Casa preciosa y muy cómoda en un lugar tranquilo y bonito. El host atento y responde rápido, buena comunicación. El internet no es estable, lo que puede ser un inconveniente si se piensa en tele trabajar. Por lo demás, todo excelente.

The house was awesome! So freaking gorgeous it was unbelievable. Although check in time was at three. We got there five minutes before three and the maids and the property manager didn’t leave until 3:30 or 4:00. Also on the way out check out time was at 11 but the property manager and the maids were there at 10 waiting in the driveway for us to get out. I was rushing to get the house clean and left it immaculate, but felt very rushed like we were being pushed out other than that everything was perfect and wonderful, and they were very quick to respond to any problems that we had. Hands-down I would go back.

Sarah, Our crew was waiting in the driveway at 10:25 am (not 10 am – we have GPS trackers on our vehicles). You came out and invited them into the home and then you left at 11:25 am. We didn’t intend to make you uncomfortable and you invited them in. We are happy you would come back and stay with us, but we are sorry we didn’t live up to your expectations and you only gave us 4 stars. By allowing you to stay after the check-in time, we felt we were being more than generous. As you experienced on the check-in, when guests do not leave on time, it can delay the next arriving guests. Nice place, quiet and very private. We loved the surroundings, you can watch birds fly around the trees and we had the opportunity to see an agouti by the mango tree. I would definitely come back. Unfortunately, the main living areas are not habitable and enjoyable due to the excessive heat/poor circulation. No wind and not far enough up in a mountain. Broken fans. baby was sweating profusely. People coming to CR for vacation want to relax and have certain amenities. Simply add A/C.
The Osa Property management failed to meet our expectations. Poor communication. Did not solve ANY problems and were dismissive.
-house not ready, waited over an hour
-never brought more fans. Sent tech but nothing improved
-asked for blankets. Never received.
-wifi not for working. Low mega
-5 min lukewarm shower don’t expect a romantic experience
-ripped screens along roofline
-kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity damaged/in poor condition
Don’t really need 4×4, mostly paved and not too steep.

Regarding the communication and problem-solving issues with our property management team: You notified us of 2 issues at 11:17 pm on the first night of your stay. At 8:11 am the following morning (our offices open at 8 am) we responded and notified you that maintenance would be there later that morning, and maintenance did arrive and address the 2 issues you notified us about. No other requests, complaints or issues were brought to our attention during your stay. Regarding the air conditioners: the listing information is clear that only the bedrooms have A/C. Regarding the access to our property, we understand that the driveway’s turns and angles might have posed a challenge. We will make sure to provide clearer instructions and guidance for guests in the future to alleviate any difficulties in reaching the property. We sincerely regret that your overall experience did not meet your expectations, and we understand your decision not to return. Per our review of you that was written prior to reading your review, we have recommended other Hosts not to Host you due to your behavior, treatment of the house and treatment to our employees. Such a beautiful home, located in the mountain so not the easiest to get to, definitely need a 4×4, but beyond worth the drive. Stunning views, beautiful home. Truly such a wonderful experience. Be sure to ask how to turn the hot water on because we were showering in cold water the first few days. A 10/10 experience, can’t wait to come back. Response: Thanks for being such a great Guest! We really enjoyed your place! It was clean and comfortable. The a/c was ok in the bedrooms if we kept the doors closed. The common area was a little warm though. Enjoyed the pool to cool off in. The minor problems we did have were fixed quickly by Osa Property Management. The water went out twice and was fixed within hours. The shower did not get very warm, but they knew that now! The house was clean and comfortable, the pool delightful and cleaned twice a week, and the air conditioning in the bedroom made comfortable sleeping possible. This is a perfect location to be able to reach the far SW of CR; car necessary. Pura Vida
