We spend a weekend in the house and it is a beutiful place, easy access and great views. Rooms are spacious, beds are confortable and you can find all you need in the kitchen. Osa Property Management Staff was very helpfull before and during our stay. However, the pool area needs some important safety improvements. The main stairways to access the pool area from the house does not have neither the proper dimensions, elevation or floor tile. Does not have any railing at all. The floor tile around the pool does not have the proper nivelation and water accoumulates in some small sectors, which area very slippery. I strongly recoment to the house owners to make some safety improvements to secure your visitors are safe, while enjoy your beautiful home.

Casa Big Sky is advertised as having ocean view, well, it doesn’t have. It is advertised being a five minute walk from the beach, count for 10-15
It is located directly at the road, therefore noisy
All the rest is perfect, interior design, equipment of the kitchen, very clean and very friendly local staff

This house is AMAZING! The looks are NOT at all deceiving. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get.

From the time of booking all the way until check out, everyone that I was in contact with were exceptionally nice and accommodating

Aside from the house being absolutely gorgeous, the customer service was also exceptional. We were greeted in person by Henry, who took the time to walk us through the house and personally explain things. First time this has ever happened with any house. It’s usually an impersonal email, with instructions.

They actually create a group chat on the WhatsApp and are available to you 24-7.

I highly recommend booking this house when visiting Puntarenas, Costa Rica.

It was very good the house is comfortable and the pool is great, but I think it would be good to have TV via satellite at least and not only netflix or youtube. The wi-fi connection was not the best and the kolbi cellphones never worked in the area.

Good experience

We loved our stay! So quiet and secluded (except for the animals!). We saw monkeys, toucans, iguanas, and geckos right by the pool. The host was also extremely helpful and responsive. This was a great stay with one of the most beautiful views you could ask for. The house was just as described. It’s called Three Vistas for a reason. Views of the ocean and the jungle were priceless. The rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms felt luxurious, the A/C worked well and provided a relief from heat and humidity when we needed it. We rented it as two couples and the separate bedroom provided privacy for both couples. Access to the house is also just as described. Definitely requires a 4WD at the minimum. It’s a bumpy climb. A couple of minor suggestions for the hosts: The kitchen needs more utensils. We had to keep washing things after each meal since there weren’t enough forks/spoons to last a few meals. Living room may need some wall decoration/rugs to minimize the echo. We couldn’t listen to music inside because it was impossible to talk over it. Outside sitting was comfortable and fun. The pool is pretty but large enough for soaking only (not swimming). Response: Thank you Berna for staying with us! It was an absolute pleasure. We enjoyed an incredible stay in Savegre, Osa and Moira were always very responsive for questions regarding the property. The property itself is as amazing as it looks in the pictures, and the pool was spectacular for us and the kids – the shallow side was perfect for our toddlers to jump around in while us and the big kids swam in the deep end (4.5ft, and we were so glad for it, my wife was able to reach!). The drive in absolutely needs a 4×4, and the property manager rightly emphasized it to us before the trip. We had no issues though with getting in and out, even during heavy rains. We were very thankful for the generator they had on the property during a storm. We came during the rainy season, but every morning and early afternoon was dry and perfect for swimming. All in all, we would stay in this property again, it was a delight and made the perfect location for our 2 familes to stay in – the casita was just as amazing. Great home. Walkable to a few good restaurants and the beach. Construction next door took away from the daytime relaxation. They were metal framing the entire stay but we found ways to work around it.
