This is a very beautiful house in a fabulous location….
This is a very beautiful house in a fabulous location. The view is beautiful, the house is large and very comfortable.
Check in was challenging because they told us arrive at 3 PM at the management office, which we did, but no one was there for over an hour as they went with other people to check them in first and no one was left in the office. And it was raining hard. When we got in to the house eventually, the cleaners were still there for another 3 hours, so that was weird. They also returned unannounced while we were out to go into the place to drop off towels. Again, not bad, just odd and slightly unnerving.
That said, we loved our stay. The beds are super comfortable and the home was very clean. The pool was really nice too and the grounds are very well kept. The road to the house is treacherous though, so be prepared for a very steep incline on a rough road. A tough car is a must.

Therefore our cleaners had to wait until it was repaired. We are really sorry about that, but it was important we completed the home cleaning. I have no words for how fabulous this property is. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s a glass house and the view is constantly changing and never looked the same for the 8 days we stayed there.
Henry and Ronnie were amazing. Henry met us and got us settled. We had issues with our rent a car our first night (YOU NEED A 4×4) and Henry made a call and had groceries delivered us within the hour. Ronnie had our excursions booked and our itineraries ready with all the necessary details. All our excursions were safe, well organized and every guide we had was kind and knowledgable.
Check out was a breeze.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the property or Costa Rica. And OSA the best host!

This was a wonderful stay. The instructions are clear and precise. The house itself is huge, very comfortable, and the hilltop views are beautiful. The town is surprisingly suitable with lots to do. We were very close to Marino Ballena Park, and found the location close by. As with any place in Costa Rica, it is easy to get lost due to the absence of named roads and numbered places, and there are spots on the way that can be quite tricky driving conditions so, would highly recommend bringing a 4×4 vehicle. Communication with the host company was excellent, and special mention goes out to Maria Fernanda Zuñiga, she was great!

The interior of the house is truly beautiful, chic, elegant, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Inside, the property meets expectations and offers a pleasant atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the exterior did not reflect the same standard . The swimming pool was not properly cleaned, the outdoor terrace was dusty, in fact, I had to personally clean the outdoor terrace before use.
Overall, the interior has good potential, but outdoor cleanliness, outdoor furniture condition, and outdoor maintenance need improvement to meet the quality expected for this type of property. This might affect the overall experience, especially since the outdoor space is an important feature of the property.
We also requested to leave our luggage around noon, but this was not allowed, and only a paid early check-in was offered. While policies are understandable, a bit more flexibility and courtesy would have been appreciated.
