The house is very modern, clean, and has everything you need to cook and relax by the pool. The location is good as well, you can walk to a beautiful beach with mild but fun waves. And it isn’t busy at all, there wasn’t anyone there but us when we arrived at 8:00am. You walk by a few places on the way, a small supermarket, a few restaurants, and a great ice cream place with the nicest older lady that runs it. A bit of Spanish will help a lot, but everyone we came across was patient with my bad Spanish. The beach does cost about $6 per adult (kids free) and they only take credit card. We didn’t know this the first time we went down. A Mexican restaurant (La Choza De Alejo) is pretty much next door and is delicious. Check in was easy, the property managers were kind. It is an easy couple minute drive to all the other restaurants in Uvita.

The only bad thing was that we had a few issues. Some were resolved quickly, which I appreciated. But there was a smell coming from the drains and many mosquitoes inside the house. We kept doors closed all day to try to prevent it, and killed many, but they were still multiplying, perhaps coming from backed up sewer drains? I let the property managers know and hopefully they will address this issue because otherwise it was great. Bring bug spray just in case!

We had a great stay at the property!! Everything looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was fully equipped and the property had all the necessary equipment! Loved the pool and the neighbors were very friendly!! The coffee shop/ market was super cute! We also visited the waterfall that was close by. We hope to visit again in the future!! Would recommend to anyone coming to Costa Rica!!

Last minute booking with Nick Halverson, worked great for our group of 4 friends, each wanting a room of our own. having an outdoor pool and bbq was great. we used it twice a day . Many wildlife seen from the property or on it. Iguanas, toucans, many colorful birds, howler monkey calls as morning wakeup. upstairs bathroom, shower was a big highlight. overall a good experience and we will be back.

We had a great stay at Tico Tico villas! It was very comfortable and very close to everything the area had to offer.

Our second stay at this property. Meets all our needs, and more.
One never wants to leave.

Close to all activities parks very clean better than expected

Casa Hermosa was really beautiful. The moment we place a foot in this house, we felt good. We stayed a group of 10 for 2 weeks and it was worth it. We enjoyed the nature around. The view on the ocean with all the sunsets was a gift. The pool and bbq place were a must. The kitchen was very functional. Lot of space for kids. I would recommend to my friends. The owner was very quick to answer to all our questions.
