Casa Arcoiris y Sonrisa is an absolutely gorgeous home offering the best blend of views, location, wildlife and luxury, all located in Ojochal.
First a quick Spanish lesson:
Arcoiris = rainbow. If you’re lucky enough to visit, especially during the green season, you may see a majestic rainbow.
Sonrisa = smile. We can guarantee your time here will involve plenty of smiles. Live and experience the PURA VIDA spirit while here.
The home was build less than five years ago and every detail was considered when building to ensure guests would be able to enjoy their time at the home and nature, while at the same time, enjoying your private and luxurious time.
Keep the windows open to enjoy the constant breezes while listening to the jungle sounds. Stay cool by enjoying the natural breezes that flow throughout the home. Each one of the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.
During the rainy season, stay dry with the large covered parking carport (private).
It is a wonderful romantic location for those looking for plenty of space, natural light and privacy.
Families will enjoy the three bedrooms allowing the kids to have their own bedroom and bathroom, while the parents/adults can enjoy their own private bedroom and bathroom.
The location of Casa Arcoiris y Sonrisa is close to everything that the southern region of Costa Rica has to offer. Beaches: Playa Tortuga and Playa Ventanas are the two closest.
Restaurants: Ojochal is known for its world-class restaurants including Citrus, Exotica and Fusion.
Bars: Los Gatos Locos, La Mona Grita and
Coffee shops: El Pancito Cafe
The home is located in a gated community.
Stay as connected as you like to the ‘real world’ with WiFi reaching every room and the pool area. There are USB outlets in every room.
Long-term renters (26 days or more) will be required to pay for electricity and make a $250 electricity pre-paid deposit prior to check-in.

Felt like an estate
The property is large - several acres at least. Plenty of parking. The home is older, but large, with plenty of new furnishings and ample ocean view deck and patio space.
The pool area has a covered entertainment area that we really enjoyed.
