This house was really nice, with 3 bedrooms and a nice little pool with a béatiful garden. Its well futnished and well taken care of, the only thing is that the roof in the master bedroom was leaking when its raining hard and i would double check the seal of the doors and windows because there were many mosquitos inside the house during the night. The service from Osa management was quick and efficient.

Once in a lifetime Airbnb experience! The views of the ocean from every room were incredible and the house design and details were outstanding. Great for a big group – we had 10 people and had the perfect amount of space. The house is in a gated community just a few minutes drive from the beach. Only issue we had was with the water heaters shorting out very often in a few of the rooms but the host was responsive and helped fix. Response: It was an absolute pleasure to Host you Kasey! 🌴 Casa Majestica is where Luxury Meets Nature. The perfect place to unwind and disconnect. Everything was exactly as described, and even more stunning in person. The villa was spotless, luxurious, and fully equipped with everything you need to relax in total privacy. Secluded yet convenient, it’s about a 15-minute drive to stores and restaurants. The views are breathtaking from every corner, especially the pool and balcony, serenaded by birds and the wildlife create a true nature-lover’s paradise. Nestled in the mountains, surrounded by pure nature you’ll encounter harmless local residents like iguanas, ants, and Melipona bees; please don’t harm them, as they’re vital to the ecosystem. The road up is well-paved, the incline drive similar to a U.S mountain cabin. The Osa Property Management team was exceptional, meeting us at the gate and ensuring a smooth stay. We liked that it was only about 1/4 mile on gravel road and the rest was pavement. Great location.

Newer condo, very nicely decorated with beach motif, very clean, great location (2 minute walk through a gate to a relatively uncrowded beach, and street was less busy than the center of Jaco). Liked that all condos were ground-floor condos in a little gated community. Condo complex was well maintained with nice landscaping and crystal clear pool. Wifi was a little weak upstairs, which was weird because that’s where the router was. Master bedroom AC was okay but had a little trouble bringing down the temperature. Other AC units worked great. Beach chairs were the only amenity we wished we had but didn’t, so we had to buy some. Communication with Launa was slow (which we were warned about), but Juan Carlos, the property manager, showed up quickly when we couldn’t get in at first and otherwise made sure we got what we needed. We were very glad we rented a car (with insurance!). We used it for the park visit, surfing in Playa Hermosa, & scuba & free diving charters from Play Herradura.

Absolutely incredible property. 10/10 view. Incredibly comfortable beds. Absolutely incredible experience. Birds, frogs, monkeys in the trees. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home during our trip. The road to the property is no joke, you absolutely need a 4×4 suv Absolutely 100% worth it.

The property was perfect. It had everything we needed. Including a french press and a juicer. The view with the jungle and ocean was breathtaking. We were close to the beach to watch the most amazing sunsets. The surrounding area had lots to explore. You could walk to a cafe for breakfast and the beach. To top it all off, the host was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring our comfort. They went above and beyond, providing thoughtful touches and responding promptly to any questions we had. Instructions to get to the property were sent ahead of time and very detailed with pictures. If you’re looking for a getaway that combines stunning views, a natural haven for birdwatching, and outstanding hospitality, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!
