Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in Tres Vistas verbracht. Die Aussicht ist grandios und die Lage einzigartig. Ein Ort, um Ruhe inmitten der Natur zu finden und bei Bedarf auch recht schnell (ca. 30 min Autofahrt) im nahegelegenen Nationalpark Manuel Antonio oder an den Stränden zu sein. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich, lässt sich aber mit einem Allradfahrzeug gut bewältigen.

Casa con mucha naturaleza, la piscina privada es un plus.

We had a wonderful stay. The pool is perfect for relaxing, and the Airbnb is beautifully situated in a natural setting, making it a great spot for birdwatching. It’s conveniently located near Uvita, Marino Ballena National Park and Playa Hermosa. We were delighted to receive fruit and coffee as a welcome gift and communication with Osa Property Management was excellent.

L’endroit était absolument magnifique. Nous avons adoré l’emplacement, très intime, tranquille et sécuritaire. Nous n’avions pas loué de voiture car tout se faisait à pied. L’hôte a été très attentif à nos besoins. Un séjour parfait. Tellement, nous y retournons en décembre prochain.

Although you had to drive for all amenities, the home was very good value. Air conditioned only in bedrooms, but with the pool only steps away it was not too much of an issue

Wow ! Tout était parfait et identique aux photos. La vue est incroyable. C’est un autoroute à oiseaux. Nous avons vu des toucans matin et soir. La douche vitrée sur la nature est une expérience unique. Il y a régulièrement un petit vent qui offre une bonne circulation d’air à l’extérieur comme à l’intérieur. Il y a beaucoup d’espace pour se reposer au soleil sur la terrasse et devant la maison également. Nous avons très peu utilisé l’air climatisé. Le secteur est très tranquille tout en étant près de la route principale. C’est très facile d’accès. Au moment de la réservation, les hôtes offrent un guide virtuel très complet de la maison et de comment s’y rendre (avec photos) ce qui est très pratique. La maison est très bien équipée. La 3e chambre à un accès extérieur seulement. Elle ne communique pas avec l’intérieur de la maison. On reviendra c’est certain !

Somos ticos disfrutando de nuestro país y el alojamiento fue perfecto para eso. Esta muy bien equipado, sobre todo la cocina. La cama deliciosa igual que la ducha, la piscina también. Un ambiente muy privado a pesar de que está en la orilla de la calle por lo que si se puede escuchar ruido pero no se ve nada hacia adentro. Está muy cerca tanto de las playas, el comercio y el Parque Nacional Marino Ballena. Para tomar en cuenta, la cocina es de gas por lo que el horno igualmente funciona a gas. El camino es bastante empedrado, y hay 2 entradas, Waze por alguna razón envía para entrar por la peor de las dos, por lo que decidimos utilizar la Escuela Playa Hermosa como punto de referencia para que nos enviara por el camino que tiene una parte con asfalto, ya cuando se sube por ahí ya Waze redirecciona bien al alojamiento. Disfrutamos muchísimo de la fruta fresca y el café que nos dejaron. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Where do I even begin? This home felt like paradise, a piece of heaven on earth. The pictures matched the description completely. My friends and I had an absolute amazing time, we were able to relax, enjoy the amenities with peace and quiet. We felt very safe and appreciated the attention to detail with every aspect. We truly appreciate the Osa Property team for all their support throughout the process. Gary was our concierge and he was extremely helpful in coordinating our activities, excursions, chef and transportation. We truly enjoyed the food prepared by Chef Mario, he was so hospitable, helpful and his meals were delicious; breakfast, lunch and dinner! We were able to coordinate private massages as well as a photographer to take pictures and drone videos of us. William, Juan and Franklin were our drivers and ensured we were safe, enjoyed the ride and the stops for pictures along the way! Overall. We give this experience a 10/10 and would happily do it again. We highly recommend!

