Our family had a wonderful stay at the home. Better for families with older children as the other 2 bedrooms are separate from the main house. Amazing view, beautiful wildlife.

The house was perfect for our stay. It was very well equipped, lots of stuff that we didn’t expect but were super practical like beach towels, beach chairs and so on. We enjoyed the big kitchen and being able to really cook meals. Our kids also enjoyed the pool very much especially the fancy light-options and I loved the stereosystem with different speakers in different rooms. The house was also in walking distance to the beach and there’s a big supermarket a few steps away.

Nous avons passé 7 jours à Sweeping océans views.Nous sommes 2 couples.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour,la maison est assez grande pour 4 ,très propre, bien équipé . L’environnement est extraordinaire.

Lamentablemente no tuve oportunidad de disfrutar de mis vacaciones planificadas con grandes expectativas de la casa, la renté por 6 noches pero no logré accesar dado que la ubicación era muy dentro de la montaña, con difícil acceso aún y si fuese en auto 4×4 debido a mal tiempo. Desde el primer día le expuse mi situación a la agencia y decidimos no intentarlo por responsabilidad y seguridad de mi familia. Tuve que buscar otras opciones de alojamiento generándome costos incrementales. Le propuse a la agencia Osa Properties un reembolso parcial del 50% para no salir ambos afectados o bien poder canjear esas noches en otras fechas. Las respuestas nunca fueron positivas ni con intención de un ganar -ganar, la postura fue rígida valiéndose de que la instrucción era ir en auto 4×4. Tuve una pérdida de $1700 que a la fecha no he recibido ningún tipo de propuesta. Definitivamente una pésima experiencia con la agencia que en mi vida volveré a buscarlos y NUNCA RECOMENDARLOS Response: Hazel – the house rules are in the property description. Our Guidebook, that you received on the same day that you made the reservation clearly indicates the requirement. Our concierge team contacted you for 2 months reminding you of the requirement – You refused to rent a 4×4 vehicle as is required. Then you complained and demanded a refund from us. When we refused, do to your own actions, you lied to Airbnb and tried to blame the weather for the fact your non-4×4 vehicle could not make it to the house. It is very unfortunate that your rating impacts others as you did not take the time to read the description and for two months refused to take the advise of our concierge team. Estuvimos en familia, 6 pers.
Nos gusto mucho la paz del lugar, fue un descanso y desconexión total.
La naturaleza del entorno fue muy relajante y las vistas espectaculares.
Se disfruta mucho la estancia en la piscina y ver el atardecer desde ahi
Me encanto la luz que tiene la casa y la altura de su techos también la hace muy fresca.
Las camas muy confortables, de buena calidad!
Mi recomendación, por la distancia para el Supermercado más próximo, es que no olvides nada de lo que vas a necesitar
Especialmente si quieres preparar tus alimentos en casa.
Indudablemente regresariamos a esta propiedad!

Had a great stay at this Airbnb – amenities and the space was well worth the price that I paid. One of those times where the pictures themselves don’t do the place justice. It’s a bit difficult to find the Airbnb by yourself but the hosts were super communicative and helpful. I definitely recommend you take them up on their offer to have a guide bring you from a local restaurant to the house itself. You NEED a 4×4.

La villa está super linda, cómoda y privada. Tiene una excelente distribución y está muy bien equipada. Osa property management hace un buen trabajo brindado información clara, son atentos y amigables, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Recomendado si andan en vehículo y buscan cercanía pero privacidad.
