Great place, would recommend.

This is a wonderful location and we had a great two weeks here. It is steps from the water and we loved walking on the beach and watching sunsets. Croc’s casino is next door if you want to visit and happy hour is quite enjoyable. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance. The house was well furnished although it is a little dated and some of the cabinets need to be touched up. The stove could use a good cleaning.

The house itself was ok. There was only place to eat for 3 people which was a problem for us as a family of 4. But it was quite well equipped. It was more than a 5 minute walk to the beach but it was convenient to many places in Uvita.
Our biggest problem was with the property management company. They were absolutely unresponsive to problems we had and when/if they did respond it was to let us know that nobody else had problems so it must have been just us. The master bath has some plumbing issues – standing water, immensely slow shower drain and as a result there was a massive mosquito infestation in the master bath. We killed a minimum of 30-40 mosquitos in the bathroom on a daily basis. We reached out to property management to let them know and never heard back. If I could offer advice, find a different management company to use that may be actually respond to issues.

When you contacted us about how your son was bitten by a spider on tour, we immediately sent you the location of the nearest medical center in relation to where you were. In addition, we asked if there was anything else we could do to help. We told you, “Call us if you need help on translation” [hospital] and you responded, “Great.” Regarding the mosquito issue: You contacted us on Sunday, December 26, at 5:27 pm and we responded at 5:52 pm. That evening (the same day – within hours of being contacted by you) a Property Manager visited the property to ascertain the situation and to resolve it. After the property manager left, you never contacted us again for the remainder of your trip. The day before check-out, we sent you a message wishing you a “Hope you are enjoying your stay” and you never responded. We provided you with quick service, and we apologized for the situation you encountered.

This home, the views, and the wildlife interactions create an experience like no other. The home offers comfort in every aspect , and Ifeatures a modern design with high end features throughout. You are actually in the jungle and can hear the toucans sing, see the macaws fly, and watch the monkeys play. It is beyond amazing. The home is so perfect, we found it hard to leave and view the rest of Manuel Antonio. We will definitely make it an annual destination.

If I could give this property 10 stars I would! The infinity pool with beach and Mountain View’s was out of this world gorgeous! The master bathroom soaker tub surrounded by windows with tropical plants is what relaxing vacation dreams are made of. The concierge was EXTREMELY helpful in suggesting restaurants and booking us reservations and taxis (you need a 4X4 to get up to the property, which is up some VERY steep switchbacks…I personally enjoyed walking up and down them while birding and looking for monkeys!). Chef Mario cooked us a delicious meal in the house upon our arrival. All of the patios had incredible views. We saw red backed squirrel monkeys, scarlet macaws, two types of toucans, and capuchin monkeys from the pool deck. One thing to note is that 3 bedrooms are in a separate part of the house accessed through an external door from the kitchen/master/living room. We felt very safe and the property manager was quick to respond to questions!

Amazing house! Great location, private but very close to Uvita center. Fully equipped, clean and great to go with the full family. Osa property management was always helpful and very quick to reply. We loved our time and hope to be back soon!

The address was difficult, navigation links were not working. We had to text many times to get the right directions. Otherwise, it was a great place for 3 couples, close to beach, restaurants and local market. Very spacious, pool was nice to have. We will likely come back!

Incredible location and grounds. Birds and wildlife abound. All amenities needed. Would definitely return.
