I have been using Airbnb for over 10 years now, and this is truthfully the best place I’ve ever stayed. The house is perfect and the outside area is even better. Although, you most likely won’t spend much time inside at all because the pool area is so amazing. We saw tons of birds and enjoyed that it felt somewhat jungle but it was still possible to see the ocean. The one negative is that there is another house being built nearby and the workers are there basically all day. They were mostly not too loud though during our stay. The Osa Property team is also the best. They were very quick to respond to any messages, wrote to make sure the house was great, and made sure the house was equipped with everything we could need. overall, amazing place that I highly recommend! This is an excellent place to stay whether you’re in town for a few days or more than a week. It’s private, clean, close to Quepos Centro and Manuel Antonio, fully equipped and beautifully decorated. I also enjoyed that the property has nice areas, such as the pool and book corner. Have to mention that Vernita was great, and it was amazing that she speaks both English and Spanish; I’m also a tourist, despite I’m Tica. I appreciate they spoke in my native language although I communicate mainly in English for work. Lastly, the type of people that stays here is very calm, you don’t hear them them at night making loud noises nor partying. We visited on business and felt like a vacation. Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette belle villa. C’était vraiment parfait. La maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons cuisiné presque tous les soirs. Nous avons profitez du Ninja pour ce faire des smoothies avec des fruits frais. Nous avons également profité du BBQ à deux reprises et de la piscine tous les jours. C’est un environnement très tranquille, la 1re fois depuis nos 10 jours au Costa Rica qu’on ne se faisait pas réveiller par des chiens ou des coqs 🙂 Nous avons mangé au restaurant Héliconia, excellent restaurant dans un très bel environnement et bon rapport qualité-prix . Nous avons également pris l’apéro au Citrus au début du chemin pour se rendre à la Villa. Nous recommandons vivement!

This property has the most amazing view, and good location to Ojochal. Spacious, and a great size for my group. Must have 4WD. Neighbors are close by, but we were not loud so had no issues as previous reviewers mentioned. We felt safe with what appeared to be 24 hour gated security into the neighborhood.

We loved our stay here – you can’t beat the view. It is private and hidden away in a gated community, and the directions on how to get there are super clear. The supermarket and restaurants in Dominical are less than a 5 min drive away. We were welcomed with fresh local fruit upon arrival. The flat was clean and the interior was to a high standard, the bed in particular was very comfy. There was a helpful guidebook for the property. We’d definitely come back!

Great home. Walkable to a few good restaurants and the beach. Construction next door took away from the daytime relaxation. They were metal framing the entire stay but we found ways to work around it.
