We really have a great time at Quepos Villas Tranquilas. The Property Manager was really nice and detailed with our needs. Great place to stay and rest.

Great house in a beautiful location surrounded by green mountains. We visited during rainy season and it was the best experience.

The interior of the house is truly beautiful, chic, elegant, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Inside, the property meets expectations and offers a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the exterior did not reflect the same standard . The swimming pool was not properly cleaned, the outdoor terrace was dusty, in fact, I had to personally clean the outdoor terrace before use. Overall, the interior has good potential, but outdoor cleanliness, outdoor furniture condition, and outdoor maintenance need improvement to meet the quality expected for this type of property. This might affect the overall experience, especially since the outdoor space is an important feature of the property. We also requested to leave our luggage around noon, but this was not allowed, and only a paid early check-in was offered. While policies are understandable, a bit more flexibility and courtesy would have been appreciated.

This is an absolutely stunning house. The location is incredible. Even if there are other houses nearby, you still feel as if you are in the middle of the jungle.

I think we were the first to stay there and that we had some first tenant issues. The utensils in the kitchen were worn out and dirty. The shower drains didn’t drain so you have water to your ankles in a minute. The power went out a few times, which is normal, but the property management also did not respond about it until the next day when we tried to respond to it.

If you are coming from San Jose, pay attention to the fact that they charge you an extra US$50 if you check in late, and the time you have to get from SJO to here is not enough to meet their late check-in cutoff.

It’s a great place with teething issues. Once those are ironed out, I am certain it will be much better.

We had an amazing experience staying at this property. The view was incredible, the rooms spacious, the ac a huge plus and solar power was a true blessing. OSA Property Management was on top of every inquiry or request. They are a fabulous company. This is a gated community with wonderful security guards, you feel safe the whole time. You must have a 4×4 to drive the roads but it is so so worth it. Any questions or anything we needed Maria from OSA Property Management was quite to answer. I enjoyed my stay at Villa Peace. The manager team were amazing.

I want to thank you for rentiing this home, it was truly a blessing. We were previously going to stay somewhere else but more family decided to join the group last minjte and we needed a big home. This was perfect!! It is a very nice home with all accomodations including the private massage room! What an extra! Everythin from a nice scenery in the front yard and swimming pool, to Mcaws flying up above, was the true Costa Rican experience. The host was very responsive to anything I needed fairly quickly and you could walk a very short distance to get some food. We will definitely rent this home again if it rises to the ocassion.

Amazing experience in Costa Rica. The Airbnb is private, clean, and magical. The waterfall is an added bonus to an already amazing experience. Would recommend to anybody looking for a peaceful stay surrounded by nature.

The Belena Bliss rental was located in easy driving distance from San Jose (3-4 hours driving) and was in a quiet and lovely part of CR. This home was very clean with all of the amenities as promised. The variety of birds that came to visit daily was a real highlight. We frequented many of the local towns nearby which was fun and interesting. The local restaurants were easy to find with excellent food. Access to beaches was terrific and we had a great time walking and hiking. A highlight was the local zipline through the canopy. Flying through the trees was the best 4 hours we spent in Costa Rica. Highly recommend both the rental and the locale.
