We give just a mediocre valuation because we experienced a mixture of good and bad experiences. We were confronted with a lot of technical problems that could only partly solved.

The good side: Our contact person, Steven, turned out to be very ambitious and helped us quickly as soon as he could. For example he replaced a completely rotten coffee maker by a new one. He also cared for two non functioning bedside lamps and for several other lamps and fans that could not be switched on.

The bad side: There were several structural problems far beyond Stevenˋs possibilities. Just some examples: We had a stereo system that gave absolutely no sound and a TV with no pictures nor sound. A technician told us that it was not connected, neither to the internet nor to an antenna. What did thy do about that? Nothing! The terrace door could not be locked, because the lock was broken. What did they do?Again: nothing! Many times Steven gave us advices, one day later OSA office contacted us to tell us exactly the opposite. To us it seems like the right hand in this company does not know what the left does.

Conclusion: The prices of OSA are top level, their service is not!

Casa impecable, es más cómoda de lo que parece y éramos 5 personas. La piscina es pequeña pero cumple su función, la atención un 10/10 y en valoración general lo mismo. Único detalle, privacidad con las casas colindantes, a nosotros no nos molesta, pero habrá quien busque estar más ” a solas”. La electricidad se va por un minuto a veces, pero eso es una situación externa. Gracias, volveríamos encantados.

The people at OSA Property management were extremely helpful. Gary did a great job helping us with excursion reservations. The property was even better than described. All-in-all great stay.

Thanks to Osa Property we had an amazing time at this location , the place was nice and neat , the views were amazing and the whole stay felt like a resort accommodation, the private pool definitely made the vibes !!!

Great stay in a beautiful location! Our family felt right at home. Would definitely recommend unscented cleaning products be used as the home was overwhelmingly scented, such that we could not sleep in the master. Besides that, and a few other details that we shared with the very responsive host; we would absolutely stay again! Response: Hola Rebecca! We use completely unscented cleaning products – we can provide the labels for the environmentally safe, pet safe, products for anyone who has any questions. The scent in question was discovered to be an unlit candle in the Owner’s closet – which we have subsequently moved. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and would love to Host you again. We had a fantastic time at Casa Victoria over New Years. Great house- very clean, great pool, great views. Kitchen well stocked, everything (appliances) worked. Only two small issues: sliding door to pool a little wonky and the a/c in master bedroom- it seems to somehow pull in the septic smell a bit if on for a long time. Maybe the tank needs to be emptied? But really- everything very good. We’ll be back!

casa es nueva, limpia, con la cocina equipada totalmente, con AC en toda la casa, y la piscina fue la cereza en el pastel, tengan en cuenta que solo pueden ingresar con carro 4×4 al lugar

Casita Quetzal es impecable y cuenta con amenidades completísimas. Incluso antes de llegar ya teníamos toda la información necesaria: detalles del lugar, restaurantes, tiendas, servicios, emergencias, tours, etc. El ingreso fue muy fácil y, al entrar, nos esperaba una bandeja con frutas y un cafecito delicioso; un detalle que nos encantó. El lugar en sí es precioso, muy tranquilo pero a la vez céntrico, lo que facilita muchísimo moverse hacia las playas y restaurantes. Definitivamente es el “go-to” en la región. 100% recomendado.
