We loved our stay! So quiet and secluded (except for the animals!). We saw monkeys, toucans, iguanas, and geckos right by the pool. The host was also extremely helpful and responsive. Would love to come back again. Thanks!

++Positive: The accommodation has a fantastic view, the customer service is very good, quick to answer questions, minimalist, top — good to know: – You can still see and hear the main road, but it’s not too disturbing – There are other flats next door, it is not quite as cut off as the marketing pictures sell it, but it is not bad either. ! After booking via Airbnb, you are contacted by a number via mobile phone and have to sign another rental contract via a website. At the same time, additional insurance cover costs another 40 dollars or 3-400 dollars are blocked on your credit card. The American way. I didn’t like that, and I made a comment straight away. However, I received reminders almost every day after booking to do this. The rental price was therefore immediately 10% more expensive. – Small things in the flat, such as the TV not being set up, unstable WLAN did not bother us. That is in the House Rules, but as an Airbnb Guest had you brought that to our attention that you didn’t want to take advantage of the additional damage protection we would have removed that requirement. That is a mandatory requirement for our Guests who book directly with us on our own website, but it is an option on Airbnb. The house was perfection. What a gorgeous setting. The layout was perfect for us, two couples. We had plenty of privacy and enjoyed each others company in the living room, kitchen and back deck. The pool was lovely and there were three separate seating areas outside. We loved it!

The house is beautiful and well decorated. It is small inside but the covered outdoor space doubles the living space. The kitchen has most things but we were surprised there was no dish soap or staples like salt and pepper. This meant we had to buy some and then leave it.
Bedrooms were clean and tastefully decorated. The beds are quite hard and need toppers to make it perfect. The bathrooms were beautiful as well with great water pressure!

This house has a great location in Uvita. Walking to main town and the Whales Tail National Park. Quiet area. The management company had lots of information for us and communicated very quickly.

Great place to stay for exploring this area!!

The place was very nice; it was clean, modern and well equipped. There were a couple of things to improve: 1. The house was not ready on time for the check in. 2. The A/C in one of the rooms was not working properly. 3. Around the pool it was very slippery. 4. The fridge was not cooling very well. 5. We had no water during the check out morning and couldn’t take a shower or do the dishes. In general terms, the host was very friendly and responsive. However, with the issues we encountered, they just acknowledged them but didn’t offer any solution on the spot. Again, the house was very nice tho.

Bonita opción para compartir en familia o amigos. Lo mejor: la ubicación (cerca de accesos a playas, restaurantes en Ojochal y Uvita. Habitaciónes muy cómodas, bien equipadas y buena calidad de sueño (colchones, sábanas, AC). Cocina bien equipada y terrazas amplias. Sitio muy tranquilo y rodeado de naturaleza. Por mejorar: algunos pequeños detalles de mantenimiento, pero en general muy correcto. Response: Thank you for the review and we’re sorry you did not have a 5-star experience. Muy bello lugar y en general muy buenas instalaciones. los jardines bellos. La vista hacia las montañas hermosa. La piscina grande y linda. Un lugar bello y tranquilo, cerca de playas tan hermosas, como Playa Garza que se llega en bote y el Parque Marino Ballena. Gracias.
