Die Villa hat unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen! Das nennen wir Luxus pur! Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Privatsphäre, den riesigen Pool, das äusserst bequeme Bett und die vollständige Ausstattung in der Küche. Leider wurde der Genuss von alle dem von stetigem Baulärm überschattet. Von der gewünschten Ruhe war da leider nicht viel vorhanden. OSA hat aufgrund unserer Anfrage für einen Preisnachlass mit dem Management gesprochen und tatsächlich, bekamen wir einen Betrag zurück, was wir sehr schätzen und als professionell einstufen. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben uns dann im Haus doch noch gestört: die Schiebetüren in der Küche sind wohl optisch schön, aber sehr unpraktisch, wenn man jedes Mal die Türen bewegen muss, um etwas aus dem Schrank zu holen. Die Beleuchtung in den Badezimmern und an den Nachttischen ist unzureichend, um sich im Spiegel genau anzusehen oder im Bett ein Buch zu lesen. Im Wäscheraum müsste unbedingt eine Lüftung hin (Abwassergestank). Ansonsten – TOP!!!!

The house and the whole experience was great.

Absolutely loved this condo! The location is perfect. It’s direct beachfront on the quiet north end of Jacó. The community is safe, clean, and peaceful, yet still just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and action in town. The unit itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Mornings on the spacious patio looking at ocean were a dream. Can’t wait to stay here again!

La casa es realmente hermosa tal como en las fotografías, tiene un diseño moderno, cómodo e iluminado que permite disfrutar del paisaje, casi desde cualquier parte de la casa. La zona exterior es ideal para pasar en familia, y disfrutar de esos atardeceres mágicos. La casa se encuentra equipada con lo necesario para hacer de la estadía muy confortable. A pesar de que la ubicación no es tan cercana al comercio y las playas, la vista hace q valga la pena, es un lugar tranquilo, seguro y privado. Como recomendación sería bueno que agregaran las indicaciones de la ruta también en español. Pero en general nos faltaron días para disfrutar de todas las bellezas que ofrece esta zona y de la propiedad tan hermosa. Muchas gracias por estar atentos a nuestras necesidades y por el acompañamiento para hacer de ese viaje familiar un hermoso recuerdo.

It was everything that I expected the experience was absolutely amazing

This place was just like the Paradise on heart or I would say a real dream place! Beautiful view, bed so comfortable, huge tv to watch movies, awesome pool with waterfalls and a bbq for a good steak a night. We caught mahi mahi in a fishing trip and the Private chef CR (Luis and Royner) came to cook it at the house it was soo good! That was just a perfect stay and I would say that 3 nights went by way too fast. We wish we could have stayed longer! I have to say that we really appreciated the communication and organisation of Osa Property Mangement. Response: It was an absolute pleasure to Host you! Beautiful home with amazing views and wildlife at your doorstep! Our stay was so peaceful and a whole family of coatimundis came right up to the house and ate from the trees! One decided he was too shy when he saw me watching so he moved to the backside of the banana tree out of my sight. Hummingbirds and parrots visited too! The kitchen had everything we need and the house was fully stocked to meet our needs. Highly recommend!!

Sehr schönes Haus. Sehr komfortabel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kolibris schwirrten jeden Morgen vor der Terrasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Launas place exceeded our expectations and the pictures do not do it justice. The space is large and well furnished to a high standard which we have found is quite rare in Costa Rica. The kitchen is very well equipped. My only gripe is with the TV in the main room which needs replacing as it keeps crashing and needs rebooting constantly. Jaco beach is literally a 1 min walk and a lovely beach to surf and even swim. The town is a 15 min walk. Recommended!

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en esta casa. La comodidad y la tranquilidad del lugar fueron ideales para nuestro descanso. La casa está muy bien equipada, con todo lo que necesitábamos para sentirnos como en casa. Pero lo que más nos gustó fueron las camas, ¡son increíbles! La calidad del sueño es fundamental para nosotros, y esta casa cumplió. El anfitrión es muy amable y atento, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más agradable. ¡Definitivamente volveríamos a elegir esta casa! 😊
