Logement avec une très belle vue, avec une petite piscine, avec un équipement complet (café, mixeur jus de fruits, grillé pain…). Merci à l’accueil de mettre des consommables ( fruits tropicaux, filtres à café, sel,huile..). El lugar es como se describe, pero no deberian pedir información fuera de la aplicacion de AirBnB. Tambien deberian de evitar tener camaras de seguridad dando hacia el baño, es una violacion a la privacidad. Se reciben demasiados mensajes durante la estadia, incluso solo por hablar se reciben mensajes de que “hay mucho ruido” y envian demasiada informacion que cae en spam. Una cosa es el servicio al cliente y otra el acoso, recibimos un total de 23 mensajes se texto durante la estadia. Fuera de todo esto, el lugar vale la pena, es bonito, bien cuidado y cerca de la playa. Response: Hola Daniella! We are sorry you did not read the House Rules prior to your stay which clearly says we require ID verification and that you did not enjoy receiving the warnings of loud noise coming from the music you were playing at 2 am, 3 am. The messages you were receiving was due to the loud noise and music coming from the home. Our sound sensor picked up excessive noise between the hours of 2 am and 3 am. The cameras do NOT face the bathroom. That is simply not true. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us – hopefully other Hosts will read this review as a warning of excessive noise and a Guest who does not read the House rules.

Maison superbe pour un vrai dépaysement, rien à dire sur la réactivité, tout était top mis à part le fait qu’on ait pas trouvé facilement de nuit, mais c’est de notre faute car nous avions pas de 4×4 et c’est indispensable

Our stay in Uvita was overall enjoyable, with a really comfortable bed and beautiful views that made it worth the climb up and down the 86 steps. While some areas could use a little maintenance, like the shower and toilet, the hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. Plus, having a private pool and a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus! Response: We’re sorry you did not have a 5-star experience but appreciate the feedback. Eine ganz wunderbare Unterkunft, die wir absolut empfehlen können! Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war ausgezeichnet und sehr aufmerksam waren auch das frische Obst und der Kaffee bei Ankunft. Gut ausgestattete Küche und Grill, alles sehr sauber und schön. Wir waren drei Nächte zu zweit hier und ganz begeistert, es war eines der schönsten Unterkünfte unserer Reise. Amazing house! A bit hard to get to but totally worth the climb!! Everything was very elegant and nice and we felt like home.
