The villa has a great location, and you can watch a lot of wild animals right outside your windows, including a sloth and a bunch of monkeys. It has all the necessary amenities for a long-term stay, with a well-equipped kitchen and large king-size beds. We often had to deal with a few cockroaches, which was a bit stressful for my wife. Aside from the house being absolutely gorgeous, the customer service was also exceptional. We were greeted in person by Henry, who took the time to walk us through the house and personally explain things. First time this has ever happened with any house. It’s usually an impersonal email, with instructions.

They actually create a group chat on the WhatsApp and are available to you 24-7.

I highly recommend booking this house when visiting Puntarenas, Costa Rica.

really nice accommodation, situated above the highway with a great balcony, pool and ocean view from the top level. Well equipped kitchen, which is worth mentioning.

The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and grounds. I’d suggest a binder with instructions for the stove, coffee maker, tv, etc It was extremely frustrating trying to figure these things out without information. We had to call for assistance. The directions on both Google Maps and Waze were incorrect. We only found the place because a neighbor’s workers stopped to help.

Lovey place . It’s a new build with a lovely view . Blinds would help as the sun makes the rooms very hot . The house is well equipped and we had a very comfortable stay . Thank you !

I could not agree more with all the positive reviews that have been written about this house and the property management company. The house is great. The views are amazing (as others mentioned, better than the pictures). The Wifi works flawlessly (which is important to me) and we had no issues with electricity or water (and we were there for 8+ days). Finally, the management company (Osa Properties) is very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend Tres Vistas!

El alojamiento está bien y la piscina excelente, muy privado el lugar, como puntos de mejora es cierto lo del perro, ladra bastante y se escucha muy cerca, no queda claro si este puede o no llegar a la zona donde uno está y el baño le falta privacidad, puedo ver desde la cocina el sanitario y no es hermético entonces comparte olores con el cuarto Response: Thank you for the feedback Jose.
