Es la tercera vez que me hospedo en Tico Tico Villas y siempre regreso por una razón: la experiencia es simplemente excepcional. Desde el primer momento, el personal demuestra una calidez y empatía que se agradece muchísimo. Son atentos, amigables y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar; entienden las necesidades de cada huésped y responden de manera proactiva, lo que hace que una se sienta cuidada y bienvenida en todo momento. El lugar es hermoso, rodeado de naturaleza, con espacios muy bien cuidados que transmiten paz. Las amenidades son excelentes: la piscina, las áreas comunes, los detalles en la habitación, todo está pensado para el descanso y el disfrute. Se nota que hay un esfuerzo real por mantener una experiencia de calidad en cada detalle. Definitivamente, es un lugar al que siempre voy a querer volver. Although you had to drive for all amenities, the home was very good value. Air conditioned only in bedrooms, but with the pool only steps away it was not too much of an issue

I can’t put into words, just how incredibly amazing our stay was at this fabulous oasis. It’s just breathtaking in every room, inside and out. Ronnie, our host/manager, was so helpful and kind. The pool was awesome and we loved cooking in the “state of the art” kitchen. You’ll have everything you need in this beautiful home. Our kids loved it! They even had floaties in the pool. Thank you for the absolute best stay ever! If we’re fortunate enough to visit Costa Rica again, I’ll only ever want to stay here! Pure paradise!

What a beautiful, magical place! We had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend it. We were 2 couples with 3 small kids who enjoyed the pool, nearby beaches and towns, wildlife (monkeys! lizards! birds! big bugs!), and sunset swims and dinners. A couple of things to note which we didn’t expect: the power does go out pretty often, which is common for the area. Only once it went out at night for 10 hours which was tough with the heat. There is only A/C in the bedrooms so the main level does get very hot during the day. As other reviews mentioned, you have use the steep-ish outside stairs to get between floors. Not a big deal, but a slight inconvenience sometimes. The road to the property does require 4×4 but was not an issue for us going in and out, we liked it! The waterfall hike is awesome but challenging with kids (steep). House is beautiful and clean with no bugs inside at all. Overall we had a fantastic, memorable stay and would love to come back again! Lovey place . It’s a new build with a lovely view . Blinds would help as the sun makes the rooms very hot . The house is well equipped and we had a very comfortable stay . Thank you !

Good location, near town and waterfall, restaurants and stores nearby.

Mooi heel ruim huisje, met privé zwembad alle benodigdheden voorzien in keuken, Rustig, BBQ aanwezig, wasmachine, droogkast, afwasmachine, etc. Enige nadelen: Airco in beide slaapkamers maar geen in de hele grote leefruimte die heel warm wordt en blijft, ver van alles.

House and property exactly as described. Worked great for us and the location. Only problem we had was lack of hot water in mornings..

The property was as described. Very clean, the pool was nice and relaxing. The down part was, the directions that are on the app take you to 3 different locations. It was very frustrating. I finally asked the property management folk to just text me a pin, in which they did. Took us right to the property, unfortunately we were on the other side of town from their apps directions. The next morning we found several roaches in the kitchen and there were some sort of worms all over the floor. This was brought to the management team’s attention, to which they replied, “it’s Costa Rica, there’s bugs”. My thought was “no kidding, is that where I am?” The previous 2 nights we stayed in a jungle villa with no roaches in the kitchen. After all that, the night before checking out we were pressured NOT ONCE, but TWICE for an exact check out time. This experience will definitely make me rent from actual owners and not management companies. I’ll NEVER go back to this property. Would not recommend!!! As you may recall, you did not use the Digital Guidebook we sent to you 3 times prior to your arrival, which provides photos and turn-by-turn directions. Regarding the roaches – that is DEFINITELY not something we expect any Guest to endure and we have already sent the fumigators there. We are very sorry about that! In terms of confirming your check-out time, as we asked (once in the evening before and once on the day of, since you didn’t respond) “Do you know your check-out time. This helps us schedule the cleaners. Feel free to stay until 11 am, but if you’re leaving earlier, could you do us a favor and let us know” We’re sorry you found that frustrating – we’ve never had anyone complain before.
