OSA property is the worst host ever
Me and my friends were stranded in Costa Rica bcz they refused to give us the keys to the house or even meet up. Poor communication, the owners are rude and very unprofessional I do not recommend anyone from the USA to stay at their property. We were forced to spend unnecessary money due to the fact that the property manager did not pick up a phone call when we get to the Airbnb on Monday. They are a con artists, they need to be removed from this app since they lie about everything.

Response:
Blessed did not arrive on time (over an hour past check-in time). Blessed did not rent a 4×4 vehicle. Blessed yelled and belittled our employees – using our employee’s phone so we met up with them. However, they didn’t have a vehicle that could make it to the home. We contacted Airbnb as our employees felt unsafe.

I enjoyed my stay at Villa Peace. The manager team were amazing.

What an amazing place very beautiful easy to check-in, very clean and right on the beach! Hard to beat hearing the waves right outside the doors best feeling in the world. Also most beautiful sunsets.

A beautiful home with a beautiful view! We were a group of 4 couples. The property provided plenty of space for our group, comfortable beds, a nice kitchen(s), a lovely pool, and a wonderful view of the ocean and islands of Manual Antonio national Park. The home and casita were as described, and the property managers were attentive and helpful. 4X4 vehicle is a must to access this property. There was plenty of room for parking up to 4 cars. The community felt safe. We would stay here again.

Out stay for the three of us was very nice. The house was clean, well equipped and was a great Uvita location with easy access to an number of places to eat and very close to the beach! OSA was helpful with little items we needed assistance with. Thank you Team OSA!

Desde la llegada reportamos un problema con el desagüe del fregadero que nunca fue solucionado, a pesar de múltiples mensajes. La comunicación con la administración fue deficiente y sin respuestas claras. La piscina presentó problemas de mantenimiento durante la estadía. Además, el alojamiento es más pequeño de lo que aparenta en las fotos, lo cual genera expectativas equivocadas. la lavadora no funcionaba, poco presión de agua. Adicionalmente, hay una iglesia evangélica prácticamente al lado, y por las noches el ruido se escucha con bastante intensidad, afectando el descanso. El lugar tiene potencial, pero la falta de mantenimiento oportuno y de atención adecuada hicieron que la experiencia no fuera la esperada. Muy privado, con una vista increíble a las montañas.
La piscina es súper agradable y la mantienen muy limpia.
Excelente opción para ir con mascotas, pues tienen muchísimo campo para olfatear y jugar.
Tomar en consideración que es necesario manejar al menos 10 o 15 min para llegar a alguna playa (característico de la zona).
El único comentario negativo, es que los gallos de los vecinos cantan toooda la noche y madrugada jaja. Si usted tiene un sueño ligero, le sugiero llevar taponcitos para los oídos 😉

Nous avons passé un super séjour à 9 (4 adultes + 5 ados) dans la villa Buena Vista. Tout était parfait. Nous avons adoré.
Il faut vraiment un 4×4 pour s’y rendre tel que spécifié dans l’annonce.
Je recommande sans hésiter !

This was a fun landing spot that could accommodate my entire family. We really enjoyed the plunge pool. Beds were comfy and the fridge made great amounts of ice, very important for us gringos. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to come back some day.
