Es una casa muy linda con todo lo necesario en medio de la montaña. Se pueden ver muchos pájaros incluidos tucanes y lapas. La vista es maravillosa. Una parte del camino no es asfaltado y requiere 4×4.

Gorgeous views and your own personal zoo! You will not be sorry. The rooms are large and comfortable. Many of them had little kitchenettes with mini fridges. The patios and balconies all had fantastic views. Be aware that The swimming pool and jacuzzi disappointingly are not heated. And the main living room, dining and kitchen are not cooled. Also know that the home has many many steps up and down just to get into the home and then up or down to your rooms, patios and pool areas. You will definitely see animals! Monkeys, sloths, toucans and parrots were there everyday. We ran out at sunrise and sunset each day to see our animals and it was so exciting to come home and unwind knowing this. Make sure to wear bug spray on your exposed areas lol. We found ourselves being nibbled on by who knows what just walking around in the jungle but never really seeing what they were. This is for Costa Rica in general. We also asked and were given the what’s app link to a personal delivery service who picked up groceries or meals for us so we didn’t have to leave the house. But if you do, everything you could need was just minutes away. Make sure to watch the sunsets from the bedroom at the very top! Oh also there’s no dryer but there is a washer. In a house this big we expected this. The driveway up the mountain to the house was scary at first. Try to come in the daytime the first time you come. It is steeply pitched, has sharp turns, uneven pavement and not good signage. Make sure your phones are on Google maps and Waze. But even then, know that the directions fall short to get to the house. You will go over a tiny bridge and just continue to head up. At night you will not see this very well. A 4×4 is REQUIRED! But let me assure you it all adds to your adventure… this home and the experience you will leave with are both ONE OF A KIND! We will be back!

Great place to stay in Dominical. Good location close to the beach and stores.

Kingfisher was a great stay. The team were also very helpful at accommodating a last minute request. The house itself is on the smaller side but had everything that we needed to feel like home. It was clean and the pool was awesome and refreshing after work. They also came to do maintenance while we were there. A/C, TV and internet all worked properly. Two adults were working remotely during the weekdays that we were there so it was critical that internet was reliable and it was, even though there were some small dropouts, they were barely noticeable and weren’t really an issue. We only had a minor issue with the main bathroom and it was promptly fixed the same day while we were out. The house is a few KM from the main road but we never felt unsafe while staying at the property. We did have a car though and you’ll probably want to have one as the closest beach was about a 15 minute drive from the house. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely consider this house (or others managed by OSA Property Management) when we’re in the area in the future!

Our family of 5 stayed 9 nights & enjoyed everything at this beautiful private resort! The pool to cool off during hot afternoons, covered patios for shade or protection from rain, and outside shower. Each bedroom has private entrance but the pathway to and from kitchen and living room well lit at night. Was nice to drink coffee in morning without waking anyone up. Couldn’t get enough of the wildlife and nature surrounding us. Visits from white capped capuchin family, toucans, Turkey vultures, coati, deer, acouti, frogs, parrots. Need a 4×4 to get to home, Power went out a few times but to be expected in CR. There are battery powered lamps in each area for safety. Easy to access Naucaya and Chontales falls early in am. Close to Dominical for market,

Beautiful home with incredible views. The property managers gave us options to augment our stay including a private chef and local activities. They also helped us facilitate transportation around town and to and from the airport. Pool is unheated, but the hardly a problem with the weather. AC in all the bedrooms and living room. Overall a great stay in a beautiful location. Highly recommended!
