Beautiful home with amazing views and wildlife at your doorstep! Our stay was so peaceful and a whole family of coatimundis came right up to the house and ate from the trees! One decided he was too shy when he saw me watching so he moved to the backside of the banana tree out of my sight. Hummingbirds and parrots visited too! The kitchen had everything we need and the house was fully stocked to meet our needs. Highly recommend!!

Bei unserer ersten Reise nach Costa Rica hatten wir das grosse Glueck von Osa Property betreut zu werden. Nicht nur waren wir in einem absolut einmaligen, wunderbaren Haus, in dem wir morgens von Papageien, Tucans, Affen oder Eidechsen begruesst wurden. Unser wunderbarer Concierge Gary war fuer uns immer erreichbar und hat fuer uns sowohl Tour – als auch Restaurantbuchungen organisiert hat sowie die Empfehlung fuer den wohl besten privaten Koch Manuele Fratini. Das Haus selber kann man mit Worten kaum beschreiben, so kunstvoll liebevoll eingerichtet, dass wir uns sofort wie zuhause gefuehlt haben. Perfekt fuer Familien wie uns, die gerne zusammen sind, aber auch gerne fuer jeden einen eigenen Rueckzugsort wuenschen. Wir moechten uns bei allen nochmal herzlich bedanken. Wir hatten eine perfekte Zeit.

This house is a little hidden gem. The place is rustic but we enjoyed that. However, it is a little worse for wear and needs some repairs. The house and property is very private. It is important to note that Ojochal is an up and coming place which means there is a lot of traffic including motorbikes which were very loud. There are some very nice restaurants near by. The property management company were fantastic, they responded quickly to our requests or questions and were super helpful when booking and organizing excursions.

Bonito lugar, súper completo y equipado. La vista es espectacular! Tiene sus oportunidades en cuanto a seguridad y en las instrucciones para llegar al lugar, por el resto, todo muy bien.

This house was better then advertised in every way. We were greeted by howler Monkeys our very first morning and the waterfall in the back yard was amazing. Sitting on the back patio at night sounded like an actual soothing sound machine. The hosts and management team was top notch and responded very quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend staying at this property.

This home, set high up in the mountainous jungle, is the epitome of high end design and modern architecture. Every detail in the home, from the beautiful spacious bathrooms replete with natural stone, to the giant community style kitchen and living area, to the wonderfully comfortable king bedroom suites, feels not like a vacation rental, but instead a beautifully curated, high end home. Finally, the art and nearly 360-degree views in this home make each moment a special one. We’d gladly return and stay there again!

This place is just lovely and awsome!

We give just a mediocre valuation because we experienced a mixture of good and bad experiences. We were confronted with a lot of technical problems that could only partly solved.

The good side: Our contact person, Steven, turned out to be very ambitious and helped us quickly as soon as he could. For example he replaced a completely rotten coffee maker by a new one. He also cared for two non functioning bedside lamps and for several other lamps and fans that could not be switched on.

The bad side: There were several structural problems far beyond Stevenˋs possibilities. Just some examples: We had a stereo system that gave absolutely no sound and a TV with no pictures nor sound. A technician told us that it was not connected, neither to the internet nor to an antenna. What did thy do about that? Nothing! The terrace door could not be locked, because the lock was broken. What did they do?Again: nothing! Many times Steven gave us advices, one day later OSA office contacted us to tell us exactly the opposite. To us it seems like the right hand in this company does not know what the left does.

Conclusion: The prices of OSA are top level, their service is not!
