Nick has put together a wonderful team in beautiful Costa Rica. This was our first trip to the country and our family had a wonderful time because of OPM. The staff are very available and they really leverage WhatsApp to stay in touch conveniently and unobtrusively. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze. The house, Casa Big Sky, was on a cul-de-sac with other new construction homes, some owner occupied and some rented out. A wonderful Mexican restaurant and bar is about 300 meters away but you wouldn’t know it when you are hanging out on the back patio or lounging by your private pool! The house is wonderfully appointed and you can fill the fridge and cook for yourself, or hire an in-home chef service. Wifi at the house was always reliable. We loved the house and it’s convenient location in Uvita. Grocery stores, restaurants, and the National Park are all very convenient. The Osa team really came through with easy reservations for snorkeling, zip lining, a gorgeous waterfall day trip, and my favorite, the pre-Columbian chocolate plantation experience! We really got the Pure Vida experience at Casa Big Sky and Osa Property Management. Thanks Nick!

Schönes großes Ferienhaus mit schöner Einrichtung und großer gut ausgestatteter Küche. Zu dem Geschirrspüler hätte ich mir noch ein paar bereit gestellte Tabs gewünscht. Die Türen zu den Zimmern und zum Bad lassen sich schlecht oder gar nicht schliessen. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut. Vielen Dank für die Hilfe mit dem Arzt.

The property was beautiful. We were not prepared for how difficult it was to get to the property. I think the listing should explain it is a very difficult car ride it is. That made our travel and events much more limited. We also had a significant issue with the water supply, we had a whole day (the one day we all took a day of rest at the house) without water supply and it took all day to get it serviced. If one is looking for a staycation, it worked well but if you want to enjoy all that the area has to offer, I would recommend not getting this property.

Nice house which is away from the crowded Quepos and Manuel Antonio. For the price we paid it was well worth it.

Es war alles super. Das Haus war riesig und wir hatten einen toll. Garten mit bbq Bereich. Wir können das Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen .

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and very charming little house. The sound inside of birds and all the beautiful butterflies was great. Also, the house itself and in particular the kitchen is very well equipped. We loved our private pool, the bed was very comfortable. We would recommend this place for everybody who looks for a private place which feels in touch with nature without losing any comforts. Also thanks again for our amazing hosts who were super reactive when we had a power cut in the neighbourhood.

I can’t put into words, just how incredibly amazing our stay was at this fabulous oasis. It’s just breathtaking in every room, inside and out. Ronnie, our host/manager, was so helpful and kind. The pool was awesome and we loved cooking in the “state of the art” kitchen. You’ll have everything you need in this beautiful home. Our kids loved it! They even had floaties in the pool. Thank you for the absolute best stay ever! If we’re fortunate enough to visit Costa Rica again, I’ll only ever want to stay here! Pure paradise!

We give just a mediocre valuation because we experienced a mixture of good and bad experiences. We were confronted with a lot of technical problems that could only partly solved.

The good side: Our contact person, Steven, turned out to be very ambitious and helped us quickly as soon as he could. For example he replaced a completely rotten coffee maker by a new one. He also cared for two non functioning bedside lamps and for several other lamps and fans that could not be switched on.

The bad side: There were several structural problems far beyond Stevenˋs possibilities. Just some examples: We had a stereo system that gave absolutely no sound and a TV with no pictures nor sound. A technician told us that it was not connected, neither to the internet nor to an antenna. What did thy do about that? Nothing! The terrace door could not be locked, because the lock was broken. What did they do?Again: nothing! Many times Steven gave us advices, one day later OSA office contacted us to tell us exactly the opposite. To us it seems like the right hand in this company does not know what the left does.

Conclusion: The prices of OSA are top level, their service is not!
