Out stay for the three of us was very nice. The house was clean, well equipped and was a great Uvita location with easy access to an number of places to eat and very close to the beach! OSA was helpful with little items we needed assistance with. Thank you Team OSA!

Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue absolutamente excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegamos quedamos impresionado por el impecable orden y el lujo que se respiraba en cada rincón. The house and its location was all that we could’ve asked for and more! The house was equipped with everything we needed, including cooking utensils, toiletries, and beach towels. We’ve loved everything ! From the road to get to the house, the house itself (Ultra clean and perfect with the kids), the amount of restaurants around, the AMAZING VIEW of the jungle and the sea……WOW ! is the word all my family will use…..

La casa es bella muy organizada con todo lo que se necesita para descansar. La ubicación es excelente. Esta casa es 10 de 10. La recomiendo al 100%

suite à une problématique de mon côté, j’ai canceller trop vite la propriété et même si c’était payer et que je me suis rendu au bureau de Osa Property, je n’ai pas pu retourner dans la maison même si celle ci n’était pas louer, déçu qu’il n’ont respecter l’entente de payement car j’avais déjà payer depuis longtemps et il m’ont dit que ce n’était pas remboursable. j’ai demander s’il y avait chaise longue pour l’extérieur et sans réponse et ceci depuis la première journée. mais très belle maison et bel entretien exterieur et piscine.

Hola de verdad que el lugar es precioso y muy tranquilo 🙌🏻 la vista es hermosa y tiene todo lo necesario para poder cocinar, lavar, etc. Tiene buena seguridad por 24 horas. El único detalle fue que el internet no nos funcionó y el lavavajillas tampoco funcionaba. Hubiera sido genial tener una solución a lo del internet. Aún así la pasamos genial y estamos agradecidos. Definitivamente volvería ❤️

This property is beautiful. The location is steps down the road from Dominical Beach and very accessible to see and do a lot of things. One block from Dominical restaurants, shops, and surfing…Easy drive to Quepos and Uvita. Very clean, lots of towels, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, AC in all rooms that cooled the house nicely. We ran into a glitch the second day of our stay when the water went out for over 20 hours. With 7 people staying it was very hard not to be able to use the toilets, shower, cook, do the dishes…hence the 3 stars. I understand the water is controlled by a third party – but we should have been warned that this was a possibility and a contingency plan needed to be in place. A few hours I can work with, but almost a full day…not so much. When we contacted the management company they told us there was nothing they could do, but if it was still off the next day they would bring some water over. The hot water didn’t seem to recover – From Tuesday with no water until we left Thursday morning the hot water never came back on. While it was frustrating, it didn’t ruin our stay. The management company was responsive to our text messages and the little shops had bathrooms we could use. Friendly people and would visit again.
