Forest Paradise
The property is surrounded by forest and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We awoke each morning to the sound of howler monkeys, and each evening the songs of toucans, Montezuma oropendolas, and other birds filled the air.
Tom and Christine of Jaguar Property Management were very helpful and responsive from the first time we contacted them through our final checkout. (Thank you!)
We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Pura Vida!
The only item to note is that the toilet in the master bedroom is not really “en suite”, but “in suite”; meaning, there is no door.

El lugar es exactamente como las fotos, limpio y tiene todo lo que uno necesita. La comunicación con ellos es muy asertiva. Lo más lindo del lugar es el montón de pájaros y monitos alrededor, es tranquilo y acogedor. ¡Lo recomiendo!

Nos ha encantado la casa, nos ha permitido estar tranquilos…
Nos ha encantado la casa, nos ha permitido estar tranquilos y con todas las comodidades los últimos días en Costa Rica. Camas súper cómodas, cocina totalmente equipada y muy limpia. A 15’ de Manuel Antonio en coche.
La zona de la piscina muy agradable.
Hay presencia de vigilancia las 24h y cámaras, así que aunque está en una zona un poco apartada la tranquilidad es total.
La comunicación con la persona responsable del alquiler ha sido fluida en todo momento.
Únicamente me pareció caro el precio que nos pidieron por dejar las maletas antes de las 15h (45$).
Me volvería a quedar en esta casa.
Howler monkeys
Pros: private road, house was clean, fun decor, well kept pool.
Cons: located by the main road so traffic noise & make sure you have a 4×4 and can drive tricky turns getting in and out of the property.

Fantastic views! Loved the pool. Definitely need a 4 x 4 car especially if it is raining. Perhaps I should already know this but being from Vegas it is not a problem for me, do not leave any food out ever! Ants will find it even if it is very small. It was very nice to have air conditioning in the bedrooms.
