House and property exactly as described. Worked great for us and the location. Only problem we had was lack of hot water in mornings..
We arrived late but Jeremy gave us the info required.

Great stay overall. The villa was beautiful, spacious, very clean, and the whole property was well kept. The location, views, and atmosphere and everything was exactly as expected. Communication was easy and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. Thank you, Viktor

We faced an unexpected situation in which the house we were expected to be staying in was sold a couple of weeks before the arrival date. Fortunately, OPM was able to find us to provide us a solution by finding a new accommodation that met our expectations. It was a bit far from our intended location but this is understandable as this situation happened at the last minute. The villa at Ocotal is spaceaous, confortable and well equiped. Check in/out process was smooth and the communication with OPM was good. Totally recommend OPM for future rentals.

I enjoyed my stay at Villa Peace. The manager team were amazing.

This property had everything I expected. It is clean, spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. I love watching the sunrise and listening to the wildlife while drinking my coffee by the pool in the mornings. This property is a short walk to the mountains and creeks where I saw the most beautiful butterflies. I enjoyed visiting the Organic Coffee Shop that was within walking distance, as well. I would highly recommend this property for your next getaway.

Leuke villa met twee zwembaden. Infinitypool met prachtig uitzicht. Ruime villa, twee slaapkamers met eigen badkamer. Fijne keuken en wasmachine/droger. Ingang van resort weg met gaten. Response: Thank you, Kiran, for the review, although we are disappointed you only had a 4-star experience. In the private note you mentioned that leaves fell on the patio during your stay and you saw some insects. Although the home is fumigated throughout the year, it is important that when a Guest books a home embedded in the jungle, with trees hanging over the patio (as clearly seen in the photos), that leaves will fall. That’s nature! Also, the monkeys and birds that live in jungle, share the jungle with insects. As you can imagine, we don’t have any control over the animals or the insects that live in the jungle. We don’t think a luxury home surrounded by the jungle was the right choice for you. We do manage quite a few condos and other properties in ‘concrete jungles’ – in the future those might be a better choice for you. We wish you safe travels in the future. Pura vida!
