++Positive: The accommodation has a fantastic view, the customer service is very good, quick to answer questions, minimalist, top — good to know: – You can still see and hear the main road, but it’s not too disturbing – There are other flats next door, it is not quite as cut off as the marketing pictures sell it, but it is not bad either. ! After booking via Airbnb, you are contacted by a number via mobile phone and have to sign another rental contract via a website. At the same time, additional insurance cover costs another 40 dollars or 3-400 dollars are blocked on your credit card. The American way. I didn’t like that, and I made a comment straight away. However, I received reminders almost every day after booking to do this. The rental price was therefore immediately 10% more expensive. – Small things in the flat, such as the TV not being set up, unstable WLAN did not bother us. So only a small star deduction for a few little Things! Response: Hola Stephan! Sorry for the inconvenience. That is in the House Rules, but as an Airbnb Guest had you brought that to our attention that you didn’t want to take advantage of the additional damage protection we would have removed that requirement. That is a mandatory requirement for our Guests who book directly with us on our own website, but it is an option on Airbnb. Next time please let us know if there are any inconveniences and we would have resolved it immediately. Pura vida! Osa Property Management

This is a superb rental. The house is short walk to the best surfing beach in Dominical area, maybe 300 yds to beach.
It was impeccably clean and the area was quiet. The small pool was a welcome soak after surfing, hiking etc.
Highly recommend this rental.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The property was clean & spacious. The community was safe, quiet & offered a unique experience to drive through local districts. The PM staff (OSA) went above & beyond, providing exceptional customer service from the moment we booked. They were warm, responsive, & prompt. We highly recommend utilizing their inclusive concierge services which allowed us to book domestic flights, rental car, spa services, excursions, etc! The one-stop-shop experience was an extra layer of relaxation that added tremendous value to our trip planning. Their local guidebook was also super neat! Amongst the endless great things we can state about this property, nothing beats the incredible, breathtaking views! The stunning backdrop created such a magical experience for us! The infinity pool & waterfall overlooking the jungle… absolutely incredible! Perfect setting for a romantic/relaxing getaway. We wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this property to anyone! We had a wonderful time! The place was perfect for our group of 2 couples, 2 children and a grandma. We each had our own private space and the living, dining and kitchen were very comfortable and convenient! Everything we needed was provided. The pool was great to just lounge or for the kids to play in. The view is awesome!! The pictures definitely show what you see is what you get. The location was centrally located to many places we wanted to visit so it was a short drive to most of the places we went. The guest book with recommendations was very helpful. We especially enjoyed La Parsela with the resident monkeys. The kids had a great time watching/feeding them. The short walk/drive to the local waterfall and streams were nice short trips to fill in our lazy days. We enjoyed the wildlife of howler monkeys, frogs, butterflies, birds and toucans. And the landscaping/flowers/outdoor sitting areas were lovely and relaxing. Would definitely recommend this location and would love to visit again.

Schönes großes Ferienhaus mit schöner Einrichtung und großer gut ausgestatteter Küche. Zu dem Geschirrspüler hätte ich mir noch ein paar bereit gestellte Tabs gewünscht. Die Türen zu den Zimmern und zum Bad lassen sich schlecht oder gar nicht schliessen. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut. Vielen Dank für die Hilfe mit dem Arzt.

We arrived to a nice surprise of various fruits and a floral arrangement. The pool was nice and warm and we felt like we had our own private beach. The beach is across from the quiet road the home is on but you can walk for miles on this beach of black sand. The home was well appointed and clean. Thanks very much!
