Osa Property Management was heel snel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huis was erg groot, mooi en goed voorzien. Als klein minpuntje, vlakbij was iets waar veel mensen waren, waar veel herrie vanaf kwam. Maar verder was het geweldig!! Aapjes in de tuin en allerlei andere dieren.

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures, very nice place. For me, it seemed a little unfair that, my husband broke a foldable chair (that is old, moldy and sunburnt) literally by just sitting on it, and when we told management what happened, we were charged for it. They didn't even asked if he was ok. It was very annoying that they kept asking at what time were we leaving, I mean there's a reason the check-out time exists, it was like, please let us know if you leave early. It felt like they wanted us out asap. Like I said the house is as shown in the pictures, but for those two reasons I wouldn't go back.

Better than pictures and larger than expected. Perfect for a family of four. Huge pool and great outdoor shower w/ beach towels provided. Beds were super comfy, AC worked great and good water pressure. We enjoyed the privacy and the kids loved the surprise monkey and parakeet visits. Property management was very helpful with the grill and helping us find the property upon arrival. 4x4 not required. . Overall it was a fantastic stay!

Una casa hermosa, perfectamente equipada y exactamente igual a las fotos. Los anfitriones realmente muy buenos, atentos, con mucha apertura y disposición de ayudar y hacer aún mejor nuestra estadía. Disfrutamos mucho la estadía y definitivamente esperamos repetir.
The Perfect House!
The house was perfect for my vacation. It was very close to Uvita and a short drive to Dominical. The house was extremely nice and modern. Pool is very large and warm. There was also a sloth living on the property that I saw daily. And every few days or so a family of Howler Monkeys would pass by. You could clearly hear them from the house and if you go outside you could see them. The only suggestion I would make. . . is for management to put some kind of sign or flag out by the road so guests do not miss the driveway. It is very hard to find at night time.

This was our first time in Costa Rica. Management made shuttling us from San Jose airport to Uvita and then back to San Jose so easy and stress free. One of our guests missed her flight from Miami to CR & getting a driver to get her to the house the next day was seamless. The house was perfect for the 6 of us. The location was exactly what we expected, needed, and wanted; away from the Main Street, yet a quick 10 minute drive to the beaches. Any questions about anything, were immediately answered.
The yard was perfect for us as bird-watchers. And, We had a visit from a family of howler monkeys, as well as a sloth!

La propiedad estaba en condiciones impecables. Todo perfectamente limpio y ordenado. Osa Property inició una comunicación proactiva con varios días de anticipación, entregándonos toda la información que pudiésemos necesitar.
La casa está un levemente alejada, pero es de fácil acceso y en un lugar muy seguro. La experiencia en general fue un agrado, y seguramente volveremos. La casa cuenta con aires acondicionados y electrodomésticos que funcionan perfectamente, los baños están en perfectas condiciones. No tuvimos ninguna sorpresa desagradable.
El equipo de Osa Property es muy profesional y ameno, y para los turistas, eso es lo más importante.
La casa está un levemente alejada, pero es de fácil acceso y en un lugar muy seguro. La experiencia en general fue un agrado, y seguramente volveremos. El lugar es simplemente perfecto, privado, limpio, casa bellísima, equipada totalmente, cerca de playas hermosas como ventanas, biñuela, ballena, dominicalito y muchas otras...en nuestro caso obtienes mucho más de lo que pagas... volvería tantas veces pueda complacida.

A bit of a beta test
This is an absolutely stunning house. The location is incredible. Even if there are other houses nearby, you still feel as if you are in the middle of the jungle.
I think we were the first to stay there and that we had some first tenant issues. The utensils in the kitchen were worn out and dirty. The shower drains didn't drain so you have water to your ankles in a minute. The power went out a few times, which is normal, but the property management also did not respond about it until the next day when we tried to respond to it.
If you are coming from San Jose, pay attention to the fact that they charge you an extra US$50 if you check in late, and the time you have to get from SJO to here is not enough to meet their late check-in cutoff.
It's a great place with teething issues. Once those are ironed out, I am certain it will be much better.

This place exceeded our expectations! It's only 5 minutes from Envision, near the center of town and easy to get to. A 4x4 is required, but only for a section of the road. The property management group is wonderful to work with! Highly recommend this place!

Great responsive hosts , met us at the bottom road to drive us up and meet for check in. House was brand new and so beautiful. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook. Safe , comfortable drive unlike other airbnbs going up a steep mountain. Would definitely stay here again !!

This property is brand new! The property itself as well…
This property is brand new! The property itself as well as all furniture and appliances are new. The house is very spacious, open, with lots of light. The kitchen lovely , clean and has all you can think of from a kitchen. The house has fans and a/c all over the place , to keep you cool and fresh. Pool is perfect size. The place was spotless, very very clean. Will definitely be coming back to this place; my family loved it!
