This place is AMAZING. The house is beautiful, the distribution is great, is the perfect place to contemplate the sunset. All the appliances are high quality and in pristine conditions. The beds are perfect to recharge. A/C works really well and the internet speed is good enough to have videoconference and watch Netflix at the same time. Great value for the price!

The property is surrounded by forest and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We awoke each morning to the sound of howler monkeys, and each evening the songs of toucans, Montezuma oropendolas, and other birds filled the air.

Tom and Christine of Jaguar Property Management were very helpful and responsive from the first time we contacted them through our final checkout. (Thank you!)

We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Pura Vida!

The only item to note is that the toilet in the master bedroom is not really “en suite”, but “in suite”; meaning, there is no door.

A couple of my friends and I stayed here on our way down to the osa. Perfect location comfortable beds and super relaxing home highly recommend it.

Beautiful home! Great place for a couple or a solo getaway like I did. Very private, clean and organized. Had absolutely everything you need. Easy to find and access. Close to town and even closer to the beach. The Host was super responsive to any inquiries I had. love the private pool. We spend a weekend in the house and it is a beutiful place, easy access and great views. Rooms are spacious, beds are confortable and you can find all you need in the kitchen.
Osa Property Management Staff was very helpfull before and during our stay.
However, the pool area needs some important safety improvements. The main stairways to access the pool area from the house does not have neither the proper dimensions, elevation or floor tile. Does not have any railing at all.
The floor tile around the pool does not have the proper nivelation and water accoumulates in some small sectors, which area very slippery.
I strongly recoment to the house owners to make some safety improvements to secure your visitors are safe, while enjoy your beautiful home.

We spent 23 days in Costa Rica in 5 different areas, in 5 different Airbnbs and this spectacular beach house was our absolute favorite. The house was beautifully decorated, had all the essentials (plus extras), and the property/grounds were meticulously landscaped. The location directly on the Pacific Ocean was amazing and a 2 minute walk away from the sand and surf. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to this awesome country. FANTASTIC three week stay! This is our 4th trip to Costa Rica and this was a great choice for a large group. W e had new groups each week. The house is minimalist style and really spread out. The kitchen is large and wide open to the living area and pool area. The beds are comfortable and having 5 bathrooms was perfect. The Casita is separate and very private yet only a few steps away. Wifi worked great, washer/dryer were so helpful, and having a backup generator was great when the power went out. There were plenty of towels and dishes, although we did go buy wine glasses and cleaning supplies at the local store, along with extra garbage bags and paper towel. Just FYI. 4×4 car was required but I only put it on once during a storm. The space, the privacy, the location….all 10 stars. The management company helped with an in-house chef, in-house massages on the pool deck(!), and helping us hire the cleaning crew once/week to help. I will be back and ask for this house! We stayed in this beautiful house for 5 days. The swimming pool and the terrace are perfect for chilling, the house is very comfortable and spacious in a very calm area. Osa Property are very reactive to messages and answer any question very quickly. Gary Cerdas, from Epic Costa Rica Tours, arranged for us unforgettable activities. He is also very quick in responding and efficient. A great stay! We do recommend.
