A lovely villa. The maintenance man, Adrian, made our stay exceptional. We received response to all our requests promptly.

The address was difficult, navigation links were not working. We had to text many times to get the right directions. Otherwise, it was a great place for 3 couples, close to beach, restaurants and local market. Very spacious, pool was nice to have. We will likely come back!

Terrific home to stay in. As the villa is built into a hillside, there are a lot of stairs – to get into the house, to get back down to the pool, and to get from the kitchen – living area to the separate casita / bedroom. One day an ant-eater wandered past, as well as a deer, and the regular coati visits.

Can’t say enough good things about the stay! Great location, was private (although a few other guests at adjoining properties, but interaction was minimal), but close to a main road. We ventured into Quepos and congestion was really bad (there during Christmas), so we were very glad to not be ‘in town’ but within a 5 minute drive to anything we wanted. Loved sitting out on the porch/balcony and watching the birds. All the amenities are great. Beautiful house. Host was very communicative, gave lots of tips and things to do and was very responsive to questions. 100% would recommend this place to stay if you’re in the area.

This house was perfect for a multiple day stay- it was great to be in the town, walking distance from everything, but also come back to a home that felt cozy and comfortable. The pool (unheated) is a refreshing bonus after a day of surfing. Towels are a huge plus because no one wants to have to waste luggage space on towels. The kitchen was stocked with local made cups and plates. We loved that the art in the house gave you a feel of where you are. The property team was extremely helpful and responsive, even followed up half-way through our stay to check if we needed anything else. We already can’t wIt to come back with some friends next time to enjoy it together. We also enjoyed coming this time of the year, as it wasn’t so busy in town.

The house was awesome! So freaking gorgeous it was unbelievable. Although check in time was at three. We got there five minutes before three and the maids and the property manager didn’t leave until 3:30 or 4:00. Also on the way out check out time was at 11 but the property manager and the maids were there at 10 waiting in the driveway for us to get out. I was rushing to get the house clean and left it immaculate, but felt very rushed like we were being pushed out other than that everything was perfect and wonderful, and they were very quick to respond to any problems that we had. Hands-down I would go back.

Sarah, Our crew was waiting in the driveway at 10:25 am (not 10 am – we have GPS trackers on our vehicles). You came out and invited them into the home and then you left at 11:25 am. We didn’t intend to make you uncomfortable and you invited them in. We are happy you would come back and stay with us, but we are sorry we didn’t live up to your expectations and you only gave us 4 stars. By allowing you to stay after the check-in time, we felt we were being more than generous. As you experienced on the check-in, when guests do not leave on time, it can delay the next arriving guests. We hope to see you again soon! Pura vida!

The patio and pool was great. The showers and toilets had serious issues.
Ojochal is an up and coming area with a lot of developing going on. Unfortunately this property is located very close to the main avenue and there was a steady stream of construction vehicles.

House and property exactly as described. Worked great for us and the location. Only problem we had was lack of hot water in mornings..
We arrived late but Jeremy gave us the info required.
