Traveled with my family, including young children, and it was an excellent stay.

PROS: layout of HOME/SPACIOUS rooms-even the bathrooms are large /ROOFTOP DECK views/PRIVATE LOCATION situated ideally between Dominical & Uvita, ANIMALS everywhere: toucans/howler monkeys often get close just right off decks in trees/even spotted the sloth in the tree off the deck/cute white gecko-creatures everywhere/even a JC lizard streaked across the pool, LOVED the soothing waterfall feature of pool CONS: driving in&out of driveway is tight if in a big vehicle, important TIP-be sure to open up ALL doors & windows for the best cros-ventilation or you’ll much prefer to stay in the air-conditioned rooms of house & in the pool (!)—-the only other con is that a full on view of ocean is only from rooftop deck (you get “peeks” of ocean from main level and pool)/a con for some: (Casa is conveniently located off main road-the jungle is so thick that I, myself, couldn’t hear anything at night except nature sounds), but my husband needed his earplugs claiming to hear occasional traffic at night without them. OVERALL WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED OUR STAY-A TREMENDOUS VALUE

We enjoyed our stay at the BC South house very much. It was convenient to town and private at the same time. It was very clean. Fully stocked and excellent new condition.

My time spent at this home was unforgettable. The house itself was clean, comfortable and was totally private. The amount of wildlife on and around the property was incredible. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, the beds were cozy and the pool was as dreamy as it looks in the pictures. The surrounding area is beautiful with so much to do and it always felt great to return to this beautiful home after a day of exploring. María Z was my concierge that I communicated with before and throughout my stay. She was absolutely incredible and even helped me book an excursion to Corcovado National Park. 10/10 would recommend this wonderful home and team! Response: It was an absolute pleasure to Host you! La casa es excelente!!! Mejor incluso de cómo se ve en las fotos! Preciosa, bien equipada, full aire acondicionado, excelente piscina, cerca de las playas, buenos teles! Hay servicio de Internet, no hay servicio de televisión nacional.

Terrific home to stay in. As the villa is built into a hillside, there are a lot of stairs – to get into the house, to get back down to the pool, and to get from the kitchen – living area to the separate casita / bedroom. One day an ant-eater wandered past, as well as a deer, and the regular coati visits.

I am very happy with our stay. I felt safe on the neighborhood very private and easy to get to. As a visitor from other parts of Costa Rica I was very impressed with the beautiful town of Ojochal. Beaches, Restaurants and supermarkets are very close to the house around 15 min drive. One little inconvenience I had was a power outage which they are no very common in the neighborhood but I was not prepared. Power outages are outside the host control and I understand but I felt overwhelmed without knowing if I had to moved to another town so it’s good to buy an insurance make sure it covers power outages. I was able to communicate with the host and they responded promptly. I recommend to download Whatsup to communicate. Pura vida!! Overall

Pictures did not do this house and property justice. Amazing home, great amenities, perfect location and just the right amount of space. We had all we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner each day, walked to the beach each evening to watch the sunset (safe area), and enjoyed a few swims in the pool. We are already planning our next visit to CR and we will book this unit again (hopefully it will be available.)
