Our family of 4 had an incredible stay at the villa. Beautiful infinity pool overlooking the jungle and the ocean in the distance was the highlight. The pictures don’t do justice as to how beautiful the home really is. Newly built house with modern furniture, comfortable beds, and hotel-like amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There was a small super market nearby that had the basic necessities. The closest restaurant was Costanera House 186, where we had some of the best meals not just in Costa Rica, but in the world. If you want to try more restaurants, Ojochal is about 15-20 minutes away. Soda Ojoche in Ojochal has amazing local dishes for cheap. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Uvita/Ojochal area. We stayed here for Christmas 2021. This is a brand new custom home, really nicely designed and built, and very comfortable. We liked everything about it. The outdoor dining and relaxing space by the pool is awesome. Every room has ceiling fans and there is plenty of A/C. High ceilings and lots of natural light. A few hundred meters off of 34 so it’s convenient but it was very quiet. 4wd is not needed. You can walk about 10 minutes down the road to the beach. There is a small grocery store on the way and a few restaurants. It’s a quick drive to town where there is an excellent grocery, many restaurants, and plenty of other services. The host was extremely responsive and helped us check in very late after our arrival flight was delayed. Five stars all the way around.

El lugar es increíble, se siente una tranquilidad muy bonita y es bastante seguro. Si se necesita 4×4 para llegar y puede ser un poco complicado pero nos ayudaron y respondieron muy rápido para garantizar que llegáramos bien. Llegaron a limpiar la piscina a las 7am el día que salíamos, estábamos durmiendo y nos despertaron llamandonos, tal vez me pareció que pudieron esperar a las 11am que salíamos para limpiarla Response: Hola Sofia! We had 9 people staying on the property, and had more than ample space. The pictures do not do it justice. The views are amazing and so is the wildlife. We would see reptiles, insects, multiple birds and much more. It exceeded our expectations! We hope to return to the property and enjoy more of what Costa Rica has to offer. We had a great stay, overall. The views from the house are beautiful and the surrounding nature is a real highlight. We saw toucans, scarlet macaws, and monkeys during our stay. The house is comfortable and spacious. We appreciated having separate toweled for the beach and pool, as well as bathrooms equipped with shampoo and shower gel. The kitchen is well equipped and the BBQ was super nice. We also made great use of the ice machine in the ranch. One area of improvement would be adding an a/c in the main dining area/kitchen quite gets quite stuffy even with the doors and windows open. Overall, our stay at this property was great with a very nice view and strong amenities.

Very nice house with a great pool located on an area with two other houses but separated for privacy. During our stay the other two houses were not rented anyway. We arrived earlier than expected but they made it possible that we could even check in before the scheduled time on short notice. Thanks for that once again. During the last day there was an issue with the water supply and they offered us to move to one of the other houses, however, we decided only to use the bathromms there and remain in our house for the last night. However OSA provided immediate response and solution even on Sunday. They also started to repair the water supply the next day. This Airbnb was the most unbelievable experience you could ever ask for. The home is absolutely stunning with amazing views. Gary communicated with us the whole time making sure our stay was everything we could ever ask for and super easy. If you stay at this Airbnb, I highly advise to hire chef Mario as well, he was an absolute blast with a great personality and unbelievable in the kitchen.
