Wonderful house and location. Bring binoculars, wake-up early, and bird watch pool side. We saw Macaws, Parrots, Toucans, Hummingbirds and many more. Howler monkeys are constantly reminding you that they are near. Lounge in the pool on the grounds or take a very short hike and lounge in the pool at the bottom of the cascade. The house layout is perfect for family or friends. The restaurants in the small village a few minutes away are all really good, and you’re close to several great beaches (Ventanas at low tide was our favorite). Easy to find and management was very responsive.

Can’t say enough good things about the stay! Great location, was private (although a few other guests at adjoining properties, but interaction was minimal), but close to a main road. We ventured into Quepos and congestion was really bad (there during Christmas), so we were very glad to not be ‘in town’ but within a 5 minute drive to anything we wanted. Loved sitting out on the porch/balcony and watching the birds. All the amenities are great. Beautiful house. Host was very communicative, gave lots of tips and things to do and was very responsive to questions. 100% would recommend this place to stay if you’re in the area.

Really beautiful home and property tucked away in the forest. Easy roads and great directions up to the house. The home is absolutely beautiful, truly serene. Very responsive hosts. Would love to come back!

The privacy and plunge pool were highlights of our stay, creating the perfect atmosphere for a couple to relax and reconnect. We were delighted to see local wildlife, including monkeys and beautiful birds, while the constant, mesmerizing sound of the waves provided a wonderful backdrop.

We had a great time. The house was very nice and clean. The little pool was a good option to cool down. You could reach restaurants and the Nationalpark by foot. We would definitely stay there again.

Diese Unterkunft war unser absoluter Favorit. Einfach ein Traum inmitten der Natur. Gleich in der Nähe hat es auch schöne Pubs und Restaurants. Auch Ojochal/Uvita hat uns am Besten gefallen während unserer Reise durch Costa Rica. Gern wären wir noch viel länger geblieben. ☺️

The place was as described and the pictures are accurate. The host had good quick communications, for the most part everything we had asked for or needed maintenance for was answered. Though I do recommend the house add shower mats as the floor was very slippery and I fell and hit my elbow, which I had bursitis to walk around with while I was there for over a week. We did see monkeys in the back yard, along with some birds and a few other animals. I would recommend a 4×4 to get up to the property, this is a gated residential area. The houses are far apart so it feels very private and other than some local construction during our stay it was quiet. We would recommend this place, restaurants are within a 5 drive and beaches as well. A waterfall is about 8-10 mins away.

The air bnb was beautiful! We’ll cherish this memories forever 🙂
