Featured Costa Rica Vacation Rentals

I want to thank you for rentiing this home, it was truly a blessing. We were previously going to stay somewhere else but more family decided to join the group last minjte and we needed a big home. This was perfect!! It is a very nice home with all accomodations including the private massage room! What an extra! Everythin from a nice scenery in the front yard and swimming pool, to Mcaws flying up above, was the true Costa Rican experience. The host was very responsive to anything I needed fairly quickly and you could walk a very short distance to get some food. We will definitely rent this home again if it rises to the ocassion.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is located in a relatively remote location, which is ideal if you want a place with plenty of privacy. Also, the house is impeccably clean and fully furnished. We enjoyed hearing and watching birds surrounding the house, and there is a beautiful view of the rivers and ocean. Since day one, the host was exceptionally kind. We look forward to coming back.

Nice house which is away from the crowded Quepos and Manuel Antonio. For the price we paid it was well worth it.

Lovey place . It’s a new build with a lovely view . Blinds would help as the sun makes the rooms very hot . The house is well equipped and we had a very comfortable stay . Thank you !

This house was really nice, with 3 bedrooms and a nice little pool with a béatiful garden. Its well futnished and well taken care of, the only thing is that the roof in the master bedroom was leaking when its raining hard and i would double check the seal of the doors and windows because there were many mosquitos inside the house during the night. The service from Osa management was quick and efficient.

Home was clean and tidy and equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. I still can’t get used to not flushing toilet paper, but this is not the only property where that is not allowed. I wish property owners would install/upgrade their plumbing to allow for flushing of used toilet paper, as I feel it very unsanitary to have soiled TP in the bathroom during a visit. My only other issue with this property is the check-in process was a bit cumbersome. We did not get check-in details until after our check-in time (3:00PM), but the problem was that we arrived a few minutes early to the property and the property manager communicates through WhatsApp (no WiFi or internet service at the property location). So, in order to get the check-in information, we had to drive several miles down the road to get cell service to be able to communicate with the property manager via WhatsApp, and then drive back to the property to access the house. It would have been nice to already have the check-in information (or at least the WiFi info to be able to communicate with the property manager upon arrival) before driving outside of cell service. Other than the above, this rental was good and we would consider staying again in the future.

Regarding the plumbing: that is an issue for the entire country, as Costa Rica does not currently have waste water treatment plants for homes to connect into. Hopefully that didn’t impact your rating that you gave us, as that is entirely out of the control of any property owner in the entire region. In regards to the check in process: You were provided with the check-in instructions via the digital guidebook link on September 30th – almost 6 weeks in advance. On October 1st you acknowledged that you had received all of the information. You wrote back “Perfecto! Appreciate the information.” That information clearly stated to you the check-in and arrival process. On November 10, the day of arrival, we sent a note to you at 7:48 am confirming the information and map location. Again, we’re sorry we weren’t clearer but we were under the assumption it was understood by your comments. Pura vida! Osa Property Management
