Pros: private road, house was clean, fun decor, well kept pool.

Cons: located by the main road so traffic noise & make sure you have a 4×4 and can drive tricky turns getting in and out of the property.

Could be a pro or a con: howler monkeys WE ❤️ed them

Prachtige villa. Fantastische omgeving.

We loved most everything about this place, it was a great place to just get away and relax. It is very private and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed as well as a BBQ. It was also great to be able to wash and dry our clothes. We also got to witness a mom sitting on her eggs and she had 3 little chicks following her around. I do recommend that AC and a second lounge chair by the pool would be great additions, as it is quite warm. We would definitely return.

La casa no tiene televisor con cable o señal satelital, presentaba varias goteras en el techo que caían sobre la sala de manera abundante, los lavatorios estaban taqueados, el agua baja muy lentamente aparte de que el mueble de los lavatorios estaban muy deteriorados, los cuartos tienen espacio para closets pero están vacíos, sin repisas, ni ganchos ni nada es un espacio perdidoLa casa carece de un adecuado mantenimiento, esas cosas son básicas. No volvería a esa casa ni la recomendaría.

Our stay at Casa Rana Verde was wonderful. The property was exactly as described, private, luscious with forest, beautiful view and full of amenities. The house provided everything we needed during our stay and only had to purchase very minimal things for preparation of our meals (spices, sauces etc). The view was absolutely stunning and provided gorgeous sunsets every day. We would enjoy our morning coffees on the patio watching the Toucans and other wildlife. We saw a large variety of birds, lizards, and other animals on and around the property. If you are looking for the feeling of being in the jungle with the amenities of a Luxury hotel this is the spot. The property management was very responsive, helpful and there if and when we had any questions. All and all this was a top notch trip and loved every minute of our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this estate. The home and view are stunning. Maggy and the home’s caretaker are super responsive and quickly managed any issues that arose. It’s a bit out of the way but that was one of the things we loved about the home. It was peaceful and just so beautiful. We were comfortable staying there and would highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus in Uvita, Costa Rica. Das Haus ist super groß und sehr geräumig, mit besonders hohen Decken im Wohnzimmer, die ein tolles Raumgefühl schaffen. Alles wurde wirklich gut ausgewählt und wirkt hochwertig. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet – es fehlt an nichts, sogar ein Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht 😃 Auch die Außenlage mit dem privaten Pool ist wunderschön, ruhig und zum Entspannen. Man fühlt sich hier jederzeit sicher, und auch die Straße, in der das Haus liegt, ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Insgesamt war einfach alles perfekt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Mooi heel ruim huisje, met privé zwembad alle benodigdheden voorzien in keuken, Rustig, BBQ aanwezig, wasmachine, droogkast, afwasmachine, etc. Enige nadelen: Airco in beide slaapkamers maar geen in de hele grote leefruimte die heel warm wordt en blijft, ver van alles.
