The house was absolutely beautiful with unbelievable views of the mountains and the ocean. Gary, the concierge for the house, made our stay epic! Gary made all our reservations for the private excursions we requested to go on with the absolute best guides as well as made recommendations and reservations for restaurants, he checked in with us daily, was on call at anytime we had questions or needed assistance, he truly made our trip an exceptional one, and we made a friend in Costa Rica. I encourage anyone that stays in this home to tap into Gary, he is warm and friendly and super knowledgeable of the area and will have your best interest at heart.

What a beautiful home for our family celebration. We loved waking up in the morning to bird watch and listen to the howler monkeys. OSA property management was always available to answer questions, concerns and make touring suggestions We hope to return again. .

Beautiful spot – will definitely stay again. Great spot for kids as ocean access is calm.

Great place

Our adult family of 8 had a wonderful time! Pool was amazing. Enough kitchen amenities for our needs. Dishwasher doesn’t work well. There is maintenance to be done around the pool- stone deck surface is beginning to break up, the wicker furniture has out lived it’s life span and should be replaced or disposed. The deck lighting around the pool was never found so was very dark after sun set.
None of these issues affected our overall satisfaction.
However, the sloth in the tree right beside the deck, the toucans, humming birds, parrots and the macaws flying over every morning was spectacular. There was a constant parade of iguanas and other lizards which was cool (they didn’t bother at all)
This was our first visit to southern CR. FYI staying closer to Dominical or Quepos would have been a more convenient location. The highway is quite busy lots of semi traffic and narrow.
Property management was very responsive.

If you are looking for a private space surrounded by nature and with incredible ocean views, then this is the perfect stay for you! The pool and views were incredible, and the property as a whole was extremely clean. The team was extremely responsive and helpful the entire time, even checking in throughout our stay. The in-unit laundry was a huge plus given that we were near the tail end of our trip. This was not an issue for us, but note that there are many steps to get to the unit from the parking area as the property is on a steep hill. Exactly as advertised!! We had a wonderful week and loved the abundance of birds and wildlife enjoyed throughout the stay. An extremely comfortable bed and space with all the amenities that were promised. Great beaches in the area and we felt extremely safe everywhere we traveled. Can’t wait for a return visit!!
