This house was really nice, with 3 bedrooms and a nice little pool with a béatiful garden. Its well futnished and well taken care of, the only thing is that the roof in the master bedroom was leaking when its raining hard and i would double check the seal of the doors and windows because there were many mosquitos inside the house during the night. The service from Osa management was quick and efficient.

La casa está en un vecindario tranquilo cerca de la ruta 34 (Costanera) lo que permite movilizarse a distintas playas, restaurantes y comercios. El anfitrión siempre estuvo atento a nuestras inquietudes y nos brindo la asistencia necesaria para hacer de nuestra estadía un tiempo de descanso y disfrute 5 estrellas. Recomendada 100%

Bonita y muy amplia propiedad. Hosts contestan rápido y ambles.

It was a beautiful location with a responsive team. The pool was cleaned regularly and sparkled. The biggest challenge was that the WiFi was spotty and made working remotely difficult.

Schöne Lage im Jungel, wir konnten viele Tiere beobachten. Küchenutensilien waren etwas schmutzig. Im hinteren Zimmer im EG war der Geruch etwas muffig. Der Rest war sauber und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Response: Thank you for your review Andre. The property was beautiful. We were not prepared for how difficult it was to get to the property. I think the listing should explain it is a very difficult car ride it is. That made our travel and events much more limited. We also had a significant issue with the water supply, we had a whole day (the one day we all took a day of rest at the house) without water supply and it took all day to get it serviced. If one is looking for a staycation, it worked well but if you want to enjoy all that the area has to offer, I would recommend not getting this property.

Incredible spot! We (my husband and two boys) enjoyed the location of this airbnb so much. It allowed us to easily access the cute town of Dominical (the restaurants and shops were a walk / short drive away) but also allowed us to be off the main strip, which we loved! It was so it was peaceful and felt very safe.
Added bonus for us, there were horses across the street in a large pasture so that was an added bonus!
Amazing hosts, they had everything we needed and were quick to reply if ever needed. If you are wanting to stay in Domincal, I definitely recommend this spot!

Osa was responsive. The team was helpful before, during and after. However, we lost power in the property four times… and even though it is out of their control, for a vacation spot, it was disappointing. In addition to this problem, we weren’t allowed to make the best of our stay. Our neighbors complained of noise when my group was being the quietest and respectful. One of the neighbors literally showed up to the backyard where the pool is in the middle of the night to the tell us to lower the noise. Even though I understand that it is their neighborhood (and we want to be respectful), don’t put a house for AirBnb if the people staying can’t even use the space freely. For a vacation, this felt like we were lead on to stay in the house to sleep, and not really to use the amenities.

In addition to these, the fridge wasn’t working. It didn’t cool and it ruined our food. One of the Osa members dropped us at the house without electricity and just left us… in pitch black! Very disappointed

Great place to go with the family. The place is quiet and the view is excellent. Very accessible and there is a supermarket nearby.
