We had a wonderful stay and spent three weeks here. The pool was fantastic, and the view, especially the sunsets, was absolutely beautiful. Everything was easy to find, and the house was very well equipped with everything we needed. Communication was great, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely come back again!

My wife and I had the most amazing vacation in this incredible vacation rental. The road leading to it goes by a beautiful waterfall where stopped to swim many times. The home was clean, comfortable and safe. It was very well equipped with everything we need to have an amazing stay! The pictures don’t do it justice – we can’t wait to come back again for friends!

So beautiful and comfortable. I never wanted to leave. Very close to Dominicalito beach which is gorgeous.

We had an amazing experience staying at this property. The view was incredible, the rooms spacious, the ac a huge plus and solar power was a true blessing. OSA Property Management was on top of every inquiry or request. They are a fabulous company. This is a gated community with wonderful security guards, you feel safe the whole time. You must have a 4×4 to drive the roads but it is so so worth it. Any questions or anything we needed Maria from OSA Property Management was quite to answer. Excellent home – we had a great stay in Uvita! Almost everything about this property was perfect. We loved the location – close to the beach, restaurants, groceries – but very quiet at night. Great layout – my wife and I at one end with our own bathroom, and the kids at the other end with 2 bedrooms and their own bathroom. Kitchen was perfect and well equipped. Pool was amazing (a bit bigger than it looks in the photos) and the yard was great. The only minus on this property was the furniture – the couch in the living room was very uncomfortable – we could barely get through a movie at night sitting on it, and the outdoor furniture was terrible – the cheapest plastic furniture you could find. We mainly ate out in restaurants, but the times we did eat at the house, there was nowhere comfortable to sit. Overall a great home and we will def. be back to stay again (hopefully with some upgraded furniture next time!) Osa property management was a pleasure to work with.

We had a great stay at OSA Properties. The location is great, close to the grocery store and restaurants but far enough that you can get a good nights rest.
There is a camera inside the home, just ensure it’s turned off or unplugged. We brought this to the attention of the team and profusely apologized and let us know that it was left there by accident after the cleaners had left.
The home is well equipped with everything you would need. The only issue we ran into was a leak in the kitchen sink. The team addressed it right away and had a plumber come in same day.
Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and enjoyed our stay.

This was a fun landing spot that could accommodate my entire family. We really enjoyed the plunge pool. Beds were comfy and the fridge made great amounts of ice, very important for us gringos. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to come back some day.

We had a great stay! It’s quiet, clean, comfortable, and worked well for our family. I loved the spacious kitchen, and appreciated that the host is very generous with the towels, which are essential during a beach vacation 🙂 They went above and beyond to let us check in early when our schedule changed unexpectedly, thank goodness. We would definitely stay here again, next time we’re in the area!
