We spend a weekend in the house and it is a beutiful place, easy access and great views. Rooms are spacious, beds are confortable and you can find all you need in the kitchen. Osa Property Management Staff was very helpfull before and during our stay. However, the pool area needs some important safety improvements. The main stairways to access the pool area from the house does not have neither the proper dimensions, elevation or floor tile. Does not have any railing at all. The floor tile around the pool does not have the proper nivelation and water accoumulates in some small sectors, which area very slippery. I strongly recoment to the house owners to make some safety improvements to secure your visitors are safe, while enjoy your beautiful home.

Our stay at Casa Rana Verde was wonderful. The property was exactly as described, private, luscious with forest, beautiful view and full of amenities. The house provided everything we needed during our stay and only had to purchase very minimal things for preparation of our meals (spices, sauces etc). The view was absolutely stunning and provided gorgeous sunsets every day. We would enjoy our morning coffees on the patio watching the Toucans and other wildlife. We saw a large variety of birds, lizards, and other animals on and around the property. If you are looking for the feeling of being in the jungle with the amenities of a Luxury hotel this is the spot. The property management was very responsive, helpful and there if and when we had any questions. All and all this was a top notch trip and loved every minute of our stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the home. Better for families with older children as the other 2 bedrooms are separate from the main house. Amazing view, beautiful wildlife.

Bei unserer ersten Reise nach Costa Rica hatten wir das grosse Glueck von Osa Property betreut zu werden. Nicht nur waren wir in einem absolut einmaligen, wunderbaren Haus, in dem wir morgens von Papageien, Tucans, Affen oder Eidechsen begruesst wurden. Unser wunderbarer Concierge Gary war fuer uns immer erreichbar und hat fuer uns sowohl Tour – als auch Restaurantbuchungen organisiert hat sowie die Empfehlung fuer den wohl besten privaten Koch Manuele Fratini. Das Haus selber kann man mit Worten kaum beschreiben, so kunstvoll liebevoll eingerichtet, dass wir uns sofort wie zuhause gefuehlt haben. Perfekt fuer Familien wie uns, die gerne zusammen sind, aber auch gerne fuer jeden einen eigenen Rueckzugsort wuenschen. Wir moechten uns bei allen nochmal herzlich bedanken. Wir hatten eine perfekte Zeit.

This was our second year in a row staying here. Last year, there were three of us, and before we even left we knew we wanted to come back. This year, six of us stayed there, and once again everyone was talking about returning before the trip was over — which pretty much says it all. The condo complex is extremely close to the beach and within walking distance of several great places to eat. A short Uber ride takes you into the heart of town for even more dining and shopping options. The condo itself is roomy and worked very well for our group of six. Many places advertise sleeping six or more but don’t offer enough table space or seating for that many people — this one does. We’ll definitely be talking with our friends about coming back again.

I want to thank you for rentiing this home, it was truly a blessing. We were previously going to stay somewhere else but more family decided to join the group last minjte and we needed a big home. This was perfect!! It is a very nice home with all accomodations including the private massage room! What an extra! Everythin from a nice scenery in the front yard and swimming pool, to Mcaws flying up above, was the true Costa Rican experience. The host was very responsive to anything I needed fairly quickly and you could walk a very short distance to get some food. We will definitely rent this home again if it rises to the ocassion.

++Positive: The accommodation has a fantastic view, the customer service is very good, quick to answer questions, minimalist, top — good to know: – You can still see and hear the main road, but it’s not too disturbing – There are other flats next door, it is not quite as cut off as the marketing pictures sell it, but it is not bad either. ! After booking via Airbnb, you are contacted by a number via mobile phone and have to sign another rental contract via a website. At the same time, additional insurance cover costs another 40 dollars or 3-400 dollars are blocked on your credit card. The American way. I didn’t like that, and I made a comment straight away. However, I received reminders almost every day after booking to do this. The rental price was therefore immediately 10% more expensive. – Small things in the flat, such as the TV not being set up, unstable WLAN did not bother us. So only a small star deduction for a few little Things! Response: Hola Stephan! Sorry for the inconvenience. That is in the House Rules, but as an Airbnb Guest had you brought that to our attention that you didn’t want to take advantage of the additional damage protection we would have removed that requirement. That is a mandatory requirement for our Guests who book directly with us on our own website, but it is an option on Airbnb. Next time please let us know if there are any inconveniences and we would have resolved it immediately. Pura vida! Osa Property Management

We recently spent 9 nights at the Veranda condo and it was absolutely perfect for our family! Great location and fully stocked with everything one would need. We spent hours watching the scarlet macaws from the balcony and the pool below. Sara was a wonderful host and extremely responsive. We highly recommend the Veranda condo, you will not be disappointed.

We had a great stay at OSA Properties. The location is great, close to the grocery store and restaurants but far enough that you can get a good nights rest.
There is a camera inside the home, just ensure it’s turned off or unplugged. We brought this to the attention of the team and profusely apologized and let us know that it was left there by accident after the cleaners had left.
The home is well equipped with everything you would need. The only issue we ran into was a leak in the kitchen sink. The team addressed it right away and had a plumber come in same day.
Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay in Dominical. Good location close to the beach and stores.
