We loved our stay in this Villa. It’s perfect for a big group of friends and having the cleaners available is such a bonus. The pool and views are amazing. The beds are comfortable. We hired a private chef and the food was so good. Gary, our concierge, was so helpful and responsive. We hope to come back soon! I can’t say enough good things about this home, the host, and the property management company. From the time of booking, the hospitality we were shown was incredible. The guidebook was very helpful and informative. I am shocked at how little bugs got in the house given the area. The host obviously did a great job sealing the windows and even provides a door net at the front entrance. The pool was incredible. There are so many little touches that are above and beyond like beach towels and chairs to borrow, every dish and appliance you could possibly need, and someone even left us a basket of fresh eggs daily. We stayed at multiple properties during our trip and this was the best. If I could change one thing about my vacation it would be that I would have stayed at this home the whole time and would have driven further for my excursions – the home was THAT good. My group of 10 all said it would have been worth the extra driving to stay here longer. Huge thank you to this property.

++Positive: The accommodation has a fantastic view, the customer service is very good, quick to answer questions, minimalist, top — good to know: – You can still see and hear the main road, but it’s not too disturbing – There are other flats next door, it is not quite as cut off as the marketing pictures sell it, but it is not bad either. ! After booking via Airbnb, you are contacted by a number via mobile phone and have to sign another rental contract via a website. At the same time, additional insurance cover costs another 40 dollars or 3-400 dollars are blocked on your credit card. The American way. I didn’t like that, and I made a comment straight away. However, I received reminders almost every day after booking to do this. The rental price was therefore immediately 10% more expensive. – Small things in the flat, such as the TV not being set up, unstable WLAN did not bother us. So only a small star deduction for a few little Things! Response: Hola Stephan! Sorry for the inconvenience. That is in the House Rules, but as an Airbnb Guest had you brought that to our attention that you didn’t want to take advantage of the additional damage protection we would have removed that requirement. That is a mandatory requirement for our Guests who book directly with us on our own website, but it is an option on Airbnb. Next time please let us know if there are any inconveniences and we would have resolved it immediately. Pura vida! Osa Property Management

Check in process was all on line, easy.The pool was awesome and super welcomed.Its a clean and modern house. Only 1 issue.. Ants, just had to keep the kitchen super clean, no big deal. We used our own solution of soap, vinegar and water to deal with them.I would reccomend this house to any one.

When I tell you, the ladies and I had a great time. We rented a car from SJO, used navigation, and had no problems getting to the Villa. While in town , everyone was very helpful (from the grocery store, pizzaria and resturants). We drove to Jaco for a day to shop and sight see and again we had no issues. The management company provided bug spray and off (thanks so much) and a fruit tray(thanks again). If you are looking for a place that is alittle bit off the beaten path(but 7minutes from town) this is the place. Thank you OSO management for being a whats appt text/call away for any concerns or questions. The property was beautiful, well kept and up to date.

Casa Big Sky is advertised as having ocean view, well, it doesn’t have. It is advertised being a five minute walk from the beach, count for 10-15
It is located directly at the road, therefore noisy
All the rest is perfect, interior design, equipment of the kitchen, very clean and very friendly local staff
