Our stay in Uvita was overall enjoyable, with a really comfortable bed and beautiful views that made it worth the climb up and down the 86 steps. While some areas could use a little maintenance, like the shower and toilet, the hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. Plus, having a private pool and a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus! Response: We’re sorry you did not have a 5-star experience but appreciate the feedback. Un apartamento de dos habitaciones muy limpio y bien cuidado y con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. Ubicado en un condominio con hermosos jardines y una excelente piscina. A tan solo 5 minutos de Quepos y a 20 de Manuel Antonio. Un sitio al que regresaría sin dudarlo.

Estuvimos en familia, 6 pers.
Nos gusto mucho la paz del lugar, fue un descanso y desconexión total.
La naturaleza del entorno fue muy relajante y las vistas espectaculares.
Se disfruta mucho la estancia en la piscina y ver el atardecer desde ahi
Me encanto la luz que tiene la casa y la altura de su techos también la hace muy fresca.
Las camas muy confortables, de buena calidad!
Mi recomendación, por la distancia para el Supermercado más próximo, es que no olvides nada de lo que vas a necesitar
Especialmente si quieres preparar tus alimentos en casa.
Indudablemente regresariamos a esta propiedad!

We stayed 3 weeks in Villas Tranquilas and had a great, relaxing time. The place is well equipped and clean. The location to downtown Quepos and Manuel Antonio is excellent. The Property Management is very responsive and helpful. The best part was the monkey circus which went on every night at dusk in the trees, clearly visible from the patio.

This house is a little hidden gem. The place is rustic but we enjoyed that. However, it is a little worse for wear and needs some repairs. The house and property is very private. It is important to note that Ojochal is an up and coming place which means there is a lot of traffic including motorbikes which were very loud. There are some very nice restaurants near by. The property management company were fantastic, they responded quickly to our requests or questions and were super helpful when booking and organizing excursions.
