Featured Costa Rica Vacation Rentals

Casa De Pastores was in the most ideal location possible for our family vacay to Uvita Costa Rica! Just a short walk uphill is a gorgeous waterfall/swimming hole/butterfly garden, down the road are amazing restaurants, excursion start points, shops and a grocery store. Minutes from some of the most gorgeous beaches I’ve ever seen! The house was well equipped, felt incredibly clean, and had everything you might need to go tooling around town. The bunk bed had a hidden third trundle bed that we didn’t even realize existed before we arrived, and the outdoorish shower/tub was so cool! The pool was well kept and a wonderful way to wind down from the adventures of the day. We felt incredibly safe with the security features of the house, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We’re already dreaming of returning to Casa De Pastores as our home base for the next adventure!

We stayed 3 weeks in Villas Tranquilas and had a great, relaxing time. The place is well equipped and clean. The location to downtown Quepos and Manuel Antonio is excellent. The Property Management is very responsive and helpful. The best part was the monkey circus which went on every night at dusk in the trees, clearly visible from the patio.

This is our second time there and will definitely visit again soon. Everything here is beyond words and there is some different level of peace in this house.

Los alrededores son preciosos, una zona llena de verde y paisajes hermosos, cerca de muchas playas para poder visitar que a su vez ofrecen bellezas y experiencias distintas.
Recomendamos totalmente este hospedaje, éramos 2 adultos, 1 niño y 2 perros grandes que disfrutamos mucho del lugar

Great home. Walkable to a few good restaurants and the beach. Construction next door took away from the daytime relaxation. They were metal framing the entire stay but we found ways to work around it.

++Positive: The accommodation has a fantastic view, the customer service is very good, quick to answer questions, minimalist, top — good to know: – You can still see and hear the main road, but it’s not too disturbing – There are other flats next door, it is not quite as cut off as the marketing pictures sell it, but it is not bad either. ! After booking via Airbnb, you are contacted by a number via mobile phone and have to sign another rental contract via a website. At the same time, additional insurance cover costs another 40 dollars or 3-400 dollars are blocked on your credit card. The American way. I didn’t like that, and I made a comment straight away. However, I received reminders almost every day after booking to do this. The rental price was therefore immediately 10% more expensive. – Small things in the flat, such as the TV not being set up, unstable WLAN did not bother us. So only a small star deduction for a few little Things! Response: Hola Stephan! Sorry for the inconvenience. That is in the House Rules, but as an Airbnb Guest had you brought that to our attention that you didn’t want to take advantage of the additional damage protection we would have removed that requirement. That is a mandatory requirement for our Guests who book directly with us on our own website, but it is an option on Airbnb. Next time please let us know if there are any inconveniences and we would have resolved it immediately. Pura vida! Osa Property Management

The view from the house is absolutely incredible — really nature at its best. Getting to the house isn’t the easiest (it’s quite a steep climb), but it’s definitely worth it once you arrive. The house itself has everything you need. That said, just like some previous guests mentioned, the dryer can be a bit unreliable at times. We also had a power cut during our stay, which luckily only lasted about an hour and a half. Maybe something like a generator could help avoid that in the future as there is no cell phone receive or even the possibility to open the front gates when there is a power cut. Water cut aswell but during the night so it didn’t effect us that much. Communication was quick whenever we had questions, but it’s worth making sure any issues are followed up on and resolved quickly. Overall, we had a really good holiday — beautiful house, stunning views, and a place we’ll definitely remember.

OSA property is the worst host ever
Me and my friends were stranded in Costa Rica bcz they refused to give us the keys to the house or even meet up. Poor communication, the owners are rude and very unprofessional I do not recommend anyone from the USA to stay at their property. We were forced to spend unnecessary money due to the fact that the property manager did not pick up a phone call when we get to the Airbnb on Monday. They are a con artists, they need to be removed from this app since they lie about everything.
