Definitely a memorable location and home. Gary our consierge was *amazing!* (thanks, Gary!). The photos of the home are accurate – it’s a beautiful, clean home, extremely well appointed (great showers!) with very comfortable beds and linens. Beach towels are provided, but not beach chairs, FYI. The views are breathtaking from every angle in the house- sunrises and sunsets were a highlight. Having that lovely pool to come home to after a (very hot!) day out was a bonus. Saw all manner of birds in the morning and a star-filled sky at night. As others noted, the “road” (NOT paved) to this gorgeous location is not for the faint of heart driver. Think streets of San Francisco with rocks and mud. Not only is a 4×4 car necessary, it must be automatic with low gear options. But the drive up was part of the adventure. We can’t wait to return. This house was really nice, with 3 bedrooms and a nice little pool with a béatiful garden. Its well futnished and well taken care of, the only thing is that the roof in the master bedroom was leaking when its raining hard and i would double check the seal of the doors and windows because there were many mosquitos inside the house during the night. The service from Osa management was quick and efficient.

The house was beautiful; pool was great; location was great. We saw lots of toucans. The hot tub is not hot FYI, but warmer than the pool. There is no air conditioning in the main part of the house just the bedrooms, but that was fine for us. Make sure to get directions on how to get and use water. The water was off when we arrived and we had to fill the cistern regularly.

We apologize for the water issue. The ASADA (water utility) was doing repairs in Ojochal for the past month as they upgrade the entire town’s water supply system. The ASADA were working on pipes and upgrades in the area/pipeline of Casa Aventura during their stay. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Correct: A/C just in the bedrooms. The vaulted ceilings (over 15 feet tall) coupled with ceiling fans, allow plenty of air movement throughout the main inside part of the house.

Thdi place was beautiful. Modern clean and perfect. Just hard to find they need to add a sign on the road… But the place was magical. We stayed for 3 nights. KIDS LOVED IT. The pool was a Big WIN. THE PLACE WAS PERFECTLY SET UP FOR THE 4 ODNUS.

We had a wonderful stay and spent three weeks here. The pool was fantastic, and the view, especially the sunsets, was absolutely beautiful. Everything was easy to find, and the house was very well equipped with everything we needed. Communication was great, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. La casa está genial, con detalles muy bonitos, es más amplia de lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. La ubicación es un entorno natural con un paisaje increible, al fondo el mar, rodeado de naturaleza y a los que les gusta el birdwatching, es una gran opción por la variedad de aves.

We had a great week on our family vacation. 2 adults, 2 children. House is better than in pictures. Perfectly well appointed kitchen and great queality linens. The house itself has everything you need and more, even board games. Location was amazing, easy access, peaceful area. Some days we just stayed at the house in the pool. Very serene area. Check in was very easy, directions for the house were straight forward and simple.
We plan on coming back in July. Thank you OSA Properties!

Esta casa es hermosa y su ubicación es perfecta. Tiene la playa cerca y buenos restaurantes alrededor. Es perfecta para familias o grupos de amigos. La comunicación con Cristiann de Osa Property Management fue muy buena. 🙂
