Wat hebben we het heerlijk gehad in deze woning. Met twee tieners op reis is het sowieso fijn om een zwembad ter beschikking te hebben. Er waren genoeg handdoeken. Een uitgebreid handboek met uitleg en suggesties. Een keuken voorzien van alle gemakken. En de organisatie reageerde snel als er toch iets was. We hadden een eekhoornenfamilie in de palmboom in het huis, overvliegende ara’s en dicht bij het nationale park. Supermarkten en een bakkerij in de buurt en allerlei plekken waar je lekker kan eten. We hebben genoten !

Il était noté dans le descriptif que la maison offrait la tranquillité au bord d une rivière sereine , ce n est pas le cas . Elle est près d une route très fréquentée et très bruyante . Même enfermés à l intérieur, nous avons été très gênés par le bruit des voitures et des camions la nuit , le matin et la journée. Malgré tout la maison est très belle avec des prestations de qualité .

This is, without a doubt, the nicest Costa Rica rental I have ever stayed in! It made the entire vacation for us. Our party was three couples, and we each got our own suite. Each on had great A/C, private balcony, and (really nice) bathroom. EVERYTHING was so nice. Each person separately commented that, unlike most rentals, this one was more impressive once you were there – the pictures don’t even do it justice! The pool was just so nice, beds really comfortable. We cooked every day. We didn’t have to leave to see wildlife, either. Every morning I made some (fresh and local) coffee, and walked down the driveway. We saw capybaras, monkeys, iguanas, coatis, stick bugs, toucans – it was incredible. The sunsets were absolutely stunning. The neighborhood was so chill and quiet. I cannot recommend staying here enough.

The house is comfortable, well-equipped, and offers breathtaking views. The hosts are warm and welcoming, making the stay very enjoyable.

We’re sorry we didn’t earn a 5-star review, especially after we let you stay 4 hours after check-out for free and we also did not make you fill out our ID verification form prior to entering the house. You also never mentioned any issues/difficulties about the home during your time there. Hopefully next time we will earn a 5-star. Pura vida!

Very convenient location and comfortable clean space! Would stay here again

We give just a mediocre valuation because we experienced a mixture of good and bad experiences. We were confronted with a lot of technical problems that could only partly solved.

The good side: Our contact person, Steven, turned out to be very ambitious and helped us quickly as soon as he could. For example he replaced a completely rotten coffee maker by a new one. He also cared for two non functioning bedside lamps and for several other lamps and fans that could not be switched on.

The bad side: There were several structural problems far beyond Stevenˋs possibilities. Just some examples: We had a stereo system that gave absolutely no sound and a TV with no pictures nor sound. A technician told us that it was not connected, neither to the internet nor to an antenna. What did thy do about that? Nothing! The terrace door could not be locked, because the lock was broken. What did they do?Again: nothing! Many times Steven gave us advices, one day later OSA office contacted us to tell us exactly the opposite. To us it seems like the right hand in this company does not know what the left does.

Conclusion: The prices of OSA are top level, their service is not!

We would have put five stars for almost all of the aspects had we not experiences the following issues: – We were not able to open all retractable windows in the living room. – Half way through our 3 week stay the ceiling of one of the rooms was leaking and we did not use the room for the remainder of our stay. – At some point we realised that some of the security cameras facing the outside areas like the the pool and the balconies were on. We communicated this to Osa Property Management and were assured that this was by accident and that none of the filmed content was saved. After our first intervention however, it happened another time. In the end we enjoyed our stay. The house is located in the middle of beautiful nature and the pool is truly spectacular (10 meters long).

We liked that it was only about 1/4 mile on gravel road and the rest was pavement. Great location.
