We enjoyed our stay overall, and the home was exactly as advertised. It was clean, well-maintained, and there was nothing wrong with the listing itself. The host was great, and the property is beautiful with good security. AC may only be set to 78 but with the fans running at that temperature we were mostly comfortable.
The only thing I’d encourage future guests to research is the location on the north end of Jaco and the type of beach there. Because the property sits alongside a public beach access area, there were people walking very close to the porch throughout the day and even late into the night. This isn’t a reflection of the host or the property—it’s simply something to be aware of when choosing this location. If you’re looking for a more private beachfront experience, it’s worth understanding the public accessibility of this stretch of beach before booking.
Overall, we had a nice stay and appreciated that the property matched its description.

Overall the place was Great. We had an event at Crocs Casino and Resort and the location of the room was perfect. Here is the list of Great Things: 1.) The Condo was great size for 6 and even maybe 7 if you let someone sleep on the couch. 2.) The view of the beach from the living room and Master was amazing3.) Host is Awesome, responded promptly and gave us info as needed. Things that need work;1.) The condo has a sign that says keep temp in the condo at 78 degrees because the condenser will freeze at anything underneath that. I dont do well in warm places, cool spaces is important to me. And we didnt push it. 2.) I understand we are on the beach, but the building had an infestation of small red crabs. It was in their hallways, rooms, and parking lot3.) When i read the fine print, it states that you cant have more than 6 in the apt, i am okay with that, but it didnt say you couldnt rotate folks into the condo as long as I didnt have more than 6 people in the condo at a time. Theses people were all registered, but you couldnt make any changes even with ID/Passport numbers.4.) The building Administrator makes it really difficult to enjoy the facility, your not allowed to play music at the pool (even if its low) during the day, even when you are the only one there. The building Administrator also was not welcoming. I couldnt even get my concierge for tours to come in to talk with me or wait with me in the condo while we wait for the tours.

We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of the experience did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the air conditioning, the temperature guidelines are in place to help protect the system and prevent it from freezing, especially in a beachfront property where humidity can be high.
We also understand your frustration with the building policies. Since this property is located inside a condominium, certain rules regarding visitors, registered guests, pool use, music, parking, and access are established and enforced by the building administration, not directly by our team. In this particular case, there were multiple guest/visitor changes during the stay, which is not common, and the condominium applies strict controls for security and access reasons.
We truly appreciate your positive comments about the condo and our communication, and we will continue working to make all expectations as clear as possible before arrival.

Our family of five had an amazing time. The accommodations were perfect for everyone. The walkout patio was a beautiful place to start each morning and end each day. It was peaceful, relaxing, and allowed us to walk up and down the beach easily. The property management company was also very responsive and got us in touch with a company to set up some adventures with the kids (11,9,8). We were so sad to leave such a beautiful and fun filled vacation.

We loved our stay here! Was perfect for our big family and had everything we needed. Beautiful location right on the beach and close to the pool. Able to walk down the beach to some restaurants. Host was very responsive with questions and provided clear directions on how to get there/get inside. Property is kept secure by guards/gate and we felt very safe the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful location and we had a great two weeks here. It is steps from the water and we loved walking on the beach and watching sunsets. Croc’s casino is next door if you want to visit and happy hour is quite enjoyable. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance. The house was well furnished although it is a little dated and some of the cabinets need to be touched up. The stove could use a good cleaning.

The condo was beautiful and right on the beach. It is out of the main hustle of Jaco and we were able to walk 5 minutes to look at sloths and many, many species of birds. We were able to see Toucans right from the patio, which was amazing. The only issue was that our flights were delayed and security would not let us in the first night and had to pay for a room next door at the Crocs resort. Not exactly sure where the commo issue was but security that night was unaware we were arriving late. They did give us a complimentary cleaning about halfway through the stay which was awesome. It is a jewel of a place where you can hear the ocean from the condo. I would love to stay there again sometime, highly recommended!

Beautiful spot and very safe. Loved the sunsets and the wide stretch of beach in front of the unit. Jaco is an awesome home base to explore the coast with multiple attractions within driving distance and lots of great restaurants. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning and very well cared for. The location right on the ocean is amazing, and being on the first floor with the porch that opens and closes was a huge bonus. The hosts really thought of all the little details — there was a fruit basket waiting for us, water in the fridge, spices, laundry detergent, and so many other small things you don’t even realize you’ll need until you’re there. It made the stay feel very welcoming and comfortable.
The security on the property is very strict, which definitely made us feel safe. Just a note for families that only 2 guests are allowed, and security is quite specific about rules at the pool with kids, even when adults are in the water with them.
Overall, the apartment itself is incredible, the location is unbeatable, and the thoughtful extras made our stay really special.

Tres Regalos Jaco Luxury Beachfront condo
Tres Regalos is an absolute gem. This luxury beachfront condo is perfectly located on the first floor, with a private patio that opens directly onto the beautifully maintained condo grounds and straight out to the stunning beaches of Jacó. Being able to walk from the patio to the sand in seconds was unforgettable.
The condo is very spacious and comfortably sleeps six, making it ideal for families or groups. The open, well-appointed kitchen is perfect for entertaining, with a bar-top that naturally becomes a gathering spot. We especially loved the large patio—it was ideal for outdoor meals, relaxing, and playing card games while listening to the ocean.
One of the most magical parts of our stay was the wildlife. We watched vibrant macaws fly down to the almond trees directly in front of the patio to eat, while toucans and large iguanas were frequent visitors as well. Experiencing native Costa Rican wildlife just mere feet away made the stay truly unforgettable.
Every evening ended with breathtaking sunsets right in front of us, creating the perfect close to each day. The combination of luxury, comfort, beachfront access, and incredible wildlife made this a true five-star experience. I would absolutely stay at this exact same Condo again and highly recommend Tres Regalos to anyone visiting Jacó.

Absolutely loved this condo! The location is perfect. It’s direct beachfront on the quiet north end of Jacó. The community is safe, clean, and peaceful, yet still just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and action in town. The unit itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Mornings on the spacious patio looking at ocean were a dream. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Increíble ubicación del lugar, literalmente a unos pasos de la playa, de la piscina y restaurantes, aún así la posición del apartamento brinda privacidad y un ambiente silencioso y tranquilo con vista al mar.
El apartamento está muy bien equipado en todo sentido, cocina, baños, habitaciones, todo lo que necesite, estaba disponible.
El anfitrión es muy proactivo y con comunicación sobresaliente, siempre atentos y dispuestos a colaborar.
Sin duda un lugar increíble para regresar nuevamente.

This was on the edge of Jaco so much more quiet even during spring break. Great location and steps to the beach. There is a good place to dine next door at the CROC so an easy place to get a bite to eat.
