LOVED the property! It’s a beautiful home w wonderful views. The pool, outdoor kitchen, and balconies were amazing. There’s a nice outdoor bathroom that was very convenient while we were relaxing at the pool. We felt safe. There’s a lovely neighbor dog who liked to come visit us in the mornings & enjoyed taking a dip in the pool. The monkeys & birds woke us up every morning at 6a. Huge bugs! We loved it all!
Only a couple small issues – upon arrival the lockbox code we were given didn’t work. Management was pretty quick to respond and gave us another code to try, which worked. The other problem was that the WiFi in the casita didn’t work at all during our stay, and the AC & fan didn’t work for the first 2 nights. Management was responsive, but things took a bit of time & we never did get the WiFi. I suggested they put a tall step ladder in the casita. We weren’t able to reach the fan switches, so we brought a step stool down from the main home.

We sincerely apologize for the hiccups you encountered during your stay — the lockbox code issue, the casita WiFi, and the AC and fan situation are not the seamless arrival and comfort experience we strive to deliver for every guest. We are actively addressing all of these to ensure future guests don’t experience the same inconveniences. Your suggestion about adding a tall step ladder to the casita is also very practical and much appreciated — we will be taking care of that right away. We’re glad our team was responsive and that the backup lockbox code worked quickly, but we understand that some of the resolutions took longer than they should have and we will do better. Perfect in it’s simplicity
Nicely situated near civilization, but off the main drag. Well appointed for the price point. Already booked another week!
Very clean, quaint, private with a great pool.
Our experience was what we hoped for. The casita, pool, property, and privacy were as advertised. The wildlife was exciting (howler monkeys in the background, many birds and other small animals). We strongly encourage a 4×4 (to get the full Costa Rica experience) as the roads off the main hwy can be rugged at times (but fun). We appreciate the attentiveness of Osa Property Management for any of the questions we had and ensuring our experience was as enjoyable as we hoped for. Pura Vida!

Beautiful , set in a stunning location with wonderful views of the ocean and surrounded by nature. We especially enjoyed the pool; it was refreshing and lovely with comfortable outdoor seating and BBQ facilities. The house was well equipped. 4×4 is a must.
The team was always responsive and had great suggestions for activities, restaurants , transportation and also assisted with the bookings. We also used the private chef they suggested and we were treated to an excellent dinner.
