Todo muy bien

This was our third stay in the Ojochal area and our first time renting with Osa Property Management through Airbnb. The place itself was lovely, bigger than we expected and a great sized pool and garden! It was definitely good value for money and with a bit of extra love it would be perfect. Something to note is that the property is located close to road with more traffic than expected, so just bring some earplugs for early morning. The booking process is also a little more complicated than a typical Airbnb, so keep in mind that you will be required to do some extra pre-trip paperwork. Ojochal is a fantastic area and this is a great base to explore from!

Everything was perfect!

Great house in a great location. Everything worked perfectly. We were a half mile from the beach. Nice local restaurants within walking distance. Did not have the tourist feel. We love cooking at the house and the pool was a great place for the end of the day, and first thing in the morning! I would definitely stay again

Muy amplia , hermosa casa cómoda y muy limpia

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is located in a relatively remote location, which is ideal if you want a place with plenty of privacy. Also, the house is impeccably clean and fully furnished. We enjoyed hearing and watching birds surrounding the house, and there is a beautiful view of the rivers and ocean. Since day one, the host was exceptionally kind. We look forward to coming back.

Very nice place , clean, quiet & peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Maison incroyable. La villa est magnifique et possède tout ce dont nous avons eu besoin. Cependant nous avons eu un gros désagrément, une coupure de courant à 2h du matin, qui a duré jusqu’au début de journée. L’eau ne fonctionne pas non plus . Donc pas de toilettes non plus! À 14h30 nous n’avions toujours pas de news, obligé de relancer plusieurs fois. Je le dit : oui nous savons qu’ils n’ont pas la main sur l’électricité ( ils nous l’ont répété plusieurs fois). Impossible de sortir car le portail ne peut pas s’ouvrir manuellement. Nous avons contacté l’agence, qui a été très réactive pour ouvrir le portail. Ns avions prévu de déjeuner à la villa, ce qui a été impossible. Nous avons perdu tout ce qui était dans notre réfrigérateur , celui ci était en train de dégeler depuis la nuit. Je regrette que l’agence n’ai rien proposé pour ces soucis. Alors,une villa de luxe peut être ,mais l’agence qui gère est très loin du service de luxe qui doit aller avec une telle villa. Soyez prévenu

Wow j’y retournerais sans hésitation! Tellement beau et propre. La seule chose est que le lit chambre des maîtres n’était pas hyper confortable mais le reste était parfait ! Nous avions tout ce qui est nécessaire dans une maison. Merci et à la prochaine !
