Featured Costa Rica Vacation Rentals

We stayed here for a week in September with the family—4 people in total—and had a wonderful experience. The place was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I enjoyed peaceful mornings listening to the birds before leaving to go on nearby excursions. Location-wise, it’s about 10 minutes from the marina and town center, and down the street are two major shopping centers. We found plenty to do without traveling far making it a perfect spot for a week of adventure or relaxation.

The property is surrounded by forest and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We awoke each morning to the sound of howler monkeys, and each evening the songs of toucans, Montezuma oropendolas, and other birds filled the air.

Tom and Christine of Jaguar Property Management were very helpful and responsive from the first time we contacted them through our final checkout. (Thank you!)

We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Pura Vida!

The only item to note is that the toilet in the master bedroom is not really “en suite”, but “in suite”; meaning, there is no door.

I enjoyed my stay at Villa Peace. The manager team were amazing.

The villa has a great location, and you can watch a lot of wild animals right outside your windows, including a sloth and a bunch of monkeys. It has all the necessary amenities for a long-term stay, with a well-equipped kitchen and large king-size beds. We often had to deal with a few cockroaches, which was a bit stressful for my wife. Overall, it was a good experience. Response: Thanks for staying at the condo Pavlo. We are very sorry about the insects you dealt with and we immediately fumigated the entire unit and building (of 4 condos) after you notified us this situation in your review. We are very sorry!! We loved this place! It was the perfect rental. Spacious open layout with plenty of room when traveling with other couples or family. We loved relaxing by the pool and on the patio just taking in the beauty and seeing and hearing the toucans, macaws and monkeys! Fabulous kitchen with all you need to make meals and also amazing restaurants just a few minutes away. Our stay was perfect and we highly recommend staying here!
