Muy linda casa, muy bien equipada, super aseada y cerca de playas, restaurantes y supermercado.

It was very good the house is comfortable and the pool is great, but I think it would be good to have TV via satellite at least and not only netflix or youtube. The wi-fi connection was not the best and the kolbi cellphones never worked in the area.

Our stay at this condo in Quepos was absolutely incredible — we didn’t want to leave. The space was huge, beautifully designed, and felt like a private oasis tucked into lush tropical landscaping. Every morning we woke up to the sounds of nature and felt completely relaxed and safe in the secure, gated property. It was the perfect home base for exploring Manuel Antonio, fishing in the marina, or just soaking up the sunshine by the pool. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family, or a group of friends, this place truly has everything you need for a comfortable, peaceful, and unforgettable Costa Rica getaway. 🌿☀️

Very nice property, very well designed and thought of and with a great attention to details. Located very close to the beach which is part of the national parc which is why the access is not free ($6.8 USD / person) and local restaurants. You can take advantage of affordable surfing lessons on the spot if you ask around. The restaurants suggestions from the property guest book is worth trying, we found La Choza De Alejo a very good one and close by with the car.
The little garden in front of the property is quite remarkable and the reach vegetation creates a level of privacy that is just right!
Very well illuminated and ventilated house, both inside and outside, outdoor shower and bathroom available!
We were two adults and two kids and we have really enjoyed our stay, the house was one of the things we liked the most and it was priced accordingly on the high end.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Overpriced and needs maintenance. There is not actually A/C in all bedrooms – A/C for third bedroom was living room unit so could not close the door to kitchen/living room area when sleeping. Pool needs repair, tiles missing leading to scraped up feet, pump wasn’t working properly. Appliances were old and in need of repair. The oven was very hard to light and all the temp numbers had been rubbed off the dial. Kitchen faucet leaked. Washing machine did not work well. All these wouldn’t be a huge deal to me if I hadn’t paid double of anything else I have paid in the area including at new construction with bigger pool.

This review is quite surprising as we hadn’t had these reports before. In terms of the washing machine, we offered to have our maintenance team go look at it and evaluate it, however, her response was “You can schedule washing machine tech after we leave.” We have a private laundry service that we provide free of charge in these types of situations. This home is competitively priced for the location and the dates of her travel. She knew the rate at the time of reservation. In response to her review, we have the pool scheduled for re-tiling in April 2023 (due to existing reservations it was not possible to have it done sooner – we are sorry about that). We are sorry you didn’t enjoy your time at the home or at the beach. We have over 40 other properties in the area and we would welcome you back and, like all repeat renters, offer a discount for returning. Pura vida

Het was hier zo leuk dat we een extra dagje gebleven zijn. Het huis is echt van alle gemakken voorzien, en dat in overvloed. Het zwembad is heerlijk om even in af te koelen en te spelen en alles wordt erg goed onderhouden. Daarbij fijn dat er een airconditioning is, en zelfs zaklampen voor als de stroom uitvalt (die waren fijn om te hebben). Ik zou dit echt iedereen aanraden. In de buurt een fantastisch, gezellig vegetarisch restaurant en ook heerlijke sushi.

We had a blast! Osa Property management looked after us very well.

We will be using their services again in the future 🙂

Be AWARE….. the pics don’t do this place any justice! It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Henry was very responsive and helpful and made sure everything was smooth. You will encounter wildlife so don’t be surprised, and you will definitely need a 4X4 to get to the property. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a little over 4 weeks and very much enjoyed the experience. The house seemed larger than it appeared in the photos we looked at prior to arrival. Everything is modern and the kitchen was better than the average rental house – we prepared many meals while there. We enjoyed walking down to the waterfall for a swim every morning. The sunsets were absolutely spectacular. We paid extra for the cleaning crew to come several times during our stay – wonderful people who do great work, and the price was very reasonable. You do need 4WD, but it’s fun – you feel like you’re on a bit of an adventure😀 We encountered a few minor maintenance issues while we were there – the property management team always responded promptly and the people they sent to the house were friendly and professional. Regarding phone and internet service, the cell signal we got at the house was 1 bar of 3G, and the house has a fast fiber optic and wifi connection, however, the fiber optic connection was not always working (the fiber optic company’s issue, not the property managers). This is perfectly fine for a relaxed vacation but may be a challenge for anyone needing to work or join virtual meetings. We experienced no crime and always felt safe – in fact, the people we interacted with were uniformly friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend.this property.

We absolutely loved this home. The photos do not do it justice at all. It was a beautiful home to stay in, with plenty of space. This was our third time in Costa Rica, and this was the best place we’ve stayed. The only thing I would mention is that it rained pretty hard one night, and the power frequently goes out when that happens. That’s understandable. However, the security gates in and out of the property lost power, and we could not get in or out because of that for about 2 hours. Lastly, the hills to and from the property are definitely a lot steeper, and require a 4×4, as stated in the description. You can use a 4×2, but we did get a flat tire using our SUV. However, regardless of those details, this place is highly recommended, and the property did everything they could to fix and make right any issues we had. We would absolutely stay here again and again!
