suite à une problématique de mon côté, j’ai canceller trop vite la propriété et même si c’était payer et que je me suis rendu au bureau de Osa Property, je n’ai pas pu retourner dans la maison même si celle ci n’était pas louer, déçu qu’il n’ont respecter l’entente de payement car j’avais déjà payer depuis longtemps et il m’ont dit que ce n’était pas remboursable. j’ai demander s’il y avait chaise longue pour l’extérieur et sans réponse et ceci depuis la première journée. mais très belle maison et bel entretien exterieur et piscine.

Para la temporada que los visite estaba bastante caro con respecto al costo y lugar. Pero con un buen precio es un lugar ideal.

Aside from the house being absolutely gorgeous, the customer service was also exceptional. We were greeted in person by Henry, who took the time to walk us through the house and personally explain things. First time this has ever happened with any house. It’s usually an impersonal email, with instructions.

They actually create a group chat on the WhatsApp and are available to you 24-7.

I highly recommend booking this house when visiting Puntarenas, Costa Rica.

Our stay was truly unforgettable. Set high in the mountains, the home offers breathtaking scenery with toucans and parrots and other wildlife adding a touch of magic to the serene mornings. The property itself is tastefully designed, with panoramic 360 degree views of the lush landscape and gorgeously landscaped grounds featuring artistically pruned shrubs and trees. Watching the sky transform into vibrant colors at twilight with the mountains and sparkling ocean as a backdrop was simply incredible. Inside, the house was spacious , pristine, thoughtfully decorated, and fully stocked with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. The expansive glass walls created a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors, allowing us to feel immersed in nature at every moment. Abigail from property management was exceptional — always in touch, ensuring we had the right guidance, and addressing every question promptly. Make sure that you have a 4X4 and I would advise checking in on time.

OSA property is the worst host ever
Me and my friends were stranded in Costa Rica bcz they refused to give us the keys to the house or even meet up. Poor communication, the owners are rude and very unprofessional I do not recommend anyone from the USA to stay at their property. We were forced to spend unnecessary money due to the fact that the property manager did not pick up a phone call when we get to the Airbnb on Monday. They are a con artists, they need to be removed from this app since they lie about everything.

Response:
Blessed did not arrive on time (over an hour past check-in time). Blessed did not rent a 4×4 vehicle. Blessed yelled and belittled our employees – using our employee’s phone so we met up with them. However, they didn’t have a vehicle that could make it to the home. We contacted Airbnb as our employees felt unsafe.

We enjoyed our stay at the BC South house very much. It was convenient to town and private at the same time. It was very clean. Fully stocked and excellent new condition.

This house is a little hidden gem. The place is rustic but we enjoyed that. However, it is a little worse for wear and needs some repairs. The house and property is very private. It is important to note that Ojochal is an up and coming place which means there is a lot of traffic including motorbikes which were very loud. There are some very nice restaurants near by. The property management company were fantastic, they responded quickly to our requests or questions and were super helpful when booking and organizing excursions.
