I really enjoyed staying Uvita. The property is modern, clean, and looks exactly like the photos. It had all the modern amenities needed, and the pool was excellent, definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The location is also very convenient, with restaurants, shops, beaches, and other necessities all within about a three-mile radius. The property is spacious and, in my opinion, is best enjoyed with a group of at least four people so you can really take advantage of everything it offers. Overall, a beautiful, comfortable place in a great location, and I would definitely recommend it. When heading out there take the toll roads.

Hermoso lugar, espacioso y todo muy limpio y en excelente estado. En la cocina faltan cuchillos para cortar carne y tal vez algunos recipientes o platos plásticos reutilizables para la zona de la piscina.

Nuestra estadía fue mejor de lo que esperábamos, la casa es realmente como se ve en las fotos. Desde que nos comunicamos para reservar hasta que hicimos el check out la atención que nos brindaron fue rápida, amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos. Sin duda se convirtió en nuestro lugar favorito.

Beautiful, new home with great pool. Very close to downtown but not so close that it's noisy, ideal spot. Comfortable beds, big closets, equipped kitchen with all the basics plus ice maker and water dispenser in the door! Dishwasher and small microwave (uncommon in Costa Rica) and the home has several, huge smart TVs. We enjoyed the pool daily and had a wonderful trip! Recommend highly! Concierge and Osa Mgmt staff are quick to respond, very accomodating, and a pleasure to deal with generally.

This was our favorite home we have ever stayed at. It is at the end of a quiet street with open fields and horses and other homes. The street was nice to walk at sunrise, we saw a family of green parrots and other beautiful birds. It is also very close to everything in Uvita. The beaches and restaurants all seemed to be 5-10 minutes away. The layout of the home is great and it’s just a beautiful home. We enjoyed sunsets at the pool which was so private and quiet. The landscaping is excellent, the home is gated all around, but you don’t feel closed in. Greenery surrounds you. We didn’t feel like it needed to be gated, it’s a very quiet neighborhood, but it made it nice and secluded. Also, the star gazing on the pool deck is amazing at night. We saw just about every constellation. The home was immaculate and management was very responsive via text. We had one minor issue with a cabinet door and they sent someone out immediately. The beds are on the very firm side, but we seemed to get used to that. Also, the exterior gate is controlled by a button inside the house. So, one person needs to pull the car out and one person needs to hit the gate button by the front door and walk out. I wish they had a button you could hit from your car, but we got used to the procedure.
