We loved this place! It was the perfect rental. Spacious open layout with plenty of room when traveling with other couples or family. We loved relaxing by the pool and on the patio just taking in the beauty and seeing and hearing the toucans, macaws and monkeys! Fabulous kitchen with all you need to make meals and also amazing restaurants just a few minutes away. Our stay was perfect and we highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at OSA Properties. The location is great, close to the grocery store and restaurants but far enough that you can get a good nights rest. There is a camera inside the home, just ensure it’s turned off or unplugged. We brought this to the attention of the team and profusely apologized and let us know that it was left there by accident after the cleaners had left. The home is well equipped with everything you would need. The only issue we ran into was a leak in the kitchen sink. The team addressed it right away and had a plumber come in same day. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and enjoyed our stay.

The views are amazing. You can relax in the morning by the pool or choose from exciting nearby adventures, there is something for everyone in the family. It’s a beautiful house in the quaint town of Ojochal!!! The house itself is well equipped for a family to move-in with their luggage to have a home away from home!! The hosts Tom and Christine are the best that comes in this industry. Even though we reached a little beyond the specified timing of 8pm they greeted us personally and extended the same courtesy when we had a few bumps before settling in for the 4 weeks. We will do the same property again in future when better and safer times prevail. The town itself has a quite a few selection of restaurants that cater to the varied tourists but since this was a working holiday we had no plans of going out of the property unless it was necessary other than the grocery. The concern for the ecosystem and the measures taken to protect the environment are commendable. Thanks again for making our stay safe and memorable during these testing times.

This home, set high up in the mountainous jungle, is the epitome of high end design and modern architecture. Every detail in the home, from the beautiful spacious bathrooms replete with natural stone, to the giant community style kitchen and living area, to the wonderfully comfortable king bedroom suites, feels not like a vacation rental, but instead a beautifully curated, high end home. Finally, the art and nearly 360-degree views in this home make each moment a special one. We’d gladly return and stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at the BC South house very much. It was convenient to town and private at the same time. It was very clean. Fully stocked and excellent new condition.

Lindo lugar, igual que en las fotografías, la Piscina más que bien para dos personas! Zona Muy tranquila y residencial . Cerca de playas, Restaurantes y supermercados. Ideal para descanso y relajación !!!
