Featured Costa Rica Vacation Rentals

An awesome place for a group trip. Secluded, but close enough for essentials by a 4X4 car. Enjoyed our time

My husband & 2 adult children w/their significant others rented Casa Domical for 1 week. We were very happy with the accommodations & the village of Dominical. The master bedroom is large with a very comfy bed & 2 balconies. The only gripe I have is there was nowhere to hang your clothes. The one closet was locked, most likely w/the owner’s personal items, but there were plenty of drawers to use.
The Casa is well equipped with all that you need for preparing your meals. There is a cooler & folding chairs to bring to the beach which is just a short walk down the gravel road. There are towels for the pool but they are not for the beach. I found this to be inconvenient as there is not towel rental at the beach. I really dont want to have to bring towels in luggage or purchase them upon arrival. The pool water was a refreshing temp & we enjoyed having it when not at beach. There are large canopy type tents w/chairs & internet for rental on beach which we appreciated very much. The vendor named Hansel(sp?) was such a sweet friendly guy & a hard worker. We had fun with him & tipped him well. He gave us a large bag of prawns one day as a thank you! 😋
The people in & around Dominical were really friendly. There are many restaurants & bars to go to. If you prefer the resort or all inclusive type of vacation with large hotels than this spot is not for you. Our family like a boutique style accommodations & diy. Costa Rica is so beautiful & there is so much to see & do! We can’t wait to go back!!

The villa is great and it really is everything the pictures and listing say that it is. The views are wonderful and everything is clean and modern. What I didn’t expect was the value provided by Osa Property Management. They helped book excursions, answered questions (at all hours), made recommendations, setup our rental car arrangements, our airport, shuttle, etc. We even had an issue where I didn’t pay for the shuttle service deposit like I was supposed to. Not only were they on top of it and had tried to contact me about it multiple times and I missed it, they were still able to find me transportation last minute when there wasn’t any available. The villa is fantastic, but the service provided Osa was surprising and really is top notch. It added to our experience overall!

Terrific home to stay in. As the villa is built into a hillside, there are a lot of stairs – to get into the house, to get back down to the pool, and to get from the kitchen – living area to the separate casita / bedroom. One day an ant-eater wandered past, as well as a deer, and the regular coati visits.

The house and the whole experience was great.

Loved my stay here. If your looking for a quite get away I highly recommend you come here. I traveled alone and enjoyed my time so much. Everyone is super friendly. The beaches are literally right in front of the neighborhood. The teams always super responsive. Easy smooth check in and check out. It’s the perfect little spot!

We had a great stay. The place looks exactly like the pctures – beautiful. The host gave us an entire guide with shopping, restaurants, activities, etc to choose from. They also gave us fresh eggs every morning! We loved everything about the stay.
