The stay was fantastic, the property is absolutely perfect and our family of 16 enjoyed the home to its fullest. The team was fantastic support prior to check in and even during and post the stay! The home had all the amenities listed and the home was in fantastic condition and super clean! We will for sure go again in the future as the region is perfect for a relaxed family vacation. Very much highly recommend the property and host for anyone who would like to stay!

This Airbnb was the most unbelievable experience you could ever ask for. The home is absolutely stunning with amazing views. Gary communicated with us the whole time making sure our stay was everything we could ever ask for and super easy. If you stay at this Airbnb, I highly advise to hire chef Mario as well, he was an absolute blast with a great personality and unbelievable in the kitchen. If you want the best Costa Rica experience this is the house to pick.

The concierge team was awesome, Gary helped us with recommendations and lining up tours, and helped us plan our days. maid was awesome as well kept everything super clean. If you guys stay here ask for chef Mario for the private chef experience the house was one of the most beautiful homes me and my friends have stayed at the view was priceless

Wow, this experience was absolutely incredible. I am blown away! The property was perfect, and working with Gary as our concierge was the most extraordinary experience I have ever had while traveling. We were met with such kindness, rapid responses, answers to all our questions, and we were met above and beyond from start to finish. 10/10 all around, and I can’t wait to return!!!!!

We loved our stay in this Villa. It’s perfect for a big group of friends and having the cleaners available is such a bonus. The pool and views are amazing. The beds are comfortable. We hired a private chef and the food was so good. Gary, our concierge, was so helpful and responsive. We hope to come back soon!

This place was beautiful. The host did a great job at communicating beforehand how to get there as it can be a bit tricky just using the gps. Once there we were left speechless. The view was beautiful and it was even better than how the pictures look. The host is also extremely friendly and response. Will absolutely have to find a time to go back!

Such a beautiful home, located in the mountain so not the easiest to get to, definitely need a 4x4, but beyond worth the drive. Stunning views, beautiful home. Truly such a wonderful experience. Be sure to ask how to turn the hot water on because we were showering in cold water the first few days. A 10/10 experience, can’t wait to come back.

We stayed at this beautiful property & it was amazing! You located basically in the middle of the jungle, the views are breath taking. You can see the ocean waves crashing from so many places! 10/10. You’re in the middle of jungle so expect bugs/insects to be around and outside of this property! Worth the visit 100%

The most beautiful Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! The property is beautiful in every angle. The whole house has a view of the ocean and the sunset. The plants surrounding the property and in the house was incredible. It felt like we were staying in the middle of the jungle. There were 10 of us during this stay and we loved it so much. The property is on a hill and it is quite a trek to get to it but the host helped us with transportation. We traveled from Tamarindo and the host sent drivers, Francia and Gerardo, to get us to Dominical. It requires a 4x4 vehicle to get to the property and we had wonderful drivers, Victor and Fabian, drive us back and forth for a few of our excursions.

This house was everything we hoped for and more! The modern architecture is (truly award-winning)— every detail has been thoughtfully designed to highlight the breathtaking views. Waking up to the panoramic scenery each morning felt like a dream.
The home itself is beautifully furnished, sleek, and comfortable, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings. It’s clear a lot of care went into making this a one-of-a-kind space. We especially loved how the design brought the outdoors in — it felt like we were living in a piece of art!

Firstly, this villa is absolutely jaw-dropping. My wedding group and I were on cloud 9 the whole time we were at the villa. OSA property management team were very prompt and friendly with any needs we had. Our house keeping woman was extremely sweet and thorough. But we cannot get enough of the stunning views and the amazing hospitality we received. We will definitely be coming back. Somehow this villa is even better than the pictures and the pictures are pretty great. Just know you need a 4x4 vehicle to get into the villa and you are set! If you ever want to feel like a king or queen, this place will make you feel that way the entirety of your trip! Our stay at this luxurious 5-bedroom retreat in Dominical, Costa Rica, was spectacular. Nestled on a mountainside with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, the property provided an unforgettable blend of opulence and natural beauty. We were captivated by the modern design, lush tropical surroundings, and the serene sounds of ocean waves and wildlife.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning 25-meter infinity pool, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living spaces. Whether we were enjoying a morning swim, relaxing in the jacuzzi, or gathering around the firepit in the evening, every moment felt like a dream. Floor-to-ceiling windows allowed us to take in panoramic views from every corner of the home, and the thoughtfully designed amenities added immense comfort and convenience.

It's been 3 months we booked this location and had asked to have a private chef since the start, and then reminded multiple times. On the day of, they asked if we booked any of their recommendations, but we were never recommended any. Then because we had no food after travelling 5 hours to the location, we asked what we could do? They referred us to a local app but to our amazement, only accepted Costa Rican Credit Cards. The chef was also not brought back into question for the remainder of the week. It's honestly a shame because the house was absolutely perfect. Just nothing was done to help fix the food situation. We decided to then rent a 4x4 (Extremely needed) and cooked ourselves. Also the main family room Air Conditioning wasn't working the entire stay so that was pretty heated. And the hot tub was not working as well for the 1st 3 days.
So again, great house but management needs help.

Beautiful home with incredible views. The property managers gave us options to augment our stay including a private chef and local activities. They also helped us facilitate transportation around town and to and from the airport.
Pool is unheated, but the hardly a problem with the weather.
AC in all the bedrooms and living room.

The ocean views from this home are absolutely stunning - very few homes in the area have a front row virtually unobstructed view such as this home. The property itself is incredible, very clean, very modern, the most comfortable beds you'll ever sleep on, unique design elements and an amazing infinity edge pool. There are trees nearby on the property that Toucans would frequent, very cool to watch them. The location is perfect for enjoying all that Dominical and the surrounding area has to offer -- note, do not skimp on your rental car, you do need a 4x4 or AWD vehicle to confidently access the property as is the case with most properties in the area. The pre-arrival communication and communication throughout our stay with the host was spot on, they were very responsive and were always there if we had a question. This is not a property to be missed, amazing in every way with an amazing host.
