Bar Jolly Roger
Ordered the wings and was pleasantly surprised. These are not your American style wings (BW3 ect…) These are way bigger wings, like real wings. There was enough meat on the wings that they were juicy. Also had about 15 different flavors to choose from. I couldn’t finish the plate and the picture below includes a coin that is a little larger than an American Quarter for reference. They serve wing wings!
Their sign says “best wings on Planet Earth”. These wings were definitely in the top three best wings I have ever had. They were crunchy and saucy!

Had dinner here tonight after noticing the restaurant and hotel on a previous visit to the wildlife sanctuary. The food was very high quality and reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Some American fare and local cuisine on the menu. Drinks were also very tasty. Will likely come back during our stay.

Delicious and reasonably priced food. Big portions. Good service. On weekends, they play music at night. Went for early lunch and was the only group at the restaurant, however it does get a bit busier at night. 4×4 not needed, but need to go really slow driving a 2×4.
Los Barriles Uvita
Excellent service, lot of choices, plates are well laid out. A bit disappointed by the ceviche in taste (too much water) but well presented as seen on pictures. Espresso is real. Recommand !

Chai latte was fantastic and perfect. Red snapper burrito was pretty good, could use something else to set it off. The passion fruit chicken and vegetables was insanely delicious. Everything very fresh. Great service. Good prices.
