We really enjoyed our stay because the house was extremely spacious and the kitchen really well equipped. There is also a swimming pool we enjoyed and the host treated us with some complimentary fruit. The place is extremely quiet but to my surprise we saw nobody at the security booth. It wasn’t needed but I am just saying that there was a security booth and nobody was there.

We had a great stay! It’s quiet, clean, comfortable, and worked well for our family. I loved the spacious kitchen, and appreciated that the host is very generous with the towels, which are essential during a beach vacation 🙂 They went above and beyond to let us check in early when our schedule changed unexpectedly, thank goodness. We would definitely stay here again, next time we’re in the area!

Great spot!
I highly recommend this condo. It’s conveniently located to many local attractions and restaurants. It’s quiet, it’s well maintained, has a nice pool, including a child pool and pavilion. The condo has all the features you would expect including beach chairs and a cooler. We will definitely be back! Thank you

If your looking for a great place to stay just minutes from Marina Pezvela book this condo. Just off the main road its clean, quiet and secure. Just show up and relax. Condo has everything you need to cook up your catch of the day or minutes from endless amazing restaurants. I have there stayed multiple times and will keep going back.

Beautiful Stay – Pura Vida
Our stay at this condo in Quepos was absolutely incredible — we didn’t want to leave. The space was huge, beautifully designed, and felt like a private oasis tucked into lush tropical landscaping. Every morning we woke up to the sounds of nature and felt completely relaxed and safe in the secure, gated property. It was the perfect home base for exploring Manuel Antonio, fishing in the marina, or just soaking up the sunshine by the pool. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family, or a group of friends, this place truly has everything you need for a comfortable, peaceful, and unforgettable Costa Rica getaway. 🌿☀️
Loved our stay
This is our third year, staying at Villas Tranquillas and we had another great time. One change we did notice, however, the cleaning only occurred once in the month we stayed there. This cleaning happened towards the end of the stay. In previous years, a weekly service was provided and a restocking of items such as garbage bags, soaps, etc.. when the cleaners did come this year. They did an absolutely fantastic job and the place was really freshened up. We will continue to be loyal customers. Thank you very much for looking after us so well.

Wir waren begeistert von der Unterkunft. Ich wollte gar nicht mehr ausziehen 😅
Die Unterkunft (Haus Nr 14) war sehr gut ausgestattet und ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Na, vielleicht wäre eine vernünftige Verdunkelung in den Schlafzimmern schön. Sie hatte leider gefehlt. Aber ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Und ich meine wirklich alles, von Küchenutensilien über Campingstühle zu Waschmaschine und Trockner und vieles mehr. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Quepos. Mit dem Auto ist aber alles schnell erreichbar. Dafür ist es schön ruhig. Und wir sahen Leguane und Totenkopfaffen. Der Gemeinschaftspool hat unseren Kindern (und auch uns) viel Spaß gemacht. Er war ein bisschen trübe. Das hat uns und auch die anderen Gäste nicht weiter gestört.
Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Da es gut gepflegt wird, ist das für mich OK und macht auch ein wenig den Charme aus. Wenn es ein Problemchen gab, war das Management immer schnell erreichbar und schickte sofort jemanden.
