We had a great stay, overall. The views from the house are beautiful and the surrounding nature is a real highlight. We saw toucans, scarlet macaws, and monkeys during our stay. The house is comfortable and spacious. We appreciated having separate toweled for the beach and pool, as well as bathrooms equipped with shampoo and shower gel. The kitchen is well equipped and the BBQ was super nice. We also made great use of the ice machine in the ranch.
One area of improvement would be adding an a/c in the main dining area/kitchen quite gets quite stuffy even with the doors and windows open.
Overall, our stay at this property was great with a very nice view and strong amenities.
Beautiful house, but need some safety improvements
We spend a weekend in the house and it is a beutiful place, easy access and great views. Rooms are spacious, beds are confortable and you can find all you need in the kitchen.
Osa Property Management Staff was very helpfull before and during our stay.
However, the pool area needs some important safety improvements. The main stairways to access the pool area from the house does not have neither the proper dimensions, elevation or floor tile. Does not have any railing at all.
The floor tile around the pool does not have the proper nivelation and water accoumulates in some small sectors, which area very slippery.
I strongly recoment to the house owners to make some safety improvements to secure your visitors are safe, while enjoy your beautiful home.

We enjoyed our time in this beautiful Casita very much. It was very clean, well equipped with attention to details that made our stay very pleasant. A perfect place to stay!
We would recommend is to make it easier to find the casita since the address was not explicitly given. Also, understanding the security system and enter the building for the first time was not easy.

Superbe maison avec un espace de vie extérieur fantastique, une vue magnifique sur la forêt et l’océan. La maison est situé sur le flanc d’une montagne et la tranquillité est assuré. La piscine est merveilleuse et parfaitement aménagé pour la détente avec de nombreux endroits pour s’asseoir pour observer les toucans et les nombreuses espèces d’oiseaux. Les nombreux ventilateurs et la climatisation dans chacune des chambres à coucher permet d’être confortable partout. La maison est sécuritaire, très bien équipée, et il a été facile d’utilise le BBQ et de se faire nos repas pendant notre séjour. Il y a une douche extérieur qui est très utile lorsque vous revenez de la plage Ventanas. L’accès est montagneux alors un véhicule 4×4 est nécessaire. La communication est rapide avec OSA et leurs suggestions sont appropriés. C’est un endroit qui fait rêver.
