Our experience at Casa Loros Rojos was undoubtedly perfect. Since the house is located in a very quiet place, close to everything (beach, supermarkets, restaurants, main road, etc.) as well as easy access for any type of car. The song of the birds all day is magnificent, the pool is perfect for the place, the house is fully equipped, everything new and in excellent condition, a really pleasant stay full of comfort and tranquility Ideal to relax. I don’t have a negative opinion about Casa Loros Rojos, it was just perfect.

Nos encantó. Tiene una vista muy bonita al mar. La casa es muy linda y está súper equipada. Estuvieron muy atentos a ayudarnos en lo que fuese necesario. Estamos deseando volver!

We faced an unexpected situation in which the house we were expected to be staying in was sold a couple of weeks before the arrival date. Fortunately, OPM was able to find us to provide us a solution by finding a new accommodation that met our expectations. It was a bit far from our intended location but this is understandable as this situation happened at the last minute. The villa at Ocotal is spaceaous, confortable and well equiped. Check in/out process was smooth and the communication with OPM was good. Totally recommend OPM for future rentals.

We are never disappointed when we stay in Costa Rica especially when we are so well looked after by Tom and Christine. This is our first stay at Casa Sea Esta and it was marvelous! The view is the first thing we were amazed about when we arrived. Everything you would need is there – clean and well organized. We had absolutely no issues the entire time we were there. Tom and Christine even checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this villa to anyone! Susan and Bruce

La casa es grande, bien ubicada, y está bien por el precio. Sólo requiere un poquito de cuidado en areas de piscina.

I enjoyed my stay at Villa Peace. The manager team were amazing.

LOVED the property! It’s a beautiful home w wonderful views. The pool, outdoor kitchen, and balconies were amazing. There’s a nice outdoor bathroom that was very convenient while we were relaxing at the pool. We felt safe. There’s a lovely neighbor dog who liked to come visit us in the mornings & enjoyed taking a dip in the pool. The monkeys & birds woke us up every morning at 6a. Huge bugs! We loved it all! Only a couple small issues – upon arrival the lockbox code we were given didn’t work. Management was pretty quick to respond and gave us another code to try, which worked. The other problem was that the WiFi in the casita didn’t work at all during our stay, and the AC & fan didn’t work for the first 2 nights. Management was responsive, but things took a bit of time & we never did get the WiFi. I suggested they put a tall step ladder in the casita. We weren’t able to reach the fan switches, so we brought a step stool down from the main home. We recommend the home.

Très belle villa, nous avions même des essuis de piscine. Nous avons pu laver notre linge et le sécher (qui était trempé car nous sommes passé par La Fortuna). Nous avions des sacs poubelles de rechange, papiers toilette, gel touche et shampoing, liquide vaisselle et même des pastilles de lave vaisselle. Le maxi palli était accessible à pieds. le rêve. Nous étions à 5 ou 10 min d’un parc Marino Ballena et de la plage d’Uvita. le resto Tex-mex en face était très bon. Endroit idéal.
