We were very pleased with this property. The place was well equipped and had everything we needed for our time there.
Short walk to Dominical beach and maybe a kilometre walk to all the restaurants in the Main Street. The area was very friendly and we will definitely be back to Dominical.

Firstly, this villa is absolutely jaw-dropping. My wedding group and I were on cloud 9 the whole time we were at the villa. OSA property management team were very prompt and friendly with any needs we had. Our house keeping woman was extremely sweet and thorough. But we cannot get enough of the stunning views and the amazing hospitality we received. We will definitely be coming back. Somehow this villa is even better than the pictures and the pictures are pretty great. Just know you need a 4×4 vehicle to get into the villa and you are set! Worth the trip to stay here 🙂 thank you OSA property management! The property management team set us up with everything (vehicles, massages, excursions, chef etc.). If you ever want to feel like a king or queen, this place will make you feel that way the entirety of your trip! Staying at this property was like living inside of your best dream of a tropical paradise! Pura Vida 🏝️🌊🏄🏻‍♂️

This was our favorite home we have ever stayed at. It is at the end of a quiet street with open fields and horses and other homes. The street was nice to walk at sunrise, we saw a family of green parrots and other beautiful birds. It is also very close to everything in Uvita. The beaches and restaurants all seemed to be 5-10 minutes away. The layout of the home is great and it’s just a beautiful home. We enjoyed sunsets at the pool which was so private and quiet. The landscaping is excellent, the home is gated all around, but you don’t feel closed in. Greenery surrounds you. We didn’t feel like it needed to be gated, it’s a very quiet neighborhood, but it made it nice and secluded. Also, the star gazing on the pool deck is amazing at night. We saw just about every constellation. The home was immaculate and management was very responsive via text. We had one minor issue with a cabinet door and they sent someone out immediately. The beds are on the very firm side, but we seemed to get used to that. Also, the exterior gate is controlled by a button inside the house. So, one person needs to pull the car out and one person needs to hit the gate button by the front door and walk out. I wish they had a button you could hit from your car, but we got used to the procedure.

Excellent place to stay

Our thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful villa with us for three weeks. The layout with a main master bedroom and two offices suited our work-vacation style perfectly. If we had had other guests, the two separate bedrooms would have been an ideal configuration. The pool was the highlight, however, as the hours we spent there were a great health bonus. The landscaping is lovely and the house was very clean upon arrival. And, it is easy to keep clean. Special thanks to Osa Property Management who were very responsive in addressing any small matters (we can always expect on a longer stay that there will be small issues), and the staff were always helpful with information. We enjoyed the many restaurants of Ojochal and the early morning calls of the howlers. Casa Rosa Blanca would be our choice for our next visit, and hope to be back soon.

The place was great! We had a few small hiccups but that’s Costa Rica and the management was on top of everything and very responsive! We loved the privacy and the pool and the covered seating are. Also had a daily visitor cat that was fun to visit with and a sweetheart! It was nice to have the security gate. They helped us book a private chef Ronny that was amazing! I highly recommend him and his wife! I also highly recommend staying here. It was truly a sanctuary!

Gorgeous views and your own personal zoo! You will not be sorry. The rooms are large and comfortable. Many of them had little kitchenettes with mini fridges. The patios and balconies all had fantastic views. Be aware that The swimming pool and jacuzzi disappointingly are not heated. And the main living room, dining and kitchen are not cooled. Also know that the home has many many steps up and down just to get into the home and then up or down to your rooms, patios and pool areas. You will definitely see animals! Monkeys, sloths, toucans and parrots were there everyday. We ran out at sunrise and sunset each day to see our animals and it was so exciting to come home and unwind knowing this. Make sure to wear bug spray on your exposed areas lol. We found ourselves being nibbled on by who knows what just walking around in the jungle but never really seeing what they were. This is for Costa Rica in general. We also asked and were given the what’s app link to a personal delivery service who picked up groceries or meals for us so we didn’t have to leave the house. But if you do, everything you could need was just minutes away. Make sure to watch the sunsets from the bedroom at the very top! Oh also there’s no dryer but there is a washer. In a house this big we expected this. The driveway up the mountain to the house was scary at first. Try to come in the daytime the first time you come. It is steeply pitched, has sharp turns, uneven pavement and not good signage. Make sure your phones are on Google maps and Waze. But even then, know that the directions fall short to get to the house. You will go over a tiny bridge and just continue to head up. At night you will not see this very well. A 4×4 is REQUIRED! But let me assure you it all adds to your adventure… this home and the experience you will leave with are both ONE OF A KIND! We will be back!

We had a great stay, overall. The views from the house are beautiful and the surrounding nature is a real highlight. We saw toucans, scarlet macaws, and monkeys during our stay. The house is comfortable and spacious. We appreciated having separate toweled for the beach and pool, as well as bathrooms equipped with shampoo and shower gel. The kitchen is well equipped and the BBQ was super nice. We also made great use of the ice machine in the ranch. One area of improvement would be adding an a/c in the main dining area/kitchen quite gets quite stuffy even with the doors and windows open. Overall, our stay at this property was great with a very nice view and strong amenities.
