The place was very quaint, many Great restaurants near buy, spent time in joying the ocean at two different locations. Beautiful, warm and enjoyable. The property pool could have been heated. But still was refreshing. Waking up to the birds and roosters was quit enjoyable. The tacos were very friendly, never felt threatened or scared. Some of the off roads adventure were very interesting… mush rent a 4 wheel drive Vehicle. Enjoy Ojochal..

We had a great time here! There were six adults and two kids. The family of four stayed on the main floor and the others upstairs. We all had plenty of privacy but also had great communal space. Beautiful pool with a gorgeous view. We took advantage of extra cleanings a couple times and it was worth it. You definitely need 4WD to get here. It’s not just a suggestion.
We would definitely stay here again!!

Un lugar hermoso rodeado de naturaleza, alejado del bullicio pero cercano a restaurantes, supermercados, aeropuerto y lugares de interés. Está cerca del Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio donde disfrutamos de la playa y la increíble naturaleza y de la Marina Pez Vela desde donde tomamos un catamarán que nos llevó a las cercanías del parque nacional. En la villa cuentas con todas las comodidades para pasarla bien. El día que llegamos llovió mucho y preferimos no salir, pero igual la pasamos bien con los juegos de mesa que habían, libros y smart TV. Cuentas con todos los implementos necesarios para cocinar. Además tiene una piscina muy tranquila y un salón al aire libre con un espacio para asados. Volvería sin dudarlo!

We give just a mediocre valuation because we experienced a mixture of good and bad experiences. We were confronted with a lot of technical problems that could only partly solved.

The good side: Our contact person, Steven, turned out to be very ambitious and helped us quickly as soon as he could. For example he replaced a completely rotten coffee maker by a new one. He also cared for two non functioning bedside lamps and for several other lamps and fans that could not be switched on.

The bad side: There were several structural problems far beyond Stevenˋs possibilities. Just some examples: We had a stereo system that gave absolutely no sound and a TV with no pictures nor sound. A technician told us that it was not connected, neither to the internet nor to an antenna. What did thy do about that? Nothing! The terrace door could not be locked, because the lock was broken. What did they do?Again: nothing! Many times Steven gave us advices, one day later OSA office contacted us to tell us exactly the opposite. To us it seems like the right hand in this company does not know what the left does.

Conclusion: The prices of OSA are top level, their service is not!

Excellent pool and house, great views, fantastic weather and the town of Ojochal has some great restaurants. We explored Playa Ventanas, Playa Hermosa, Dominical and Uvita. There were lots of birds flying around the valley and the hummingbird feeders attracted three different types of hummingbirds that we enjoyed watching. The house was comfortable with new mattresses and bedding and air conditioning throughout the entire house. Thr outdoor shower was a big hit and the privacy cannot be beat. We will definitely be returning!
