Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Les indications pour l’arrivée étaient très claires, ce qui a facilité notre installation. La maison est très belle, conforme aux photos, et agréable à vivre. La communication avec la propriétaire a été simple et efficace.
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions et équipements à disposition : serviettes pour la piscine, produits de première nécessité (sel, poivre, huile, café), une corbeille de fruits de bienvenue, ainsi que tout le nécessaire pour la lessive et le lave-vaisselle.
Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Super séjour à la villa Jubilo. L’entrée dans les lieux se fait très facilement. La maison est vraiment sympa, bien équipée, propre et confortable. La piscine est très agréable car la plage n’est pas top pour une petite de 2 ans. Dommage que nous n’ayiions pas eu beau temps pendant tout le séjour ce qui a modifié notre planning de visite. C’est la maison que nous avons préféré pendant notre voyage.

We really enjoyed your place! It was clean and comfortable. The a/c was ok in the bedrooms if we kept the doors closed. The common area was a little warm though. Enjoyed the pool to cool off in. Thank you!

The property was as described. Very clean, the pool was nice and relaxing. The down part was, the directions that are on the app take you to 3 different locations. It was very frustrating. I finally asked the property management folk to just text me a pin, in which they did. Took us right to the property, unfortunately we were on the other side of town from their apps directions. The next morning we found several roaches in the kitchen and there were some sort of worms all over the floor. This was brought to the management team’s attention, to which they replied, “it’s Costa Rica, there’s bugs”. My thought was “no kidding, is that where I am?” The previous 2 nights we stayed in a jungle villa with no roaches in the kitchen. After all that, the night before checking out we were pressured NOT ONCE, but TWICE for an exact check out time. This experience will definitely make me rent from actual owners and not management companies. I’ll NEVER go back to this property. Would not recommend!!!

We're sorry you had an unfortunate experience. As you may recall, you did not use the Digital Guidebook we sent to you 3 times prior to your arrival, which provides photos and turn-by-turn directions. Regarding the roaches - that is DEFINITELY not something we expect any Guest to endure and we have already sent the fumigators there. We are very sorry about that! In terms of confirming your check-out time, as we asked (once in the evening before and once on the day of, since you didn't respond) "Do you know your check-out time. This helps us schedule the cleaners. Feel free to stay until 11 am, but if you're leaving earlier, could you do us a favor and let us know" We're sorry you found that frustrating - we've never had anyone complain before. We have stayed in this area before and it is a perfect home base for jungle adventures. The space was cool and comfortable. Love the wildlife at the pool. Amazing!

We had a great stay at the property!! Everything looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was fully equipped and the property had all the necessary equipment! Loved the pool and the neighbors were very friendly!! The coffee shop/ market was super cute! We also visited the waterfall that was close by. We hope to visit again in the future!! Would recommend to anyone coming to Costa Rica!!

Pasamos el fin de año de una manera hermosa. Viajamos con un adulto mayor y no tuvimos problema con las instalaciones. la piscina es muy agradable y en general las instalaciones son fieles a las images. Muy complacidos con nuestra estancia 😊

We faced an unexpected situation in which the house we were expected to be staying in was sold a couple of weeks before the arrival date. Fortunately, OPM was able to find us to provide us a solution by finding a new accommodation that met our expectations. It was a bit far from our intended location but this is understandable as this situation happened at the last minute. The villa at Ocotal is spaceaous, confortable and well equiped. Check in/out process was smooth and the communication with OPM was good. Totally recommend OPM for future rentals.
