We enjoyed our stay at the BC South house very much. It was convenient to town and private at the same time. It was very clean. Fully stocked and excellent new condition.

We stayed at this beautiful property & it was amazing! You located basically in the middle of the jungle, the views are breath taking. You can see the ocean waves crashing from so many places! 10/10. Where do I even begin? This home felt like paradise, a piece of heaven on earth. The pictures matched the description completely. My friends and I had an absolute amazing time, we were able to relax, enjoy the amenities with peace and quiet. We felt very safe and appreciated the attention to detail with every aspect. We truly appreciate the Osa Property team for all their support throughout the process. Gary was our concierge and he was extremely helpful in coordinating our activities, excursions, chef and transportation. We truly enjoyed the food prepared by Chef Mario, he was so hospitable, helpful and his meals were delicious; breakfast, lunch and dinner! We were able to coordinate private massages as well as a photographer to take pictures and drone videos of us. William, Juan and Franklin were our drivers and ensured we were safe, enjoyed the ride and the stops for pictures along the way! Overall. We give this experience a 10/10 and would happily do it again. We highly recommend!

What a beautiful, magical place! We had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend it. We were 2 couples with 3 small kids who enjoyed the pool, nearby beaches and towns, wildlife (monkeys! lizards! birds! big bugs!), and sunset swims and dinners. A couple of things to note which we didn’t expect: the power does go out pretty often, which is common for the area. Only once it went out at night for 10 hours which was tough with the heat. There is only A/C in the bedrooms so the main level does get very hot during the day. As other reviews mentioned, you have use the steep-ish outside stairs to get between floors. Not a big deal, but a slight inconvenience sometimes. The road to the property does require 4×4 but was not an issue for us going in and out, we liked it! The waterfall hike is awesome but challenging with kids (steep). House is beautiful and clean with no bugs inside at all. Overall we had a fantastic, memorable stay and would love to come back again! Magnifique maison lumineuse avec un extérieur très invitant. La piscine est plus petite que sur les photos mais très agréable quand même! Le plat de fruits, les fleurs et le café ont eu un effet « Wow » dès notre arrivée. Tout sentait bon aussi! La communication était excellente et ce fut très facile d’accéder à la maison. La plage Chaman est accessible à pied (entrée payante). Nous avons adoré l’aspect un peu sauvage des environs de la maison et le petit sentier parallèle à la plage rempli de singes capucins. Pour deux couples, les chambres étaient semblables avec chacune une salle de bain complète attenante à la chambre. Un matelas est à changer cependant dans l’une d’elle car le matelas creuse et le lit craque beaucoup. Suite à ce commentaire, la gestionnaire a répondu avec beaucoup de gentillesse et transmettra nos remarques au propriétaire. À part cela, nous avons tout aimé de la maison et d’Uvita!

La casa es realmente hermosa tal como en las fotografías, tiene un diseño moderno, cómodo e iluminado que permite disfrutar del paisaje, casi desde cualquier parte de la casa. La zona exterior es ideal para pasar en familia, y disfrutar de esos atardeceres mágicos. La casa se encuentra equipada con lo necesario para hacer de la estadía muy confortable. A pesar de que la ubicación no es tan cercana al comercio y las playas, la vista hace q valga la pena, es un lugar tranquilo, seguro y privado. Como recomendación sería bueno que agregaran las indicaciones de la ruta también en español. Pero en general nos faltaron días para disfrutar de todas las bellezas que ofrece esta zona y de la propiedad tan hermosa. Muchas gracias por estar atentos a nuestras necesidades y por el acompañamiento para hacer de ese viaje familiar un hermoso recuerdo.

House was great. More than we needed but it’s was great haveming the extra space. The views were amazing. Concierge was helpful. Was just disappointed that the pictures didn’t match the landscaping. The landscaping was not managed and everything was dead. They back yard also had empty beer cans, pool equipment and full trash bags from pervious renters that were never cleaned up. The plastic pool cups were all full of mold and water. Besides that the house was clean and tidy
