We absolutely loved this home. The photos do not do it justice at all. It was a beautiful home to stay in, with plenty of space. This was our third time in Costa Rica, and this was the best place we’ve stayed. The only thing I would mention is that it rained pretty hard one night, and the power frequently goes out when that happens. That’s understandable. However, the security gates in and out of the property lost power, and we could not get in or out because of that for about 2 hours. Lastly, the hills to and from the property are definitely a lot steeper, and require a 4×4, as stated in the description. You can use a 4×2, but we did get a flat tire using our SUV. However, regardless of those details, this place is highly recommended, and the property did everything they could to fix and make right any issues we had. We would absolutely stay here again and again!

our visit was seamless! comfortable bedding, responsive and non intrusive host, wildlife visits right in the backyard. easy enough location, must have 4×4! my only wish would be for a dishwasher, I don’t like doing dishes on Vaca!

La propiedad estaba en condiciones impecables. Todo perfectamente limpio y ordenado. Osa Property inició una comunicación proactiva con varios días de anticipación, entregándonos toda la información que pudiésemos necesitar.
La casa está un levemente alejada, pero es de fácil acceso y en un lugar muy seguro. La experiencia en general fue un agrado, y seguramente volveremos. La casa cuenta con aires acondicionados y electrodomésticos que funcionan perfectamente, los baños están en perfectas condiciones. No tuvimos ninguna sorpresa desagradable.
El equipo de Osa Property es muy profesional y ameno, y para los turistas, eso es lo más importante.
La casa está un levemente alejada, pero es de fácil acceso y en un lugar muy seguro. La experiencia en general fue un agrado, y seguramente volveremos. El lugar es simplemente perfecto, privado, limpio, casa bellísima, equipada…
El lugar es simplemente perfecto, privado, limpio, casa bellísima, equipada totalmente, cerca de playas hermosas como ventanas, biñuela, ballena, dominicalito y muchas otras...en nuestro caso obtienes mucho más de lo que pagas... volvería tantas veces pueda complacida.

A bit of a beta test
This is an absolutely stunning house. The location is incredible. Even if there are other houses nearby, you still feel as if you are in the middle of the jungle.
I think we were the first to stay there and that we had some first tenant issues. The utensils in the kitchen were worn out and dirty. The shower drains didn't drain so you have water to your ankles in a minute. The power went out a few times, which is normal, but the property management also did not respond about it until the next day when we tried to respond to it.
If you are coming from San Jose, pay attention to the fact that they charge you an extra US$50 if you check in late, and the time you have to get from SJO to here is not enough to meet their late check-in cutoff.
It's a great place with teething issues. Once those are ironed out, I am certain it will be much better.

This place exceeded our expectations! It's only 5 minutes from Envision, near the center of town and easy to get to. A 4x4 is required, but only for a section of the road. The property management group is wonderful to work with! Highly recommend this place!

Great responsive hosts , met us at the bottom road to drive us up and meet for check in. House was brand new and so beautiful. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook. Safe , comfortable drive unlike other airbnbs going up a steep mountain. Would definitely stay here again !!

This property is brand new! The property itself as well…
This property is brand new! The property itself as well as all furniture and appliances are new. The house is very spacious, open, with lots of light. The kitchen lovely , clean and has all you can think of from a kitchen. The house has fans and a/c all over the place , to keep you cool and fresh. Pool is perfect size. The place was spotless, very very clean. Will definitely be coming back to this place; my family loved it!
