Super séjour!
Grande villa très belle et propre.
Elle est situé en haut d’une montagne et le chemin pour si rendre est non pavé. Il faut compter un 15-20 minutes de route en sortant de la route principale pour s’y rendre. Nous ne sortions pas le soir pour cette raison.
Super tranquille. Vue magnifique!
Il y a une petite rivière sur le chemin pour s’y rendre où il a été vraiment plaisant de s’y baigner!
Il y a souvent eu des coupures d’électricité qui durait entre 10 minutes et 2 h ce qui semble être la norme dans le secteur. Nous n’avions pas de lampe de poche disponible dans la maison et l’hôte nous en a fait parvenir le lendemain!

Our accommodation well exceeded our expectations. The location is stunning. It was peaceful, we spent hours just listening to the ocean, birds..and watching all there was to see. La casa es preciosa, tal cual que en las fotos. Todo estaba súper limpio, con una vista increíble al mar, perfecta para disfrutar en familia. La cocina tenía de todo lo que podíamos necesitar, y además el anfitrión nos dejó detalles como café, frutas y condimentos. Siempre respondió rápido y con mucha amabilidad. ¡La pasamos genial!

Comfortable house, no dishwasher
The house was quite comfortable, it is at the end of the street so pretty peaceful. Well equipped kitchen, large modern fridge, good water pressure in the showers, quality beds, starlink with no downtime as long as the power was on. We found out the dishwasher is broken when we checked in - the booking was made 2 months in advance, no prior warnings. It was replaced 30 days into our 6 week stay, not ideal situation for people with severe food allergies. The house also needs small battery backup, because the stove is electric. Frequent power cuts common for Costa Rica will leave you stuck with half cooked food because the power went out.

Great stay! Everything was clean and organized. The pool was awesome and the space was nice with am amazing view of the ocean. The other reviews are true about the neighbors.....they yelled from next door to "be quiet" when our kids were out playing on a Friday afternoon around 5. My husband went next door to talk with them and all ended up good after that. Also great location....close to all you need!

We had a few issues that were out of the property management control but they did their best to accommodate us and make sure everything was taken care of. We do appreciate the effort to make up for the inconveniences.

This property has the most amazing view, and good location to Ojochal. Spacious, and a great size for my group. Must have 4WD. Neighbors are close by, but we were not loud so had no issues as previous reviewers mentioned. We felt safe with what appeared to be 24 hour gated security into the neighborhood.

Great place to stay with family. Beautiful views and open space to relax. Strongly recommend making sure you have a big enough vehicle to get to the home. Responsive host and flexible check out time.

Beautiful home with amazing views and wildlife at your doorstep! Our stay was so peaceful and a whole family of coatimundis came right up to the house and ate from the trees! One decided he was too shy when he saw me watching so he moved to the backside of the banana tree out of my sight. Hummingbirds and parrots visited too! The kitchen had everything we need and the house was fully stocked to meet our needs. Highly recommend!!

This place is a drive, and I found the view to be worth the bumpy road and the time it takes to get up/down from town to the house… (25-30mins from Uvita), my wife on the other hand didn’t think so.

Paradise for a week
The home was beautiful and we lived in a dreamworld for a week.
It was very comfortable and gave us a truly wonderful experience. All the necessities we available and the OSA property management team made our activities easy to arrange.
We lived the home and will come back in the future!

Osa was responsive. The team was helpful before, during and after. However, we lost power in the property four times… and even though it is out of their control, for a vacation spot, it was disappointing. In addition to this problem, we weren’t allowed to make the best of our stay. Our neighbors complained of noise when my group was being the quietest and respectful. One of the neighbors literally showed up to the backyard where the pool is in the middle of the night to the tell us to lower the noise. Even though I understand that it is their neighborhood (and we want to be respectful), don’t put a house for AirBnb if the people staying can’t even use the space freely. For a vacation, this felt like we were lead on to stay in the house to sleep, and not really to use the amenities.
In addition to these, the fridge wasn’t working. It didn’t cool and it ruined our food. One of the Osa members dropped us at the house without electricity and just left us… in pitch black! Very disappointed

Casa Arcoiris y Sonrisa was absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend staying here. Perfect location, beautiful home, great pool, fabulous restaurants nearby. It was everything and more than we expected.!
