El alojamiento en Uvita es maravilloso. Coincide totalmente con la descripción pero OJO con la gestora que lleva el alojamiento. Nos aconsejaron una salida a Isla Caño con Epic. Un mediador que contrata a un tercero las salidas. Gary de Epic nos llamó la noche anterior para confirmar una hora de salida incorrecta. Cuando nos presentamos en el punto de encuentro nos hicieron firmar un documento de consentimiento en caso de accidente para automáticamente llevarnos a otra empresa porque la que nos tenía que gestionar la salida no nos habían esperado; algo ilegal. Perdimos 3h de excursión de los 150 dólares que vale, por llegar tarde. Pero lo peor, es que al llamar a Gary para indicarle lo ocurrido a parte de reírse de unos clientes nos dijo que teníamos que reclamar nosotros porque ellos eran intermediarios. La gestora del alquiler no se responsabilizó de nada. Al contrario nos hizo responsables por no revisar el horario y no le dio importancia al trato de Gary hacía unos clientes.

We LOVED every moment of our stay at this Airbnb. The house is beautiful and spacious. Well cared for and very clean. We spent a lot of time on the pool deck looking at the view, plus early AM coffee, meditation, yoga, and swimming. This little slice of paradise was like our own personal retreat. Typically, I don’t repeat visits to countries, but coming back to this beautiful spot would make me reconsider. You will not regret your stay here.

Wow ! Tout était parfait et identique aux photos. La vue est incroyable. C'est un autoroute à oiseaux. Nous avons vu des toucans matin et soir. La douche vitrée sur la nature est une expérience unique. Il y a régulièrement un petit vent qui offre une bonne circulation d'air à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour se reposer au soleil sur la terrasse et devant la maison également. Nous avons très peu utilisé l'air climatisé. Le secteur est très tranquille tout en étant près de la route principale. C'est très facile d'accès. Au moment de la réservation, les hôtes offrent un guide virtuel très complet de la maison et de comment s'y rendre (avec photos) ce qui est très pratique. La maison est très bien équipée. La 3e chambre à un accès extérieur seulement. Elle ne communique pas avec l'intérieur de la maison. On reviendra c'est certain !

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house! It exceeded our expectations and is even better than the photos! The rooms are beautifully decorated, the kitchen is well equipped and the pool and lounge area are great. The view is stunning! On our first night a toucan sat in a tree near the lounge sofa, just great!

The house was so gorgeous it was hard to leave on excursions. Every little detail was thought of. Much better than a 5 star resort because of the privacy. We loved Playa Ventanas 5 minutes away and the beautiful waterfalls a few miles away. The birds were amazing as well. Lots of toucans in the trees right next to you. We loved the hot shower as you step out of the pool. Truly memorable place surrounded by beauty

This is an amazing property surrounded by natural beauty. Sitting by the pool, you’ll feel alone in the jungle. If that’s what you’re looking for, it’s exactly what you’ll get. Would recommend a rental car or a very reliable car service if staying here, but that’s what you get if you’re staying in the jungle without many homes surrounding you.

The place was immaculate! Super clean, felt right at home, they had everything you could ever need while staying. Everything is up to date. The view was the best. And it made our first trip to Costa Rica just much more comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely will recommend to everyone and we will definitely be back to stay here. If you can put a sign that can be seen after the restaurants that would be great. Had a bit of trouble finding the place at night so maybe signs can be helpful. But other than that i cant complain at all. Thank you for making this trip amazing for us!

I’d suggest a binder with instructions for the stove, coffee maker, tv, etc It was extremely frustrating trying to figure these things out without information. We had to call for assistance. The directions on both Google Maps and Waze were incorrect. We only found the place because a neighbor’s workers stopped to help.

Die Villa hat unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen! Das nennen wir Luxus pur! Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Privatsphäre, den riesigen Pool, das äusserst bequeme Bett und die vollständige Ausstattung in der Küche. Leider wurde der Genuss von alle dem von stetigem Baulärm überschattet. Von der gewünschten Ruhe war da leider nicht viel vorhanden. OSA hat aufgrund unserer Anfrage für einen Preisnachlass mit dem Management gesprochen und tatsächlich, bekamen wir einen Betrag zurück, was wir sehr schätzen und als professionell einstufen.
Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben uns dann im Haus doch noch gestört: die Schiebetüren in der Küche sind wohl optisch schön, aber sehr unpraktisch, wenn man jedes Mal die Türen bewegen muss, um etwas aus dem Schrank zu holen. Die Beleuchtung in den Badezimmern und an den Nachttischen ist unzureichend, um sich im Spiegel genau anzusehen oder im Bett ein Buch zu lesen. Im Wäscheraum müsste unbedingt eine Lüftung hin (Abwassergestank).

