Our opinion can be summarized simply by the fact that on day two we were ready to book for next year!! The location is perfect. Being able to just go outside the gate to the ocean and beach was perfect! having the pool offered another great option. We managed a two week stay without a car. Every morning we walked to the Walmart store along the beach and back with what we needed. On days when we needed more it was easy to get a cab and with a generous tip it was $5. Juan Carlos can arrange excursions and trips to and from the airport. The house itself was well equipped and beautifully decorated. It truly had everything that you could want and more. The sunsets are truly spectacular. We can’t wait for next year!! Maybe we will see you there…..

This is a BEAUTIFUL home. The waterfall alone is worth booking this home. I do have several things I will share so others are aware. All minor issues, of course!! If you want to cook rather than go out, you will need to bring a fan! The stove and oven are gas, which produce a LOT of heat. There is no ceiling fan or a/c in the kitchen. Even with doors open, it was stifling by the time we were done, with even small meals. The bathroom in the hallway has the same issue. No fan or any way to circulate air. Even with a slightly warm (not hot) shower it was horribly hot. The gate and gate code box were not “talking” to each other during our stay, so we ended up having to push the gate open/shut anytime we left and arrived home. I will say there is quite a bit of road noise. With construction ongoing up the road, there was a constant flow of large trucks and loud motorcycles. I think this is really the only negative. Other than the minor things, our stay was perfect! Worth booking!!

Un alojamiento excepcional

A cute place in a residential area with all the amenities you needed. We had a car so the drive to Manuel Antonia was 20 minutes away. It was nice having AC in all the rooms as it was quite warm when we stayed. Thank you OSA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT for a great stay.

Excellent headquarters for our visit to Ojochal.

Peaceful jungle retreat with incredible nature. The home is private and surrounded by beautiful jungle—a bumpy 4×4 only driveway, safe but slow and steep climb common to this area. We loved relaxing in the pool, cooking fresh fish (Pescaderia Brisas Del Mar) , and listening to the sounds of nature. The location was perfect for exploring Manuel Antonio, Quepos, Dominical, Uvita, waterfalls, and stunning beaches. We saw monkeys and birds from the house. The private waterfall is beautiful and larger than we expected, but we only hiked down to it once because of biting flies. We should have put on bug spray before the hike. We would absolutely stay here again. One consideration for families with younger kids is that you have to go outside between upstairs and downstairs. A large toad and cicadas on the lighted outside stairs. For couples, we highly recommend booking a sunset dinner reservation at Le Papillon Restaurante. Lugar muy bonito, tranquilo y totalmente equipado.

Wir sind absolut begeistert von dieser Unterkunft – so etwas haben wir wirklich noch nie erlebt! Das Haus ist fast komplett aus Glas gebaut und bietet dadurch ein einmaliges Naturerlebnis, einzigartige Aussichten aus jedem Zimmer. Jeden Morgen konnten wir Tucans und Papageien beobachten, die direkt vor den Fenstern vorbeifliegen, während man die atemberaubende Aussicht genießt – wie aus einem James-Bond-Film. Die Ausstattung lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Besonders die hochwertige Musikanlage hat uns überrascht – so etwas findet man sonst in keinem Airbnb! Es war einfach perfekt, den Tag mit unserer Lieblingsmusik in dieser Kulisse zu starten oder ausklingen zu lassen. Auch das Management-Team war großartig: super freundlich, immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit – sogar bei der (Costa Rica typisch) steilen Auffahrt wurde uns persönlich der Weg gezeigt. Alles in allem eine 10/10-Erfahrung, die wir jederzeit wiederholen würden. Ein wahr gewordener Traum!

It was a beautiful location with a responsive team. The pool was cleaned regularly and sparkled. The biggest challenge was that the WiFi was spotty and made working remotely difficult.

The view is beautiful and the management super helpful- only aspect that did not work with the tv was not compatible to the American apps and needs updating
