Very clean, about 10-15 minutes from most restaurants and beaches. Host was responsive. Home had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay!

The house is beautiful and well decorated. It is small inside but the covered outdoor space doubles the living space. The kitchen has most things but we were surprised there was no dish soap or staples like salt and pepper. This meant we had to buy some and then leave it.
Bedrooms were clean and tastefully decorated. The beds are quite hard and need toppers to make it perfect. The bathrooms were beautiful as well with great water pressure!

This house has a great location in Uvita. Walking to main town and the Whales Tail National Park. Quiet area. The management company had lots of information for us and communicated very quickly.

Great place to stay for exploring this area!!

Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful and secluded house in Ojochal. The setting is incredible, just ten minutes from the ocean. We loved watching the toucans fly across the jungle that stretches from the house to the ocean. The ocean breeze and shaded terraces were delightful. We spent hours swimming in the glorious pool, and we saw incredible sunsets from the terraces. We loved the views of the jungle, ocean, and mountains from the house. The A/C and Wi-Fi worked well throughout the house. The kitchen is very well stocked. It is very easy to drive a few minutes to the grocery store, French bakery, or gourmet shop for fruit, pastries, or a bottle of wine.
The road leading to the house has some ruts, but our small 2WD SUV was fine. We could get to the best restaurants in under ten minutes and loved the creative and fresh food. The best day trips were to the Uvita Waterfall, Manuel Antonio National Park, and Dominical. Ronny and the Osa Property Management team were so nice.

Excelente opción! Si buscas cambiar de aire y explorar una zona diferente este hospedaje es perfecto, como también es el lugar idóneo para quedarte en casa y relajarte. Una casa preciosa ubicada en las montañas con vista al mar, mucha calma y excesiva privacidad. Las amenidades están perfectas y muy bien pensadas. Tuvimos una situación con el gas que fue resuelta rápidamente y que apreciamos mucho. Deseamos hacer early check-in o late check-out pero no se pudo debido a que estaba todo reservado el día antes y el día después de nuestra salida, pero la comunicación al respecto fue rápida y oportuna. La calle no está en tan malas condiciones, se recomienda un 4×4 pero creo que incluso un SUV normal puede acceder. En fin, recomiendo el lugar en definitiva para quien guste desconectarse unos días. Fantástica opción.

Vi havde et super dejligt ophold i denne vidunderlige bolig, som er endnu smukkere end billederne kan vise. Flot indrettet hus, skøn terrasse og smukke udenomsarealer – man fornemmer virkelig at være midt i naturen, og haven er meget privat og ugeneret, med flotte træer og planter samt floden med vandfaldet lige i baghaven. Vi nød at være omgivet af dyreliv, og så både en masse kolibrier, sommerfugle, tukaner, papegøjer, brøleaber mv. direkte fra haven af. Alt i alt havde vi et fantastisk ophold med vores 3 børn, og kan kun anbefale stedet til andre som ønsker et sted de kan være sig selv og slappe af i et lækkert hus i smukke omgivelser, som har stort set alle faciliteter tilgængelige inkl. nogle gode brætspil for hele familien. Vi anbefaler stranden Playa Colonia, som er gratis, og ligger lige udenfor Uvita – vi var der i starten af maj og var heldige at have stranden for os selv flere morgener i træk! Wauw! Stay was great and villa was clean, inviting and well situated. Beautiful sunset views. Only issue to raise was with the gated security access which hopefully can be resolved for future guests by the estate management team… Despite this issue I would go back and recommend this villa without hesitation.

Todo muy bien, todo muy limpio y ordenado

The minor problems we did have were fixed quickly by Osa Property Management. The water went out twice and was fixed within hours. The shower did not get very warm, but they knew that now! The house was clean and comfortable, the pool delightful and cleaned twice a week, and the air conditioning in the bedroom made comfortable sleeping possible. This is a perfect location to be able to reach the far SW of CR; car necessary. Pura Vida

We were extremely happy with our stay and we will stay here again if we are in the area. We loved having the pool to ourselves and the place was so bright, sunny, and clean. The only thing that could be improved on was the little couch in the main area. It was difficult to sit on and it is not very comfortable.
