Featured Costa Rica Vacation Rentals

This home is beautiful. Located at the top of a mountain, the drive is steep (must have a 4×4!!) but doable (even in the night/rain). Breathtaking rain forest views!! Like nothing I’ve ever seen. The pool is amazing. Kitchen is amazing. Every bedroom in the home is a beautiful master bedroom with nice bathrooms and beautiful view. Note – rooms are very separated in the home, accessible by separate staircase. Great for a group of adults wanting some gathering and some privacy. We had wildlife visit right at our windows… 2 kinds of Monkeys, Macaws, a Toucan and of course the Sloth liked to hang in the tree above the pool. Lots to do in the area. Quick 5 min drive to Manuel Antonio or to Quepos where you can find anything you need. Had the most amazing dinner at Mangata! Went on a fabulous 10 in 1 rainforest tour with Amigos Del Rio, they picked us up right from the home! Would definitely stay again!

La propiedad estaba en condiciones impecables. Todo perfectamente limpio y ordenado. Osa Property inició una comunicación proactiva con varios días de anticipación, entregándonos toda la información que pudiésemos necesitar.
La casa está un levemente alejada, pero es de fácil acceso y en un lugar muy seguro. La experiencia en general fue un agrado, y seguramente volveremos. La casa cuenta con aires acondicionados y electrodomésticos que funcionan perfectamente, los baños están en perfectas condiciones. No tuvimos ninguna sorpresa desagradable.
El equipo de Osa Property es muy profesional y ameno, y para los turistas, eso es lo más importante.

Logement récent et spacieux, climatisation et ventilateur dans toutes les chambres, lieu propre. Piscines très agréable, jardin joli dans lequel nous avons pu admirer des colibris, un écureuil et deux toucans notamment. Cuisine, fonctionnelle et électroménager récent. Es war alles super. Das Haus war riesig und wir hatten einen toll. Garten mit bbq Bereich. Wir können das Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen . AMAZING Property! Was the primary stop on our visit to Costa Rica. The home felt like our own resort. Backyard is amazing, just like the pictures. First heard a howler monkey on day one. Then saw him climbing the tree behind pool. AMAZING. Saw many more animals including a Coati. We named him Oscar. Friendly guy that might get within 15 feet of you but then runs off. Saw toucan, parrot, many more including an owl. Bring your 4×4 and maybe let Grandma have a downstairs bedroom. The master bed is AMAZING. I did not want to leave. The host is super helpful too. Visit the bakery at the bottom of the hill. Not market well, but super good. We did not try the new American looking bakery next to the old one. We wanted an authentic experience. Bring sun screen. You will burn much quicker than in Denver, Florida, etc. The famous whale tail beach is about 10 minutes away.

Private oasis, but you can walk to the whales tail! Might be warm to sleep upstairs but the open air place makes you feel right with nature. Pool is perfect cool off after hot day!

Had an amazing time! Great views, great house! Can’t wait to come back

One of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever been in. Luxurious – yet very comfortable and inviting. We loved this home.

The House is well located and comfortable , the view is fantastic . Unfortunately, the filtration system for the pool was not working properly which cause the water to be cloudy and green. We complained from the very begining of our stay, to no avail. As a result, we could not use the pool although the temperature was very hot. The filtration system was changed the day of our departure, which proves there was a problem. We were promised a monetary compensation (it is as though we had rented a house without a pool) which we have not received as of now. Are the owners or/and Nick going to fulfill their promess? We would otherwise be very disappointed with Casa Victoria and Osa Property Management.
