House and property exactly as described. Worked great for us and the location. Only problem we had was lack of hot water in mornings..
We arrived late but Jeremy gave us the info required.

The place was very quaint, many Great restaurants near buy, spent time in joying the ocean at two different locations. Beautiful, warm and enjoyable. The property pool could have been heated. But still was refreshing. Waking up to the birds and roosters was quit enjoyable. The tacos were very friendly, never felt threatened or scared. Some of the off roads adventure were very interesting… mush rent a 4 wheel drive Vehicle. Enjoy Ojochal..

Realmente era la primera vez que utilizábamos la aplicación airbnb y fue muy buena la experiencia en general el lugar tico tico es muy tranquilo muy limpio las camas son muy confortables y la ubicación de la villa es muy muy buena la piscina muy relajante disfrutamos la estadía 100%recomendandos si van por quepos no duden en reservar.

Our stay in Uvita was overall enjoyable, with a really comfortable bed and beautiful views that made it worth the climb up and down the 86 steps. While some areas could use a little maintenance, like the shower and toilet, the hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. Plus, having a private pool and a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus! Response: We’re sorry you did not have a 5-star experience but appreciate the feedback. We really have a great time at Quepos Villas Tranquilas. The Property Manager was really nice and detailed with our needs. Great place to stay and rest.

This house was really nice, with 3 bedrooms and a nice little pool with a béatiful garden. Its well futnished and well taken care of, the only thing is that the roof in the master bedroom was leaking when its raining hard and i would double check the seal of the doors and windows because there were many mosquitos inside the house during the night. The service from Osa management was quick and efficient.

This house is AMAZING! The looks are NOT at all deceiving. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get.

From the time of booking all the way until check out, everyone that I was in contact with were exceptionally nice and accommodating

Aside from the house being absolutely gorgeous, the customer service was also exceptional. We were greeted in person by Henry, who took the time to walk us through the house and personally explain things. First time this has ever happened with any house. It’s usually an impersonal email, with instructions.

They actually create a group chat on the WhatsApp and are available to you 24-7.

I highly recommend booking this house when visiting Puntarenas, Costa Rica.
