Absolutely stunning location/house. Truly needs better customer support though and planning. It’s been 3 months we booked this location and had asked to have a private chef since the start, and then reminded multiple times. On the day of, they asked if we booked any of their recommendations, but we were never recommended any. Then because we had no food after travelling 5 hours to the location, we asked what we could do? They referred us to a local app but to our amazement, only accepted Costa Rican Credit Cards. The chef was also not brought back into question for the remainder of the week. It’s honestly a shame because the house was absolutely perfect. Just nothing was done to help fix the food situation. We decided to then rent a 4×4 (Extremely needed) and cooked ourselves. Also the main family room Air Conditioning wasn’t working the entire stay so that was pretty heated. And the hot tub was not working as well for the 1st 3 days. So again, great house but management needs help.

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful property and great concierge service! Gary and the team were great hosts. Great place to go for our friends trip.

This was a gorgeous, modern home which was beautifully decorated with fantastic amenities and an incredible view. The Infiniti pool right outside the living room door was perfect! We loved that we saw two different species of toucans each day in the cecropia tree right by the pool and lots of interesting butterflies, frogs and insects in the beautiful flowerbeds surrounding the property. We would have liked clearer instructions about how to find the house and what to expect before the last minute, but once we navigated it the first time, everything went smoothly. All of the staff, including the security and even the gardener were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Wir waren begeistert von der Unterkunft. Ich wollte gar nicht mehr ausziehen 😅 Die Unterkunft (Haus Nr 14) war sehr gut ausgestattet und ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Na, vielleicht wäre eine vernünftige Verdunkelung in den Schlafzimmern schön. Sie hatte leider gefehlt. Aber ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Und ich meine wirklich alles, von Küchenutensilien über Campingstühle zu Waschmaschine und Trockner und vieles mehr. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Quepos. Mit dem Auto ist aber alles schnell erreichbar. Dafür ist es schön ruhig. Und wir sahen Leguane und Totenkopfaffen. Der Gemeinschaftspool hat unseren Kindern (und auch uns) viel Spaß gemacht. Er war ein bisschen trübe. Das hat uns und auch die anderen Gäste nicht weiter gestört. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Da es gut gepflegt wird, ist das für mich OK und macht auch ein wenig den Charme aus. Wenn es ein Problemchen gab, war das Management immer schnell erreichbar und schickte sofort jemanden. The house was absolutely beautiful with unbelievable views of the mountains and the ocean. Gary, the concierge for the house, made our stay epic! Gary made all our reservations for the private excursions we requested to go on with the absolute best guides as well as made recommendations and reservations for restaurants, he checked in with us daily, was on call at anytime we had questions or needed assistance, he truly made our trip an exceptional one, and we made a friend in Costa Rica. I encourage anyone that stays in this home to tap into Gary, he is warm and friendly and super knowledgeable of the area and will have your best interest at heart.

Great place to stay in Dominical. Good location close to the beach and stores.
