The villa is more impressive in real life than the pictures. The views are out of this world. We saw monkeys, toucans, macaws and a bunch of other wildlife hanging out by the property. All the rooms have AC and they provide all the necessities for cooking. You won’t regret this place. It’s also close to so many beautiful waterfalls and beaches. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

I cannot even begin to express how beautiful this place is in person. Photos do not do it justice. The price is more than fair for what you get. Beyond how gorgeous the place was, the host made it even better. They were extremely responsive, gave recommendations of the local area, and Gary even gave us a personal tour of Quepos which was fantastic. He also checked in each day of our stay and was so helpful! I have never experienced this level of hospitality before on AirBnb. I would 100% book this place again or even a different one from the same host. I cannot recommend booking this place enough!!! Also one more thing, if you do book this place, it is imperative you get a vehicle with 4WD to get to the property.

This was a wonderful stay. The instructions are clear and precise. The house itself is huge, very comfortable, and the hilltop views are beautiful. The town is surprisingly suitable with lots to do. We were very close to Marino Ballena Park, and found the location close by. As with any place in Costa Rica, it is easy to get lost due to the absence of named roads and numbered places, and there are spots on the way that can be quite tricky driving conditions so, would highly recommend bringing a 4×4 vehicle. Communication with the host company was excellent, and special mention goes out to Maria Fernanda Zuñiga, she was great!

The property was as described and the pictures were accurate. A lovely setting and a comfortable ambiance. We would rent here again. La pasamos súper bien! La casa está igual que en las fotos. Camas muy cómodas. Zonas comunes amplias, todo se ve nuevo. Seguro que volveremos pronto.

In the private note you mentioned that leaves fell on the patio during your stay and you saw some insects. Although the home is fumigated throughout the year, it is important that when a Guest books a home embedded in the jungle, with trees hanging over the patio (as clearly seen in the photos), that leaves will fall. That’s nature! Also, the monkeys and birds that live in jungle, share the jungle with insects. As you can imagine, we don’t have any control over the animals or the insects that live in the jungle. We don’t think a luxury home surrounded by the jungle was the right choice for you. We do manage quite a few condos and other properties in ‘concrete jungles’ – in the future those might be a better choice for you. We wish you safe travels in the future. Pura vida!
