Ein wirklich super ausgestattetes und sauberes Haus es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es wirkte so als würde man bei jemanden zuhause übernachten, mit vielen kleinen Akzenten und Details. Alle paar Minuten sind Aras 🦜 über uns hinweg geflogen.

This property was such a breeze to get to. A little shortcut around putting in the address is to put in the “lapa room”, which is right across the street. It was easy to get into and lock up. The home is beautiful, and well stock with anything that you could possibly need. It was definitely step up for extended, which be appreciated. It was a 20 to 30 minute walk to the surfing area. As well as a 15 minute walk to the whale tail. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is absolutely beautiful and very well equipped for an extended stay. The location is great, the backyard is lovely, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing. However, we were disappointed to find that most of the house does not have A/C, something that was not clearly indicated in the listing. The upstairs loft, in particular, has no windows (only screens) and no A/C, which made it very difficult to sleep, cook, or work from home during our 12-night stay. Only the small downstairs bedroom has an A/C unit, and unfortunately, it wasn’t feasible for everyone in our group to sleep in that one room.
The heat, humidity, and outside noise became overwhelming at times, and significantly impacted our comfort and ability to enjoy the space.
On a positive note, OSA Properties was responsive and courteous during our stay, which we appreciated. We do hope the listing can be updated to more clearly reflect the A/C situation.

However, we are always appreciative of Guest feedback and we've modified the statement of "A/C in bedroom" to include the words 'not in loft' to the description. Thank you for the feedback. The kitchen is on the main floor, not in the loft, and the main floor has large sliding glass doors that allows wonderful fresh Costa Rica air to flow throughout the house. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable stay at Pacific Escape!
Our time in Uvita was truly special, and Pacific Escape played a big role in making it so memorable. The house was exactly what we needed — peaceful, surrounded by nature, and fully equipped for both relaxing and working remotely. We stayed for nearly a month with our family, and it felt like a home away from home.
Waking up to the sounds of the jungle, sipping coffee on the terrace while spotting toucans and monkeys in the trees, and being less than 10 minutes’ walk from the beach — it was the perfect mix of adventure and tranquility. The location is ideal: close to Marino Ballena National Park, waterfalls, local markets, and great restaurants, yet still very private and quiet.
One of the highlights for us was the amazing pool. We spent countless hours in it with our daughter Sofia, laughing, playing, and cooling off under the tropical sun.
The host was responsive and kind, always making sure we had what we needed. Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged — from reliable Wi-Fi (important for remote work!) to a fully functional kitchen.
We left with a heavy heart and so many wonderful memories. We’re already dreaming of coming back — and wouldn’t hesitate to book Pacific Escape again. Thank you for an amazing Experience!

La casa es muy bonita, comoda y a unos pasos…
La casa es muy bonita, comoda y a unos pasos de playa ballena . La zona es tranquila y tiene servicios cerca. Todo esto es excelente .
No le pongo un 10 por unos detalles que me tocaron , que a continuación voy a comentar :
el lavabo del dentrifico estaba tapado,
había una alarma muy molesta que sonaba todas las noches alrededor de la 1 y 2 de la mañana , era una alarma constante en la que se prendían las luces del área común . Nos despertaba a todos y nunca supimos cómo apagarla ademas no habían instrucciones en donde dijera que podría pasar ese incidente incómodo .
Por otro lado la recepción por parte del anfitrión no fue muy acogedora , yo Perdí mi señal por el cambio de país y en lo que me adaptaba en comprar un chip nuevo de datos tuve que pararme en sitios de comida para pedir wifi y obtener la ubicación en mapas para poder llegar , le pedí ayuda al anfitrion y ellos no fueron acertivos y rápidos con la respuesta que solicitaba .

We sent you a note asking you if you had read them and if you had any questions. On the night of your arrival we were in communication with you within minutes. SIM cards are readily available at the airport at multiple locations (the airport is 3 hours away from the home). We wish you the best with your future travel plans and would encourage you to be sure to follow the instructions that Hosts send to you. Pura vida!

Le logement est très bien équipé, ce qui facilite les tâches du quotidien. Les commodités ajoutent une touche de luxe à la propriété.
Il est très bien situé, près de plusieurs plages et restaurants.
Les seuls points à améliorer sont climatisation et le bruit. Il peut faire assez chaud de l’appartement et celui-ci n’est pas insonorisé. Les bruits de coqs, insectes et chiens peuvent être dérangeant.

What an amazing stay, 10/10. Everything is so well thought out. The backyard with the pool, ninja woodfire and couches is to die for. There’s also fans outside so it helps with the heat. The kitchen is well stocked and there’s everything you need and I mean everything (there’s a rice cooker and blender). The shower has amazing pressure and there’s a washer/dryer in the bathroom. The bed downstairs is comfortable and there’s AC in the room. Honestly the best airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. It felt really luxurious.

La casa es hermosa, muy lujosa e impecable. La ubicación está cerca del parque nacional y restaurantes. Lo único es que, a pesar de que tiene ventiladores grandes, solamente hay 1 habitación con aire acondicionado, el resto de la casa no tiene y se pone bastante caliente dentro. Por lo demás, muy recomendado.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Tolle Ausstattung und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Total gemütlich und wir haben uns eine Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Es wäre toll, wenn man auch einen Kinderstuhl ausleihen könnte. Man ist sehr schnell im Nationalpark und am Strand. Leider haben wir sehr schlecht geschlafen, weil es viele Hunde und Hähne in der Nachbarschaft gibt, die spät bellen und seeeehr früh krähen. Osa Property ist immer top erreichbar und hilfsbereit!
