Wow!!!! This home is stunning!!! The house had a view from every room. The house is exactly like the pictures… except better. Very private with beautiful ocean views. Great for morning sunrise while watching the birds. The Toucans hung out in the trees each morning while I had coffee. The management group was above and beyond all my expectations. Gary Cerdas was our concierge, he truly is top notch. He helped us book all our excursions, gave videos on how to get to the house, recommended the best eating establishments etc. thank you so much Gary for making our trip so memorable. It was just my husband and I on this trip but the house is set up for 3 couples to each of their own beautiful room and private bath. We will be back! On top of all that, the bed, pillows, and bedding were super comfortable. Loved everything!!!!

The property was great and everything that we expected. They accommodated and helped facilitate several things with the stay. However, the person who facilitated the private chef did not get much right, so maybe look for your own private chef or make sure that they get the order right as they did not but otherwise everything else was fantastic. I recommend not traveling too late at night as the road to get up to the beautiful home definitely needs 4 x 4 and in rainy conditions it can be tough to navigate, but I would just say make sure you have enough time to get there during the day. They do offer to help but with traffic and l delays in travel we didn’t get there till 11pm. They always checked in and answered any questions quickly. We loved our stay at Villa Nido. The check in process & commutation was excellent. We felt extremely welcome. The villa was pristine clean and the views were spectacular. We saw plenty of toucans and butterflies everyday. The separate bedrooms from the main house make it a great spot for groups and families. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and fresh local coffee was a nice touch. I would highly recommend a stay here! Hope to be back in the future. Thanks for an amazing stay.

It would have been nice to have a generator since the electric went off around midnight and was still off when we left around 9 am. Tout d’abord parlons de la maison: très jolie, moderne, bien équipée mais à quel moment dans sa conception, au soleil et plein sud, on ne prévoit pas de rideau occultant ou une climatisation dans la pièce principale? La “chambre” a l’étage est sous les toits, petites fenêtres sans vitrages et donc une chaleur limite insupportable! Selon les réponses de l’hôte la clim serait installé…un jour. Siphon de la douche non nettoyé, bouché par des cheveux, traces sur les vitres, poussière sur la clim de la chambre (filtre très sale), les marches de la piscine sont abimées manquent de joints, ça nous a troué un short de bain. J’en ai fait part on m’a répondu “désolé mais nous n’offrons pas ce type de couverture” (pour un remboursement). Je l’ai obtenu en faisant une réclamation en fin de séjour via Airbnb. On a voulu arriver plus tôt que les 15h comme indiqués dans l’annonce, on pouvait demander… jamais eu de réponse avant…15h. Donc maison bien dans l’ensemble, contact commercial à revoir. Muy complacidos con nuestra estadía superó todas las expectativas, la
casa es nueva, limpia, con la cocina equipada totalmente, con AC en toda la casa, y la piscina fue la cereza en el pastel, tengan en cuenta que solo pueden ingresar con carro 4×4 al lugar

La villa está super linda, cómoda y privada. Tiene una excelente distribución y está muy bien equipada. Osa property management hace un buen trabajo brindado información clara, son atentos y amigables, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Recomendado si andan en vehículo y buscan cercanía pero privacidad.

We loved our stay here! It was just as described, spacious, peaceful, and beautiful! The lady on site was wonderfully kind and helpful.
