Featured Costa Rica Vacation Rentals

The house is beautiful and well decorated. It is small inside but the covered outdoor space doubles the living space. The kitchen has most things but we were surprised there was no dish soap or staples like salt and pepper. This meant we had to buy some and then leave it.
Bedrooms were clean and tastefully decorated. The beds are quite hard and need toppers to make it perfect. The bathrooms were beautiful as well with great water pressure!

This house has a great location in Uvita. Walking to main town and the Whales Tail National Park. Quiet area. The management company had lots of information for us and communicated very quickly.

Great place to stay for exploring this area!!

The property is surrounded by forest and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We awoke each morning to the sound of howler monkeys, and each evening the songs of toucans, Montezuma oropendolas, and other birds filled the air.

Tom and Christine of Jaguar Property Management were very helpful and responsive from the first time we contacted them through our final checkout. (Thank you!)

We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Pura Vida!

The only item to note is that the toilet in the master bedroom is not really “en suite”, but “in suite”; meaning, there is no door.

5 stars is not enough. this property is a jewel. you cannot come to costa rica and not visit maggy’s villa. the property manager is very helpful and everything is perfect. 100% recommended.

I am very happy with our stay. I felt safe on the neighborhood very private and easy to get to. As a visitor from other parts of Costa Rica I was very impressed with the beautiful town of Ojochal. Beaches, Restaurants and supermarkets are very close to the house around 15 min drive. One little inconvenience I had was a power outage which they are no very common in the neighborhood but I was not prepared. Power outages are outside the host control and I understand but I felt overwhelmed without knowing if I had to moved to another town so it’s good to buy an insurance make sure it covers power outages. I was able to communicate with the host and they responded promptly. I recommend to download Whatsup to communicate. Pura vida!! Overall

The house has everything you need during your travel: washing machine, AC, pool. I recommend a car that is “higher” to reach the house as some rocks on the road are bigger and can scratch the car. The pool was a nice refreshment, only the neighbouring German shepherd dog came once down into the property and started barking at us so we did not feel comfortable on going inside the pool again. I don’t know if the dog is always there.

This place was GREAT!!!! We had a wonderful time. Cannot beat the views. You will not be disappointed. Very clean and had everything we needed.

This place was beautiful! The condo itself was very nice with great air conditioning, a well-stocked kitchen, and comfy beds and couches. The beach was amazing! Peaceful and beautiful and wonderfully secluded. We really loved staying here, it was a spectacular experience. Osa was also extremely accommodating, helping us change our reservation with no hassle. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Don’t know what your looking for casa rana verde is the place for you.family or couples this a peace of paradise. I had an amazing experience at this beautiful house birds monkey’s the view of the pacific ocean and sunsets are stunning ext .safe very private everything is there no disappointment it is a place you will never forget i would recommend this place to anyone .thankyou osa properties i will return
