Beautiful sunset views
Stay was great and villa was clean, inviting and well situated. Beautiful sunset views. Only issue to raise was with the gated security access which hopefully can be resolved for future guests by the estate management team… Despite this issue I would go back and recommend this villa without hesitation.
Mediocre
We give just a mediocre valuation because we experienced a mixture of good and bad experiences. We were confronted with a lot of technical problems that could only partly solved.
The good side: Our contact person, Steven, turned out to be very ambitious and helped us quickly as soon as he could. For example he replaced a completely rotten coffee maker by a new one. He also cared for two non functioning bedside lamps and for several other lamps and fans that could not be switched on.
The bad side: There were several structural problems far beyond Stevenˋs possibilities. Just some examples: We had a stereo system that gave absolutely no sound and a TV with no pictures nor sound. A technician told us that it was not connected, neither to the internet nor to an antenna. What did thy do about that? Nothing! The terrace door could not be locked, because the lock was broken. What did they do?Again: nothing! Many times Steven gave us advices, one day later OSA office contacted us to tell us exactly the opposite. To us it seems like the right hand in this company does not know what the left does.
Conclusion: The prices of OSA are top level, their service is not!

Wat hebben we het heerlijk gehad in deze woning. Met twee tieners op reis is het sowieso fijn om een zwembad ter beschikking te hebben.
Er waren genoeg handdoeken. Een uitgebreid handboek met uitleg en suggesties. Een keuken voorzien van alle gemakken. En de organisatie reageerde snel als er toch iets was.
We hadden een eekhoornenfamilie in de palmboom in het huis, overvliegende ara’s en dicht bij het nationale park. Supermarkten en een bakkerij in de buurt en allerlei plekken waar je lekker kan eten.
We hebben genoten !

Amazing spot nestled in the mountains overlooking Dominical beach. Incredible ocean and sunset views. You won’t want to leave. My wife and I had a great time and we will definitely return.

Great house close to beach.
We were very pleased with this property. The place was well equipped and had everything we needed for our time there.
Short walk to Dominical beach and maybe a kilometre walk to all the restaurants in the Main Street. The area was very friendly and we will definitely be back to Dominical.
