Really needed 4×4 to get there. The jungle canopies are full of Howlers, birds, flowers. Wow even the alpha Male showed Himself and little one’s too.

La casa es preciosa, y la ubicación es muy céntrica y fácil de acceder, sin embargo si hay oportunidades muy grandes de mantenimiento, las luces de la piscina nunca funcionaron y esto era algo conocido por la administración, no pudimos utilizar las instalaciones en la noche xq no había luz. Los enchufes si se concertaba algo en el baño se apagan las luces. Es importante que consideren temas de mantenimiento, es una lástima que una propiedad tan bonita no se pueda aprovechar así como lo ofertan

We spent most of our 6 weeks in CR here at Uvita. Seriously thinking of buying property near here. Whenever we came back to the house, it felt like coming home.

El lugar es simplemente perfecto, privado, limpio, casa bellísima, equipada totalmente, cerca de playas hermosas como ventanas, biñuela, ballena, dominicalito y muchas otras…en nuestro caso obtienes mucho más de lo que pagas… volvería tantas veces pueda complacida.

The address was difficult, navigation links were not working. We had to text many times to get the right directions. Otherwise, it was a great place for 3 couples, close to beach, restaurants and local market. Very spacious, pool was nice to have. We will likely come back!

The nearest beach (walking distance) is the Marino Ballena National Park beach. There will be an admission fee.

The pictures do not do this place justice! It was beyond beautiful and the management company was extremely helpful in planning our tours!

This is a superb rental. The house is short walk to the best surfing beach in Dominical area, maybe 300 yds to beach. It was impeccably clean and the area was quiet. The small pool was a welcome soak after surfing, hiking etc. Highly recommend this rental.

The condo was beautiful and well appointed. However, the oven didn’t work, the mattresses are too soft and need replacing. The filters for the fridge and air purifier need replacing. One of our family meme era got locked in the bathroom at the pool as the doorknob was broken. We had a great stay in spite of these concerns. Just wish they had been addressed before our visit.

My husband & 2 adult children w/their significant others rented Casa Domical for 1 week. We were very happy with the accommodations & the village of Dominical. The master bedroom is large with a very comfy bed & 2 balconies. The only gripe I have is there was nowhere to hang your clothes. The one closet was locked, most likely w/the owner’s personal items, but there were plenty of drawers to use.
The Casa is well equipped with all that you need for preparing your meals. There is a cooler & folding chairs to bring to the beach which is just a short walk down the gravel road. There are towels for the pool but they are not for the beach. I found this to be inconvenient as there is not towel rental at the beach. I really dont want to have to bring towels in luggage or purchase them upon arrival. The pool water was a refreshing temp & we enjoyed having it when not at beach. There are large canopy type tents w/chairs & internet for rental on beach which we appreciated very much. The vendor named Hansel(sp?) was such a sweet friendly guy & a hard worker. We had fun with him & tipped him well. He gave us a large bag of prawns one day as a thank you! 😋
The people in & around Dominical were really friendly. There are many restaurants & bars to go to. If you prefer the resort or all inclusive type of vacation with large hotels than this spot is not for you. Our family like a boutique style accommodations & diy. Costa Rica is so beautiful & there is so much to see & do! We can’t wait to go back!!