This place was so beautiful exactly as the pictures portrayed. I would have given it a full five stars if we didn’t run into some power issues. The power went out two days in a row , quite a few times throughout the day. The host was very responsive though. We had an amazing stay. It was so relaxing, the Airbnb was super clean and the views were 10 out of 10 !

We had an amazing stay in Uvita! The property was even better than the pictures - stunning views, lush nature all around, and the sound of beautiful birds chirping each morning. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and while we were a group of 4, it could easily accommodate 6 comfortably. The home is modern, spotless, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The beach is close by and absolutely beautiful, with amazing dinner spots just down the hill (highly recommend Momento Sushi if you’re a sushi lover.) Incredible value for what you get, and while we made it there fine in our 2WD car, a 4WD would be smart during the rainy season. Highly recommend!

Diese Villa war einfach perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt in Ojochal! Wir waren zu sechst unterwegs und haben uns von Anfang an rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Die Räume sind großzügig, die Betten unglaublich bequem und der private Pool mitten im tropischen Grün war unser tägliches Highlight.
Wir haben die ruhige Lage sehr genossen – ideal zum Entspannen, aber trotzdem nah an allem, was man braucht. Besonders empfehlen können wir die nahegelegenen Restaurants Citrus und Potz – exzellente Küche in wunderschönem Ambiente!
Die Küche der Villa ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sodass wir auch gerne selbst gekocht haben. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – der Check-in war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation top.
Fazit: Diese Villa ist ein echter Geheimtipp für alle, die Luxus, Ruhe und Natur erleben möchten. 5 Sterne!

This is definitely our best experience ever staying at an Airbnb! We enjoyed our stays so much that none of us wanted to go anywhere. Everything was up to par and more except 2 little mishaps, the power went out twice but came back pretty quickly, and the water went out twice but was quickly fixed by the management!
Overall, we all recommend this house for anyone who want a very relaxing home and vacation

It had everything we could possibly need and more: it felt safe, the pool area was gorgeous, the beds were really comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless and modern. You can really tell how much care has gone into making this place feel special.
The location was great too — close to shops, restaurants and beautiful nature.
The host was wonderful: friendly, helpful, and incredibly quick to respond whenever we had a question.

The villa is beautiful, and we loved the kitchen and the pool. There’s a 60-inch TV with Netflix, Prime, YouTube, and Apple TV (our own accounts) to use. We quickly unpacked, turned on YouTube music and enjoyed the pool for a few hours.
On the last day we went into the small town at the bottom of the hill and had some sushi and a chicken dish. Overall, it was a great trip, and we plan on coming back in the future.

We had an amazing stay! This place was the perfect spot for a getaway with friends. The amenities were top-notch, everything was clean and well-maintained, and the view was absolutely stunning. I have been using Airbnb for over 10 years now, and this is truthfully the best place I've ever stayed.
The house is perfect and the outside area is even better. Although, you most likely won't spend much time inside at all because the pool area is so amazing.
We saw tons of birds and enjoyed that it felt somewhat jungle but it was still possible to see the ocean.
The one negative is that there is another house being built nearby and the workers are there basically all day. They were mostly not too loud though during our stay.
The Osa Property team is also the best. They were very quick to respond to any messages, wrote to make sure the house was great, and made sure the house was equipped with everything we could need.

Had a great stay at the property. It looked exactly like the pictures on the website and the location was private. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels and everything needed. The area felt safe and there were many restaurants very close. The pool and outdoor areas were amazing and I would definitely stay again!

First the house. It was spotless, one of the cleanest air bnb’s I’ve stayed at. The views in the photos do not give it justice, simply beautiful. The pool is huge, at least 37ft long, good for laps. Had all of the kitchen tools we needed. Comfortable beds and linens. Huge supply of towels and cleaning products. We loved this home. We did run into no water supply on our second day for 22hrs, they did immediately bring us a couple jugs of water but we were forced to leave the home in the morning due to inability to wash dishes, ourselves, use bathrooms. The management team was responsive, but felt it could have been rectified sooner. We did receive reimbursement for a nights stay eventually, did go through airbnb support but appreciated the reimbursement for our troubles. I would not let an event such as this deter booking this home as we were looked after and these things can happen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again.

This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The property was a piece of private magic in the jungle with everything you need right there. We stayed for 3 nights and wish we had much longer. The location was perfect, the host very responsive and friendly. We did a horse back riding tour that they helped arranged, went to the near by beaches and spent lots of time at the Infiniti pool overlooking the jungle. We already want to come back!!

