We loved our stay at Heliconia hosted by Osa Properties. The house was clean, spacious and had a beautiful garden with a pool. We had hummingbirds visit daily. This location was easy to get to and very close to restaurants. There was delicious fruit waiting for us when we arrived. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Attentive and responsive host. Highly recommend.

Perfect Place in Ojochal
I would highly recommend this property. It is well located in Ojochal - a coffee shop nearby, not far from the main town (grocery and restaurants), and down the hill from a beautiful waterfall.The only thing I would recommend to the host is that they invest in kitchen equipment. Most of what is there is in pretty bad shape, making it hard to cook basic food.Otherwise, it is a great house, with responsive property management, lovely yard and patio. Would visit again!

The perfect home away from home! Looks exactly like the photos, extremely clean and has everything you need. The guidebook provided with instructions and recommendations really enhanced my stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, highly recommend 🌺

Una joya de casa, todo impecable, la casa olía super rico a nuestra llegada, la cocina súper equipada, nos dejaron frutas de cortesía y galleticas 💗 hubo un pequeño corte de agua en la comunidad y el host super amable sin ser su culpa nos envío agua para beber! La alberca se disfruta mucho, la casa tiene hasta juegos de mesa pars divertirse. Es un lugar ideal para desconectarse y está realmente cerca de las playas! Cuando volvamos a Costa Rica, nos quedaremos de nuevo acá! 100% recomendado!

L appartement est très bien. 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain et beaucoup de rangement. Belle terrasse et extérieure avec un bbq au propane.
BBQ était neuf il manquait des ustensiles et des que j ai informé les proprios ils sont allés en acheter et livré la même journée.
Beaucoup de serviettes pour la piscine et douche.
De plus, à notre arrivée nous avions un gros panier de fruits frais, du café, un souvenir et des biscuits. Belle attention 🙂

Toutes des petites maisons neuves une à côté de l autre. Par contre, il y a une bonne végétation qui délimite les terrains offrants de l intimité. Les colibris venaient nous visiter alors que nous étions assis sur les chaises de patio berçantes 🙂
À conseiller, nous retournerions sans hésiter.
