This house was perfect for a multiple day stay- it was great to be in the town, walking distance from everything, but also come back to a home that felt cozy and comfortable. The pool (unheated) is a refreshing bonus after a day of surfing. Towels are a huge plus because no one wants to have to waste luggage space on towels. The kitchen was stocked with local made cups and plates. We loved that the art in the house gave you a feel of where you are. The property team was extremely helpful and responsive, even followed up half-way through our stay to check if we needed anything else. We already can’t wIt to come back with some friends next time to enjoy it together. We also enjoyed coming this time of the year, as it wasn’t so busy in town.

This unit is just outside of Quepos and had everything we needed to stay for a couple months. The property is basically right next to a jungle area so you get to see some pretty cool things right from the unit. It felt very secure with security 24/7 and the security guards were all friendly. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and we were so pleasantly surprised with the level of service Osa Property provided. They are very responsive and quick to answer questions when we had them. When I return to CR I will definitely book with this company again.

This was a fun landing spot that could accommodate my entire family. We really enjoyed the plunge pool. Beds were comfy and the fridge made great amounts of ice, very important for us gringos. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to come back some day.

Our thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful villa with us for three weeks. The layout with a main master bedroom and two offices suited our work-vacation style perfectly. If we had had other guests, the two separate bedrooms would have been an ideal configuration. The pool was the highlight, however, as the hours we spent there were a great health bonus. The landscaping is lovely and the house was very clean upon arrival. And, it is easy to keep clean. Special thanks to Osa Property Management who were very responsive in addressing any small matters (we can always expect on a longer stay that there will be small issues), and the staff were always helpful with information. We enjoyed the many restaurants of Ojochal and the early morning calls of the howlers. Casa Rosa Blanca would be our choice for our next visit, and hope to be back soon.

We had a fantastic time at Casa Victoria over New Years. Great house- very clean, great pool, great views. Kitchen well stocked, everything (appliances) worked. Only two small issues: sliding door to pool a little wonky and the a/c in master bedroom- it seems to somehow pull in the septic smell a bit if on for a long time. Maybe the tank needs to be emptied? But really- everything very good. We’ll be back!
