This house was perfect for a multiple day stay- it was great to be in the town, walking distance from everything, but also come back to a home that felt cozy and comfortable. The pool (unheated) is a refreshing bonus after a day of surfing. Towels are a huge plus because no one wants to have to waste luggage space on towels. The kitchen was stocked with local made cups and plates. We loved that the art in the house gave you a feel of where you are. The property team was extremely helpful and responsive, even followed up half-way through our stay to check if we needed anything else. We already can’t wIt to come back with some friends next time to enjoy it together. We also enjoyed coming this time of the year, as it wasn’t so busy in town.

Simply the best place for us when visting Jaco, Quepos, Playa Palo Seco and Parrita! Central location near stores and the main road meant we were always in our destination in very little time. The home is wonderfully kept and very comfortable, both inside and out. I am definitely staying here when I return to the area!

Great house in a beautiful location surrounded by green mountains. We visited during rainy season and it was the best experience.

We had some problems here: Not really clean when arriving (bathroom), no wifi the first day, no hot water for two days, dishwasher not working until the last night.

The house was excellent. Everything we expected. Had our own personal tucan. Need a 4×4 on final stretch which we knew in advance.

Ein schönes kleines Haus, etwas ausserhalb gefühlt mitten im Urwald! Ein Highlight war für uns der blitzsaubere Pool, gross genug, um ein paar Züge zu schwimmen und angenehm für eine leichte Abkühlung! Die Strasse ist wirklich nur für Allradfahrzeuge, aber auch nach einem recht starken Regen gut befahrbar. Wir würden hier wieder buchen!

We stayed in this beautiful house for 5 days. The swimming pool and the terrace are perfect for chilling, the house is very comfortable and spacious in a very calm area. Osa Property are very reactive to messages and answer any question very quickly. Gary Cerdas, from Epic Costa Rica Tours, arranged for us unforgettable activities. He is also very quick in responding and efficient. A great stay! We do recommend.

This property was quiet, peaceful and well maintained. Inside the home you’ll go find everything you need for a comfortable, convenient and relaxing stay. There’s easy access to the Quepos area in general to access local attractions, restaurants, and shopping. And the host was very helpful and attentive. Two thumbs up!!

Great stay, great house, exactly how we wanted it, very peaceful and quiet. Great house and would definitely stay again. The hosts were very proactive and responsive.
