This house is very very hard to get to. We had a 4×4 van and still couldn’t make it to the house. The road is a nightmare at night or in bad weather. Do yourself a favor and skip this house trust me. It absolutely destroyed are vacation . If you have kids prepare for screaming and crying.

The house was excellent. Everything we expected. Had our own personal tucan. Need a 4×4 on final stretch which we knew in advance.

Wow!!!! This home is stunning!!! The house had a view from every room. The house is exactly like the pictures… except better. Very private with beautiful ocean views. Great for morning sunrise while watching the birds. The Toucans hung out in the trees each morning while I had coffee. The management group was above and beyond all my expectations. Gary Cerdas was our concierge, he truly is top notch. He helped us book all our excursions, gave videos on how to get to the house, recommended the best eating establishments etc. thank you so much Gary for making our trip so memorable. It was just my husband and I on this trip but the house is set up for 3 couples to each of their own beautiful room and private bath. We will be back! On top of all that, the bed, pillows, and bedding were super comfortable. Loved everything!!!!

We were only there for a few days but could have easily stayed for two weeks. Very luxurious and modern with beautiful wood cabinets and furniture. Awesome 40’ pool. Awesome sunset view over the ocean. Abundant wildlife with Pezotes, Toucans, scarlet Macaws, huge grasshoppers, and lots of beautiful butterflies – including blue Morphos. Airco in the bedrooms works great, large and very clean showers. One night the water to the neighborhood was Interrupted and within half an hour the property management had someone at the house to check it out. They called the water company and the water came back before the end of the evening.

Très paisible intime avec la cours arrière complètement fermer des voisins à quelque minute de voiture de très bon restaurants et les plages pour le surf.

This house is AMAZING! The looks are NOT at all deceiving. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get.

Aside from the house being absolutely gorgeous, the customer service was also exceptional. We were greeted in person by Henry, who took the time to walk us through the house and personally explain things. First time this has ever happened with any house. It’s usually an impersonal email, with instructions.

They actually create a group chat on the WhatsApp and are available to you 24-7.

I highly recommend booking this house when visiting Puntarenas, Costa Rica.

We faced an unexpected situation in which the house we were expected to be staying in was sold a couple of weeks before the arrival date. Fortunately, OPM was able to find us to provide us a solution by finding a new accommodation that met our expectations. It was a bit far from our intended location but this is understandable as this situation happened at the last minute. The villa at Ocotal is spaceaous, confortable and well equiped. Check in/out process was smooth and the communication with OPM was good. Totally recommend OPM for future rentals.

Great place to stay, very clean and safe. With a great kitchen for cooking, lovely swimming pool and great bathrooms. Easily walkable to the beach. Good for families, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us!

Nous avons vécu une mauvaise expérience dans ce logement Dès notre arrivée on nous indique que malheureusement il n’y a pas de wifi dû à une coupure d’électricité . On accepte car cela peut arriver Le lendemain coupure générale d’électricité et d’eau jusqu’à notre départ du lendemain ! Nous n’avons donc pas pu nous laver , faire chauffer quoi que ce soit , ni aller aux toilettes car plus d’eau dans la chasse d’eau et tout ça dans le noir …. Malgré notre demande de dédommagement d’une nuit et cela depuis 15 jours , nous n’avons eu aucune réponse à cette demande Même si la coupure d’eau et d’électricité n’est pas imputable à l’hôte, ce n’est pas notre faute non plus … Pas professionnel du tout
