El alojamiento esta muy bien equipado. Muy cómodo. La piscina un acierto. Recomendaría poner luces en el exterior ya que si sales de noche hacia la cocina,al estar separada no ves nada,tienes que ir con la linterna del telefono. Lo mismo para ir a cenar.bajas a oscuras porque no hay luces. La experiencia estuvo muy bien pero la puerta de la habitacion no cierra bien y entraron cucarachas. Recomiendo arreglar eso antes de volver a alquilar.

Casa cómoda con su piscina, tenía sus toallas para el uso de la piscina. Bien ubicada a los 150 metros de la playa. Lo único, porque uno no está acostumbrado es que no tiene cochera, a los carros no les pasó nada los días que estuvimos en la casa.

++Positive: The accommodation has a fantastic view, the customer service is very good, quick to answer questions, minimalist, top — good to know: – You can still see and hear the main road, but it’s not too disturbing – There are other flats next door, it is not quite as cut off as the marketing pictures sell it, but it is not bad either. ! After booking via Airbnb, you are contacted by a number via mobile phone and have to sign another rental contract via a website. At the same time, additional insurance cover costs another 40 dollars or 3-400 dollars are blocked on your credit card. The American way. I didn’t like that, and I made a comment straight away. However, I received reminders almost every day after booking to do this. The rental price was therefore immediately 10% more expensive. – Small things in the flat, such as the TV not being set up, unstable WLAN did not bother us. So only a small star deduction for a few little Things! Response: Hola Stephan! Sorry for the inconvenience. That is in the House Rules, but as an Airbnb Guest had you brought that to our attention that you didn’t want to take advantage of the additional damage protection we would have removed that requirement. That is a mandatory requirement for our Guests who book directly with us on our own website, but it is an option on Airbnb. The house is beautiful and well decorated. It is small inside but the covered outdoor space doubles the living space. The kitchen has most things but we were surprised there was no dish soap or staples like salt and pepper. This meant we had to buy some and then leave it.
Bedrooms were clean and tastefully decorated. The beds are quite hard and need toppers to make it perfect. The bathrooms were beautiful as well with great water pressure!

This house has a great location in Uvita. Walking to main town and the Whales Tail National Park. Quiet area. The management company had lots of information for us and communicated very quickly.

Great place to stay for exploring this area!!

Mooi heel ruim huisje, met privé zwembad alle benodigdheden voorzien in keuken, Rustig, BBQ aanwezig, wasmachine, droogkast, afwasmachine, etc. Enige nadelen: Airco in beide slaapkamers maar geen in de hele grote leefruimte die heel warm wordt en blijft, ver van alles.

My husband & 2 adult children w/their significant others rented Casa Domical for 1 week. We were very happy with the accommodations & the village of Dominical. The master bedroom is large with a very comfy bed & 2 balconies. The only gripe I have is there was nowhere to hang your clothes. The one closet was locked, most likely w/the owner’s personal items, but there were plenty of drawers to use.
The Casa is well equipped with all that you need for preparing your meals. There is a cooler & folding chairs to bring to the beach which is just a short walk down the gravel road. There are towels for the pool but they are not for the beach. I found this to be inconvenient as there is not towel rental at the beach. I really dont want to have to bring towels in luggage or purchase them upon arrival. The pool water was a refreshing temp & we enjoyed having it when not at beach. There are large canopy type tents w/chairs & internet for rental on beach which we appreciated very much. The vendor named Hansel(sp?) was such a sweet friendly guy & a hard worker. We had fun with him & tipped him well. He gave us a large bag of prawns one day as a thank you! 😋
The people in & around Dominical were really friendly. There are many restaurants & bars to go to. If you prefer the resort or all inclusive type of vacation with large hotels than this spot is not for you. Our family like a boutique style accommodations & diy. Costa Rica is so beautiful & there is so much to see & do! We can’t wait to go back!!

Magnifique villa, encore plus belle que sur les photos, dans un écrin de nature où l’on peut voir beaucoup d’animaux. La villa est très bien équipée, très propre et bien décorée. L’accès est difficile, 4×4 indispensable surtout en période de réfection de la route comme ce fut notre cas… mais cette vue sur le Pacifique se mérite! Petit problème technique rapidement réglé grâce à Gary, super communication avec l’agence. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la villa Nido et la recommandons à tous.
