L appartement est très bien. 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain et beaucoup de rangement. Belle terrasse et extérieure avec un bbq au propane. BBQ était neuf il manquait des ustensiles et des que j ai informé les proprios ils sont allés en acheter et livré la même journée. Beaucoup de serviettes pour la piscine et douche. De plus, à notre arrivée nous avions un gros panier de fruits frais, du café, un souvenir et des biscuits. Belle attention 🙂 Ojochal est un très bel endroit Lumineux, grand. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Toutes des petites maisons neuves une à côté de l autre. Par contre, il y a une bonne végétation qui délimite les terrains offrants de l intimité. Les colibris venaient nous visiter alors que nous étions assis sur les chaises de patio berçantes 🙂 À conseiller, nous retournerions sans hésiter.

I am very happy with our stay. I felt safe on the neighborhood very private and easy to get to. As a visitor from other parts of Costa Rica I was very impressed with the beautiful town of Ojochal. Beaches, Restaurants and supermarkets are very close to the house around 15 min drive. One little inconvenience I had was a power outage which they are no very common in the neighborhood but I was not prepared. Power outages are outside the host control and I understand but I felt overwhelmed without knowing if I had to moved to another town so it’s good to buy an insurance make sure it covers power outages. I was able to communicate with the host and they responded promptly. I recommend to download Whatsup to communicate. Pura vida!! Overall

OSA property is the worst host ever
Me and my friends were stranded in Costa Rica bcz they refused to give us the keys to the house or even meet up. Poor communication, the owners are rude and very unprofessional I do not recommend anyone from the USA to stay at their property. We were forced to spend unnecessary money due to the fact that the property manager did not pick up a phone call when we get to the Airbnb on Monday. They are a con artists, they need to be removed from this app since they lie about everything.

Blessed did not arrive on time (over an hour past check-in time). Blessed did not rent a 4×4 vehicle. Blessed yelled and belittled our employees – using our employee’s phone so we met up with them. However, they didn’t have a vehicle that could make it to the home. We contacted Airbnb as our employees felt unsafe.

Hele duidelijke instructies en opvolging bij aankomst. Super mooie locatie maar zeker een 4×4 nodig. Heel privé, volledig uitgeruste keuken. Perfect zwembad. Een aanrader!

The house is just as in the description, due to the location it may be raining in the afternoons (the norm in this region of the country) but in the mornings, everything changes and if you go to the beach there is always sun.

This AirBnB has a great layout for friends to share. The center has kitchen, dining & living area & each side has a bedroom and bath so there is good privacy. The pool is perfect for swimming & sunning plus there’s a pool bathroom. There is a good restaurant in walking distance & the ocean beach is very close by.

Beautiful house with spectacular views. Location is on top of mountain so it is a little rough to get to but well worth it. House is clean and prepared well for your stay with everything you’ll need. There were a few hiccups with power and water but owners were responsive and helped in anyway possible… and just again the views from the house I would say once in a lifetime but I do plan on returning

Wir waren das 2. Mal in diesem Haus und schon viele Male in einem Haus was Osa Property verwaltet. Alles war wie immer perfekt. Im Haus ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Der Garten ist wunderschön und der Pool perfekt. Der Service von Osa Proprty ist ausgezeichnet! Auf eine kleine Anfrage wurde innerhalb von 15 Minuten ( an einem Sonntag ) reagiert und es kam sogar gleich danach ein Mitarbeiter vorbei. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die schönen Ferien.
