Es una casa ideal para relajarse y compartir en familia. Todas las áreas estaban muy limpias. Fácil acceso a playas y cataratas.

We loved our stay at Heliconia hosted by Osa Properties. The house was clean, spacious and had a beautiful garden with a pool. We had hummingbirds visit daily. This location was easy to get to and very close to restaurants. There was delicious fruit waiting for us when we arrived. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Attentive and responsive host. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this property. It is well located in Ojochal - a coffee shop nearby, not far from the main town (grocery and restaurants), and down the hill from a beautiful waterfall.The only thing I would recommend to the host is that they invest in kitchen equipment. Most of what is there is in pretty bad shape, making it hard to cook basic food.Otherwise, it is a great house, with responsive property management, lovely yard and patio. Would visit again!

Lugar muy bien equipado, rodeado de adecuada vegetación lo que atrae pájaros diversos cantando al amanecer. Ubicado cerca de buenos restaurantes. Muy buena comunicación con la anfitriona.

The perfect home away from home! Looks exactly like the photos, extremely clean and has everything you need. The guidebook provided with instructions and recommendations really enhanced my stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, highly recommend 🌺

Una joya de casa, todo impecable, la casa olía super rico a nuestra llegada, la cocina súper equipada, nos dejaron frutas de cortesía y galleticas 💗 hubo un pequeño corte de agua en la comunidad y el host super amable sin ser su culpa nos envío agua para beber! La alberca se disfruta mucho, la casa tiene hasta juegos de mesa pars divertirse. Es un lugar ideal para desconectarse y está realmente cerca de las playas! Cuando volvamos a Costa Rica, nos quedaremos de nuevo acá! 100% recomendado!

Everything we expected it to be.

L appartement est très bien. 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain et beaucoup de rangement. Belle terrasse et extérieure avec un bbq au propane. BBQ était neuf il manquait des ustensiles et des que j ai informé les proprios ils sont allés en acheter et livré la même journée. Beaucoup de serviettes pour la piscine et douche. De plus, à notre arrivée nous avions un gros panier de fruits frais, du café, un souvenir et des biscuits. Belle attention 🙂 Ojochal est un très bel endroit Lumineux, grand. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Toutes des petites maisons neuves une à côté de l autre. Par contre, il y a une bonne végétation qui délimite les terrains offrants de l intimité. Les colibris venaient nous visiter alors que nous étions assis sur les chaises de patio berçantes 🙂 À conseiller, nous retournerions sans hésiter.

If you are looking for a wonderful house with quiet neighborhood, beautiful natural surroundings and a private pool, definitely this is a place you cannot miss. I highlight its convenient location, spacious and well equipped property. Host was very attentive and responsive at any time. I have no doubt you will enjoy being there as a couple.

Viajé con 3 niños para pasar una semana de vacaciones. La estadía fue hermosa. La piscina privada es un gran plus para los niños que la aprovecharon un montón. Cada noche ellos también disfrutaron sus sesiones de películas con palomitas de maíz. Las habitaciones con camas confortables y los baños muy cómodos. El barrio tranquilo, seguro con un entorno natural lindísimo. Cerca están las cataratas de Ojochal y playas fabulosas del Parque Nacional Marino Ballena. La llegada a la casa fue difícil porque el Waze no funcionó con precisión y la conexión en el lugar dónde nos perdimos no estaba muy buena. Tal vez hubiera funcionado mejor abrir el Google Maps porque la dirección también me fue compartida previamente por esta aplicación. Sin embargo, la llegada fue muy cálida por parte de la persona que se encontraba en la casa quien nos obsequió una canasta de frutas. La comunicación siempre expedita y atenta. Recomiendo mucho la estadía en Casa Heliconia para viajar con familias.

Très professionnel et réactif

We highly recommend this rental. We value a clean place, it is not that difficult one would say but yeah many rentals in CR have been dissapointing to say the least, this is not the case with this property, we walk barefoot inside the house in general so we notice quickly if something is superficially cleaned. In this rental the floor was really clean, the refrigerator was clean, the bathrooms, the Pool, the whole house was neat and clean so that we could enjoy with our 2 kids without worrying about hosts sending a cleaner for the second time because it was not done properly the first time. Good quality linnen on the beds, towels. The host was accommodating and available. We could tell the house is well managed, we would return again. Thank you

Excelente opción en Ojochal

Great tropical villa to spend week or two relaxing and if needed also working. Very easy access to the property, right of the paved road, which is not that common in southern Costa Rica. And, The bonus, few really first class restaurants right by the neighborhood, in Onochal!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was awesome and the WiFi worked well. We were given the wrong code to get in but luckily was able to connect to Wi-Fi and get the correct code after about 20 minutes. Very clean property and appreciated all the things like dishwasher soap and laundry soap.

Casa muy familiar, justamente para una familia que busca algo seguro e íntimo. Todo el lugar con excelente ubicación a playas cercanas. La capacidad de Respuesta en consulta es muy bueno. Cómo observación, las gradas de la piscina tiene “filos” muy pronunciados que lesionan a los que usamos la piscina. Por lo demás, excelente lugar. Super recomendado.

The house was beautiful and met our needs. Check in was easy and communications with the management company were handled quickly. The pool was great and felt like bath water. We were leery at first to book this home as we know the area it is in and thought that it may be noisy; however, noise was not a factor. It was quiet. We would definitely stay here again. 3 recommendations I would make are: 1. BBQ utensils 2. More beach/pool towels as there were only 2 and 1 child towel. 3. A desk or spot so that a person could work remotely comfortably.

Stayed for two weeks and the pictures are accurate and it was very clean. It had most amenities and when I messaged the host about a few things that they might want to add they were very responsive. The backyard was very private and the neighbourhood was quiet. A lovely coffee shop is about a five minute walk away and the restaurants and highway are quite close by. Highly recommend.

This was a beautiful property! It the house has a great design and is extremely comfortable. I love all the windows. It was very peaceful and the neighbors were helpful and friendly. The location was very good for visiting area beaches and parks and I enjoyed so much my morning walks and dips in the pool. The beauty of the area is magnificent. I hope we can stay their again.

Beautiful 2 bedrooms villa with a cute pool in a pretty backyard surrounded by plants and the moutains. Everything is super clean. It is ideal to have a car to get there, but the road is easy!

We were a party of four and the property was very convenient for us with two bedrooms and two baths. It was clean and orderly and provided all the necessary utensils to facilitate cooking breakfast and dinner. Beach and bath towels were provided as well which lightened our packing. The pool was an asset and what’s best is its privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and a good distance from traffic. We had a little confusion checking in but was quickly solved due to the good communication with the administrator. Overall this property is five star and we are definitely going back in the near future.

La casa es excelente!!! Mejor incluso de cómo se ve en las fotos! Preciosa, bien equipada, full aire acondicionado, excelente piscina, cerca de las playas, buenos teles! Hay servicio de Internet, no hay servicio de televisión nacional.
