We loved the house from the moment we arrived.
It is centrally located in Uvita. You can walk to the beach and many eating establishments. We loved Carlitos. Awesome margaritas! Strong and delicious! Also the Le French Café. Lovely breakfasts and lunches. And I believe soon they will be opened for dinner! Check out Gusto up the mountain for sunset and great Italian food. The couple moved from near Tuscany. Home made pastas.
Now back to the accommodations. We absolutely loved the pool. It was just cool enough to cool off and warm enough to walk right in. My favourite spot to hangout. We weren’t there for vacation, my husband was working every day. It has a great outdoor space for him to work and excellent wifi
Things they need to do better. The kitchen needs a few more utensils, but in all fairness this was a brand new Airbnb and it is still getting established. We felt safe and enjoyed the privacy of this house. When you book here you will love your stay. We did!!!

The house was clean and so comfortable. Location was perfect! From the moment we arrived to the end of our stay was wonderful. So much to do and experience in the surrounding area. We will definitely be back to stay at Casa De Pastores!

Es war alles super. Das Haus war riesig und wir hatten einen toll. Garten mit bbq Bereich. Wir können das Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen .

Nicely situated near civilization, but off the main drag. Well appointed for the price point. Already booked another week!

Although you had to drive for all amenities, the home was very good value. Air conditioned only in bedrooms, but with the pool only steps away it was not too much of an issue

Great place with an absolutely amazing view! Sunset is spectacular with a local sloth mom and her baby in a tree in the yard every morning, and all manner of monkeys, Toucans, and tropical birds in the trees.. The management company was super responsive and helpful. Definitely will be back.

We really have a great time at Quepos Villas Tranquilas. The Property Manager was really nice and detailed with our needs. Great place to stay and rest.

Osa property management were amazing. Checked on us regularly and so responsive to text messaging. The house was well equipped with yoga mat, cooler, beach chairs. Pool was so clean and amazing to have after a hot day or first thing in the morning. Kitchen was also clean and well equipped. Although you can’t see the neighbours, you can hear them and the dogs were annoying. Osa was great and offered to try to get a hold of neighbours. AC is only available jn the bedroom; the living and kitchen area are screen closure only, no walls. It can get quite hot in there. The road is really rough but you get used to it after a couple days. I would definitely return here. Great restaurants and excellent grocery store at the entrance of the area and very competitive prices to other grocery shops. Our favorite spots were Playa Hermosa, Cascada El Pavón, and Parque National Marino Ballena is a must see.

The place was very quaint, many Great restaurants near buy, spent time in joying the ocean at two different locations. Beautiful, warm and enjoyable. The property pool could have been heated. But still was refreshing. Waking up to the birds and roosters was quit enjoyable. The tacos were very friendly, never felt threatened or scared. Some of the off roads adventure were very interesting… mush rent a 4 wheel drive Vehicle. Enjoy Ojochal..