Un excelente lugar. Con todo lo necesario para pasar una excelente estancia. Tuvimos un pequeño problema al momento de ingresar, pero respondieron y resolvieron muy muy rápido. Buen Wifi, lugar tranquilo, limpio, ordenado y los más importante, camas y sábanas de primera. De fijo volveré.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété. La maison est vraiment magnifique, très bien située à proximité d’Ojochal et de l’océan, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de la région tout en étant dans un cadre paisible. La vue est tout simplement superbe, et l’endroit offre une belle intimité, idéal pour se détendre et décrocher complètement. On entend légèrement le bruit de la route en contrebas, mais cela reste tout à fait raisonnable et n’a en rien gâché notre expérience. Le descriptif de la maison est fidèle à 100 % à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place, ce qui est très appréciable. Note : un véhicule 4×4 est vraiment nécessaire pour accéder à la propriété, mais cela fait aussi partie du charme et garantit la tranquillité du lieu. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette propriété et y reviendrions avec plaisir.

We were extremely happy with our stay and we will stay here again if we are in the area. We loved having the pool to ourselves and the place was so bright, sunny, and clean. The only thing that could be improved on was the little couch in the main area. It was difficult to sit on and it is not very comfortable. We loved sitting on the patio and relaxing in the mornings and evenings though.

We stayed at this house for a full month the beginning of 2026. The house itself is even better than the pictures. Full wow factor when we arrived. Beautiful grounds, amazing house, clean and very well equipped for everything we needed. Kitchen – had everything we needed and then some to prepare great dinners. I love to cook and this place is fully equipped to make great meals and enjoy inside or outside. BBQ was spotless and ready to go if outside grilling is your thing. We bought freshly caught fish just down the street and made some great dinners! Laundry – Fully equipped laundry room with additional cleaning supplies if you need anything Bedrooms – beds were so comfortable! And yes I am picky. Gorgeous big windows that overlook the jungle in the back. Great linens and towels. Best sleeps ever. Outside – so many ways to enjoy the nature that surrounds the house. Sit by the pool and enjoy the day in shade or sun. We had our morning coffee every day on the platform overlooking the little river and waterfall. Monkeys went through most mornings and evenings. Many birds and butterflies! So much wild life. The Property management Team – couldn’t have been more helpful. Fast response to any question or challenges we had. They helped us coordinate car rentals, airport transportation, cleaning during the month, fixed the ice maker, grocery delivery before our arrival – and yes dealt with a scorpion issue. Check your shoes before putting them on! You are in Costa Rica. Mobility – my 85 year old dad was part of our crew. This house is all one level. Was perfect for someone with some mobility challenges. Easy step out to the back pool and patio and platform area. The sunken living room does have steps down but we didn’t really use it – we were outside or in the kitchen area most of the time. Amazing restaurants in the area. You are about a 3 minute drive from a great beach. Loved everything about this house, the support team and Costa Rica. Thanks for everything Gary!

We really enjoyed your place! It was clean and comfortable. The a/c was ok in the bedrooms if we kept the doors closed. The common area was a little warm though. Enjoyed the pool to cool off in. Thank you!

Magnifique maison lumineuse avec un extérieur très invitant. La piscine est plus petite que sur les photos mais très agréable quand même! Le plat de fruits, les fleurs et le café ont eu un effet « Wow » dès notre arrivée. Tout sentait bon aussi! La communication était excellente et ce fut très facile d’accéder à la maison. La plage Chaman est accessible à pied (entrée payante). Nous avons adoré l’aspect un peu sauvage des environs de la maison et le petit sentier parallèle à la plage rempli de singes capucins. Pour deux couples, les chambres étaient semblables avec chacune une salle de bain complète attenante à la chambre. Un matelas est à changer cependant dans l’une d’elle car le matelas creuse et le lit craque beaucoup. Suite à ce commentaire, la gestionnaire a répondu avec beaucoup de gentillesse et transmettra nos remarques au propriétaire. À part cela, nous avons tout aimé de la maison et d’Uvita!
