This house was really nice, with 3 bedrooms and a nice little pool with a béatiful garden. Its well futnished and well taken care of, the only thing is that the roof in the master bedroom was leaking when its raining hard and i would double check the seal of the doors and windows because there were many mosquitos inside the house during the night. The service from Osa management was quick and efficient.

House location was perfect! The fact that it was pet friendly was everything to us and in particular all fenced in . The house was very beautiful as described in the listing. Will definitely be staying there whenever we go back to Uvita . Thank you!

We just left this incredible residence 2 days ago and dream of going back. It is just as amazing if not better than the photos. Incredible ocean view from the entire home. OSA was on top of everything. We loved it so much we mostly cooked on site because we didn’t want to leave. 2 identical masters on each end of the house were perfect for our group. All the bedrooms were great. I literally walked around making notes of things I want to incorporate into my own home, most notably the hanging foliage. We do quite a lot of luxury travel and have discerning taste and were thrilled!

After booking via Airbnb, you are contacted by a number via mobile phone and have to sign another rental contract via a website. Casa cómoda con su piscina, tenía sus toallas para el uso de la piscina. Bien ubicada a los 150 metros de la playa. Lo único, porque uno no está acostumbrado es que no tiene cochera, a los carros no les pasó nada los días que estuvimos en la casa.

Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful and secluded house in Ojochal. The setting is incredible, just ten minutes from the ocean. We loved watching the toucans fly across the jungle that stretches from the house to the ocean. The ocean breeze and shaded terraces were delightful. We spent hours swimming in the glorious pool, and we saw incredible sunsets from the terraces. We loved the views of the jungle, ocean, and mountains from the house. The A/C and Wi-Fi worked well throughout the house. The kitchen is very well stocked. It is very easy to drive a few minutes to the grocery store, French bakery, or gourmet shop for fruit, pastries, or a bottle of wine.
The road leading to the house has some ruts, but our small 2WD SUV was fine. We could get to the best restaurants in under ten minutes and loved the creative and fresh food. The best day trips were to the Uvita Waterfall, Manuel Antonio National Park, and Dominical. Ronny and the Osa Property Management team were so nice.
