Featured Costa Rica Vacation Rentals

My group and I enjoyed our stay. We loved hanging out at the gecko pool as a family. We saw so much wildlife—monkeys in the trees, coati, toucan, numerous lizards and iguanas. Supermarkets were super close as well as beautiful beaches and restaurants. The road to the house was over a 10% incline and all gravel, so an AWD or 4WD was reassuring. There were some inconveniences but they were totally out of the host’s control, like internet being out in one house for the entire week stay, and one of the frequent power outages tripped the GFCI outlet our refrigerator was plugged into, causing everything in the freezer to thaw.

This is really a great place to stay in Uvita if you want to be able to park after a bunch of traveling and not have to drive for a few days. There is so much within a 30 minute walking distance that it allows you to settle into the area. We only had three days but we made the most of it. Surfing, exploring the waterfalls and walking to the point. There are a tremendous amount of food options available nearby. Every restaurant we tried was great, however, even the sodas were priced accordingly for a tourist town. Cooking for yourself will save you quite a bit. I feel like this location is ideal for an active couple. We traveled with our 3 year old and our 9 month old. I took the loft and I found it to be a bit noisy. Between the fan provided (which was needed), and the AC in the room below, there was a lot of mechanical energy taking place. Regardless of that we loved our stay and we are already planning our next trip back. Casa cómoda con su piscina, tenía sus toallas para el uso de la piscina. Bien ubicada a los 150 metros de la playa. Lo único, porque uno no está acostumbrado es que no tiene cochera, a los carros no les pasó nada los días que estuvimos en la casa.

Rent this house!!! Our stay was absolutely unbelievable and worth every single penny. Not only is the house itself and every room stunning, but the views are the best I’ve ever seen at a rental (and I’ve stayed in quite a few). Pictures do not do it justice because there is no way to capture the beauty in a single picture. Almost 360 views of both the jungle and the ocean. On top of that, there was amazing wildlife surrounding the house. During our stay, we interacted daily with a sloth (named David Lee sloth, but we found out that it is actually a female, so our group renamed her Treeyoncé), macaws, iguanas, and squirrel monkeys. The macaws and squirrel monkeys even let us feed them! While we were there, OSA helped us set up various tours and gave us recommendations. They also had a representative there when we arrived so that they could give us a tour and show us how to operate some of the features in the home. They were always quick to respond to any of our needs or questions. Response: Thank you Rachel! It was an absolute pleasure to Host you and your group. The property is surrounded by forest and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We awoke each morning to the sound of howler monkeys, and each evening the songs of toucans, Montezuma oropendolas, and other birds filled the air.

Tom and Christine of Jaguar Property Management were very helpful and responsive from the first time we contacted them through our final checkout. (Thank you!)

We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Pura Vida!

The only item to note is that the toilet in the master bedroom is not really “en suite”, but “in suite”; meaning, there is no door.

I highly recommend this place for a group of 5-6 people with no children under 5 because of steep sides of the house going into the jungle. That being said… It’s super private, you see amazing wildlife around you. I would really book this place again and Osa Property mgmt have the house fully decked out with anything you need. You better have a 4×4.

Absolutely stunning! Words cannot do this house and Osa property justice! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an adventure with luxury amenities! I appreciate how responsive and helpful the host was during our ten day stay! MUST BOOK HOUSE!

Keep going back to Osa Management for the best service around. This property was great, just as advertised.

Maggy’s place was beautiful, peaceful and had lots to do nearby ! She was quick to respond and made sure everything went as smooth as possible. Definitely 10 out of 10!
