Bonita propiedad, faltan algunas mejoras pero en general un lugar confortable y tranquilo.

Very good location close to Uvita, but not too close right down from the waterfalls. Perfect size pool and lots of kitchen, utensils, and cookware.

Great home. Walkable to a few good restaurants and the beach. Construction next door took away from the daytime relaxation. They were metal framing the entire stay but we found ways to work around it.

Die Casita Catalina hat uns sehr begeistert. Die Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool und Aussenküche, 3 WCs, 2 Schlaf- und Badezimmer, Ventilatoren und Klimaanlage, top ausgestattete Küche inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie 10min zu Fuss zum Meer haben unsere Tage in Uvita zum perfekten Abschluss unserer Costa Rica Reise gemacht. Wir waren mehrmals am Strand (Baden nur bei Ebbe möglich) und haben den Nauyaka-Wasserfall besucht. Winziger Kritikpunkt: Im Pool waren viele Blätter vom Laubbaum vom Garten der Nachbarn. El lugar es confortable, esta bien equipada para cocinar, centro de lavado, la piscina tiene tamaño suficiente para disfrutar y con su debido mantenimiento . La propiedad esta ubicada en un lugar tranquilo. Esta cerca de supermercados y lugares de interés. El servicio es excelente.

Pros: private road, house was clean, fun decor, well kept pool.

Cons: located by the main road so traffic noise & make sure you have a 4×4 and can drive tricky turns getting in and out of the property.

Could be a pro or a con: howler monkeys WE ❤️ed them

Estuvo genial la estadía en la propiedad, muy hermoso y super buena gente nos atendieron, solamente tuvimos problemas con la Internet y fue muy pésimo pero el lugar super genial, y sumamete encantado de ese hogar

My wife and I had the most amazing vacation in this incredible vacation rental. The road leading to it goes by a beautiful waterfall where stopped to swim many times. The home was clean, comfortable and safe. It was very well equipped with everything we need to have an amazing stay! The pictures don’t do it justice – we can’t wait to come back again for friends!

Loved the house, loved the resort, simple process checking in. Can’t wait to come back.
