Nice home in Parrita, walk across the street to the private beach. The home is nice and is exactly as pictured. Pros: Very private with a lot of space. I did not give 5 stars as the home could use some updates some of the furniture was a bit worn like the barstools and some of the lamps were rusted, etc. The king bed in the main Suite was very firm and uncomfortable but the other beds slept fine. We did have issues with pests cockroach in the kitchen and ants in the living room, however the host was responsive and sent the cleaners the next day to reclean the kitchen/living room and spray for pests. Customer service was top notch with a highly responsive and helpful customer service team. Cons: location is extremely remote outside of the beach there is only one restaurant that is walkable. The house sits on a back road that is unpaved and quite busy with local traffic. You will need a rental car if you intend to go anywhere. Location is a no for me but house itself is nice.

Everything about the property that we wanted was listed clear on site. We hired the personal chef which we HIGHLY suggest…Mario, he was absolutely phenomenal! Walk to the beach right across the street. Pool was relaxing after our long fishing trips and zip lining tour. Beds were a bit stiff but not complaining. Only issue we did have was on our third night we received a text about a noise complaint. We are a group of mature adults that had a good time and were enjoying a great meal laughing and singing. OSA did promptly respond when I asked why we received the text and apparently there’s noise devices inside the home. It is a block concrete construction home and sound reverberates and echos which was probably the issue. Wasn’t completely happy about that but other than that the overall experience was great!

Great stay! Clean linens and towels. Appreciated the fresh fruit and flowers upon arrival and the management team was always super helpful and responsive. They were particular helpful when we wanted to extend our stay by one day.

Nos encanta playa palo seco, es un oasis de flora y fauna en el pacifico central. La casa muy bonita, comoda, bien ubicada, frente a la playa y con muchas amenidades para pasar unas inolvidablea vacaciones. Las camas super comodas, calidad de sueño excepcional.

Great week on the ocean!
Was the perfect house for hosting my family of 8. The pool was nice for the young and old, and the beach was right across the street. Close to Parrita for groceries and other amenities. Close enough to Quepos for daily adventures and tours there as well. Bedrooms were nice and big, with enough bathroom space to host a group our size. Concierge Gary was great and was very helpful as this was our first Costa Rica trip. Would definitely do again.

Our group of 7 had an absolutely amazing experience at this beautiful house in Parrita, Costa Rica—one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had!
The management team was outstanding. Before arrival, they sent helpful links for local tours, grocery stores, along with clear instructions, directions, and photos for seamless check-in. We were warmly welcomed with a stunning fresh floral arrangement and a delicious fruit basket.
The house matched the listing perfectly (the only minor difference was no alarm system, but the area felt very safe with secure rods on all doors). When one door wouldn’t lock properly, the team responded instantly and fixed it ASAP.
The location was ideal as a base camp between Quepos/Manuel Antonio and Jacó—perfect for our ATV tour and explorations. The private pool was a highlight for relaxing after busy days, and the nearly deserted beach was pure bliss. We enjoyed every minute and can’t recommend this gem highly enough. Pura vida! 🌺🏖️

We spent 23 days in Costa Rica in 5 different areas, in 5 different Airbnbs and this spectacular beach house was our absolute favorite. The house was beautifully decorated, had all the essentials (plus extras), and the property/grounds were meticulously landscaped. The location directly on the Pacific Ocean was amazing and a 2 minute walk away from the sand and surf. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to this awesome country.
