This was a great home with wildlife everywhere. Huge walls of glass overlooking the jungle and a great outdoor space to hear and see some animals/birds. About 5 minutes from Uvita and some restaurants, coffee shops. Definitely need a 4×4 but the drive is simple. Another great experience with Osa Property Management

Everything was just perfect, will definitely stay again. Close to all beaches, ease of access, even for walking in the surroundings . Kitchen has everything you need and more.

Great home. Walkable to a few good restaurants and the beach. Construction next door took away from the daytime relaxation. They were metal framing the entire stay but we found ways to work around it.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits exceptionnelles. Tout était très propre, le lit est très grand et très confortable. La piscine est idéale et la vue à couper le souffle, on voit directement les vagues qui se jettent sur le sable et on est bercé par le bruit des vagues. Nous avions eu un souci de nid de guêpes et Osa Property a réglé notre souci en seulement quelques heures. Ils sont très réactifs et à l’écoute. Nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour cette appartement. La casa es igual a las fotos, completamente equipada, sumamente limpia. La vista es espectacular. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. Es aislada, 0 vecinos o molestias.
LO MALO es estas pagando una suma de dinero GRANDE por fuera te hacen pagar 45 dólares o que te hagan un cargo de 500 dólares por “accidentes ” ya estas pagando por medio de Airbnb
El “tour” o indicaciones de la casa dejaron más que desear, el anfitrión no sabía muchas cosas de la casa.
El acceso desde la casa es como 20 minutos en carro, calle de lastre
La comunicación con el anfitrión dejó más que desear, pedí varias veces un número de teléfono para mejor comunicación y nada hasta la hora llegada y yo no sabia si era real o que con mi reservacion.
Fuimos comprensivos por cualquier tardanza del guía a la casa pero como llegamos 3min después de las 8 debido a la calle y que ya se había acordado con el agente algún atraso aún nos quería cobrar $50 dólares MÁS.

Nous avons passé un sejour de rêve en famille dans cette maison qui est encore plus belle que sur les photos. L’emplacement, le calme, la luminosité, le confort, le service … Tout était parfait! Merci!

Le logement est exactement comme décrit dans l’annonce. Il est certes localisé dans un endroit accessible uniquement en voiture mais cela rend l’endroit très calme et privé. La vue est époustouflante et le logement est très bien équipé. Osa Property est réactif, donne des instructions claires et répond à toutes les questions/demandes. Je conseille vivement ce logement et y reviendrai si j’en ai l’occasion. Merci !! 🙂

The house is very modern, clean, and has everything you need to cook and relax by the pool. The location is good as well, you can walk to a beautiful beach with mild but fun waves. And it isn’t busy at all, there wasn’t anyone there but us when we arrived at 8:00am. You walk by a few places on the way, a small supermarket, a few restaurants, and a great ice cream place with the nicest older lady that runs it. A bit of Spanish will help a lot, but everyone we came across was patient with my bad Spanish. The beach does cost about $6 per adult (kids free) and they only take credit card. We didn’t know this the first time we went down. A Mexican restaurant (La Choza De Alejo) is pretty much next door and is delicious. Check in was easy, the property managers were kind. It is an easy couple minute drive to all the other restaurants in Uvita.

The only bad thing was that we had a few issues. Some were resolved quickly, which I appreciated. But there was a smell coming from the drains and many mosquitoes inside the house. We kept doors closed all day to try to prevent it, and killed many, but they were still multiplying, perhaps coming from backed up sewer drains? I let the property managers know and hopefully they will address this issue because otherwise it was great. Bring bug spray just in case!
