Everything about this Ojochal home was perfect. My husband and I loved every moment. Warm pool, beauty view, immaculately clean, great kitchen for preparing meals but also close to many delicious restaurants and grocery shops. Citrus, Halyconia, Mosaic, Las Alturras were some of our favourites. Also short drive to Playa Tortuga and Playa Ballena. Don’t hesitate to book this great home! Super hosts Tom and Christine helped us with all our questions. Could not have been a better experience!

PROS: layout of HOME/SPACIOUS rooms-even the bathrooms are large /ROOFTOP DECK views/PRIVATE LOCATION situated ideally between Dominical & Uvita, ANIMALS everywhere: toucans/howler monkeys often get close just right off decks in trees/even spotted the sloth in the tree off the deck/cute white gecko-creatures everywhere/even a JC lizard streaked across the pool, LOVED the soothing waterfall feature of pool CONS: driving in&out of driveway is tight if in a big vehicle, important TIP-be sure to open up ALL doors & windows for the best cros-ventilation or you’ll much prefer to stay in the air-conditioned rooms of house & in the pool (!)—-the only other con is that a full on view of ocean is only from rooftop deck (you get “peeks” of ocean from main level and pool)/a con for some: (Casa is conveniently located off main road-the jungle is so thick that I, myself, couldn’t hear anything at night except nature sounds), but my husband needed his earplugs claiming to hear occasional traffic at night without them. OVERALL WE LOVED OUR STAY-a TREMENDOUS VALUE

Our stay at this property was exceptional. The tranquil atmosphere and breathtaking views were truly remarkable. The dual pools were a significant advantage, offering morning sun at the smaller pool and afternoon sun at the larger. Every aspect of this property surpassed expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking accommodations in Uvita.

I loved my time at Casa Victoria. It was all I needed for my retreat: peace, beautiful landscapes, a broaden view of the pacific and chirping birds, toucans, parrots and more. Though it is a little drive to get to his heavenly place, once you reach it, you can enjoy a peaceful immersion in the jungle. There are a few expats that live in the area, it’s a place that’s been expanding through the years. I had a warm welcome in the neighborhood, met some nice people. The house is as described, you have all the amenities you would need for your stay. If you enjoy being a little bit off the beaten path, this is the place for you.

Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful and secluded house in Ojochal. The setting is incredible, just ten minutes from the ocean. We loved watching the toucans fly across the jungle that stretches from the house to the ocean. The ocean breeze and shaded terraces were delightful. We spent hours swimming in the glorious pool, and we saw incredible sunsets from the terraces. We loved the views of the jungle, ocean, and mountains from the house. The A/C and Wi-Fi worked well throughout the house. The kitchen is very well stocked. It is very easy to drive a few minutes to the grocery store, French bakery, or gourmet shop for fruit, pastries, or a bottle of wine.
The road leading to the house has some ruts, but our small 2WD SUV was fine. We could get to the best restaurants in under ten minutes and loved the creative and fresh food. The best day trips were to the Uvita Waterfall, Manuel Antonio National Park, and Dominical. Ronny and the Osa Property Management team were so nice.

Wir (Familie/4 Erwachsene) fanden das Haus sehr schön. Es entsprach voll und ganz den Erwartungen und den Bildern. Die Lage mit dem Blick zum Pazifik war super, der Pool mega. Die Agentur war bei kleineren Problemen sofort erreichbar und es wurde Abhilfe geschaffen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. I can’t endorse this property nor management or staff any fuller! This property completely exceeded my expectations and hopes for the perfect trip. Perched atop the tree line skyline with impressive and outstanding 360 degree views of the valley and sea coupled with the luxury and comfort of any 5 Star Hotel. This property did not disappoint but continued to deliver throughout my 7 day stay. The staff, available private chef and hosts were courteous, friendly and caring enough to continue to check up on me throughout my stay. In an unfamiliar, International setting, I couldn’t have felt more safe, secure or blessed with the opportunity to experience this sort of beauty, peace and tranquility. You will not have a better experience than Casa Luna de Playa in Costa Rica!
