The Perfect House!
The house was perfect for my vacation. It was very close to Uvita and a short drive to Dominical. The house was extremely nice and modern. Pool is very large and warm. There was also a sloth living on the property that I saw daily. And every few days or so a family of Howler Monkeys would pass by. You could clearly hear them from the house and if you go outside you could see them. The only suggestion I would make. . . is for management to put some kind of sign or flag out by the road so guests do not miss the driveway. It is very hard to find at night time.

The Perfect House!
The house was perfect for my vacation. It was very close to Uvita and a short drive to Dominical. The house was extremely nice and modern. Pool is very large and warm. This was our first time in Costa Rica. Management made shuttling us from San Jose airport to Uvita and then back to San Jose so easy and stress free. One of our guests missed her flight from Miami to CR & getting a driver to get her to the house the next day was seamless. The house was perfect for the 6 of us. The location was exactly what we expected, needed, and wanted; away from the Main Street, yet a quick 10 minute drive to the beaches. Any questions about anything, were immediately answered.
The yard was perfect for us as bird-watchers. And, We had a visit from a family of howler monkeys, as well as a sloth!

Great spot, just on the edge of town: Other than a few other houses around, it was pretty quiet and just a five minute drive to all the shops and restaurants . The pool was amazing after a long morning/afternoon adventure. A new house with all the amenities, the washer and dryer was great to have. If you don’t want to be right in the middle of town but be close, this place is for you.

This is an absolutely stunning house. The location is incredible. Even if there are other houses nearby, you still feel as if you are in the middle of the jungle.
I think we were the first to stay there and that we had some first tenant issues. The utensils in the kitchen were worn out and dirty. The shower drains didn't drain so you have water to your ankles in a minute. The power went out a few times, which is normal, but the property management also did not respond about it until the next day when we tried to respond to it.
If you are coming from San Jose, pay attention to the fact that they charge you an extra US$50 if you check in late, and the time you have to get from SJO to here is not enough to meet their late check-in cutoff.
It's a great place with teething issues. Once those are ironed out, I am certain it will be much better.

Great responsive hosts , met us at the bottom road to drive us up and meet for check in. House was brand new and so beautiful. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook. Safe , comfortable drive unlike other airbnbs going up a steep mountain. Would definitely stay here again !!

This property is brand new! The property itself as well as all furniture and appliances are new. The house is very spacious, open, with lots of light. The kitchen lovely , clean and has all you can think of from a kitchen. The house has fans and a/c all over the place , to keep you cool and fresh. Pool is perfect size. This property is brand new! The property itself as well as all furniture and appliances are new. The house is very spacious, open, with lots of light. The kitchen lovely , clean and has all you can think of from a kitchen. The house has fans and a/c all over the place , to keep you cool and fresh. Pool is perfect size. The place was spotless, very very clean. Will definitely be coming back to this place; my family loved it!

Beautiful home in the jungle
We enjoyed our stay at the BC South house very much. It was convenient to town and private at the same time. It was very clean. Fully stocked and excellent new condition.
