I cannot even begin to express how beautiful this place is in person. Photos do not do it justice. The price is more than fair for what you get. Beyond how gorgeous the place was, the host made it even better. They were extremely responsive, gave recommendations of the local area, and Gary even gave us a personal tour of Quepos which was fantastic. He also checked in each day of our stay and was so helpful! I have never experienced this level of hospitality before on AirBnb. I would 100% book this place again or even a different one from the same host. I cannot recommend booking this place enough!!! Also one more thing, if you do book this place, it is imperative you get a vehicle with 4WD to get to the property.

La villa est magnifique , la vue est sur la nature est époustouflante . C’est très relaxant de se réveiller le matin avec le bruits des oiseaux . Les enfants ont vraiment apprécier la piscine. Les photos sont très représentatif de la réalité . Je vous recommande comme location . Le 4×4 est obligatoire pour se rendre car la route est escarpée . Loved the house and location. We met many friendly people, did some awesome adventures near by, and loved Whale Tail beach area.

This is our third year, staying at Villas Tranquillas and we had another great time. One change we did notice, however, the cleaning only occurred once in the month we stayed there. This cleaning happened towards the end of the stay. In previous years, a weekly service was provided and a restocking of items such as garbage bags, soaps, etc.. when the cleaners did come this year. They did an absolutely fantastic job and the place was really freshened up. We will continue to be loyal customers. Thank you very much for looking after us so well.

No kitchen hood or proper house ventilation. Cooking smells, steam, and heat remain inside unless doors are opened, which lets insects in. We suggested adding a sliding mosquito screen for ventilation while cooking, but this remained unresolved during our stay. Listing photos are from 2019, and the property shows noticeable aging: loose faucets, worn fixtures, toilet paper holders needing replacement, and bathroom sliding doors without handles. The shower head near the pool was in poor condition and only became usable after technician cleaning. The washing machine continued malfunctioning even after repair and leaked water. We also experienced repeated electricity and water outages, including during our final night and departure morning. We saw Capuchin, Spider and Howler monkeys on-site, as well as Macaw and Toucan! Pristine beach and quiet infinity pool. Would highly recommend to others!

The house was awesome! So freaking gorgeous it was unbelievable. Although check in time was at three. We got there five minutes before three and the maids and the property manager didn’t leave until 3:30 or 4:00. Also on the way out check out time was at 11 but the property manager and the maids were there at 10 waiting in the driveway for us to get out. I was rushing to get the house clean and left it immaculate, but felt very rushed like we were being pushed out other than that everything was perfect and wonderful, and they were very quick to respond to any problems that we had. Hands-down I would go back.

I loved my time at Casa Victoria. It was all I needed for my retreat: peace, beautiful landscapes, a broaden view of the pacific and chirping birds, toucans, parrots and more. Though it is a little drive to get to his heavenly place, once you reach it, you can enjoy a peaceful immersion in the jungle. There are a few expats that live in the area, it’s a place that’s been expanding through the years. I had a warm welcome in the neighborhood, met some nice people. The house is as described, you have all the amenities you would need for your stay. If you enjoy being a little bit off the beaten path, this is the place for you.
