They are responsive – property is nice – price is great value – beach front

Great place to stay! Clean, comfortable, and beautiful house. Pool is very refreshing on hot days. Great walking distance to beach, restaurants, downtown, etc. Saw toucans and iguanas every day. Felt secure with a locked gate and keypad door. AC is only in upstairs bedrooms. Neighbor on the right was super strict on being quiet before quiet hours, so be aware of that. Overall, a lovely place for five friends to stay.

We really enjoyed our 10-day stay at this beautiful house. The backyard was our favorite spot to relax, with plenty of birds, lush plants, and the pool—it felt like a little oasis. The house itself was spacious and comfortable for our family. We loved seeing macaws every day, and the beach was just a short, easy walk away. The property management team was also very responsive and helpful when we had small issues with the hot water and AC. Overall, a wonderful stay!

I loved my time at Casa Victoria. It was all I needed for my retreat: peace, beautiful landscapes, a broaden view of the pacific and chirping birds, toucans, parrots and more. Though it is a little drive to get to his heavenly place, once you reach it, you can enjoy a peaceful immersion in the jungle. There are a few expats that live in the area, it’s a place that’s been expanding through the years. I had a warm welcome in the neighborhood, met some nice people. The house is as described, you have all the amenities you would need for your stay. If you enjoy being a little bit off the beaten path, this is the place for you.

La casa es MUY VIEJA pero muy grande.
Muchos de los muebles están muy deteriorados y requieren reemplazo.
La piscina y las zonas verdes necesitan mejor mantenimiento.
La vista al mar es muy limitada.
Los aposentos olían a guardado, lo cual muestra lo poco que se usa la casa.
Dos cuartos ( 7 personas ) comparten un mismo baño, lo cual es sumamente incómodo.
Existe un reglamento interno de la casa que lo que hace es amedrentar al cliente con multas si haces cosas indebidas. Pienso que ésta estrategia en personas educadas no son necesarias.

Johnny was upset that we couldn’t allow an earlier check-in (therefore he left a 1 star review for check-in). We were clear from the start that it wasn’t possible. He continued to complain about that and that we couldn’t offer a late check-out due to other clients arriving later in the day. Therefore, he left a 3 start review. We would NOT rent to him again. Hosts beware!

Great responsive hosts , met us at the bottom road to drive us up and meet for check in. House was brand new and so beautiful. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook. Safe , comfortable drive unlike other airbnbs going up a steep mountain. Would definitely stay here again !!
