Great property with everything you need to make your trip to paradise cozy, cool and carefree! The host is very responsive and when one of the AC units wasn’t working and they quickly sent someone out to fix it. Lots of cute shops and restaurants and the beach are about a 5 minute walk away. Pura Vida!

Perfect rainforest get away, with a ocean view in all directions.. so it is a perfect oasis! you definitely need four-wheel-drive for but it’s worth it!

This property has the most amazing view, and good location to Ojochal. Spacious, and a great size for my group. Must have 4WD. Neighbors are close by, but we were not loud so had no issues as previous reviewers mentioned. We felt safe with what appeared to be 24 hour gated security into the neighborhood.

++Positive: The accommodation has a fantastic view, the customer service is very good, quick to answer questions, minimalist, top — good to know: – You can still see and hear the main road, but it’s not too disturbing – There are other flats next door, it is not quite as cut off as the marketing pictures sell it, but it is not bad either. ! After booking via Airbnb, you are contacted by a number via mobile phone and have to sign another rental contract via a website. At the same time, additional insurance cover costs another 40 dollars or 3-400 dollars are blocked on your credit card. The American way. I didn’t like that, and I made a comment straight away. However, I received reminders almost every day after booking to do this. The rental price was therefore immediately 10% more expensive. – Small things in the flat, such as the TV not being set up, unstable WLAN did not bother us. So only a small star deduction for a few little Things! Response: Hola Stephan! Sorry for the inconvenience. That is in the House Rules, but as an Airbnb Guest had you brought that to our attention that you didn’t want to take advantage of the additional damage protection we would have removed that requirement. That is a mandatory requirement for our Guests who book directly with us on our own website, but it is an option on Airbnb. This house is AMAZING! The looks are NOT at all deceiving. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get.

From the time of booking all the way until check out, everyone that I was in contact with were exceptionally nice and accommodating

Aside from the house being absolutely gorgeous, the customer service was also exceptional. We were greeted in person by Henry, who took the time to walk us through the house and personally explain things. First time this has ever happened with any house. It’s usually an impersonal email, with instructions.

They actually create a group chat on the WhatsApp and are available to you 24-7.

I highly recommend booking this house when visiting Puntarenas, Costa Rica.

The property was STUNNING!! Our hosts were amazing to deal with, and Henry was there when we arrived, we had late check in and they were there to welcome us with snacks and smiles!
The wildlife was beautiful! I sat by the pool 20 minutes after arrival, looked up and there was David Lee Sloth!! The macaws were there to greet us every morning! We saw monkeys, iguanas, toucans, so many birds!!
Amazing sunsets! From multiple decks!
Everything about this place was unreal!! We will be returning!
We cant say enough about Henri, Carlos, and Ronnie. Can’t wait to see them again! They got everything for us, Carlos kept everythjng tidy and helped us carry our luggage!
They made sure we were aware of the need for 4×4 vehicle! And helped arrange transportation direct from the airport! So glad we took that option!
