Spent a relaxing week here in this fantastic home — Walking in we couldn’t believe how nice the place is. The view is spectacular, the beds are comfortable, the a/c blows cold all the amenities were appreciated. The drive up the hill was no problem for our 4×4, and it’s literally in the jungle so there are bugs and wildlife – we saw monkeys, toucans, stick bugs, a poison dart frog, hummingbirds, and more. The only disappointment was we had a few maintenance issues: a clogged toilet, a leaking kitchen window and the pool waterfall and light didn’t work. Super appreciative that maintenance was sent out to fix the toilet issue immediately, we were disappointed that the other issues were ignored during our stay. Still, would book again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed this property. The pictures don’t do it justice. Be mindful that you or your driver must have a 4×4 and you will not be able to walk to anything there is a steep rocky hill between the house and a normal street. Lots of bugs which is normal and must light the gas oven for use. Overall the host was very responsive and a great stay.

This property is truly exceptional. We've stayed in many luxury Airbnbs, but the combination of ocean sunsets, lush surroundings, and storms rolling over the mountains made this one unforgettable. The home is spacious and beautifully designed. Our toddler loved the pool and fountain, and we appreciated the professional property management. Don’t be concerned about the drive up - it’s VERY easy in a 4x4.
The 85" TV and integrated sound system were surprisingly tasteful and well-suited to the large interior space—great for music indoors and out. The area offers quiet beaches, waterfalls, and charming towns nearby.
Minor notes: we didn’t use the guest house due to a motion light (we’ve heard this is being addressed), and we wouldn’t recommend the outsourced grocery service. The minimalist decor could benefit from a few cozy touches like a more outfitted conversation area, but we quickly made it feel like home anyways.
We left relaxed, refreshed, and already longing to go back.

Our stay at this villa was nothing short of magical….
Our stay at this villa was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views—whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was stunning from every room thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. The villa itself is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, and the pool was a major highlight for all of us.
The kitchen was a total standout—fully stocked with every appliance and utensil imaginable, which made cooking a real joy. It truly felt like a home away from home.
What really made the experience exceptional was the hospitality. The management team was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were helpful, friendly, and always available to assist with anything we needed.
Highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious retreat!

An unforgettable stay in a dream villa!
This place is absolutely magical! The view is breathtaking — whether it’s sunrise or sunset, you can enjoy it from every room thanks to the amazing panoramic windows. The villa itself is stunning, and the pool is just as impressive — both look even better in real life than in the photos! The kitchen is a dream for anyone who loves to cook — it had every single appliance and tool we could think of, which is so rare to find. We had an unforgettable family vacation here and felt completely at home. I truly recommend this villa — it will leave you speechless!

This property is stunning & private. The house is beautifully designed with breathtaking views. The pool is perfect for relaxing while taking in the jungle and coastline. Wildlife is abundant—we saw monkeys, toucans, and more right from the deck. Naturally, there are plenty of bugs in the jungle too so be prepared.
However, we experienced an issue with the water pressure. Showers were barely a trickle, and though we were told it would be fixed after day one, it continued through our whole stay. Management’s only response was to offer extra drinking water, which didn’t address the actual problem. If it was something out of their control, a partial refund for the inconvenience would’ve been appropriate.
Also, the pool house has no blinds on the windows facing the sunrise, and a floodlight turns on every 30 minutes through the night, making it hard to sleep.
Despite these issues, the property itself is incredible and we made great memories. With a few fixes, this would be 5 star stay

We were bringing truckloads of water to keep the showers working and bring potable water for you to drink during the emergency. The place was very nice and comfortable, but unfortunately the experience was soured when the host sent a driver who didn’t know the directions. This caused us to miss our excursion, and no one has taken accountability. Driver they sent drove around for 30 plus minutes only to pull over to ask where are we going. Very shocking! No one wanted to find a solution to us losing money on our excursion. The next day the other driver they sent us even admitted to us that they never sent that driver the right address, yet he told us he knew where we were going before we departed. Kept getting a run around. Disappointing service despite the great place. Didn’t even offer $1 off the stay. Once again very disappointing.

Hola Jovany! We are sorry you did not enjoy your time here. As we mentioned in the review - the shuttle driver waited for 35 minutes in the driveway of the home waiting on you. That was the reason you were late to the tour. Also, you demanded the driver to make a stop while en route to your tour - further delaying your arrival. Again, we are sorry the excursion soured your trip - we are evaluating if we are going to continue using the transport company we have used due to your experience. Rarely do you find a place to stay that matches…
Rarely do you find a place to stay that matches the pictures and description. This one did that and more. The views are indescribable. We were the very first guests to stay there and I was reluctant to book something without a review, however seeing that OSA properties had so many reviews from other locations I went ahead. The host was very responsive and calmed my nerves by answering every question asked. You WILL need a 4x4 or AWD vehicle. It was about 6-8 mins for us to get us the hill but definitely worth the venture. You will not be disappointed with this place or the views! Fresh fruit was the cherry on top! Enjoy!!
