Walk to beach-Condo-Jaco-Great location-Pool

This was our second year in a row staying here. Last year, there were three of us, and before we even left we knew we wanted to come back. This year, six of us stayed there, and once again everyone was talking about returning before the trip was over — which pretty much says it all. The condo complex is extremely close to the beach and within walking distance of several great places to eat. A short Uber ride takes you into the heart of town for even more dining and shopping options. The condo itself is roomy and worked very well for our group of six. Many places advertise sleeping six or more but don’t offer enough table space or seating for that many people — this one does. We’ll definitely be talking with our friends about coming back again.

My family and I of 4 adults and 2 children stayed at the Villa for almost a week and we absolutely loved it. It was the perfect space for all of us. The Villa is gated and safe. There is access to the beach and the pool is right outside our Villa. The children had a wonderful time. We felt right at home and would like to book this place in the near future. The only thing o would recommend in the home is a full length mirror. Other than that, this place was perfect for us!

Perfect apartment for family holiday. Very close to very beginner friendly surf beach. This is the right side of the beach for families and beginner surf. Lots of nature around, parrots, lizards etc, etc😎

Luana’s home was an ideal retreat for us while vacationing in Jaco. Her place is much roomier than it appears in pictures, providing ample space for comfort and relaxation. From the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms, the entire house is well stocked, so we had everything we needed for our stay. One of the standout features of Luana’s home was its proximity to the beach, just a two-minute walk along a private path. There were several restaurants within walking distance, making dining out convenient. For more dining and shopping options, we used Uber, with most trips about $2. Many nightly rentals offer sleeping arrangements for 6 to 8 guests but lack sufficient dining or living area seating. Luana’s home was an exception. The living area is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating, and the large dining table is perfect for gathering around for meals. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we booked another two week stay for next year before our current vacation ended.

Newer condo, very nicely decorated with beach motif, very clean, great location (2 minute walk through a gate to a relatively uncrowded beach, and street was less busy than the center of Jaco). Liked that all condos were ground-floor condos in a little gated community. Condo complex was well maintained with nice landscaping and crystal clear pool. Wifi was a little weak upstairs, which was weird because that's where the router was. Master bedroom AC was okay but had a little trouble bringing down the temperature. Other AC units worked great. Beach chairs were the only amenity we wished we had but didn't, so we had to buy some. Communication with Launa was slow (which we were warned about), but Juan Carlos, the property manager, showed up quickly when we couldn't get in at first and otherwise made sure we got what we needed. We were very glad we rented a car (with insurance!). We used it for the park visit, surfing in Playa Hermosa, & scuba & free diving charters from Play Herradura.

This place was extremely worth it. The pictures doesn’t do it justice. Extremely clean and felt secure the entire trip. Would highly recommend.

Great place for my partner to recover from surgery. It was quiet and peaceful! The south-end of Jaco always feels more relaxing!

Great place for us and our 2 little kiddos (5yo and 3yo). The neighbors were all super kind and we loved waking up and enjoying the pool steps from our unit. Being able to easily and quickly walk to the beach through the private gate was amazing! Our 5yo loved doing the private code in the gated community. We had plenty of room to spread out in the house with a fully stocked kitchen. The host was responsive and gracious to us. Definitely recommend!

This AirBnb had an excellent price point better than smaller units in the same complex. Will certainly look into this condo for a future stay!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s the perfect location for our family. We love to watch the wildlife around the condo. We walked to Dos Vista for local cuisine, and walked to Muddlefish brewery for great food and Wednesday & Friday music. Enjoyed our morning hike to El Miro for exercise and Jaco beach view. The condo is situated in the best part of Jaco beach with amazing sunset and where the locals gather for sunset. We can’t wait to come back!

My group of friends and I came to Jaco to learn how to surf and Launa's place served as one of the best locations to do so. We had direct access to the beach that were lined with board rental tents. The house is located in a gated community with a gym and cafe close by. Launa was great at communicating and ensuring we had an amazing stay.

This villa was amazing! Easy access to everything including the beach restaurants and more! Downtown is a moderate walk from the villa but if you don’t feel like walking, an Uber is only $2.50!

The house is beautiful, just like the pictures, plenty of restaurants to choose from, along with activities to do. There is something for everyone to participate in. There is very easy access to the beach, although it's black sand, but that's a given because of the area. Thanks, Launa, for the accommodations.

Launas place exceeded our expectations and the pictures do not do it justice. The space is large and well furnished to a high standard which we have found is quite rare in Costa Rica. The kitchen is very well equipped. My only gripe is with the TV in the main room which needs replacing as it keeps crashing and needs rebooting constantly. Jaco beach is literally a 1 min walk and a lovely beach to surf and even swim. The town is a 15 min walk. Recommended!

Location was perfect for us: away from busy town, with beach front, local restaurants, small convenience store. Pool warm and well kept. Plenty of beach towels: thick, the dryer was small tho so it took a very long time to dry things. Poorly stocked: no dryer sheets, detergent, little toilet paper, paper towels, no liquid bath soap-only 3-4 small circular bars of bath/hand soap and there was only 1 hair dryer for 2 bathrooms. Gate did not function well except with the remote-there was only one for 2 cars going in separate directions. Gate code only worked off and on. Large family gathering area downstairs with good size kitchen table. Very tall windows letting in plenty of day light but no privacy at night since you could see thru the shades. 2 bedrooms were very small and sheets in them wee old and rough. Cleanliness (4). Not “shiny” but a good every day, clean feel. Careful on the stairs. Beautiful but hard to tell where one stair started and stopped due to coloring. A good stay tho.

The accommodation is spectacular, the spaces are spacious and with great taste, and it has everything you need to have a great time with family and/or friends. Access is quite easy and the instructions provided by Launa make everything easier. The pool is at the front of the house, which makes it great for kids. The condo has an ideal beach exit for an early walk or sunset. A place 100% recommended.

We loved this spectacular condo. Launa, was very responsive & easy to work with. Juan Carlos, the local property manager is terrific. Highly recommend him for your transportation & excursions needs. The condo was lovely, reasonably priced & in a small gated community. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of linens, towels, beach towels. A very short walk past the other condos, through a security gate and the large black sand beach is there for your pleasure. You can rent chairs & umbrellas or throw a towel down and enjoy the sun, sand, surf. You can always lounge around the lap pool which is steps away from the front door. There is a BBQ next to the pool. Good restaurants near the condo, Rayana & Puddlefish our favorites. It is an easy walk into town. Cab back is $5. We were there for 5 wks & did not rent a car, nor did we miss it. Lots of restaurants & bars in downtown Jaco. Highly recommend Jaco Relajo! ...except for March 2024–we already rented it!
