Great location! The house was well equipped and very comfortable.
The manager was prompt to respond to our inquiries.

This place is magical!! It was so much better than the pictures even show. Great a/c bedroom units, comfy beds, and we felt very safe with two gates (one to the road and a second to the actual property), digital keypads, and physical locks on other doors. The private waterfall is an added bonus, and the pool/palapa/grill area were great. We cooked several times, and the kitchen was well appointed-even had a variety of spices so we didn’t have to purchase any. It was immaculately clean, even with the indoor/outdoor living of the kitchen and living room. I was honestly worried about animals and insects getting inside, but that was never a problem. Our sons loved that they had their own “apartment” below the main level (but this might not be ideal for those with young children since you need to walk outside to get up to the main level). It was a great central location for all the activities we did in the area. Very highly recommended, unique place and would definitely stay again! I enjoyed my stay at Villa Peace. The manager team were amazing.

We got there after dark and the google maps link sent us about 1/2 a mile too far down the road. Thankfully, we called someone from OSA Properties who directed us to the correct location. The house was very nice, rooms were clean, and the pool was very nice. Although the listing stated to bring a decongestant because of the humidity, my wife is allergic to mold and became severely sick and was miserable for a few days due to the mold coming out of the AC units. Osa promptly had someone clean the AC units and those workers confirmed the mold in the AC units. The bedroom windows also did not have screens so without AC and no windows it was extremely uncomfortable. The website also listed a grill – there was no grill at the property. The power also was disconnected at least 4 times while we were there, one time for 3 hours, which i know Osa can do nothing about, just be aware. Also, do not expect to swim in the ocean here, the waves are 4-10 feet high with a REAL rip current.

Very clean, about 10-15 minutes from most restaurants and beaches. Host was responsive. Home had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay!

If your looking for a great place to stay just minutes from Marina Pezvela book this condo. Just off the main road its clean, quiet and secure. Just show up and relax. Condo has everything you need to cook up your catch of the day or minutes from endless amazing restaurants. I have there stayed multiple times and will keep going back.
