Stayed at Casita Catalina
Our family of 4 very much enjoyed our stay at the Casalita Catalina. Evertyhing is well tought. For us it started outside; we loved the pool with its outside kitchen, counter, shower and a private outside bathroom. No reason to be inside! 🙂 Inside, we had everything that we needed and more. The two bedrooms with adjacent bathroom made it really easy for us. The casalita is also well situated, we were walking to the beach and enjoying some of the surrounding restaurants. Communication with the host was also very easy. 100% recommend.

La casa fue justo lo que se ve en las fotos, la ubicación y acceso estuvo bastante bien, la limpieza del lugar y comodidad fue justo lo que buscábamos, tuvimos un inconveniente a la llegada con un tema de mal luz, lo cual sabemos que en esta zona es común pero la anfitriona siempre estuvo pendiente y atenta de solucionarnos de la mejor manera posible, quedamos satisfechos y agradecidos.

La casa tiene una vista maravillosa, cerca de todas las playas, perfecta para nuestra familia grande. El único punto de mejora es que no hay un baño de visitas en la primera planta del comedor, hay que bajar o subir o salir al baño, con lluvia es realmente inconveniente. Por todo lo demás, nos encantó este tiempo de vacaciones.

The property is stunning and looks exactly like in the pictures, the grounds and views are even nicer than in the pictures. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked in terms of equipment, cooking utensils etc.. I would highly recommend this place.

Stayed at Lone Star Casa
The property itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The pool was gorgeous, and the scenery was stunning. The staff was also very nice. However, I would definitely recommend this property for a larger group. Our reservation was originally for 7–10 people, but plans changed and only two of us ended up going. As two women alone, the remote location felt very scary, especially at night. The property is extremely difficult to find, even after you’ve been there once. Make sure the rental company shows you how to properly use 4WD. I didn’t know how, and I got stuck around 9 PM on the way back in the dark, in the middle of the jungle. We were panicking. The staff eventually helped via Whats App, which I appreciated, but they seemed much calmer than the situation felt on our end. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a Monday–Friday stay became only one night because we didn’t feel comfortable staying. I’m sure with a larger group, I would have enjoyed the experience much more.

Mi experiencia con Osa Property Management ha sido excelente. Desde el primer contacto, su equipo se mostró profesional, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La comunicación fue clara y oportuna durante todo el proceso, lo que nos brindó mucha tranquilidad y confianza. Además, demostraron un gran compromiso con el servicio al cliente, resolviendo mis consultas de manera eficiente y amable. Sin duda, recomiendo Osa Property Management a cualquier persona que busque una gestión inmobiliaria responsable, transparente y de alta calidad, de verdad les recoemiendo mucho el lugar, las instalaciones y la vista, si buscan tranquilidad y un ambiente agradable este lugar es el indicado. ¡Muchas gracias por su gran trabajo!

Fuimos 8 amigas a celebrar el cumple de una de nosotros. El lugar es precioso, la casa extremadamente cómoda y espaciosa. Todo debidamente organizado y muy fácil de encontrar. Los cuartos y los baños son impecables, la piscina riqúisima, el entorno es un encanto, rodeado de naturaleza exhuberante típico de la zona. Cuando recomiendan usar vehículo 4X4, hayque hacer caso!!! porque sí es muy necesario para llegar hasta la casa. Definitivamente super recomendado y definitivamente queremos volver a ese lugar mágico. Respecto a la empresa administradora, imposible ser más eficientes!! mil gracias por todo el apoyo

Wir haben uns in der Casita Quetzal sofort willkommen und wohlgefühlt – zur Begrüßung gab es sogar Blumen, frisches Obst und Kaffee. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Komfort: eine wunderschöne Außenanlage mit Pool, eine hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie großzügige, schöne Zimmer. Besonders angenehm fanden wir, dass Verbrauchsartikel wie Toilettenpapier, Spülmaschinentabs und Waschmittel reichlich vorhanden waren. Auch die Kommunikation war jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Lage: Direkt nebenan befindet sich, von der Unterkunft aus nicht sichtbar, ein sehr guter Maxi Pali Supermarkt, den man in etwa zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Zum Strand sind es ebenfalls nur rund zehn Minuten gemütlicher Spaziergang. Insgesamt eine wunderschöne, komfortable Unterkunft mit vielen durchdachten Details – wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Ojochal. The property and amenities were wonderful and it was in a great location to access Sierpe for excursions. The check in process was stressful though as entry into the community requires a QR code and it was not working. This issue was remedied within a few hours and the host was responsive but our first night’s plans were significantly affected nonetheless. Response: Thank you so much, Michael, for the kind review and for highlighting the wonderful property, amenities, and ideal location for your Sierpe excursions — we’re so glad Ojochal Escape delivered such an enjoyable stay overall! We sincerely apologize for the stressful check-in experience with the community gate QR code — we completely understand how disruptive that must have been, especially on your very first night. While the gate access system is managed directly by the community’s HOA and is outside of our control, we want you to know that we take these situations very seriously. We have since followed up with the HOA to let them know of the issue to offer our help in any way to prevent it from happening to anyone else. We truly regret that your first night’s plans were affected and we are sorry we couldn’t resolve it faster. Our goal is always a 5-star seamless experience from the very first moment of arrival and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and deliver just that. Stayed at Casa Hermosa
I have stayed at quite a few Airbnb houses and this one is definitely one of the best if not the best. The location is a bit remote, but getting there is part of the fun, and the surroundings are very beautiful. The house itself is amazing. Beds are great, a/c works perfectly, the kitchen has everything you need, bathrooms and showers are great, and the infinity pool is absolutely fantastic!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Uvita à la Casita Catalina. La maison est tout confort, l’air conditionné très appréciable et la piscine très agréable, la réalité correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Nous avons aimé pouvoir nous déplacer à pied jusqu’à la plage, aux restaurants et aux activités en lien avec les baleines. Merci à Osa Property Management pour leur excellente communication en amont et pendant le séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique petite maison à Dominical. Le logement est très propre, parfaitement agencé et très agréable à vivre. Le véritable atout est l’extérieur, avec une piscine privée offrant une superbe vue sur les collines et l’océan. Quel plaisir d’en profiter en fin de journée après nos randonnées et excursions ! L’emplacement est également idéal : à seulement 10 minutes de Dominical et environ 20 minutes d’Uvita, proche des plages, restaurants et nombreuses activités de la région. La conciergerie qui gère le logement a toujours été très réactive et disponible pour répondre à nos demandes. Un très beau logement, dans un cadre paisible avec une vue magnifique sur l’océan. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Me and my boyfriend’s time in costa rica was incredible. Our stay in the villa was great, the host was very responsive answering within the 10 minutes. The check in and our process was straight forward and very detail oriented. We had so many birds visit us, I loved watching them through the window and at night we had our friendly frog. Overall it felt like home, so comfortable, I would stay here again!!
