Firstly, this villa is absolutely jaw-dropping. My wedding group and I were on cloud 9 the whole time we were at the villa. OSA property management team were very prompt and friendly with any needs we had. Our house keeping woman was extremely sweet and thorough. But we cannot get enough of the stunning views and the amazing hospitality we received. We will definitely be coming back. Somehow this villa is even better than the pictures and the pictures are pretty great. Just know you need a 4×4 vehicle to get into the villa and you are set! Worth the trip to stay here 🙂 thank you OSA property management!
The property management team set us up with everything (vehicles, massages, excursions, chef etc.). If you ever want to feel like a king or queen, this place will make you feel that way the entirety of your trip! Better than pictures and larger than expected. Perfect for a family of four. Huge pool and great outdoor shower w/ beach towels provided. Beds were super comfy, AC worked great and good water pressure. We enjoyed the privacy and the kids loved the surprise monkey and parakeet visits. Property management was very helpful with the grill and helping us find the property upon arrival. 4×4 not required. . Overall it was a fantastic stay!

Forest Paradise
The property is surrounded by forest and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We awoke each morning to the sound of howler monkeys, and each evening the songs of toucans, Montezuma oropendolas, and other birds filled the air.
Tom and Christine of Jaguar Property Management were very helpful and responsive from the first time we contacted them through our final checkout. (Thank you!)

Staying at Casa Cassandra was a great experience. We really enjoyed the house, which is very well equipped and full of handy details. We had some issues with the A/C but the property manager quickly responded and arranged for a technician to come that day. Communication was easy and everything was super clean. We will certainly be staying again at Casa Cassandra.

A bit of a beta test
This is an absolutely stunning house. The location is incredible. Even if there are other houses nearby, you still feel as if you are in the middle of the jungle.
I think we were the first to stay there and that we had some first tenant issues. The utensils in the kitchen were worn out and dirty. The shower drains didn’t drain so you have water to your ankles in a minute. The power went out a few times, which is normal, but the property management also did not respond about it until the next day when we tried to respond to it.
If you are coming from San Jose, pay attention to the fact that they charge you an extra US$50 if you check in late, and the time you have to get from SJO to here is not enough to meet their late check-in cutoff.
It’s a great place with teething issues. Once those are ironed out, I am certain it will be much better.

Schönes großes Ferienhaus mit schöner Einrichtung und großer gut ausgestatteter Küche. Zu dem Geschirrspüler hätte ich mir noch ein paar bereit gestellte Tabs gewünscht. Die Türen zu den Zimmern und zum Bad lassen sich schlecht oder gar nicht schliessen. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut. Vielen Dank für die Hilfe mit dem Arzt.

Be prepared to go to the store if you are there for a extended stay, to purchase some basic items!!! Cleaning supplies etc.
Perfect mixt between jungle and beach (sea) ! Ultra clean place !
We’ve loved everything ! From the road to get to the house, the house itself (Ultra clean and perfect with the kids), the amount of restaurants around, the AMAZING VIEW of the jungle and the sea……WOW ! is the word all my family will use…..
