OSA property is the worst host ever
Me and my friends were stranded in Costa Rica bcz they refused to give us the keys to the house or even meet up. Poor communication, the owners are rude and very unprofessional I do not recommend anyone from the USA to stay at their property. We were forced to spend unnecessary money due to the fact that the property manager did not pick up a phone call when we get to the Airbnb on Monday. They are a con artists, they need to be removed from this app since they lie about everything.

The house itself was ok. There was only place to eat for 3 people which was a problem for us as a family of 4. But it was quite well equipped. It was more than a 5 minute walk to the beach but it was convenient to many places in Uvita.
Our biggest problem was with the property management company. They were absolutely unresponsive to problems we had and when/if they did respond it was to let us know that nobody else had problems so it must have been just us. The master bath has some plumbing issues – standing water, immensely slow shower drain and as a result there was a massive mosquito infestation in the master bath. We killed a minimum of 30-40 mosquitos in the bathroom on a daily basis. We reached out to property management to let them know and never heard back. If I could offer advice, find a different management company to use that may be actually respond to issues.

When you contacted us about how your son was bitten by a spider on tour, we immediately sent you the location of the nearest medical center in relation to where you were. In addition, we asked if there was anything else we could do to help. We told you, “Call us if you need help on translation” [hospital] and you responded, “Great.” Regarding the mosquito issue: You contacted us on Sunday, December 26, at 5:27 pm and we responded at 5:52 pm. That evening (the same day – within hours of being contacted by you) a Property Manager visited the property to ascertain the situation and to resolve it. After the property manager left, you never contacted us again for the remainder of your trip. The day before check-out, we sent you a message wishing you a “Hope you are enjoying your stay” and you never responded. We provided you with quick service, and we apologized for the situation you encountered.

We enjoyed our time in this beautiful Casita very much. It was very clean, well equipped with attention to details that made our stay very pleasant. A perfect place to stay! We would recommend is to make it easier to find the casita since the address was not explicitly given. Also, understanding the security system and enter the building for the first time was not easy.

A nice house in an area with lots of development. Close (by car)to Uvita, the national park and beaches.

My family and I of 4 adults and 2 children stayed at the Villa for almost a week and we absolutely loved it. It was the perfect space for all of us. The Villa is gated and safe. There is access to the beach and the pool is right outside our Villa. The children had a wonderful time. We felt right at home and would like to book this place in the near future. The only thing o would recommend in the home is a full length mirror. Other than that, this place was perfect for us!

Wow, this experience was absolutely incredible. I am blown away! The property was perfect, and working with Gary as our concierge was the most extraordinary experience I have ever had while traveling. We were met with such kindness, rapid responses, answers to all our questions, and we were met above and beyond from start to finish. 10/10 all around, and I can’t wait to return!!!!!
