Somos ticos disfrutando de nuestro país y el alojamiento fue perfecto para eso. Esta muy bien equipado, sobre todo la cocina. La cama deliciosa igual que la ducha, la piscina también. Un ambiente muy privado a pesar de que está en la orilla de la calle por lo que si se puede escuchar ruido pero no se ve nada hacia adentro. Está muy cerca tanto de las playas, el comercio y el Parque Nacional Marino Ballena. Para tomar en cuenta, la cocina es de gas por lo que el horno igualmente funciona a gas. El camino es bastante empedrado, y hay 2 entradas, Waze por alguna razón envía para entrar por la peor de las dos, por lo que decidimos utilizar la Escuela Playa Hermosa como punto de referencia para que nos enviara por el camino que tiene una parte con asfalto, ya cuando se sube por ahí ya Waze redirecciona bien al alojamiento. Disfrutamos muchísimo de la fruta fresca y el café que nos dejaron. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. I can’t say enough what a fantastic property this is. The house is beautiful, the pool is amazing and everything was so comfortable right down to the linens. ++Positive: The accommodation has a fantastic view, the customer service is very good, quick to answer questions, minimalist, top — good to know: – You can still see and hear the main road, but it’s not too disturbing – There are other flats next door, it is not quite as cut off as the marketing pictures sell it, but it is not bad either. ! After booking via Airbnb, you are contacted by a number via mobile phone and have to sign another rental contract via a website. At the same time, additional insurance cover costs another 40 dollars or 3-400 dollars are blocked on your credit card. The American way. I didn’t like that, and I made a comment straight away. However, I received reminders almost every day after booking to do this. The rental price was therefore immediately 10% more expensive. – Small things in the flat, such as the TV not being set up, unstable WLAN did not bother us. So only a small star deduction for a few little Things! Response: Hola Stephan! Sorry for the inconvenience. That is in the House Rules, but as an Airbnb Guest had you brought that to our attention that you didn’t want to take advantage of the additional damage protection we would have removed that requirement. That is a mandatory requirement for our Guests who book directly with us on our own website, but it is an option on Airbnb. The property is beautiful. We saw many birds and animals throughout the day. The gate locks which is great for piece of mind. The neighbors are friendly. Grocery stores are very close. We did not rent a vehicle but still were able to walk to the beach and waterfalls nearby. The only reason we gave it 4 out of 5 stars for accuracy of listing was because it said it had AC units. Two fans were provided in each room, but no AC units were present.

One clarification, per our (property management company) conversation with Vrbo, and confirmed with Vrbo, the listing does not state that there are A/C units. We have managed the home for several years and the home has never had A/C units. We hope to see you again soon!

The house was excellent. Everything we expected. Had our own personal tucan. Need a 4×4 on final stretch which we knew in advance.

Très grande propriété avec jardin et vue magnifique. Les couchés de soleil sont un vrai rendez-vous. La cuisine extérieur près de la piscine un vrai plus. À noter que la climatisation est seulement disponible dans les chambres et il n’y a pas de vitre aux fenêtres donc soit la vue ( qu’on a choisi) soit une petite fraicheur qui proviens de la chambre à couché (mais a ce moment, avec les volets fermés, c’est très sombre). Malgré cela nous avons passé un très beau séjour. Nous recommandons.

El alojamiento está bien y la piscina excelente, muy privado el lugar, como puntos de mejora es cierto lo del perro, ladra bastante y se escucha muy cerca, no queda claro si este puede o no llegar a la zona donde uno está y el baño le falta privacidad, puedo ver desde la cocina el sanitario y no es hermético entonces comparte olores con el cuarto Response: Thank you for the feedback Jose. House was great. More than we needed but it’s was great haveming the extra space. The views were amazing. Concierge was helpful. Was just disappointed that the pictures didn’t match the landscaping. The landscaping was not managed and everything was dead. They back yard also had empty beer cans, pool equipment and full trash bags from pervious renters that were never cleaned up. The plastic pool cups were all full of mold and water. Besides that the house was clean and tidy
