Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété. La maison est vraiment magnifique, très bien située à proximité d’Ojochal et de l’océan, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de la région tout en étant dans un cadre paisible. La vue est tout simplement superbe, et l’endroit offre une belle intimité, idéal pour se détendre et décrocher complètement. On entend légèrement le bruit de la route en contrebas, mais cela reste tout à fait raisonnable et n’a en rien gâché notre expérience. Le descriptif de la maison est fidèle à 100 % à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place, ce qui est très appréciable. Note : un véhicule 4×4 est vraiment nécessaire pour accéder à la propriété, mais cela fait aussi partie du charme et garantit la tranquillité du lieu. Nicely situated near civilization, but off the main drag. Well appointed for the price point. Already booked another week!

El condominio es muy bonito y seguro, tiene todas las comodidades que necesitamos como familia con niños. Tiene a disposición electrodomésticos de todo tipo, una cocina muy bien equipada. Nos gustó que tuvieran a disposición juegos de mesa para los chicos. La ubicación es perfecta porque está frente al club de playa por lo que pudimos ir caminando. Muy cerca hay restaurantes sin embargo son sumamente caros pero saliendo hacia playa Herradura hay restaurantes frente al mar que vale mucho la pena visitar por su calidad y precio. Nos gustó mucho, volveremos…

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus in Uvita, Costa Rica. Das Haus ist super groß und sehr geräumig, mit besonders hohen Decken im Wohnzimmer, die ein tolles Raumgefühl schaffen. Alles wurde wirklich gut ausgewählt und wirkt hochwertig. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet – es fehlt an nichts, sogar ein Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht 😃 Auch die Außenlage mit dem privaten Pool ist wunderschön, ruhig und zum Entspannen. Man fühlt sich hier jederzeit sicher, und auch die Straße, in der das Haus liegt, ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Insgesamt war einfach alles perfekt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Muy linda casa, muy bien equipada, super aseada y cerca de playas, restaurantes y supermercado.

The property was perfect. It had everything we needed. Including a french press and a juicer. The view with the jungle and ocean was breathtaking. We were close to the beach to watch the most amazing sunsets. The surrounding area had lots to explore. You could walk to a cafe for breakfast and the beach. To top it all off, the host was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring our comfort. They went above and beyond, providing thoughtful touches and responding promptly to any questions we had. Instructions to get to the property were sent ahead of time and very detailed with pictures. If you’re looking for a getaway that combines stunning views, a natural haven for birdwatching, and outstanding hospitality, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

It has a great location, close to beaches and stores 🙂 the host is very kind and welcoming! We had a great time during our stay.

We have rented a lot of vacation homes in many countries and this home, and its location is an experience within itself one of the best homes I have ever rented. If i could give six or seven stars I would, simply an experience my entire family will not forget. Would love to return to Costa Rica and stay in this home again.
