Excelente lugar, muy limpio, buen internet, suficiente espacio para 10 personas, camas cómodas, bien equipado.
Cerca de las principales playas y el anfitrión estuvo atento a dar información y brindar ayuda.

La vista es increible, la casa muy limpia, tiene de todo, la piscina amplia, la zona de estar muy linda..el lugar es muy privado pero cerca de todo a la vez, solo que definitivamente solo 4×4..probablemente volveremos!

Estuvimos de paseo con mi familia, todos quedamos muy satisfechos con el lugar, super lindo, limpio, ordenado y muy equipado, la piscina perfecta para todos adultos y niños, la pasamos muy bien.

This contemporary home checks all the boxes needed for a luxurious Costa Rican vacation. Home is so well thought out with views from every single room; even the commode rooms have views! Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all.
Costa Verde Estates is an exclusive gated community, and 4 wheel drive is required. Trip up and down the mountain takes about 20 minutes.
We cooked many meals here, after grocery shopping at BM in Uvita. We also ate at our favorite fish taco place, El Pescado Loco, in Dominical. Ordered great NY style thin crust pizza at Pizza Time in Uvita.
We went on Corcovado tour with Bahia Aventuras, who would use EVERY time we come to the area. Amazing outfit. Also, hiked to Nuayaca Falls, and swam at our favorite beach, Playa Ventanas.
House is perfectly situated to do it all. However, you must spend some time just enjoying the house and property. Lots of wildlife: Howler monkeys, Toucans, Parrots, and a Coati who sneaks around the property looking for stuff for his stash 🙂
Highly recommend this house in our favorite country, Costa Rica! Pura Vida!

I love the community and always felt incredibly safe. I think we had a little difficulty getting the cable hooked up properly but I really did not watch TV. Everyone including pool service and yard service workers were tip top. I only had two issues. One was the couch which I stopped using because it hurt my back and second was the refrigerator . Some of my food would freeze and at time some of the food got wet. Not sure why this happened so I was careful to bag up or put food in plastic containers. Every thing else was great and I can’t wait to get back there.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The home was gorgeous the moment you walk in with a great open kitchen and wonderful backyard. The backyard has seating and an outdoor table to have all your meals at. The backyard is serene and the pool is perfect. They have everything you need to make your meals. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are wonderfully done. There is laundry inside the home, which is helpful. 10/10 recommend this place. Will be back to not only stay at this home but rent from OSA again.

Great place! Beautiful house and pool. Lovely rooms and comfortable beds. Easy check in and the house had everything! Beach was close and many activities nearby.

Es un lugar con mucha paz.
Realmente se requiere de vehículo 4×4 para poder llegar.
El dormitorio principal es muy amplio con una excelente vista, tome en cuenta que las gradas son muy empinadas para subir al dormitorio.

Gorgeous villa nestled in the jungle with close proximity to Uvita. Property clean, well equipped and good communication with management company. Need 4×4 or high clearance vehicle to access.
