Really beautiful home and property tucked away in the forest. Easy roads and great directions up to the house. The home is absolutely beautiful, truly serene. Very responsive hosts. Would love to come back!

Location: on the Pacific Ocean side in the hills of portal on. House is perfectly surrounded by nature providing wonderful views of both the sunrise and sunset. The scenery is absolutely stunning. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms making the space suitable for groups up to 6. The house provides plenty of privacy while offering plenty of areas to gather. One of my favorite community spaces in the house is the indoor out door breakfast bar perfectly placed between the kitchen and front patio. Additionally, I believe the office nook is the most overlooked yet vital asset during my stay.

It’s the perfect villa for an intimate family vacation, a couples’s group trip, a business or wellness retreat, or even a content creation trip like my own. The staff is wonderful; Ronny is the property manager who welcomed me upon arrival. He was very pleasant and attentive to detail, and handled all my requests with grace.

What a beautiful, magical place! We had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend it. We were 2 couples with 3 small kids who enjoyed the pool, nearby beaches and towns, wildlife (monkeys! lizards! birds! big bugs!), and sunset swims and dinners. A couple of things to note which we didn’t expect: the power does go out pretty often, which is common for the area. Only once it went out at night for 10 hours which was tough with the heat. There is only A/C in the bedrooms so the main level does get very hot during the day. As other reviews mentioned, you have use the steep-ish outside stairs to get between floors. Not a big deal, but a slight inconvenience sometimes. The road to the property does require 4×4 but was not an issue for us going in and out, we liked it! The waterfall hike is awesome but challenging with kids (steep). House is beautiful and clean with no bugs inside at all. Overall we had a fantastic, memorable stay and would love to come back again! The property was beautiful. We were not prepared for how difficult it was to get to the property. I think the listing should explain it is a very difficult car ride it is. That made our travel and events much more limited. We also had a significant issue with the water supply, we had a whole day (the one day we all took a day of rest at the house) without water supply and it took all day to get it serviced. If one is looking for a staycation, it worked well but if you want to enjoy all that the area has to offer, I would recommend not getting this property.

The location of this place is amazing. We loved it so much much–the pool, the waterfall, the well appointed bathrooms, etc. We had a slight issue the power and the AC, but the host was so responsive and helpful–which was the perfect way to handle it. My family of 5 (adults and 3 kids) stayed at this beautiful home for 10 days and it truly was amazing! I don’t know that you will find better views. From many rooms and balconies- the views are stunning. We seen a lot of wildlife during our stay- a sloth that was there most days, monkeys, and all kinds of birds. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a chef come a few nights and also cooked ourselves and had everything we needed. The pool! Wow, definitely one of the favorite things about the home. We used it daily and it overlooks the ocean and mountains. There were many restaurants and excursions close and easy to get to near by which was a plus. But lastly, the concierge team is awesome!!! They were so helpful before our stay by helping me book flights, a driver, excursions, etc. any and everything you need and also during our trip. I was very thankful for them, they made vacation easier. Definitely recommend this home- you will not want to leave.

This was a great location for all the activities we had planned for Manuel Antonio area. We loved the lush grounds and were treated by a visit by monkeys visiting us around the pool in late afternoon. The hosts and staff were great. Highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus in Uvita, Costa Rica. Das Haus ist super groß und sehr geräumig, mit besonders hohen Decken im Wohnzimmer, die ein tolles Raumgefühl schaffen. Alles wurde wirklich gut ausgewählt und wirkt hochwertig. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet – es fehlt an nichts, sogar ein Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht 😃 Auch die Außenlage mit dem privaten Pool ist wunderschön, ruhig und zum Entspannen. Man fühlt sich hier jederzeit sicher, und auch die Straße, in der das Haus liegt, ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Insgesamt war einfach alles perfekt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Everyone on the OSA property was very accommodating. The pictures honestly doesn’t do this property justice. It was so pretty and spacious. Everyone had their own bathrooms and private quarters. We were accompanied by our lizard friends and beautiful birds. This spot is perfect for fellow nature lovers. I’d def stay here again.
