Villas and Places to Stay in Costa Rica

We stayed at this house for a full month the beginning of 2026. The house itself is even better than the pictures. Full wow factor when we arrived. Beautiful grounds, amazing house, clean and very well equipped for everything we needed. Kitchen – had everything we needed and then some to prepare great dinners. I love to cook and this place is fully equipped to make great meals and enjoy inside or outside. BBQ was spotless and ready to go if outside grilling is your thing. We bought freshly caught fish just down the street and made some great dinners! Laundry – Fully equipped laundry room with additional cleaning supplies if you need anything Bedrooms – beds were so comfortable! And yes I am picky. Gorgeous big windows that overlook the jungle in the back. Great linens and towels. Best sleeps ever. Outside – so many ways to enjoy the nature that surrounds the house. Sit by the pool and enjoy the day in shade or sun. We had our morning coffee every day on the platform overlooking the little river and waterfall. Monkeys went through most mornings and evenings. Many birds and butterflies! So much wild life. The Property management Team – couldn’t have been more helpful. Fast response to any question or challenges we had. They helped us coordinate car rentals, airport transportation, cleaning during the month, fixed the ice maker, grocery delivery before our arrival – and yes dealt with a scorpion issue. Check your shoes before putting them on! You are in Costa Rica. Mobility – my 85 year old dad was part of our crew. This house is all one level. Was perfect for someone with some mobility challenges. Easy step out to the back pool and patio and platform area. The sunken living room does have steps down but we didn’t really use it – we were outside or in the kitchen area most of the time. Amazing restaurants in the area. You are about a 3 minute drive from a great beach. Loved everything about this house, the support team and Costa Rica. Thanks for everything Gary!

The host was very responsive and the house was exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean and looked to be a well maintained property. The house is gated which made it feel very private. The host was kind enough to let us check in early as well. It is located about 20-30 mins away from Manuel Antonio and Quepos which was perfect for us as it is locate outside the very busy tourist area. I highly recommend this property. We had a great stay at a very affordable price. Thank you again!

Wonderful stay! Great two bedroom peaceful house with a lovely clean pool. The monkeys and birds were also great to listen too! Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful house in Costa Rican style. 10 min walk to the beach. Awesome pool with bar and grill too. We had a great time overall. OSA property management was very helpful and easy to deal with.

We loved our stay here! Was perfect for our big family and had everything we needed. Beautiful location right on the beach and close to the pool. Able to walk down the beach to some restaurants. Host was very responsive with questions and provided clear directions on how to get there/get inside. Property is kept secure by guards/gate and we felt very safe the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!

This is really a great place to stay in Uvita if you want to be able to park after a bunch of traveling and not have to drive for a few days. There is so much within a 30 minute walking distance that it allows you to settle into the area. We only had three days but we made the most of it. Surfing, exploring the waterfalls and walking to the point. There are a tremendous amount of food options available nearby. Every restaurant we tried was great, however, even the sodas were priced accordingly for a tourist town. Cooking for yourself will save you quite a bit. I feel like this location is ideal for an active couple. We traveled with our 3 year old and our 9 month old. I took the loft and I found it to be a bit noisy. Between the fan provided (which was needed), and the AC in the room below, there was a lot of mechanical energy taking place. Regardless of that we loved our stay and we are already planning our next trip back. I’ll just squeeze in the bed downstairs this time

A beautiful home with a beautiful view! We were a group of 4 couples. The property provided plenty of space for our group, comfortable beds, a nice kitchen(s), a lovely pool, and a wonderful view of the ocean and islands of Manual Antonio national Park. The home and casita were as described, and the property managers were attentive and helpful. 4X4 vehicle is a must to access this property. There was plenty of room for parking up to 4 cars. The community felt safe. We would stay here again.

Casa Luna is the perfect home away from home! Great location, convenient to everything! The backyard & pool is amazing & so relaxing. Tranquil setting for hearing and watching all the the birds come by. Well maintained and fully equipped kitchen for cooking all of your meals. Definitely recommend staying at Casa Luna!

Place is absolutely stunning. Amazing views and very clean. Perfectly located to amazing beaches and great food. 10 out of 10 I will stay again and can’t recommend this place enough

Loved this place, and Osa Property Management was excellent!!! I felt like I was working with the host, not a company. It’s smaller than what the photos look like, but perfect for 2 people. Felt safe and the neighbors were very friendly. Lovely small pool was perfect after a long day out. Nice location outside of town. Need four wheel drive. Great Job!!!

House was great. More than we needed but it’s was great haveming the extra space. The views were amazing. Concierge was helpful. Was just disappointed that the pictures didn’t match the landscaping. The landscaping was not managed and everything was dead. They back yard also had empty beer cans, pool equipment and full trash bags from pervious renters that were never cleaned up. The plastic pool cups were all full of mold and water. Besides that the house was clean and tidy
