Our family stayed for a month and loved it! The house is really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool was perfect for our 8 and 10 year old…they took their first swim around 6am and last swim around 8pm every night! Also, Christine and Tom (the property managers) are absolutely outstanding. This is a great home, I highly recommend it!

thw villa is very luxurious with great view, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen appliances are all what you need. the only downside will be the access road on which is small challenge when it rains – specially at dark. this means that you need to plan to eat in the villa in such weather condition as you can’t be spontaneous to eat outside is such weather conditions.

PROS: layout of HOME/SPACIOUS rooms-even the bathrooms are large /ROOFTOP DECK views/PRIVATE LOCATION situated ideally between Dominical & Uvita, ANIMALS everywhere: toucans/howler monkeys often get close just right off decks in trees/even spotted the sloth in the tree off the deck/cute white gecko-creatures everywhere/even a JC lizard streaked across the pool, LOVED the soothing waterfall feature of pool CONS: driving in&out of driveway is tight if in a big vehicle, important TIP-be sure to open up ALL doors & windows for the best cros-ventilation or you’ll much prefer to stay in the air-conditioned rooms of house & in the pool (!)—-the only other con is that a full on view of ocean is only from rooftop deck (you get “peeks” of ocean from main level and pool)/a con for some: (Casa is conveniently located off main road-the jungle is so thick that I, myself, couldn’t hear anything at night except nature sounds), but my husband needed his earplugs claiming to hear occasional traffic at night without them. OVERALL WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED OUR STAY-A TREMENDOUS VALUE

Out stay for the three of us was very nice. The house was clean, well equipped and was a great Uvita location with easy access to an number of places to eat and very close to the beach! OSA was helpful with little items we needed assistance with. Thank you Team OSA!

This was our third stay in the Ojochal area and our first time renting with Osa Property Management through Airbnb. The place itself was lovely, bigger than we expected and a great sized pool and garden! It was definitely good value for money and with a bit of extra love it would be perfect. Something to note is that the property is located close to road with more traffic than expected, so just bring some earplugs for early morning. The booking process is also a little more complicated than a typical Airbnb, so keep in mind that you will be required to do some extra pre-trip paperwork. Ojochal is a fantastic area and this is a great base to explore from!

This is our second time there and will definitely visit again soon. Everything here is beyond words and there is some different level of peace in this house.

My friends, family, and I all had a wonderful stay at this OSA property. It is hard to believe, but the property was more beautiful than the pictures. The property is at the top of the hill so you will definitely need a 4×4 vehicle, but it is very much worth the drive. Henry was very responsive and friendly. 10/10 recommend!

Our stay at Villa Tres Vistas was absolutely unforgettable. I traveled with my husband, my goddaughter, and her fiancé, and it truly felt like we had our own private slice of paradise. The views are breathtaking, overlooking Manuel Antonio National Park, Matapalo Beach, and the Pacific Ocean, with sunsets that honestly didn’t look real. This scenery will leave you feeling inspired and eager to experience it yourself.What made this place even more special was the wildlife. Every day felt like a nature show. We saw macaws flying overhead, parrots in the trees, and toucans perched nearby. There were tree frogs around the property, coatimundi wandering through, and iguanas soaking up the sun. Visiting during [dry season or specific months] can enhance wildlife sightings and outdoor experiences, making your trip even more memorable.We stayed in the pool every single day; it was just that perfect. Between the waterfall feature, the view, and the peaceful surroundings, it became our favorite place to relax. Evenings by the pool with the outdoor fireplace were just as amazing. To make the most of your stay, pack essentials like [sunscreen, insect repellent, and comfortable outdoor clothing], so you’re ready for both relaxing and exploring in nature.We also explored quite a bit while we were there. Nauyaca Waterfalls were breathtaking and definitely worth the trip. Visiting Manuel Antonio National Park is an absolute must; there’s nothing like it. We also went to Uvita Beach to see
