Excellent location with excellent amenities
This is a great place to stay for friends and family at Uvita. There were some minor hickups, like setting the timer for jets in the pool, hot water not working due to trip on the fuse board. But every time we reached out to the property manager, they would respond in minutes and send out a technician quickly to address them. The location is fantastic, with drives to the beaches, restaurants and groceries within minutes. There are ACs in every room, including the living room, which was a blessing during hot afternoons. The pool is awesome, especially for kids. The property was maintained very clean and security is top notch with access control for both the property as well as the main door.

Excelente lugar, la casa preciosa, las playas de lo mejor que hay en el país, la piscina de la casa muy bonita, el lugar muy bien ubicado cerca de las playas, supermercados en fin de todo lo que necesitábamos.. 100% recomendado.

Il était noté dans le descriptif que la maison offrait la tranquillité au bord d une rivière sereine , ce n est pas le cas . Elle est près d une route très fréquentée et très bruyante . Même enfermés à l intérieur, nous avons été très gênés par le bruit des voitures et des camions la nuit , le matin et la journée. Malgré tout la maison est très belle avec des prestations de qualité .

We spent a week in a group of 6 people. Large and cozy living room, there was enough space for everyone.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, there is a washing machine and dryer, which was very helpful for a beach holiday. We liked the many board games for every taste.
The style of the house is very interesting and beautiful. The pool was also cleaned regularly.
The location of the house to restaurants, shops and coffee shops - you can't imagine better. The nearest beach is 5 minutes away. Waterfalls and parks are also close.
The owner was very responsive and responded quickly. Air conditioning in each room.
There are flowers in the backyard where hummingbirds fly every morning.
Of the minuses - I would like to replace some kitchen utensils, for example, frying pans.
Overall, that was a great stay!

Super buena si viajan con mascotas ya que se encuentra cerrada alrededor y no hay peligro de que las mascotas puedan escapar.
Nos dejaron muchas cositas de bienvenida que los hizo diferente a otros airbnb’s, muy atentos. Si teníamos algún problema siempre respondían rápido.

very nice place perfect, to move around Uvita and close to a lot of beaches, the place is top with pretty good furniture and kitchen utensils just to use it and cook, the pool looks very good with the lights, the beds were very comfortable, and the AC works very well

As a group of 4, we really enjoyed the pool and kitchen here. The location was great and the home felt very safe. Our cons were that there was hardly any furniture besides the bare minimum. For example, no nightstands in the 2 smaller bedrooms and zero decorations. The furniture that was there was so uncomfortable. There were only two pillows per bedroom and they seemed like there were stuffed with rocks- lumpy and uncomfortable. There were no extra pillows or sheets. The house was fine for a 4 night stay but it felt cheap and if they put in a small amount of effort to make it more homey, this place would be perfect! Like I said we greatly enjoyed the pool and the host was responsive but didn’t nag at all. We didn’t have to reach out for anything during our stay as we had everything we needed. I would probably look elsewhere for my next stay in Uvita due to those reasons but this was a fine affordable option.

Villa Eco del Río is just an amazing place. During our stay, we really enjoyed all amenities available. The location is perfect, 5 min drive almost to everything (near to the beaches, super markets, restaurants, even a bank if you need it). This place is Pet Fiendly which is great. We totally recommend Villa Eco del Rio.

Our stay in Uvita was great, the property was flawless, very modern design and well crafted amenities, we had to work from there two days and the internet was very good. I totally recommend the house and the property, we were a family of 5 and everything was super comfortable

The property itself was beautifully maintained, with clean and spacious rooms that had all the amenities we needed. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the easy access to local attractions. El administrador cobra un tipo “seguro” de $45 que no te indican antes de reservar y no se paga a través de airbnb, no me parece esa medida.

The home was perfect. Wells suited for our family with 2 grown children, so plenty of room. Pool was awesome - loved having the sound and look of the pool fountain going so we asked if they could leave it on longer and they did. They were so much help with everything from car rental, dining suggestions, to navigating excursions. They bought 2 more beach chairs and brought to our house at no extra charge - we bought a beach umbrella and gifted it to the house for next person. Our only problem was the constant loud noise from the near by busy road.

Positioned conveniently close to all essential amenities and attractions, it allowed us to effortlessly explore Costa Rica and still be able to return to recharge. Our kids have food allergies and the management ensured that everything at home was safe for our kiddos which we truly appreciated. Attention to details/amenities left us wanting for nothing - whatever we needed, it was there. Initially we were apprehensive due to the listing being brand new with limited reviews, but the management and the listing proved to be exceptionally reliable and proactive. Our kids LOVED the swimming pool. It was cleaned regularly and we loved that kids had their own little section.
