The home is gorgeous and matches the description and photos (maybe even better in person). We had 5 people and 3 bathrooms, which was perfect. The sunset views are amazing! The home itself is 5 stars. OSA Management was given 4 stars due to the unnecessary stress caused by lack of communication. No where in their agreement does it say they will charge you a late fee if you don’t make check-in by 8 pm. Due to flight/car rental delays and traffic (which his CRAZY coming out of San Jose) it looked like we would arrive late. We couldn’t give them a time due to the constant stand still traffic. They asked for $50 CASH if after 8 pm (which is against AIRBNB policy) and if after 10, you can’t check in at all since they hire someone to take you up to the house the first time. Still a great house, but know their ‘policy’ before you book.

This property is a great place for your Costa Rican adventure. Perched on a hill overlooking both rainforest and ocean and within driving distance to lots of beaches, marinas, hikes, and national parks. Make sure to bring/rent a 4×4 car for the drive up the hill. Osa Property Management was incredibly responsive and super helpful with everything.

The location 5 stars : private and safe with two sets of gates/very close to Uvita/ Dominical/ many water falls with in 20 mins drive/ 30 mins to marina for many boat rides/ church only 4 mins away

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The property was clean & spacious. The community was safe, quiet & offered a unique experience to drive through local districts.
The PM staff (OSA) went above & beyond, providing exceptional customer service from the moment we booked. They were warm, responsive, & prompt. We highly recommend utilizing their inclusive concierge services which allowed us to book domestic flights, rental car, spa services, excursions, etc! The one-stop-shop experience was an extra layer of relaxation that added tremendous value to our trip planning.
Their local guidebook was also super neat!
Amongst the endless great things we can state about this property, nothing beats the incredible, breathtaking views! The stunning backdrop created such a magical experience for us! The infinity pool & waterfall overlooking the jungle... absolutely incredible!
Perfect setting for a romantic/relaxing getaway. We wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend this property to anyone!

Had a great stay at this Airbnb - amenities and the space was well worth the price that I paid. One of those times where the pictures themselves don’t do the place justice.
It’s a bit difficult to find the Airbnb by yourself but the hosts were super communicative and helpful. I definitely recommend you take them up on their offer to have a guide bring you from a local restaurant to the house itself. You NEED a 4x4.

Fantastic place if you are looking for some privacy, less crowded and amongst nature. We had some visitors in the form of scorpions and lizards, but you would expect those in such a weather and surroundings. We enjoyed our stay in this property.

Yes - nature is amazing here in Costa Rica and sometimes the geckos and iguanas are seen, and every once in awhile a scorpion makes their presence known too. The house is very modern, spacious, and equipped with many utensils to make meals at home. The view from the pool is wonderful, which allows you to spend a very relaxed time. The rooms in the house are quite spacious and equipped with a fan and air conditioning.
The house is in a safe area, it’s necessary to pass through two coded gates. I recommend renting a 4x4 to get to the house, but the path is very accessible if done slowly

If you follow their directions for check in, they send a staff member to guide you to the house and show you around.
The living room is super spacious and the pool is amazing! The bathroom is very clean and big and the hot water is amazing.
They weren’t joking when they say you absolutely need to have a 4X4 because you are climbing up a mountain, with a reliable vehicle the drive is very safe. The house is secluded and super safe.

The place was breath taking and amazing accommodations! I would definitely book the house again and I even left a beach cooler bag for other guest to use to take to the beach. Recommendations do not go at night for your first check in because the initial drive up the hill can be intimidating so try to go during the day light. Lastly, buy a few beach chairs for the house & store in the laundry room for beach days

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this stunning property in Costa Rica! The home is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully appointed with everything you might need. The ocean views are simply breathtaking—waking up to them every morning felt like a dream.
While the property is tucked away and can be a bit challenging to locate at first, the management team was incredibly helpful in guiding us to the home. A bit of extra signage on the roads would make it even easier, but honestly, the little adventure in finding it added to the charm. Once you arrive, you'll see it’s more than worth it!

I cannot recommend this property enough, it was magical. The home is even more beautiful than the photos. You have a very private space (there’s a second house built on the property, but it wasn’t rented out) - so you have all the privacy you can dream of in the middle of the rain forest.
The house is big, and could easily sleep 7+ people. It fit our family of 5 great. There’s forest all around, with lots of geckos, lizards, birds (and even a toucan). Didn’t see any monkeys on the property. If you are staying inside, you will enjoy it.
The house was intimidating to get to at first, and you absolutely need a 4x4. But once you do the drive, it’s a piece of cake. We were here in probably the rainiest it has been in years, and the drive to and from the house was fine. I came to love the road in.
The stay felt like an adventure, in a home that was perfect. We 100% plan to be back. It was wonderful! And the hosts are amazing :).

Es una hermosa casa con amplios espacios y lindo diseño modernista. Muy bien el mobiliario, el equipamiento y hasta el detalle de ofrecer lo necesario para cocinar y hacerse un café. La piscina infinita y las hermosas vistas al mar y las montañas, brindan valiosos momentos de relajación. Advierten que se requiere auto 4x4 pero nuestra visita fue en pleno invierno y no fue necesario. Más bien se requiere potencia para subir 3 cuestas pronunciadas de corto trecho. La casa cuenta con generador eléctrico de emergencia para suplir energía en caso de falla en el servicio público.
El contexto inmediato de la casa todavía permite la observación de muchas y diversas aves y pequeños mamiferos.

This house is beautiful! It was clean and very well-equipped.Please ensure you read the instructions before arriving at your stay. I did not read them, and the Host indicated a meeting point. I entered the Airbnb's address into my GPS, and it took us to another place. It was very dark; there was no signalization at all. I contacted our Host, and they guided us to the home. 2nd day, we got lost again. There was no signal to use GPS. The road was declivitous, and the car started sliding. It was terrifying, but we finally figured out our way home.We decided to arrive during the daylight on the third day to avoid any further issues. We got home, and there were five guys in the house's parking lot. So, we asked them what they were doing, and they said they would start gardening maintenance. They left, and thenanother guy arrived, stating he would clean the pool. As three women in a secluded house, we felt vulnerable and unsafe, especially knowing that others could access the property.

Costa Rican Jungle Paradise
We originally booked a different home but when that place fell through at the last minute, OSA Property Management was able to switch us to this new home to stay in. This is a spectacular home and the views and amenities at this home blew us away. This home fit 7 of us comfortably. It was spotless and modern. We loved the pool view and cooking outside on the Blackstone. It is very safe here. The property manager met and showed us around the property when we arrived. We understand that this home was new construction and some of the finishing touches were still being completed as we stayed there. If we come back to Costa Rica, we would love to stay at this home again. We recommend it to other families.
