Este alojamiento es excelente. Está rodeado de naturaleza. Durante nuestra estancia vimos monos cariblancos, tepezcuintles, iguanas y mariposas morfo. Además está muy cerca de Uvita. Además, El concierge nos ayudó a reservar un tour de ballenas y fue muy amable.

Had a great experience staying here as a group of 7 adults. Property was exactly as described. Very clean and modern. Comfortable beds, great showers. Host company is super proactive and responsive, everything was smooth and seamless. The location itself as mentioned is it a bit challenging to get to, and some Ubers/deliveries won’t come all the way up to the house. Excelente lugar. La ubicación es privilegiada y la casa es exactamente tal como aparece en la descripción y en las fotos: una estancia de lujo, cómoda y rodeada de naturaleza. Durante las mañanas tuvimos la hermosa experiencia de observar monos aulladores (“congos”) y cariblancos que llegan a alimentarse cerca de la propiedad, lo que hace la experiencia aún más especial. La casa es amplia, cuenta con aire acondicionado en todas las áreas y la piscina se mantiene muy limpia; es perfecta tanto para niños como para adultos que disfrutan nadar, con una profundidad máxima aproximada de 1.5 metros. Sin duda, le damos un 10/10 y recomendamos el lugar al 100%. Como observación útil para futuros huéspedes: la entrada es de lastre y un poco empinada. Un automóvil bajo podría tener dificultad para ingresar. The place was as described and the pictures are accurate. The host had good quick communications, for the most part everything we had asked for or needed maintenance for was answered. Though I do recommend the house add shower mats as the floor was very slippery and I fell and hit my elbow, which I had bursitis to walk around with while I was there for over a week. We did see monkeys in the back yard, along with some birds and a few other animals. I would recommend a 4x4 to get up to the property, this is a gated residential area. The houses are far apart so it feels very private and other than some local construction during our stay it was quiet. We would recommend this place, restaurants are within a 5 drive and beaches as well. A waterfall is about 8-10 mins away. We absolutely loved this home. The photos do not do it justice at all. It was a beautiful home to stay in, with plenty of space. This was our third time in Costa Rica, and this was the best place we’ve stayed. The only thing I would mention is that it rained pretty hard one night, and the power frequently goes out when that happens. That’s understandable. However, the security gates in and out of the property lost power, and we could not get in or out because of that for about 2 hours. Lastly, the hills to and from the property are definitely a lot steeper, and require a 4x4, as stated in the description. You can use a 4x2, but we did get a flat tire using our SUV. However, regardless of those details, this place is highly recommended, and the property did everything they could to fix and make right any issues we had. We would absolutely stay here again and again!

Osa Property Management was heel snel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huis was erg groot, mooi en goed voorzien. Als klein minpuntje, vlakbij was iets waar veel mensen waren, waar veel herrie vanaf kwam. Maar verder was het geweldig!! Aapjes in de tuin en allerlei andere dieren.

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures, very nice place. For me, it seemed a little unfair that, my husband broke a foldable chair (that is old, moldy and sunburnt) literally by just sitting on it, and when we told management what happened, we were charged for it. They didn't even asked if he was ok. It was very annoying that they kept asking at what time were we leaving, I mean there's a reason the check-out time exists, it was like, please let us know if you leave early. It felt like they wanted us out asap. Like I said the house is as shown in the pictures, but for those two reasons I wouldn't go back. Better than pictures and larger than expected. Perfect for a family of four. Huge pool and great outdoor shower w/ beach towels provided. Beds were super comfy, AC worked great and good water pressure. We enjoyed the privacy and the kids loved the surprise monkey and parakeet visits. Property management was very helpful with the grill and helping us find the property upon arrival. 4x4 not required. . Overall it was a fantastic stay! The house was perfect for my vacation. It was very close to Uvita and a short drive to Dominical. The house was extremely nice and modern. Pool is very large and warm. There was also a sloth living on the property that I saw daily. And every few days or so a family of Howler Monkeys would pass by. You could clearly hear them from the house and if you go outside you could see them. The only suggestion I would make. . . is for management to put some kind of sign or flag out by the road so guests do not miss the driveway. It is very hard to find at night time.

Everything was just perfect, will definitely stay again. Close to all beaches, ease of access, even for walking in the surroundings . Kitchen has everything you need and more.

This was our first time in Costa Rica. Management made shuttling us from San Jose airport to Uvita and then back to San Jose so easy and stress free. One of our guests missed her flight from Miami to CR & getting a driver to get her to the house the next day was seamless. The house was perfect for the 6 of us. The location was exactly what we expected, needed, and wanted; away from the Main Street, yet a quick 10 minute drive to the beaches. Any questions about anything, were immediately answered. The yard was perfect for us as bird-watchers. And, We had a visit from a family of howler monkeys, as well as a sloth! Pura Vida!

It was great to stay there. We had everything we needed. Pool was even more amazing in person. With 4x4 access definitely but once you're there it's really private. The hosts were super accommodating

Great spot, just on the edge of town: Other than a few other houses around, it was pretty quiet and just a five minute drive to all the shops and restaurants . The pool was amazing after a long morning/afternoon adventure. A new house with all the amenities, the washer and dryer was great to have. If you don’t want to be right in the middle of town but be close, this place is for you.

Lo que me preocupo un poco fue el acceso, la calle es de lastre y como llueve tanto se puso realmente resbaladizo y eso que andábamos un vehículo 4x4, pero la casa es hermosa y muy tranquila. La propiedad estaba en condiciones impecables. Todo perfectamente limpio y ordenado. Osa Property inició una comunicación proactiva con varios días de anticipación, entregándonos toda la información que pudiésemos necesitar. La casa está un levemente alejada, pero es de fácil acceso y en un lugar muy seguro. La experiencia en general fue un agrado, y seguramente volveremos. La casa cuenta con aires acondicionados y electrodomésticos que funcionan perfectamente, los baños están en perfectas condiciones. No tuvimos ninguna sorpresa desagradable. El equipo de Osa Property es muy profesional y ameno, y para los turistas, eso es lo más importante.

Estuvimos de paseo con mi familia, todos quedamos muy satisfechos con el lugar, super lindo, limpio, ordenado y muy equipado, la piscina perfecta para todos adultos y niños, la pasamos muy bien.

This is an absolutely stunning house. The location is incredible. Even if there are other houses nearby, you still feel as if you are in the middle of the jungle. I think we were the first to stay there and that we had some first tenant issues. The utensils in the kitchen were worn out and dirty. The shower drains didn't drain so you have water to your ankles in a minute. The power went out a few times, which is normal, but the property management also did not respond about it until the next day when we tried to respond to it. If you are coming from San Jose, pay attention to the fact that they charge you an extra US$50 if you check in late, and the time you have to get from SJO to here is not enough to meet their late check-in cutoff. It's a great place with teething issues. Once those are ironed out, I am certain it will be much better.

This place exceeded our expectations! It's only 5 minutes from Envision, near the center of town and easy to get to. A 4x4 is required, but only for a section of the road.
