This house was really nice, with 3 bedrooms and a nice little pool with a béatiful garden. Its well futnished and well taken care of, the only thing is that the roof in the master bedroom was leaking when its raining hard and i would double check the seal of the doors and windows because there were many mosquitos inside the house during the night. The service from Osa management was quick and efficient.

The house and casita studio apartments can easily accommodate 10 in spacious rooms. We did family activities, but the house also accommodated privacy (like reading on the upper deck with ocean view) and working with on-line access. We much appreciated the easy access to the main highway and all that Uvita and Ojochal offer, while still being in a rainforest environment with lots of birds. The nearby beaches are gorgeous and part of the marine park.

Be prepared to go to the store if you are there for a extended stay, to purchase some basic items!!! Cleaning supplies etc.

La casa es igual a las fotos, completamente equipada, sumamente limpia. La vista es espectacular. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. Es aislada, 0 vecinos o molestias.
LO MALO es estas pagando una suma de dinero GRANDE por fuera te hacen pagar 45 dólares o que te hagan un cargo de 500 dólares por “accidentes ” ya estas pagando por medio de Airbnb
El “tour” o indicaciones de la casa dejaron más que desear, el anfitrión no sabía muchas cosas de la casa.
El acceso desde la casa es como 20 minutos en carro, calle de lastre
La comunicación con el anfitrión dejó más que desear, pedí varias veces un número de teléfono para mejor comunicación y nada hasta la hora llegada y yo no sabia si era real o que con mi reservacion.
Fuimos comprensivos por cualquier tardanza del guía a la casa pero como llegamos 3min después de las 8 debido a la calle y que ya se había acordado con el agente algún atraso aún nos quería cobrar $50 dólares MÁS.

Todo genial, falto un poco de comunicación entre el staff a la hora del check out, pero nada del otro mundo. Recomendado 100% Response: Hola Carla! We’re sorry you didn’t have a 5-star experience. La ubicación perfecta, las instalaciones muy lindas, limpias y con mucha naturaleza. El estudio muy cómodo, acogedor y con todo lo necesario para cocinar.

Where do I even begin? This home felt like paradise, a piece of heaven on earth. The pictures matched the description completely. My friends and I had an absolute amazing time, we were able to relax, enjoy the amenities with peace and quiet. We felt very safe and appreciated the attention to detail with every aspect. We truly appreciate the Osa Property team for all their support throughout the process. Gary was our concierge and he was extremely helpful in coordinating our activities, excursions, chef and transportation. We truly enjoyed the food prepared by Chef Mario, he was so hospitable, helpful and his meals were delicious; breakfast, lunch and dinner! We were able to coordinate private massages as well as a photographer to take pictures and drone videos of us. William, Juan and Franklin were our drivers and ensured we were safe, enjoyed the ride and the stops for pictures along the way! Overall. Fantastic modern and stylish villa. Really well equipped inside and out with a modern kitchen and bathroom, laundry facilities, BBQ and good sized pool. Close to the beach and restaurants – my family had a wonderful stay and would thoroughly recommend this little slice of luxury!
