La propiedad luce tal y como más fotos. Lo único que resultó incómodo fue que cuando llegamos la refri ni el congelador funcionaban al igual que un aire acondicionado de una habitación. Los técnicos llegaron al día siguiente. El aire no funcionó y dormimos sin el. Esas situaciones hacen que el disfrute sea menos y que uno deba estarse comunicando y recibiendo personas para el mantenimiento lo cual no es agradable. La respuesta de los propietarios fue a tiempo sin embargo son cosas que ud deberían revisarse antes de recibir los huéspedes.

Beautiful location to relax and unwind
Our family of six stayed at this property the second week in January. Our ages ranged from 9-82. The location is beautiful. You can sit by the pool or the master bedroom balcony to watch the waves and hear the surf crash. My grandchildren loved boogie boarding in the waves. Macaws fly by daily and eat the fruits from the trees across from the villa. A troupe of capuchin monkeys live behind the villa and are entertaining to watch.The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed pina coladas in the Ninja blender each evening.We would definitely rent this villa again.
Great beach but extremely isolated and less than ideal area…..
The house had everything we needed. The pool in front and accesablitly to the beach was really nice. The property managers were very responsive, which was thankful because we had several needs. We had no water two days in a row because of a failed water pump. Several doors did not lock and the solution was wooden sticks in slider door tracks. Also, several alarm sensors were of line. This was very concerning as the property managment company stressed locking everying up, setting the alarm and even padlocking the gate to the property even when just across the street at the beach. The surrounding area left alot to be desired. Several abandoned buildings with graffti on them. This is by far the nicest house on the beach.

Beautiful house & secluded beachfront location, well-appointed kitchen. So nice to have 6 portable beach chairs & a few boogie boards to use, beautiful pool. The outdoor shower also great. Great location if you want a quiet beach & plan to cook, since shopping for groceries & sundries is nearby at the mini-súper down the road or a bit farther in Parrita.

We arrived to a nice surprise of various fruits and a floral arrangement. The pool was nice and warm and we felt like we had our own private beach. The beach is across from the quiet road the home is on but you can walk for miles on this beach of black sand. The home was well appointed and clean. Thanks very much!

We got there after dark and the google maps link sent us about 1/2 a mile too far down the road. Thankfully, we called someone from OSA Properties who directed us to the correct location. The house was very nice, rooms were clean, and the pool was very nice. Although the listing stated to bring a decongestant because of the humidity, my wife is allergic to mold and became severely sick and was miserable for a few days due to the mold coming out of the AC units. Osa promptly had someone clean the AC units and those workers confirmed the mold in the AC units. The bedroom windows also did not have screens so without AC and no windows it was extremely uncomfortable. The website also listed a grill - there was no grill at the property. The power also was disconnected at least 4 times while we were there, one time for 3 hours, which i know Osa can do nothing about, just be aware. Also, do not expect to swim in the ocean here, the waves are 4-10 feet high with a REAL rip current.

The place was in a secluded area so I deff recommend renting a car and not driving at night since there is no street lights. The beach was not really a swimming beach more like a surfers beach which we could not enjoy . Overall the house was nice and peaceful

Mildred - we are very sorry that you gave us a 3-star review. We were in constant communication with you (as you did not read the Guidebook) and addressed all of your issues. There is a street light right on the lot corner of the house, and we there is sensor lighting outside ensuring the property is always lit up, so I'm not sure why you would say there are no street lights or lighting. We are sorry you only had a 3 star experience. We worked hard to ensure you had a great time (went grocery shopping for you, concierge service, etc) as that is not what most of our Guests experience at this wonderful home.
Keep us in mind for any future travel to Costa Rica you may have as we currently manage over 70 properties on Costa Rica's Pacific Coast - perhaps we have another option that is a better fit for you.

Everything was wonderful. Abigail was extremely responsive and fast to ease out any kinks. Our hot water wasn’t working upon arrival and she jumped into action. Gave lots of recommendations. The person she recommended for massage Angelica was fabulous. Best massage ever, and she came to us. Monkeys came 3-4 days from 7-9am. That was really fun to watch. The restaurant down the road was good and they were very nice. I’d recommend shopping in quepos but parrita has most of your needs. Several close waterfalls. Zip line tour Abigail set up was really fun and the staff was a lot of fun. Great meal after as well. Pool was really nice. Although a lot of cracked tiles were in the pool. Easy fix though. House has most things you need. We ran out of Papertowels and dish soap but easy to get at the store. We saw a lot of macaws. We did a beach clean up 1 day felt nice to give back to this beautiful place. Overall great trip. I’d recommend changing currency to colones but US dollar accepted.
Beautiful home in Costa Rica
We had an amazing trip. The property is beautiful and in a quiet location. Management was very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip.

The house was perfect for our group of 7. The 3 bedrooms & baths allowed for privacy and the common and pool areas gave plenty of room for gathering. We enjoyed walks on the beach and dinners at Mar Y Sol. The location was great. We explored north near Jaco and south to Manuel Antonio, enjoying the rainforest and beaches. Highly recommend Rainmaker, zip lining, Playa Espadilla and Los Almendros restaurant.

If you are looking for a place that is alittle bit off the beaten path(but 7minutes from town) this is the place. Thank you OSO management for being a whats appt text/call away for any concerns or questions. The property was beautiful, well kept and up to date.

We had such an amazing time. The assistance we were provided before we arrived was great! The house was beautiful. Only thing I would have liked better was if there was more than 1 tv. It was hard with children and adults and only 1 tv. Everything else was great! I’d definitely go back!
