Featured Costa Rica Vacation Rentals

Nous avons passé une semaine très reposante dans ce logement. Il est très bien équipé. Il y a même un lave-vaisselle dans la cuisine ce qui est rare au Costa Rica. Le logement est dans un coin calme et proche des activités et de plusieurs plages. Le parc Marino Ballena est à 15 minutes en voiture. Et en 45 minutes vous pouvez être à Sierpe pour visiter le parc Corcovado. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

We give just a mediocre valuation because we experienced a mixture of good and bad experiences. We were confronted with a lot of technical problems that could only partly solved.

The good side: Our contact person, Steven, turned out to be very ambitious and helped us quickly as soon as he could. For example he replaced a completely rotten coffee maker by a new one. He also cared for two non functioning bedside lamps and for several other lamps and fans that could not be switched on.

The bad side: There were several structural problems far beyond Stevenˋs possibilities. Just some examples: We had a stereo system that gave absolutely no sound and a TV with no pictures nor sound. A technician told us that it was not connected, neither to the internet nor to an antenna. What did thy do about that? Nothing! The terrace door could not be locked, because the lock was broken. What did they do?Again: nothing! Many times Steven gave us advices, one day later OSA office contacted us to tell us exactly the opposite. To us it seems like the right hand in this company does not know what the left does.

Conclusion: The prices of OSA are top level, their service is not!

WE had a wonderful, quiet stay in Ojochal! The place was clean and well thought out! Loved it!

House is as beautiful as in the pictures. Stay was great and highly recommend.

It has a great location, close to beaches and stores 🙂 the host is very kind and welcoming! We had a great time during our stay.

Points positifs : -Piscine très agréable et sans vis à vis -grands lit -hormis l’accès, l’emplacement est proche de bcp d’activités et de plages -grands frigo -fruits à notre arrivée Points négatifs pour nous : -manque une table et des chaises car il n’y a qu’un bar avec 4 tabourets -meme avec 4×4 c’est assez pénible de faire autant de chemin dans les cailloux -naviguer entre les deux bâtiments (chambre et cuisine) -assez bruyants (coqs la nuit, bruits des voitures qui passent) -lumière dans la chambre au lever du jour Response: Thank you very much, Kevin, for taking the time to share your feedback. Wonderful house and location. Bring binoculars, wake-up early, and bird watch pool side. We saw Macaws, Parrots, Toucans, Hummingbirds and many more. Howler monkeys are constantly reminding you that they are near. Lounge in the pool on the grounds or take a very short hike and lounge in the pool at the bottom of the cascade. The house layout is perfect for family or friends. The restaurants in the small village a few minutes away are all really good, and you’re close to several great beaches (Ventanas at low tide was our favorite). We absolutely love how vividly you described the Vista Cascada experience — from the poolside birding with macaws, parrots, toucans, and hummingbirds to the howler monkeys keeping you company throughout the day. Excelente hospedaje, agradecemos el trato a mi familia y mi persona.

Great property with everything you need to make your trip to paradise cozy, cool and carefree! The host is very responsive and when one of the AC units wasn’t working and they quickly sent someone out to fix it. Lots of cute shops and restaurants and the beach are about a 5 minute walk away. Pura Vida!

I enjoyed my stay at Villa Peace. The manager team were amazing.
