We were extremely happy with our stay and we will stay here again if we are in the area. We loved having the pool to ourselves and the place was so bright, sunny, and clean. The only thing that could be improved on was the little couch in the main area. It was difficult to sit on and it is not very comfortable. La estadía estuvo espectacular, la comunicación con los anfitriones siempre fue muy buena, respondían muy rápido y aclaraban las dudas que tuviéramos. el lugar es igual al de las fotos, muy organizado, la cocina es full equipada, todo lo que necesites lo tienen. La piscina es amplia y estaba limpia. El camino es montañoso y hay una cuesta muy grande pero no hay dificultades para subirla. Recomiendo el lugar, es muy tranquilo y muy bonito.

We give just a mediocre valuation because we experienced a mixture of good and bad experiences. We were confronted with a lot of technical problems that could only partly solved.

The good side: Our contact person, Steven, turned out to be very ambitious and helped us quickly as soon as he could. For example he replaced a completely rotten coffee maker by a new one. He also cared for two non functioning bedside lamps and for several other lamps and fans that could not be switched on.

The bad side: There were several structural problems far beyond Stevenˋs possibilities. Just some examples: We had a stereo system that gave absolutely no sound and a TV with no pictures nor sound. A technician told us that it was not connected, neither to the internet nor to an antenna. What did thy do about that? Nothing! The terrace door could not be locked, because the lock was broken. What did they do?Again: nothing! Many times Steven gave us advices, one day later OSA office contacted us to tell us exactly the opposite. To us it seems like the right hand in this company does not know what the left does.

Conclusion: The prices of OSA are top level, their service is not!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Big Sky!
The house is across the street from a great Mexican restaurant, a 10 minute walk to the beach, and within a 10 min drive to many activities and other restaurants.
The house is clean, comfortable for our party of 4 and has AC throughout! I agree with another reviewer that the sofa isn’t super comfortable, but it worked for games and watching limited tv at night.
The house was fantastic, and if we return to Uvita, we would love to rent this house again.

A good house with a spectacular view. I would stay again. Their warning about having a 4×4 vehicle is entirely true; the road to the house is tough.

La casa nos gustó mucho, una de las cosas que más disfrutamos es que el lugar está cercado en su totalidad ya que llevamos mascotas y eso representa seguridad para nosotros. Con respecto a la piscina es pequeña, ya que tiene una división para chapoteadero para niños. Algo que nos faltó fueron utensilios de cocina básicos, como ollas grandes, abrelatas, no había trapos para limpieza y no había mopa para limpiar los pisos, cosas que consideramos necesaria para una larga estancia. Nos hubiera gustado un poco más de flexibilidad a la hora de llegada, ya que solicitamos llegar 3 horas antes de lo establecido pero tenía un cargo adicional, entendemos las políticas pero igual 1 hora pudo hacer una gran diferencia. En general bastante bien la estancia, la persona con la que teníamos comunicación siempre estuvo al pendiente, recomendable el lugar. In terms of arriving 3 hours before check-in time – that is clearly indicated on the listing so we are sorry you did not want to follow that rule. In addition, you prevented the swimming pool cleaner to enter the property – as is clearly indicated in the Guidebook. The home and the pool is set up for families. Lovey place . It’s a new build with a lovely view . Blinds would help as the sun makes the rooms very hot . The house is well equipped and we had a very comfortable stay . Thank you !

Our stay at Villa Tres Vistas was absolutely unforgettable. I traveled with my husband, my goddaughter, and her fiancé, and it truly felt like we had our own private slice of paradise. The views are breathtaking, overlooking Manuel Antonio National Park, Matapalo Beach, and the Pacific Ocean, with sunsets that honestly didn’t look real. This scenery will leave you feeling inspired and eager to experience it yourself.What made this place even more special was the wildlife. Every day felt like a nature show. We saw macaws flying overhead, parrots in the trees, and toucans perched nearby. There were tree frogs around the property, coatimundi wandering through, and iguanas soaking up the sun. Visiting during [dry season or specific months] can enhance wildlife sightings and outdoor experiences, making your trip even more memorable.We stayed in the pool every single day; it was just that perfect. Between the waterfall feature, the view, and the peaceful surroundings, it became our favorite place to relax. Evenings by the pool with the outdoor fireplace were just as amazing. To make the most of your stay, pack essentials like [sunscreen, insect repellent, and comfortable outdoor clothing], so you’re ready for both relaxing and exploring in nature.We also explored quite a bit while we were there. Nauyaca Waterfalls were breathtaking and definitely worth the trip. Visiting Manuel Antonio National Park is an absolute must; there’s nothing like it.
