Es una casa ideal para relajarse y compartir en familia. Todas las áreas estaban muy limpias. Fácil acceso a playas y cataratas.

Cette propriété est exceptionnelle! Construction récente et moderne, cette maison offre tranquillité, intimité et une vue spectaculaire sur les montagnes, la mer et les couchers de soleil. Les équipements et accessoires fournis sont nombreux et de bonne qualité. Les photos ne rendent pas justice à la beauté de l’endroit. La maison est plus spacieuse qu’elle n’y paraît sur les photos. En pleine nature, on peut y voir et entendre une variété d’animaux. Le fait que la maison soit à un peu plus de 200 mètres d’altitude permet une atmosphère moins humide et lourde qu’en bord de mer. La piscine et la climatisation font aussi très bien le travail! L’emplacement est très bien pour un accès à plusieurs plages, rivières, cascades et autres activités à proximité. Une voiture (4×4!) est assez essentielle pour visiter aisément les environs. Les communications avec l’hôte sont rapides et efficaces. Un rapport qualité/prix difficile à battre que nous recommandons sans hésitation!

debes de contar con vehículo y así trasladarse por jaco con mayor facilidad , ya que esta a 20 min caminando de donde empieza la avenida de locales y restaurantes. excelente vistas y muy seguro, lo recomiendo para familias Response: Hola Marte! My husband and I stayed at this property for a week in April. The property is beautiful and will not disappoint. The local food options are amazing and Jeremy with Osa Property Management was wonderful. A week was not long enough – planning on a return trip in the future.

Great place to stay for outdoor adventures

We loved our stay at Heliconia hosted by Osa Properties. The house was clean, spacious and had a beautiful garden with a pool. We had hummingbirds visit daily. This location was easy to get to and very close to restaurants. There was delicious fruit waiting for us when we arrived. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Attentive and responsive host. Highly recommend.

Tres Villas was amazing. It was easy to find, but be sure to get a good 4×4. From the wildlife viewable from the room, to the three beaches you can see from the top of the mountain, this place was worth the drive. I wish we had more time there! Thank you

Una joya de casa, todo impecable, la casa olía super rico a nuestra llegada, la cocina súper equipada, nos dejaron frutas de cortesía y galleticas 💗 hubo un pequeño corte de agua en la comunidad y el host super amable sin ser su culpa nos envío agua para beber! La alberca se disfruta mucho, la casa tiene hasta juegos de mesa pars divertirse. Es un lugar ideal para desconectarse y está realmente cerca de las playas! Cuando volvamos a Costa Rica, nos quedaremos de nuevo acá! 100% recomendado!

A couple of my friends and I stayed here on our way down to the osa. Perfect location comfortable beds and super relaxing home highly recommend it.
