Great House in the middle of a Beautiful Neighborhood Ojochal.

House feels very modern and AC in every unit is worth every penny at night time or during the day when it is hot and high moisture in the area.

Great Washing Machine and Dryer,

We Traveled with 5 Children and the house was perfect to get everyone a nice comfortable bed. Pillows were amazing and plenty of linens and Towels in all rooms.

Make sure you do have a 4×4 vehicle to confidently get in and out of the neighborhood.

Overall the place was Great. We had an event at Crocs Casino and Resort and the location of the room was perfect. Here is the list of Great Things: 1.) The Condo was great size for 6 and even maybe 7 if you let someone sleep on the couch. 2.) The view of the beach from the living room and Master was amazing3.) Host is Awesome, responded promptly and gave us info as needed. Things that need work;1.) The condo has a sign that says keep temp in the condo at 78 degrees because the condenser will freeze at anything underneath that. I dont do well in warm places, cool spaces is important to me. And we didnt push it. 2.) I understand we are on the beach, but the building had an infestation of small red crabs. It was in their hallways, rooms, and parking lot3.) When i read the fine print, it states that you cant have more than 6 in the apt, i am okay with that, but it didnt say you couldnt rotate folks into the condo as long as I didnt have more than 6 people in the condo at a time. Theses people were all registered, but you couldnt make any changes even with ID/Passport numbers.4.) The building Administrator makes it really difficult to enjoy the facility, your not allowed to play music at the pool (even if its low) during the day, even when you are the only one there. The building Administrator also was not welcoming. I couldnt even get my concierge for tours to come in to talk with me or wait with me in the condo while we wait for the tours. Since this property is located inside a condominium, certain rules regarding visitors, registered guests, pool use, music, parking, and access are established and enforced by the building administration, not directly by our team. In this particular case, there were multiple guest/visitor changes during the stay, which is not common, and the condominium applies strict controls for security and access reasons. The house was awesome! So freaking gorgeous it was unbelievable. Although check in time was at three. We got there five minutes before three and the maids and the property manager didn’t leave until 3:30 or 4:00. Also on the way out check out time was at 11 but the property manager and the maids were there at 10 waiting in the driveway for us to get out. I was rushing to get the house clean and left it immaculate, but felt very rushed like we were being pushed out other than that everything was perfect and wonderful, and they were very quick to respond to any problems that we had. Hands-down I would go back.

Sarah, Our crew was waiting in the driveway at 10:25 am (not 10 am – we have GPS trackers on our vehicles). You came out and invited them into the home and then you left at 11:25 am. We didn’t intend to make you uncomfortable and you invited them in. We are happy you would come back and stay with us, but we are sorry we didn’t live up to your expectations and you only gave us 4 stars. By allowing you to stay after the check-in time, we felt we were being more than generous. As you experienced on the check-in, when guests do not leave on time, it can delay the next arriving guests. You can’t beat this place. It’s somehow more spectacular than the photos. I could sit on the deck by the pool all day long and look at the almost 360 degree view of the ocean and valley.

suite à une problématique de mon côté, j’ai canceller trop vite la propriété et même si c’était payer et que je me suis rendu au bureau de Osa Property, je n’ai pas pu retourner dans la maison même si celle ci n’était pas louer, déçu qu’il n’ont respecter l’entente de payement car j’avais déjà payer depuis longtemps et il m’ont dit que ce n’était pas remboursable. j’ai demander s’il y avait chaise longue pour l’extérieur et sans réponse et ceci depuis la première journée. mais très belle maison et bel entretien exterieur et piscine.

The house was excellent. Everything we expected. Had our own personal tucan. Need a 4×4 on final stretch which we knew in advance.

This house was really nice, with 3 bedrooms and a nice little pool with a béatiful garden. Its well futnished and well taken care of, the only thing is that the roof in the master bedroom was leaking when its raining hard and i would double check the seal of the doors and windows because there were many mosquitos inside the house during the night. The service from Osa management was quick and efficient.

Keep going back to Osa Management for the best service around. This property was great, just as advertised.
