I cannot even begin to express how beautiful this place is in person. Photos do not do it justice. The price is more than fair for what you get. Beyond how gorgeous the place was, the host made it even better. They were extremely responsive, gave recommendations of the local area, and Gary even gave us a personal tour of Quepos which was fantastic. He also checked in each day of our stay and was so helpful! I have never experienced this level of hospitality before on AirBnb. I would 100% book this place again or even a different one from the same host. I cannot recommend booking this place enough!!! Also one more thing, if you do book this place, it is imperative you get a vehicle with 4WD to get to the property.

Outstanding stay for the three of us was very nice. The house was clean, well equipped and was a great Uvita location with easy access to an number of places to eat and very close to the beach! OSA was helpful with little items we needed assistance with. Thank you Team OSA!

We absolutely loved this home. The photos do not do it justice at all. It was a beautiful home to stay in, with plenty of space. This was our third time in Costa Rica, and this was the best place we’ve stayed. The only thing I would mention is that it rained pretty hard one night, and the power frequently goes out when that happens. That’s understandable. However, the security gates in and out of the property lost power, and we could not get in or out because of that for about 2 hours. Lastly, the hills to and from the property are definitely a lot steeper, and require a 4×4, as stated in the description. You can use a 4×2, but we did get a flat tire using our SUV. However, regardless of those details, this place is highly recommended, and the property did everything they could to fix and make right any issues we had. We would absolutely stay here again and again!

The House is well located and comfortable , the view is fantastic . Unfortunately, the filtration system for the pool was not working properly which cause the water to be cloudy and green. We complained from the very begining of our stay, to no avail. As a result, we could not use the pool although the temperature was very hot. The filtration system was changed the day of our departure, which proves there was a problem. We were promised a monetary compensation (it is as though we had rented a house without a pool) which we have not received as of now. Are the owners or/and Nick going to fulfill their promess? We would otherwise be very disappointed with Casa Victoria and Osa Property Management.

This house was perfect for a multiple day stay- it was great to be in the town, walking distance from everything, but also come back to a home that felt cozy and comfortable. The pool (unheated) is a refreshing bonus after a day of surfing. Towels are a huge plus because no one wants to have to waste luggage space on towels. The kitchen was stocked with local made cups and plates. We loved that the art in the house gave you a feel of where you are. The property team was extremely helpful and responsive, even followed up half-way through our stay to check if we needed anything else. We already can’t wIt to come back with some friends next time to enjoy it together. We also enjoyed coming this time of the year, as it wasn’t so busy in town.

en el anuncio sale en como llegar una ubicación a 20 minutos de la real, y esta que sale en la aplicación es de calle normal, la real es pura piedra y con huecos gigantes nosotros fuimos en un Tucson con 4×4 y si entrábamos íbamos a dañar el carro además de eso dicen que es cerca de todo y no es así la ubicación real no es céntrica y planee llevar lo que necesita para su estadía por que si quiere estar saliendo y entrando tome en cuenta que vuelve a su hogar teniendo que llevar el carro al mecánico reclamamos este echo y a pesar que ni utilizamos el lugar no nos hicieron la devolución NI PARCIAL del monto total. literalmente nos estafaron y nos robaron 250 mil colones y los de la aplicación tampoco se hicieron responsables por que las indicaciones dicen de una manera completamente ambigua se necesita 4×4 únicamente deberían incluir fotos de como se encuentra el estado de la calle. además de esto cuando llegamos había un camión de la empresa que nos dijo que si no subíamos nos jalaban

Pros: private road, house was clean, fun decor, well kept pool.

Cons: located by the main road so traffic noise & make sure you have a 4×4 and can drive tricky turns getting in and out of the property.

Our family of six stayed at this property the second week in January. Our ages ranged from 9-82. The location is beautiful. You can sit by the pool or the master bedroom balcony to watch the waves and hear the surf crash. My grandchildren loved boogie boarding in the waves. Macaws fly by daily and eat the fruits from the trees across from the villa. A troupe of capuchin monkeys live behind the villa and are entertaining to watch.The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed pina coladas in the Ninja blender each evening.We would definitely rent this villa again.
