This was a beautiful property with gorgeous views. We made good use of the pool and the well supplied kitchen (the storage containers were very helpful). The bed in the primary was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in and had very soft sheets. You definitely need a 4×4 to get there, but once you’re there it’s perfect. We would stay again!

Esta es la segunda vez que me alojo en este lugar y debo decir que sigue cuidado como la vez anterior. Detalles como encontrar un café sin abrir, o fruta lista son de destacar. También tiene una cocina súper equipada y esta vez pude disfrutar del barbecue. La vista es insuperable, todo limpio, y con todo lo necesario para hacer una estadía increíble. Lo recomiendo especialmente para escapadas.

El lugar es espectacular, muy bonito y familiar además de súper acogedor. Las camas muy cómodas y la ropa de cama de excelente calidad igual que los equipos y electrodomésticos. Lo que más nos gustó fue la privacidad del lugar.

Nuestra estadía fue simplemente maravillosa. El lugar es precioso, muy acogedor y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para descansar y disfrutar.
La anfitriona fue excelente, siempre atenta y muy rápida respondiendo a todas nuestras inquietudes.
La piscina estaba encantadora y súper limpia, al igual que toda la casa, que se encontraba impecable y equipada con todo lo necesario.
Los jardines son simplemente hermosos y hacen que el ambiente sea aún más especial. Además, el acceso es muy fácil y cómodo.
Sin duda volveríamos una y otra vez. ¡Súper recomendado!

The property itself is absolutely stunning — the house and grounds are exactly as pictured, which is so refreshing. Everything was beautifully maintained and the setting was breathtaking.
During my stay, there was construction happening on an adjacent property — something the management company was not aware of either. What impressed me was how they handled it the moment they found out. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive throughout. Every question and request I had was addressed quickly and with care. That kind of service makes a real difference.
I would absolutely return once the neighboring construction is complete. The property itself deserves every star, and the management team is top tier.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette belle villa. C’était vraiment parfait. La maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons cuisiné presque tous les soirs. Nous avons profitez du Ninja pour ce faire des smoothies avec des fruits frais. Nous avons également profité du BBQ à deux reprises et de la piscine tous les jours.
C’est un environnement très tranquille, la 1re fois depuis nos 10 jours au Costa Rica qu’on ne se faisait pas réveiller par des chiens ou des coqs 🙂
Nous avons mangé au restaurant Héliconia, excellent restaurant dans un très bel environnement et bon rapport qualité-prix . Nous avons également pris l’apéro au Citrus au début du chemin pour se rendre à la Villa.
Nous recommandons vivement!

Un lugar hermoso y muy bien mantenido. Los hosts estuvieron muy al tanto de cualquier cosa que ocuparamos y siempre respondían en pocos minutos. Lugar 100% recomendado.

El lugar es precioso, desde la piscina pudimos ver iguanas, lapas, tucanes y otras aves… el sonido del río y la vista son muy relajantes… si volvería! Solamente es indispensable tomar en cuenta que para llegar al lugar se requiere vehículo 4x4, máxime si se quiere salir a conocer lugares aledaños y playas cercanas. La cuesta antes de llegar es extremadamente empinada y de piedra suelta para una carro de tracción sencilla.

My time spent at this home was unforgettable. The house itself was clean, comfortable and was totally private. The amount of wildlife on and around the property was incredible. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, the beds were cozy and the pool was as dreamy as it looks in the pictures. The surrounding area is beautiful with so much to do and it always felt great to return to this beautiful home after a day of exploring. María Z was my concierge that I communicated with before and throughout my stay. She was absolutely incredible and even helped me book an excursion to Corcovado National Park. 10/10 would recommend this wonderful home and team!

Best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Gorgeous outdoors and the pool was incredible. The kitchen was fully stocked (the rice cooker was an added bonus) and bed was comfy. Lots of yard games, chairs and towels for the beach and covered parking. We loved every minute of it.

Un lugar espectacular para vacacionar y pasarla lindo en familia. Muy tranquilo y privado y a la vez muy cerca de playas, restaurantes y lugares para visitar. Casa hermosa bien cuidada, solo decir que la segunda pieza es demasiado diferente a la principal, sin closet, cama distinta a la principal, eso debería ser muy específico. Además ingresó personal de la empresa (cerrajero y limpiador de piscina) sin avisar lo que nos produjo confusión y nos asustamos. Solo enviaron un mensaje (por la aplicación) de la empresa que "iba en camino una persona a ver un tema puntual que tuvimos", pero nunca nos dijeron que llegaría y entraría sin siquiera tocar, eso no nos gustó para nada (LO MÁS NEGATIVO)

As is clearly indicated in the Guest Guidebook, which you received the moment you booked the home, the pool cleaner arrived on certain days of the week and must access the pool (as a house rule). In addition, you had issues that we came to fix and we did communicate when someone would be there.
We definitely recommend that you always read any information/Guidebook that a Host provides to you for your future stays to alleviate some of the confusion you had. Pura Vida !

Got the beat place in Ojochal here. It was private, peaceful and easy to get to with a great view. And a wonderful pool which is all I needed. Beaches are great but nothing better than a cool pool that you don’t share with others during your stay. We love this place! It’s 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all day!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in der Villa Brisas sin Prisas! Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen – alles ist durchdacht und in Top-Zustand. Die Lage ist großartig, ruhig und dennoch nah an allen wichtigen Zielen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach atemberaubend und lädt dazu ein, jede freie Minute dort zu verbringen.
Ein besonderes Lob geht an Osa Property Management: ein erstklassiger Gastgeber! Kleine Probleme wurden umgehend und professionell gelöst, sodass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen konnten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder – 5 Sterne in jeder Hinsicht! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Es un lugar hermoso 100% recomendado! rodeado de naturaleza, con una privacidad increíble, la casa es hermosa súper cómoda la piscina es súper chiva las vistas espectaculares y volvería mil veces 🥰son solo como 10 m de calle de lastre empinada, más sin embargo con un SUV se puede pasar fácilmente sin necesidad de tener 4X4. Las playas están cerca de 10 a 25 minutos en carro, se encuentran supermercados farmacias cerca como a 3 minutos de la casa Y la verdad es que tiene todo lo que se ocupa y más. Me encantó😍

Muy buena locación, una vista del mar, rodeado de bosque. Las habitaciones impecables. La cocina super equipada, con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Hasta frutas nos dejaron. Muy seguro, todas las puertas con llave y código. Agua caliente, muy cómodo, la piscina con buen mantenimiento. Realmente es una excelente opción para disfrutar de Ojochal, muy conveniente y cercano a Marino Ballena, Playa Ventanas y varias cascadas. Lo recomiendo.
