Das Haus konnten wir leicht finden. Das Grundstück ist gut mit einem Tor gesichert, und man kann sein Fahrzeug sorgenfrei abstellen. Als wir das Haus betreten waren wir gleich begeistert, es war alles super sauber und man konnte sich wie Zuhause fühlen. Draussen ein kleiner aber sehr schöner und gepflegter Pool, den wir sehr oft nach unseren Ausflügen genutzt haben um uns zu erfrischen. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt ist der atemberaubend schöne und riesige Strand, so dass wir für Strandbesuche und gebuchte Ausflüge nicht mit dem Auto fahren mussten. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten die wir anmerken und verbessern würden wäre Qualität und Bequemlichkeit der Betten. Diese Knarren laut sobald man sich bewegt und die Matratzen sind nicht wirklich bequem. Der Trockner ließ sich nur schwerfällig bedienen dass man dachte man reist den Einstellknopf ab. Es wurde uns sehr schnell geholfen, aber mit einer entsprechenden Beschreibung am Gerät wäre einfacher. Unbedingt die Online Anleitung vom safe lesen!

Pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful this house is. You will be in awe as soon as you walk inside, the house was spotless clean, spacious and welcoming. We went with our 3 boys, who loved the space, the pool, and most importantly all the beautiful animals we spotted. We saw macaws, toucans, iguanas. We loved the accessibility too to Jaco, herradura and we truly enjoyed playa Blanca in punta Leona ( you can request access here ahead of time) it’s a beautiful white sand beach, where we spotted so many monkeys. Absolutely stunning home with elegant and luxurious design. You will love the sunrise on the patio and a dip in the pool in the afternoon. All the decor and furnishings in the house are carefully thought out. Osa property management helped us with several things throughout our stay. Restaurants are right down the road and you will not find a more gorgeous property to enjoy. private and spacious. Absolutely love the sunken den and gorgeous shower. The pool is beautiful. You can walk down to the river to view the private waterfall. Yoga deck overlooks the waterfall.
Everything in the house is organized, labelled & professional! We highly recommend Osa Property Management. sliding glass doors are an elegant touch to this luxurious home!!
The pergola with the hanging chairs is beautiful with a perfect waterfall view (and very comfortable)!
Plenty of storage including walk in closet. Lovely lighting at night. Stars are gorgeous from the backyard. Can’t wait to come back.

Unfortunately, the main living areas are not habitable and enjoyable due to the excessive heat/poor circulation. No wind and not far enough up in a mountain. Broken fans. baby was sweating profusely. People coming to CR for vacation want to relax and have certain amenities. Simply add A/C.
The Osa Property management failed to meet our expectations. Poor communication. Did not solve ANY problems and were dismissive.
-house not ready, waited over an hour
-never brought more fans. Sent tech but nothing improved
-asked for blankets. Never received.
-wifi not for working. Low mega
-5 min lukewarm shower don’t expect a romantic experience
-ripped screens along roofline
-kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity damaged/in poor condition
Don’t really need 4×4, mostly paved and not too steep.

Beautiful home in great location. Could be amazing with improvements and better company or simply a person without a brand to uphold.

At 8:11 am the following morning (our offices open at 8 am) we responded and notified you that maintenance would be there later that morning, and maintenance did arrive and address the 2 issues you notified us about. No other requests, complaints or issues were brought to our attention during your stay. Regarding the air conditioners: the listing information is clear that only the bedrooms have A/C. Regarding the access to our property, we understand that the driveway’s turns and angles might have posed a challenge. We will make sure to provide clearer instructions and guidance for guests in the future to alleviate any difficulties in reaching the property. We sincerely regret that your overall experience did not meet your expectations, and we understand your decision not to return. Per our review of you that was written prior to reading your review, we have recommended other Hosts not to Host you due to your behavior, treatment of the house and treatment to our employees. El host me cambio un día antes la casa inicialmente indicada por otra que yo acepte pero aunque no estaba del todo mal no era igual a la reservada, un poco más pequeña de lo que representa las fotos y con acabados menos bonitos

More than expected

We had a great stay at OSA Properties. The location is great, close to the grocery store and restaurants but far enough that you can get a good nights rest.
There is a camera inside the home, just ensure it’s turned off or unplugged. We brought this to the attention of the team and profusely apologized and let us know that it was left there by accident after the cleaners had left.
The home is well equipped with everything you would need. The only issue we ran into was a leak in the kitchen sink. The team addressed it right away and had a plumber come in same day.
Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and enjoyed our stay.

La maison était spacieuse, neuve, bien aménagé et très propre La terrace avec vu sur les montagnes et la mer au loin était accueillante avec un large toit Nous en avons grandement profité. Il faut mettre 15 min entre la route principale et la maison dans un chemin de terre. Un 4×4 n’est pas réellement nécessaire mais tout au moins un SUV 2×4. Le chemin surement trop difficile pour une auto mais tres carrossable en SUV. Une fois a la route principale, on est à 15 minutes de ojochal mais il y a des restos et dépanneurs bien avant. J’y retournerai Osa properties sont des super hôtes

Beautiful house with great views!

This is an excellent place to stay whether you’re in town for a few days or more than a week. It’s private, clean, close to Quepos Centro and Manuel Antonio, fully equipped and beautifully decorated. I also enjoyed that the property has nice areas, such as the pool and book corner. Have to mention that Vernita was great, and it was amazing that she speaks both English and Spanish; I’m also a tourist, despite I’m Tica. I appreciate they spoke in my native language although I communicate mainly in English for work. Lastly, the type of people that stays here is very calm, you don’t hear them them at night making loud noises nor partying. We visited on business and felt like a vacation.
