Our group of 7 had an absolutely amazing experience at this beautiful house in Parrita, Costa Rica—one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had! The management team was outstanding. Before arrival, they sent helpful links for local tours, grocery stores, along with clear instructions, directions, and photos for seamless check-in. We were warmly welcomed with a stunning fresh floral arrangement and a delicious fruit basket. The house matched the listing perfectly (the only minor difference was no alarm system, but the area felt very safe with secure rods on all doors). When one door wouldn’t lock properly, the team responded instantly and fixed it ASAP. The location was ideal as a base camp between Quepos/Manuel Antonio and Jacó—perfect for our ATV tour and explorations. The private pool was a highlight for relaxing after busy days, and the nearly deserted beach was pure bliss. We enjoyed every minute and can’t recommend this gem highly enough. Pura vida! 🌺🏖️

This property is beautiful. The location is steps down the road from Dominical Beach and very accessible to see and do a lot of things. One block from Dominical restaurants, shops, and surfing…Easy drive to Quepos and Uvita. Very clean, lots of towels, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, AC in all rooms that cooled the house nicely. We ran into a glitch the second day of our stay when the water went out for over 20 hours. With 7 people staying it was very hard not to be able to use the toilets, shower, cook, do the dishes…hence the 3 stars. I understand the water is controlled by a third party – but we should have been warned that this was a possibility and a contingency plan needed to be in place. A few hours I can work with, but almost a full day…not so much. When we contacted the management company they told us there was nothing they could do, but if it was still off the next day they would bring some water over. The hot water didn’t seem to recover – From Tuesday with no water until we left Thursday morning the hot water never came back on. While it was frustrating, it didn’t ruin our stay. The management company was responsive to our text messages and the little shops had bathrooms we could use. Friendly people and would visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful property and great concierge service! Gary and the team were great hosts. Great place to go for our friends trip.

Was a bit disappointed we lost water for a whole night and the power went out a few times briefly, but other than that everything was great! Communication was amazing and the pictures definitely don’t do it justice.

Beautiful location, beautiful scenery. Would definitely stay again and there is plenty of room for a large party. Host is fast to respond. Kitchen has everything you need as does the whole home and beds and pillows were so comfortable. We saw wildlife in the back yard such as Jesus Christ lizards, monkeys, and sloths.

Very good and clean place very private highly recommended definitely I will visit again 💙
