The minor problems we did have were fixed quickly by Osa Property Management. The water went out twice and was fixed within hours. The shower did not get very warm, but they knew that now! The house was clean and comfortable, the pool delightful and cleaned twice a week, and the air conditioning in the bedroom made comfortable sleeping possible. This is a perfect location to be able to reach the far SW of CR; car necessary. Pura Vida

The patio and pool was great. The showers and toilets had serious issues.
Ojochal is an up and coming area with a lot of developing going on. Unfortunately this property is located very close to the main avenue and there was a steady stream of construction vehicles.

Très belle maison, d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien située pour se reposer quelques jours. Tout le nécessaire est accessible à pied : restaurants, supérette, plage (payante, mais elle vaut le détour). La maison en est elle-même est vraiment très agréable, très bien équipée (il y a tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner) et la piscine est juste parfaite. On espère pouvoir y retourner un jour !

Short summary, pricy for what it is. Lovely quiet neighborhood. House is nice, but the pool is sore need of maintenance, as well as the AC units in the rooms. Lots of odds and ends just need maintenance throughout.

We had a great stay at Tico Tico villas! It was very comfortable and very close to everything the area had to offer.

The place was in a secluded area so I deff recommend renting a car and not driving at night since there is no street lights. The beach was not really a swimming beach more like a surfers beach which we could not enjoy . We were in constant communication with you (as you did not read the Guidebook) and addressed all of your issues. There is a street light right on the lot corner of the house, and we there is sensor lighting outside ensuring the property is always lit up, so I’m not sure why you would say there are no street lights or lighting. This property is absolutely gorgeous. The views are incredible. If you love nature and comfort, this is the place for you. You do need a 4X4 vehicle to get to the house. It’s a 2.2 km up hill on a dirt road. You will get escorted by someone from OSA, to the house. You won’t be able to find it on your own. I didn’t read the instructions correctly and I tried finding it on my own and ended up going to the end of the road. No cell service until you get to the house and connect to the internet.
