Just amazing
Thdi place was beautiful. Modern clean and perfect. Just hard to find they need to add a sign on the road… But the place was magical. We stayed for 3 nights. KIDS LOVED IT. The pool was a Big WIN. THE PLACE WAS PERFECTLY SET UP FOR THE 4 ODNUS.

My wife and I had a fantastic week and enjoyed Casa Pastores a lot. You definitely need a car to get around Uvita, to the beach and up and down the road. We’re were amazed at how many fantastic restaurants there are a short walk away. The service responsiveness from OSA was amazing.

Great location in Uvita
We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a nice home with a very comfortable bed. We would recommend it. Only one complaint. If you need to work, the lighting after dark is not good.
Pura Vida
This home is perfect for a couple or a small family. The location is excellent for exploring the region, with a swimming hole in walking distance and diverse beaches a short drive away. The dipping pool is a great way to cool off in the middle of the day, and the outdoor shower is luxurious. The house offers flexibility for weather conditions. You can open it up to let in lots of light and a breeze, or shade all the windows and turn on some air conditioning if it's still and hot outside. Use the guide provided by the management company- the house can be challenging to find upon first arrival. I also recommend four wheel drive for the area. My only suggestion for improvement would be to increase the timer for the on-demand hot water, and perhaps decrease its high end temperature to help offset the expense. In all we loved our romantic escape to Costa Rica, and our time in this home.

The house was clean and so comfortable. Location was perfect! From the moment we arrived to the end of our stay was wonderful. So much to do and experience in the surrounding area. We will definitely be back to stay at Casa De Pastores!

Good location, near town and waterfall, restaurants and stores nearby.
Nice place
House was tidy and up the hill from town. It is close to a church which had an all day service on Saturday that was fairly loud and which continued into the Sunday we left. Road to the house is dirt and potholed so a 4 wheel drive may be warranted.
Relaxing in beautiful Costa Rica
We spent most of our 6 weeks in CR here at Uvita. Seriously thinking of buying property near here. Whenever we came back to the house, it felt like coming home.

El lugar es como se describe, pero no deberian pedir…
El lugar es como se describe, pero no deberian pedir información fuera de la aplicacion de AirBnB. Tambien deberian de evitar tener camaras de seguridad dando hacia el baño, es una violacion a la privacidad. Se reciben demasiados mensajes durante la estadia, incluso solo por hablar se reciben mensajes de que “hay mucho ruido” y envian demasiada informacion que cae en spam. Una cosa es el servicio al cliente y otra el acoso, recibimos un total de 23 mensajes se texto durante la estadia. Fuera de todo esto, el lugar vale la pena, es bonito, bien cuidado y cerca de la playa.
Clean and well equipped
We enjoyed our stay in Uvita. The house met our needs for the area. It was well equipped with all things cooking related including a bbq. The hot water was a little finicky but nothing major. Washer and dryer were great to have on site too. It’s a few minutes walk up the road to the Uvita waterfall (use the second entrance) which was a fun morning adventure. I suggest using the photos from the guide book to find your way to the house (screen shot them ahead of time). Google and waze took us to the wrong locations. All in all it was a fun vrbo to stay in and we enjoyed ourselves.
