The place was immaculate! Super clean, felt right at home, they had everything you could ever need while staying. Everything is up to date. The view was the best. And it made our first trip to Costa Rica just much more comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely will recommend to everyone and we will definitely be back to stay here. If you can put a sign that can be seen after the restaurants that would be great. Had a bit of trouble finding the place at night so maybe signs can be helpful. But other than that i cant complain at all. Thank you for making this trip amazing for us!

One of the Best Airbnb Houses I’ve stayed N! The Views & The OSA Management Group are AMAZING!! Gary LiterallyHas All The Hookups and Info You will Need to have an AMAZING STAY. Gary setup a Private Massage @the Airbnb Pool Side! Also gave me Great information on Excursions around Different areas and Night Life. If I’m Ever n Costa Rica will most definitely stay again.
You Will need a 4×4 to get up That Hill and Most Areas are Off Road or Big Hills.

we had an incredible stay here, was definitely a luxury stay. extremely comfortable, had everything we needed and more. surroundings were beautiful and sunsets here were gorgeous. easy access to good restaurants, both high end and local. host was kind enough to arrange birthday decor and cake for our arrival which was very nice. would stay here over and over again!

The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and grounds. I’d suggest a binder with instructions for the stove, coffee maker, tv, etc It was extremely frustrating trying to figure these things out without information. We had to call for assistance. The directions on both Google Maps and Waze were incorrect. We only found the place because a neighbor’s workers stopped to help.

Die Villa hat unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen! Das nennen wir Luxus pur! Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Privatsphäre, den riesigen Pool, das äusserst bequeme Bett und die vollständige Ausstattung in der Küche. Leider wurde der Genuss von alle dem von stetigem Baulärm überschattet. Von der gewünschten Ruhe war da leider nicht viel vorhanden. OSA hat aufgrund unserer Anfrage für einen Preisnachlass mit dem Management gesprochen und tatsächlich, bekamen wir einen Betrag zurück, was wir sehr schätzen und als professionell einstufen.
Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben uns dann im Haus doch noch gestört: die Schiebetüren in der Küche sind wohl optisch schön, aber sehr unpraktisch, wenn man jedes Mal die Türen bewegen muss, um etwas aus dem Schrank zu holen. Die Beleuchtung in den Badezimmern und an den Nachttischen ist unzureichend, um sich im Spiegel genau anzusehen oder im Bett ein Buch zu lesen. Im Wäscheraum müsste unbedingt eine Lüftung hin (Abwassergestank).

This place was so beautiful exactly as the pictures portrayed. I would have given it a full five stars if we didn’t run into some power issues. The power went out two days in a row , quite a few times throughout the day. The host was very responsive though. We had an amazing stay. It was so relaxing, the Airbnb was super clean and the views were 10 out of 10 !

Osa Property Management go above and beyond! Their home was fantastic and I can not say enough about the outdoor space! Also, their customer service is the best I have experienced!! I felt at home and safe and felt confident in their help and suggestions! I got to have excursions that I had not planned but they suggested and had a blast! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend:).

We had an amazing stay in Uvita! The property was even better than the pictures - stunning views, lush nature all around, and the sound of beautiful birds chirping each morning. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and while we were a group of 4, it could easily accommodate 6 comfortably. The home is modern, spotless, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The beach is close by and absolutely beautiful, with amazing dinner spots just down the hill (highly recommend Momento Sushi if you’re a sushi lover.) Incredible value for what you get, and while we made it there fine in our 2WD car, a 4WD would be smart during the rainy season. Highly recommend!

Diese Villa war einfach perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt in Ojochal! Wir waren zu sechst unterwegs und haben uns von Anfang an rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Die Räume sind großzügig, die Betten unglaublich bequem und der private Pool mitten im tropischen Grün war unser tägliches Highlight.
Wir haben die ruhige Lage sehr genossen – ideal zum Entspannen, aber trotzdem nah an allem, was man braucht. Besonders empfehlen können wir die nahegelegenen Restaurants Citrus und Potz – exzellente Küche in wunderschönem Ambiente!
Die Küche der Villa ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sodass wir auch gerne selbst gekocht haben. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – der Check-in war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation top.
Fazit: Diese Villa ist ein echter Geheimtipp für alle, die Luxus, Ruhe und Natur erleben möchten. 5 Sterne!

This is definitely our best experience ever staying at an Airbnb! We enjoyed our stays so much that none of us wanted to go anywhere. Everything was up to par and more except 2 little mishaps, the power went out twice but came back pretty quickly, and the water went out twice but was quickly fixed by the management!
Overall, we all recommend this house for anyone who want a very relaxing home and vacation

We absolutely loved our stay — everything was simply perfect! The house was stunning, super luxurious and impeccably clean. Honestly, we didn’t even want to leave.
It had everything we could possibly need and more: it felt safe, the pool area was gorgeous, the beds were really comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless and modern. You can really tell how much care has gone into making this place feel special.
The location was great too — close to shops, restaurants and beautiful nature.
The host was wonderful: friendly, helpful, and incredibly quick to respond whenever we had a question.
We would absolutely stay here again, and we wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone thinking about booking it. You won’t regret it!

I love the mountains and since I’ve never been to Ojochal I was looking forward to visiting this new location. Check in was a breeze and the initial walk through is always the best part of any new place so you get the lay of the land. As soon as you walk in you see the beautiful modern kitchen on the right with sliding wooden doors that have the refrigerator, pans, and utensils behind it, but we ignored that because we saw the gorgeous view of the mountains from the pool deck.
The villa is beautiful, and we loved the kitchen and the pool. There’s a 60-inch TV with Netflix, Prime, YouTube, and Apple TV (our own accounts) to use. We quickly unpacked, turned on YouTube music and enjoyed the pool for a few hours.
On the last day we went into the small town at the bottom of the hill and had some sushi and a chicken dish. Overall, it was a great trip, and we plan on coming back in the future.
