Great home. Walkable to a few good restaurants and the beach. Construction next door took away from the daytime relaxation. They were metal framing the entire stay but we found ways to work around it.

Nos gustó mucho el alojamiento! Contaba con todas las amenidades, algo que disfrutamos mucho es que viene de cortesía café para preparar. Al llegar tuvimos una falla con el internet pero al solicitar la ayuda se arregló de inmediato. El condominio está dentro de un complejo el cual tiene una alberca muy linda y una terraza para disfrutar de tu café. Está sobre el camino que lleva al Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio y a 5 minutos del centro de Quepos, muy buena ubicación.

A lovely home in a lovely location! We loved sitting on the patio and soaking in the beautiful garden, pool and mountain vista.

Beautiful , set in a stunning location with wonderful views of the ocean and surrounded by nature. We especially enjoyed the pool; it was refreshing and lovely with comfortable outdoor seating and BBQ facilities. The house was well equipped. 4×4 is a must. The team was always responsive and had great suggestions for activities, restaurants , transportation and also assisted with the bookings. We also used the private chef they suggested and we were treated to an excellent dinner.

This house was really nice, with 3 bedrooms and a nice little pool with a béatiful garden. Its well futnished and well taken care of, the only thing is that the roof in the master bedroom was leaking when its raining hard and i would double check the seal of the doors and windows because there were many mosquitos inside the house during the night. The service from Osa management was quick and efficient.

El lugar es simplemente perfecto, privado, limpio, casa bellísima, equipada totalmente, cerca de playas hermosas como ventanas, biñuela, ballena, dominicalito y muchas otras…en nuestro caso obtienes mucho más de lo que pagas… volvería tantas veces pueda complacida.

House and property exactly as described. Worked great for us and the location. Only problem we had was lack of hot water in mornings..

We had a great stay at OSA Properties. The location is great, close to the grocery store and restaurants but far enough that you can get a good nights rest.
There is a camera inside the home, just ensure it’s turned off or unplugged. We brought this to the attention of the team and profusely apologized and let us know that it was left there by accident after the cleaners had left.
The home is well equipped with everything you would need. The only issue we ran into was a leak in the kitchen sink. The team addressed it right away and had a plumber come in same day.
Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and enjoyed our stay.
