House and property exactly as described. Worked great for us and the location. Only problem we had was lack of hot water in mornings..
We arrived late but Jeremy gave us the info required.

Beautiful house with exceptional views. Kitchen well equipped for all our needs. Even had beach towels and beach chairs which came in very handy as well as a secured lock room to secure all our belongings. House was very clean and beds were very comfortable.

The only issue we faced was late arrival. Jaguar Management clearly states not to arrive after 8pm and unforrunately we did. We travelled early morming from Canada and arrived at San Jose by 1:30pm. After clearing customs (1hour), picking up rental car (1hour), getting out of San Jose (45 min) and driving for 3.5+ hours and stopping for a quick bite to eat, we didnt make it by 8pm. Jaguar sent us some pictues of where to turn, plus we had their directions but still couldn’t find the house after hours of driving around in the dark. We gave up at 1:30am and drove back to Uvita to find another place to sleep for the night. Luckily, we met someone who had a friend that owned a hostel. By 2:30am we were finally settled in for the night. A long day indeed. We were shown the way to the house the next morning.

Word of caution, if you think you may arrive after 8pm then dont stay here your first night because its extremely hard to find by yourself in the dark.

Hello Teresa, we are so glad you loved your stay at beautiful Casa Sea Esta in the charming town of Ojochal. There is so much to do and see in our area!! We have dozens of tours for adventurers and those who just want to chill, tons of nature activities, pristine beaches and waterfalls, and have many excellent restaurants close by. Yes, we explain our meeting time policy in our Welcome Email (sent at the time of booking), and again in our Meeting Email (sent just prior to arrival). Your flight arrived at 1:30pm. Most guests arrive 5.5 -6 hours later after customs, getting the rental car, stopping to get a bite to eat and grocery shopping. That should have put you in our area around 7:30pm. At 9:45pm you messaged us to say “we’re on our way” and assured us you could find the house because you had stayed in our area numerous time before. This was against our advice to please stay the night somewhere en route, so you could arrive safe and refreshed early the next morning. We drove to the house to turn on lights and fans for you, and sent you a photo of each of the five turn-offs leading to the house, with a GPS/Google Map/WhatsApp location of each turn off, and also at the home. Unfortunately we were asleep when you finally arrived in Ojochal at 11pm, as we had to meet a guest for check out very early the next day. We feel so badly that you got lost…we did everything possible to prevent this from happening. This is why we meet our guests in town, and always escort them to the property so they are not stressed out, or get lost as you did. We hope you return soon to see us again in Paradise. Casa Big Sky is advertised as having ocean view, well, it doesn’t have. It is advertised being a five minute walk from the beach, count for 10-15
It is located directly at the road, therefore noisy
All the rest is perfect, interior design, equipment of the kitchen, very clean and very friendly local staff

We enjoyed an incredible stay in Savegre, Osa and Moira were always very responsive for questions regarding the property. The property itself is as amazing as it looks in the pictures, and the pool was spectacular for us and the kids – the shallow side was perfect for our toddlers to jump around in while us and the big kids swam in the deep end (4.5ft, and we were so glad for it, my wife was able to reach!). The drive in absolutely needs a 4×4, and the property manager rightly emphasized it to us before the trip. We had no issues though with getting in and out, even during heavy rains. We were very thankful for the generator they had on the property during a storm. We came during the rainy season, but every morning and early afternoon was dry and perfect for swimming. All in all, we would stay in this property again, it was a delight and made the perfect location for our 2 familes to stay in – the casita was just as amazing. Minor note, check the Blackstone fuel tank connections.

We had a great time. We traveled as 2 couples. The home is newly built and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We saw lots of birds and enjoyed the jungle sounds around us day and night. The view from the pool was incredible. The management company responded almost immediately when we had questions. We stayed at the villa for three nights and had the best time ever. The property and the house truly are even more beautiful than on the pictures.
The house has everything you need and more and the view is breathtaking. We will definitely be coming back.

Muy privado, con una vista increíble a las montañas.
La piscina es súper agradable y la mantienen muy limpia.
Excelente opción para ir con mascotas, pues tienen muchísimo campo para olfatear y jugar.
Tomar en consideración que es necesario manejar al menos 10 o 15 min para llegar a alguna playa (característico de la zona).
El único comentario negativo, es que los gallos de los vecinos cantan toooda la noche y madrugada jaja. Si usted tiene un sueño ligero, le sugiero llevar taponcitos para los oídos 😉

The house was absolutely beautiful with unbelievable views of the mountains and the ocean. Gary, the concierge for the house, made our stay epic! Gary made all our reservations for the private excursions we requested to go on with the absolute best guides as well as made recommendations and reservations for restaurants, he checked in with us daily, was on call at anytime we had questions or needed assistance, he truly made our trip an exceptional one, and we made a friend in Costa Rica. I encourage anyone that stays in this home to tap into Gary, he is warm and friendly and super knowledgeable of the area and will have your best interest at heart.