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb. The place was spotlessly clean, which made me feel right at home. The view was stunning — with the forest right in front and the sea visible in the distance, it felt like a postcard. What I especially appreciated was how well-equipped the place was; everything I needed was there, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it!

We watched toucans, macaws and other parrots every morning from the patio.. we had a good stay, I would just be aware the house up across from the pool is being built so we couldn't hear anything inside but when we tried to enjoy the patio & pool even early with the birds , we could hear construction tools, people talking and working the entire time outside so we didn't spend more than 1 afternoon out there besides the early morning bird watching The Restaurants up the corner were good.. We did alot within a weeks stay but I'd recommend to BOOK with sierpeazultours A local family company and an unmatched experience he is also on air bnb but we booked direct so can't leave them an awesome review it's discover wildlife on a river cruise w/ enoc ... we had his son and Moses tour us 10/10 & BOOK Cave, Surfing & Waterfall Experience with Justin (Airbnb)He actually recommended Sierpe Azul to us, and it ended up being the highlight of our trip! & BOOK the private chef.

The house is well equipped with all the kitchen appliance we wanted or needed. There is starting to be a nice accumulation of spices and other kitchen supplies. One of our party noted the bed was the most comfortable he had ever slept on. We all agreed the property felt like staying in a five star resort.

We had an amazing time staying at Casa Manigua. The house had everything we needed for a great stay. Tons of towels, comfortable beds, amazing views, great sound system, games, clean pool, and so much more. We enjoyed toucans flying around the trees in the morning while we ate breakfast outside each day. The home was a great base for taking in the surroundings. We were able to visit the Nauyaca waterfalls, go whale watching in Uvita, and enjoy some delicious local restaurants like Carlito’s Restaurant. The home was easy to get to from SJO and it had everything we needed for our stay. If you like to cook - the kitchen has everything you need. We hired a chef from “The Private Chef” (mentioned in the guide book) to come and cook dinner for us one night and they complimented the well set up kitchen. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy the southern Pacific part of Costa Rica stop scrolling and book this place you will love it!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Costa Rica was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking view of the lush jungle—waking up to the sights and sounds of nature was a dream come true.

El Alojamiento esta en un lugar rodeado de Naturaleza, muy agradable, todo tal y como esta en la dscripcion nos encanto. Pudimos observar 4 Tucanes en un arbol frente a la casa y 2 Changos, tiene Vista al mar, el agua de la alberca esta templada, nos parecio un lugar increible, con gusto la recomendamos!

We had a magical time in Costa Rica and the villa was so beautiful we didn’t want to leave! We would go back in a heartbeat. Property management was very helpful and were able to help us through any queries. The villa has a magnificent view of the ocean and jungle. We saw beautiful birds and butterflies daily. It’s equipped with everything you need and more. A short 2 minute drive away there is a little plaza with great restaurants, sometimes with nightly entertainment, and a pickleball facility. So much to do and see in the area. Recommend waterfalls San josecito, el pavon, eco chontales, nauyaca. Bring bananas to the restaurant la parcela and feed monkeys!

What a gem of a modern new house with breathtaking views of the jungle and ocean (great sunsets)!
We loved the great fully equipped kitchen, the cosy lounge by the infinity pool, the high quality bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in showers.
There are several supermarkets nearby for your shopping needs. The 'Citrus Restaurante' offers delicious fresh food and is only two minutes away by car. Next door is a great bakery as well as a deli.
There are always toucans and parrots in the trees around the house. It is advisable to bring binoculars.
Beautiful unspoilt beaches are close by.
The Corcovado National Park and Manuel Antonio National Park are easy day trips. The Alturas Wildlife Sanctuary is also worth a visit.
This Villa has everything we could possibly wish for and we will definitely return.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in diesem neuen, modernen Haus mit beeindruckendem Dschungel- und Meerblick aus fast jeder Ecke. Die durchdachte Infinity-Pool-Area bot perfekte Entspannung und atemberaubende Ausblicke. Alle Zimmer sind harmonisch designed und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Die Lage ist ideal: Ein erstklassiges Fitnessstudio ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt (Einzelticket 11 USD). Die Strände Ballena und Hermosa sind schnell erreichbar und besonders am Morgen ein Highlight. Frisches Sauerteig-Brot gibt es beim Bäcker um die Ecke, und mehrere gute Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Zudem ist das Haus ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Nationalparks Corcovado und Manuel Antonio oder zum Schnorcheln auf der Isla del Caño.
Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war perfekt (stets schnelle Antworten). Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freuen uns bald zurück zu kommen
