This 3-bedroom home with 6 beds and 3.5 bathrooms comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families or small groups traveling together.

The villa was designed with a modern architectural style, large windows, and open living spaces that connect seamlessly with the surrounding tropical forest. Natural light fills the interior while the surrounding landscape creates a quiet and secluded atmosphere.

Each bedroom includes air conditioning for comfort. The open living area flows directly to the outdoor terrace where guests can enjoy two beautiful infinity pools, perfect for relaxing and cooling off while surrounded by jungle and mountain views.

The property is gated and extremely private, offering a peaceful setting immersed in nature. The home is also equipped with solar panels, helping provide sustainable energy during your stay.

Villa Ocaso is located near the center of Ojochal, known throughout Costa Rica for its excellent restaurants and proximity to incredible beaches. Within a short drive you can reach Playa Ventanas, Playa Tortuga, Playa Ballena, Punta Garza, and the beaches of Uvita.

Villa Ocaso is located in Ojochal, a small coastal community on Costa Rica’s southern Pacific coast known for its beautiful nature and excellent restaurants.

Guests are a short drive from several stunning beaches including Playa Ventanas, Playa Tortuga, Playa Ballena, Punta Garza, and the beaches of Uvita, home to the famous Marino Ballena National Park and its Whale’s Tail beach.

Ojochal is also famous for its diverse dining scene with restaurants offering international and Costa Rican cuisine. Grocery stores, cafes, and local shops are nearby, making it easy to enjoy both convenience and natural beauty.

Access

Guests will receive detailed arrival instructions prior to check-in. The home is gated, providing security and privacy throughout your stay.

Space

Villa Ocaso is a fully private home with no shared spaces. Guests will have exclusive access to the property including both infinity pools, outdoor terrace, and indoor living areas.

Transit

A 4x4 vehicle is required to reach the property.

The nearest international airport is Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) in San José, approximately 3–3.5 hours away by car.

Guests can also fly from SJO to Quepos domestic airport, which offers a scenic flight over Costa Rica’s mountains, rivers, and coastline before driving south to Ojochal. Our concierge team can assist with transportation arrangements including rental cars, private shuttles, and domestic flights. The property is approximately 1 hour from the Quepos airport. The flight from San Jose to Quepos is only 20 minutes long.
