The house is beautiful, was super clean and the location was perfect for us. We were 12 people and we had plenty space.
Having a pool in the property was the best, kids really had a great time.
Definitely we would book again

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Big Sky!
The house is across the street from a great Mexican restaurant, a 10 minute walk to the beach, and within a 10 min drive to many activities and other restaurants.
The house is clean, comfortable for our party of 4 and has AC throughout! I agree with another reviewer that the sofa isn’t super comfortable, but it worked for games and watching limited tv at night.
The house was fantastic, and if we return to Uvita, we would love to rent this house again.

Casa cómoda con su piscina, tenía sus toallas para el uso de la piscina. Bien ubicada a los 150 metros de la playa. Lo único, porque uno no está acostumbrado es que no tiene cochera, a los carros no les pasó nada los días que estuvimos en la casa.

I am giving 3 stars because we were not able to stay at this place. A day before we were supposed to stay here, the owners told the property managers that they didn’t want people staying at the home. Luckily, OSA Property Management was very helpful in arranging another place for us to stay nearby and that fit everyone comfortably. I would highly recommend booking a property through OSA either through Airbnb or their website. They communicate well and make sure you have everything you need. We ended up having a great stay in Costa Rica with a big thanks to them.

Super séjour! La maison était formidable!

I’ve stayed at CasaLisa twice & both visits were wonderful. Like all jungle homes, once you open up all the windows & doors, there’s plenty of cross ventilation breezes. The private bedroom suites are massive, air conditioned (of course!), & each bedroom suite opens up to the pool. Right off the deck & roof top deck, we’d see (& hear!!!) the howler & capuchin monkey families. There is actually a resident sloth that is mostly hidden just feet away in the tree off the deck. We LOVE the views from roof top deck & went up there often to relax! Critters are everywhere. The decor is fun and my kids loved it. If someone in your group needs privacy or you have an extra guest, there’s a huge queen portable air mattress (plug in & inflates in minutes). Private location, beaches & whale tail are literally MINUTES away. Great locale between Dominical & Uvita! Leuke villa met twee zwembaden. Infinitypool met prachtig uitzicht. Ruime villa, twee slaapkamers met eigen badkamer. Fijne keuken en wasmachine/droger. Ingang van resort weg met gaten. Response: Thank you, Kiran, for the review, although we are disappointed you only had a 4-star experience. In the private note you mentioned that leaves fell on the patio during your stay and you saw some insects. Although the home is fumigated throughout the year, it is important that when a Guest books a home embedded in the jungle, with trees hanging over the patio (as clearly seen in the photos), that leaves will fall. That’s nature! Also, the monkeys and birds that live in jungle, share the jungle with insects. As you can imagine, we don’t have any control over the animals or the insects that live in the jungle. We don’t think a luxury home surrounded by the jungle was the right choice for you. We do manage quite a few condos and other properties in ‘concrete jungles’ – in the future those might be a better choice for you. We wish you safe travels in the future. Pura vida!
