We enjoyed our stay at the BC South house very much. It was convenient to town and private at the same time. It was very clean. Fully stocked and excellent new condition.

It was wonderful, clean and the mgt team was very responsive.

La casa muy linda, la ubicación muy segura, llevamos dos carros que no eran 4X4 y nos permitieron dejar el carro en la entrada del condominio y quedamos tranquilos de que nada iba a pasar. Muy anuentes ayudar al igual que la anfitriona, muy amable, solucionaba y contestaba muy rápido. Todo perfecto, nos gustó mucho

The home is lovely but the windows could use a good cleaning. Also furniture has seen better days – just really worn. And glass doors can be a little difficult to lock. Lastly, mgmt team responds quickly but doesn’t always follow thru… msgd them twice about a couple things, said they would send someone but never did…

This house was really nice, with 3 bedrooms and a nice little pool with a béatiful garden. Its well futnished and well taken care of, the only thing is that the roof in the master bedroom was leaking when its raining hard and i would double check the seal of the doors and windows because there were many mosquitos inside the house during the night. The service from Osa management was quick and efficient.

This property is nothing short of spectacular! Words cannot describe our awe when we arrived – the breath taking views, the modern, open space, that frames the beauty of nature in incredible ways. This is my favorite Airbnb I’ve EVER stayed in. The couch was super comfy, perfect for reading and relaxing. The kitchen was gorgeous and super functional – had everything we needed. The floor to ceiling windows ensure you miss nothing – we even caught incredible views of the resident coati searching for food one evening and another morning. The beds were incredible comfortable. We stayed here with another couple and it was great to have the privacy of the secondary building bedroom. And then there is the pool – perhaps the perfect pool. There are so many ledges to sit and read or watch the birds soaring below you and above you. We saw so many extraordinary birds. You will not regret staying here, unless you can’t handle some bugs. There were some that get inside, but they didn’t bother us.

Our second stay at this property. Meets all our needs, and more.
One never wants to leave.

The Osa group was very responsive and proactive with communication. Check in: we could’ve met closer to the property, sitting on the side of a busy road waiting for a team member did not feel ideal, but maybe there’s an issue with other travelers getting lost? We realized the hot water did not work the morning after checkin. Osa quickly responded to our message and this was fixed by the afternoon. They provided great activity recommendations and coordinated booking. In particular, Costa Rica Surf were an awesome group of instructors. The kitchen was well stocked. Property was very comfortable. We are opening a new Osa Property Management office about 10 minutes from the property in 2 months so we will definitely move the meeting point to that location. Guests have gotten lost in the past as there are no street signs in this area and it can be intimidating driving on a gravel road the first time without being escorted up and following one of our Team Members.
