We had a wonderful stay at Casa Big Sky!
The house is across the street from a great Mexican restaurant, a 10 minute walk to the beach, and within a 10 min drive to many activities and other restaurants.
The house is clean, comfortable for our party of 4 and has AC throughout! I agree with another reviewer that the sofa isn’t super comfortable, but it worked for games and watching limited tv at night.
The house was fantastic, and if we return to Uvita, we would love to rent this house again.

Espectacular casa y ubicación para disfrutar con la familia.

Nous avons passé un sejour de rêve en famille dans cette maison qui est encore plus belle que sur les photos. L’emplacement, le calme, la luminosité, le confort, le service … Tout était parfait! Merci!

Very nice stay, there were 5 of us and the accommodation was very large and what about the magnificent Terrace! There seen is incredible, a heavenly place! The pool very well maintained! What a service from Osa thank you! Very proactive! I suggest you, at least one SUV to go back to the domain! Rock path!

Casa cómoda y muy bien ubicada, a distancia caminando de la entrada del Parque Nacional, zona tranquila, el personal de Osa Properties fue siempre atento, me parece que no es adecuado cobrar un seguro por daños a la casa, más que el mismo es costoso. Hemos rentado otras casas en la zona de mayor tamaño y un poco más modernas a un mejor precio, no por eso esta propiedad deja de ser una buena opción. El internet fallaba era irregular y algunos canales de streaming no funcionaban adecuadamente.

Beautiful property in close proximity to great restaurants/coffee shops and Marino Ballena National Park. However, the house does get very warm during the day due to the lack of curtains to keep the heat out and the lack of air conditioning that was not installed in any room but the main bedroom on the ground floor. So as long as you don’t plan on being home during the day, great. Just note, that the heat renders the upstairs loft bedroom rather useless. Our family of 4 all packed into the main bedroom with the AC to sleep every night.

Nous avons vécu une mauvaise expérience dans ce logement Dès notre arrivée on nous indique que malheureusement il n’y a pas de wifi dû à une coupure d’électricité . On accepte car cela peut arriver Le lendemain coupure générale d’électricité et d’eau jusqu’à notre départ du lendemain ! Nous n’avons donc pas pu nous laver , faire chauffer quoi que ce soit , ni aller aux toilettes car plus d’eau dans la chasse d’eau et tout ça dans le noir …. Malgré notre demande de dédommagement d’une nuit et cela depuis 15 jours , nous n’avons eu aucune réponse à cette demande Même si la coupure d’eau et d’électricité n’est pas imputable à l’hôte, ce n’est pas notre faute non plus … Pas professionnel du tout

El lugar no fue lo esperado. El área de la piscina es oscura, no hay iluminación, el área tiene constantes pérdidas de fluido eléctrico, el área del cuarto principal no tiene cortinas 100%, por lo que la luz entra a las 6 am y no es del todo privado. Para El acceso a la vivienda se necesita 4×4, esa información si fue dada, sin embargo no hay nada a menos de 12-15 minutos en carro desde la vivienda.
