Vi bodde i dette huset den siste uken av vårt 3 ukers opphold i Costa Rica. Det var den perfekte plassen å slappe helt av på før hjemreise. Huset var vakkert og utsikten enestående! Masse håndklær og fersk frukt ved ankomst. Barna elsket bassenget! Vi handlet på mini markedet rett nedenfor huset ved behov. Et stort og bra supermarked ved Dominical. Vi hadde en fantastisk opplevelse ved Burgerplassen i nærheten av huset (ned bakken og 2 min kjøring til høyre). Vi drømmer oss tilbake til disse magiske dagene av vår ferie! Merk at man må gå ut av hoveddøren og ned en trapp for to av soverommene. Takk for oss!
Beautiful place
Beautiful house with exceptional views. Kitchen well equipped for all our needs. Even had beach towels and beach chairs which came in very handy as well as a secured lock room to secure all our belongings. House was very clean and beds were very comfortable.
The only issue we faced was late arrival. Jaguar Management clearly states not to arrive after 8pm and unforrunately we did. We travelled early morming from Canada and arrived at San Jose by 1:30pm. After clearing customs (1hour), picking up rental car (1hour), getting out of San Jose (45 min) and driving for 3.5+ hours and stopping for a quick bite to eat, we didnt make it by 8pm. Jaguar sent us some pictues of where to turn, plus we had their directions but still couldn’t find the house after hours of driving around in the dark. We gave up at 1:30am and drove back to Uvita to find another place to sleep for the night. Luckily, we met someone who had a friend that owned a hostel. By 2:30am we were finally settled in for the night. A long day indeed. We were shown the way to the house the next morning.
Word of caution, if you think you may arrive after 8pm then dont stay here your first night because its extremely hard to find by yourself in the dark.

Hello Teresa, we are so glad you loved your stay at beautiful Casa Sea Esta in the charming town of Ojochal. There is so much to do and see in our area!! We have dozens of tours for adventurers and those who just want to chill, tons of nature activities, pristine beaches and waterfalls, and have many excellent restaurants close by. Yes, we explain our meeting time policy in our Welcome Email (sent at the time of booking), and again in our Meeting Email (sent just prior to arrival). Your flight arrived at 1:30pm. Most guests arrive 5.5 -6 hours later after customs, getting the rental car, stopping to get a bite to eat and grocery shopping. That should have put you in our area around 7:30pm. At 9:45pm you messaged us to say “we’re on our way” and assured us you could find the house because you had stayed in our area numerous time before. This was against our advice to please stay the night somewhere en route, so you could arrive safe and refreshed early the next morning. We drove to the house to turn on lights and fans for you, and sent you a photo of each of the five turn-offs leading to the house, with a GPS/Google Map/WhatsApp location of each turn off, and also at the home. Unfortunately we were asleep when you finally arrived in Ojochal at 11pm, as we had to meet a guest for check out very early the next day. We feel so badly that you got lost…we did everything possible to prevent this from happening. This is why we meet our guests in town, and always escort them to the property so they are not stressed out, or get lost as you did. We hope you return soon to see us again in Paradise. Beautiful new villa in a quiet neighborhood, close to ocean and mountains.
This property had everything I expected. It is clean, spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. I love watching the sunrise and listening to the wildlife while drinking my coffee by the pool in the mornings. This property is a short walk to the mountains and creeks where I saw the most beautiful butterflies. I enjoyed visiting the Organic Coffee Shop that was within walking distance, as well. I would highly recommend this property for your next getaway.

This place was so amazing to stay in. The best part for us was that the whole time you can hear the bugs, birds, and rain outside which adds to the whole experience. The swimming pool was so nice to swim in and the whole house was great.

El lugar es precioso!! Nuestra estadía fue increíble, el lugar tal y como se describe, las fotos no le hacen justicia. La unidad 1 tiene todo lo necesario y la decoración es espectacular. Al salir teníamos una llanta desinflada, el dueño nos vio y nos ayudó, es muy amable y servicial.
La host siempre estuvo atenta para ayudarnos y a responder los mensajes.
Definitivamente se convirtió en uno de nuestros lugares favoritos.

Lovey place . It’s a new build with a lovely view . Blinds would help as the sun makes the rooms very hot . The house is well equipped and we had a very comfortable stay . Thank you !
last minute plan changes – good service
We faced an unexpected situation in which the house we were expected to be staying in was sold a couple of weeks before the arrival date. Fortunately, OPM was able to find us to provide us a solution by finding a new accommodation that met our expectations. It was a bit far from our intended location but this is understandable as this situation happened at the last minute. The villa at Ocotal is spaceaous, confortable and well equiped. Check in/out process was smooth and the communication with OPM was good. Totally recommend OPM for future rentals.
Nice place
House was tidy and up the hill from town. It is close to a church which had an all day service on Saturday that was fairly loud and which continued into the Sunday we left. Road to the house is dirt and potholed so a 4 wheel drive may be warranted.
Beachfront Jungle Luxury was Awesome!
We saw Capuchin, Spider and Howler monkeys on-site, as well as Macaw and Toucan! Pristine beach and quiet infinity pool. Would highly recommend to others!
