What a terrific value for a beautiful 3 bedroom 2,5 bath with fenced in outdoor pool in backyard along with outdoor shower! Beach just 2 blocks away on dirt road w curious cows on farmland right out from front door. We love to walk and Dominical has wonderful restaurants & local shops right around the corner from unit. Wildlife abundant and the surf was super for our entire week! Locals super friendly & unit was self efficient w locking touch pad on front door! We went waterfall swimming and were blessed to see Mama Humpback with her baby jumping up out of the water multiple times close to our whale watching tour! Got pics of 4 Scarlet Toucans in trees near local vendor market. Awesome vacation we had!!

Amazing views, beautiful home, wonderful excursions over all! Suggestions: Because WiFi and Cell service is unreliable I highly suggest there be a Property guide book with all important information at the property. I also highly suggest having the AC on at least one hour before guests scheduled to arrive, the house was extremely hot for the first hour or so. Lastly, it would also be very helpful for all the excursion reservations , confirmation and information to be handed over upon arrival instead of one day at a time. It interrupts our relaxation when we are getting the information one day at a time. A Printed Map of the area would be nice too.

I would highly recommend this property. It is well located in Ojochal – a coffee shop nearby, not far from the main town (grocery and restaurants), and down the hill from a beautiful waterfall.The only thing I would recommend to the host is that they invest in kitchen equipment. Most of what is there is in pretty bad shape, making it hard to cook basic food.Otherwise, it is a great house, with responsive property management, lovely yard and patio. Would visit again!

Wir waren begeistert von der Unterkunft. Ich wollte gar nicht mehr ausziehen 😅 Die Unterkunft (Haus Nr 14) war sehr gut ausgestattet und ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Na, vielleicht wäre eine vernünftige Verdunkelung in den Schlafzimmern schön. Sie hatte leider gefehlt. Aber ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Und ich meine wirklich alles, von Küchenutensilien über Campingstühle zu Waschmaschine und Trockner und vieles mehr. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Quepos. Mit dem Auto ist aber alles schnell erreichbar. Dafür ist es schön ruhig. Und wir sahen Leguane und Totenkopfaffen. Der Gemeinschaftspool hat unseren Kindern (und auch uns) viel Spaß gemacht. Er war ein bisschen trübe. Das hat uns und auch die anderen Gäste nicht weiter gestört. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Da es gut gepflegt wird, ist das für mich OK und macht auch ein wenig den Charme aus. Wenn es ein Problemchen gab, war das Management immer schnell erreichbar und schickte sofort jemanden. This house was really nice, with 3 bedrooms and a nice little pool with a béatiful garden. Its well futnished and well taken care of, the only thing is that the roof in the master bedroom was leaking when its raining hard and i would double check the seal of the doors and windows because there were many mosquitos inside the house during the night. The service from Osa management was quick and efficient.

I enjoyed my stay at Villa Peace. The manager team were amazing.

Casa preciosa y muy cómoda en un lugar tranquilo y bonito. El host atento y responde rápido, buena comunicación. El internet no es estable, lo que puede ser un inconveniente si se piensa en tele trabajar. Por lo demás, todo excelente.
