We had a fantastic time at Casa Victoria over New Years. Great house- very clean, great pool, great views. Kitchen well stocked, everything (appliances) worked. Only two small issues: sliding door to pool a little wonky and the a/c in master bedroom- it seems to somehow pull in the septic smell a bit if on for a long time. Maybe the tank needs to be emptied? But really- everything very good. We’ll be back!

My family of 5 (adults and 3 kids) stayed at this beautiful home for 10 days and it truly was amazing! I don’t know that you will find better views. From many rooms and balconies- the views are stunning. We seen a lot of wildlife during our stay- a sloth that was there most days, monkeys, and all kinds of birds. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a chef come a few nights and also cooked ourselves and had everything we needed. The pool! Wow, definitely one of the favorite things about the home. We used it daily and it overlooks the ocean and mountains. There were many restaurants and excursions close and easy to get to near by which was a plus. But lastly, the concierge team is awesome!!! They were so helpful before our stay by helping me book flights, a driver, excursions, etc. any and everything you need and also during our trip. I was very thankful for them, they made vacation easier. Definitely recommend this home- you will not want to leave.

Beautiful place! It’s very small but was enough for two people. We used the dipping pool a lot. Host was very responsive. When we arrived the fridge was not working properly, they sent someone to check it/fix it in 10 minutes! Would recommend. Guests from Wisconsin, USA

Hermosa casa, con todas las comodidades, la atención es excelente y la respuesta siempre a tiempo. La vista espectacular y las playas en los alrededores también. Súper recomendada, esperamos regresar pronto.

Casita Quetzal es impecable y cuenta con amenidades completísimas. Incluso antes de llegar ya teníamos toda la información necesaria: detalles del lugar, restaurantes, tiendas, servicios, emergencias, tours, etc. El ingreso fue muy fácil y, al entrar, nos esperaba una bandeja con frutas y un cafecito delicioso; un detalle que nos encantó. El lugar en sí es precioso, muy tranquilo pero a la vez céntrico, lo que facilita muchísimo moverse hacia las playas y restaurantes. Definitivamente es el “go-to” en la región. 100% recomendado.

Home was clean and tidy and equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. I still can’t get used to not flushing toilet paper, but this is not the only property where that is not allowed. I wish property owners would install/upgrade their plumbing to allow for flushing of used toilet paper, as I feel it very unsanitary to have soiled TP in the bathroom during a visit. My only other issue with this property is the check-in process was a bit cumbersome. We did not get check-in details until after our check-in time (3:00PM), but the problem was that we arrived a few minutes early to the property and the property manager communicates through WhatsApp (no WiFi or internet service at the property location). So, in order to get the check-in information, we had to drive several miles down the road to get cell service to be able to communicate with the property manager via WhatsApp, and then drive back to the property to access the house. It would have been nice to already have the check-in information (or at least the WiFi info to be able to communicate with the property manager upon arrival) before driving outside of cell service. Other than the above, this rental was good and we would consider staying again in the future.

La casa de Lisa es un sueño. Metida en el medio de la selva. Iluminada. Ventilada. No se necesita aire acondicionado en la casa. El a/c de los cuartos funciona perfecto.
Si bien es cierto se necesita un 4×4 para acceder. Es solo para un tramo muy pequeño que se podría caminar en caso de ser necesario
La decoración de la casa es perfecta. Y su equipamiento también. Tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse en casa.
Es el lugar perfecto para descansar y pasarla bien. Situada entre Uvita y Dominical
