a dream. Our family of five loved every minute--the pool, the gorgeous views, the well-appointed kitchen, the comfortable rooms with remote-controlled shades. The separate nanny quarters was perfect for our 17-year-old. The place feels so private, yet a short drive to many beaches and restaurants (we were glad to have 4x4 rental). We saw toucans, scarlet macaws, and a bunch of other wildlife. We want to return as soon as we can.

The place was absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful stay, very close to many beaches and restaurants. The pool was lovely in the hot afternoons to just enjoy the scenery and sunsets are not to be missed.

The place was immaculate! Very clean bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms. Everything was well stocked with supplies, toilet paper, bath & pool towels and kitchen ware to cook with. The coffee and fruit were nice as well as oil & vinegar, salt & pepper to dress a salad.
The home was spacious inside for our family of 5, and such beautiful views from all over the house. A/C in all the bedrooms to keep us cool and ceiling fans throughout the house.
We all loved the pool, especially the kids, jets and colored lights for night swims. The outside shower and bathroom was also very convenient.
The property offered multiple outdoor areas to enjoy. I loved the feel of the cabana/hut area, seems like it could have be a lot of fun, but we didn’t end up spending too much time out there in our 3 night stay. This was our favorite house of the 3 we stayed in.
We swam at Ventana beach and visited Tortuga beach, it was fun to explore.
Management was very polite and responsive to any questions we had.

Pictures can’t explain how beautiful this property is. The wildlife, beautiful sunrises and sunsets from pool were breathtaking. Lots of room, everyone felt like they had their own space. Great communal areas including the upper gazebo we called “the dj booth” where we spent our nights playing games and star gazing.
Abigail and the Osa management team went above and beyond, Very helpful for advice about the area and any questions we had about the house. From the start to the finish of our stay they were on point not missing a beat.
Best experience we have had abroad.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété. La maison est vraiment magnifique, très bien située à proximité d’Ojochal et de l’océan, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de la région tout en étant dans un cadre paisible.
La vue est tout simplement superbe, et l’endroit offre une belle intimité, idéal pour se détendre et décrocher complètement. On entend légèrement le bruit de la route en contrebas, mais cela reste tout à fait raisonnable et n’a en rien gâché notre expérience.
Le descriptif de la maison est fidèle à 100 % à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place, ce qui est très appréciable.
Note : un véhicule 4x4 est vraiment nécessaire pour accéder à la propriété, mais cela fait aussi partie du charme et garantit la tranquillité du lieu.
Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette propriété et y reviendrions avec plaisir.

I actually can’t rave enough about this place, everything was absolutely perfect and you actually can’t beat that view! My only recommendation is to make sure you have a 4x4 vehicle.
There’s so many beautiful beaches in the area too and so many great restaurants to try.

Amazing all around. 6 out of 5 stars if I could.
The house itself - the property and house was stunning in all ways. Family of 5 had tons of space with plenty to spare. This is a brand new build with everything new. All the essentials are included. I normally bring extra things to a booking for cooking and in this case lots of what we brought they already had. I’d highly recommend anyone booking to arrive first before buying things, it is that fully stocked.
One room is a “nanny suite” and separate from the house which is great for privacy if someone wants to join the trip.
I’m begging guests to take good care of everything so it’s in the same pristine condition if we can return in the future. 🙂
Osa Property Management who runs everything was equally amazing to work with. Very professional, quick responses and plenty of information proactively. I would happily rent their properties again and if I owned one would use them to help rent it out.

We had a great stay, overall. The views from the house are beautiful and the surrounding nature is a real highlight. We saw toucans, scarlet macaws, and monkeys during our stay. The house is comfortable and spacious. We appreciated having separate toweled for the beach and pool, as well as bathrooms equipped with shampoo and shower gel. The kitchen is well equipped and the BBQ was super nice. We also made great use of the ice machine in the ranch.
One area of improvement would be adding an a/c in the main dining area/kitchen quite gets quite stuffy even with the doors and windows open.
Overall, our stay at this property was great with a very nice view and strong amenities.

Una experiencia increíble desde el primer momento. La vista al mar es simplemente espectacular, perfecta para relajarse y desconectarse. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, con una comodidad que superó nuestras expectativas. La piscina fue uno de nuestros rincones favoritos: limpia, refrescante y rodeada de un ambiente tranquilo, excelente comunicación y atentos a nuestras consultas. Sin duda, un lugar al que queremos volver. ¡100% recomendado!
