Very nice home in a secluded area. We had 9 in our group, and the house accommodated us all very comfortably with all the basics we needed. Saw toucans and monkeys from the balconies. Also has a beautiful ocean view from the balcony in the main house. Only about a 25 minute drive to Dominical and 10 minutes to Uvita. Hosts were incredibly responsive to our many inquiries.

Schönes großes Ferienhaus mit schöner Einrichtung und großer gut ausgestatteter Küche. Zu dem Geschirrspüler hätte ich mir noch ein paar bereit gestellte Tabs gewünscht. Die Türen zu den Zimmern und zum Bad lassen sich schlecht oder gar nicht schliessen. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut. Vielen Dank für die Hilfe mit dem Arzt.

La villa está super linda, cómoda y privada. Tiene una excelente distribución y está muy bien equipada. Osa property management hace un buen trabajo brindado información clara, son atentos y amigables, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Recomendado si andan en vehículo y buscan cercanía pero privacidad.

Loved waking up to toucans and parrots in the trees right outside the house every morning. The house has a well stocked kitchen, and the rooms are all cozy and nicely furnished. The pool right outside the door was perfect, as was the proximity to the beach (5 minutes away). Would definitely come back!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. La propreté était au rendez-vous, l’endroit est calme et reposant malgré la présence d’un aérodrome à proximité, et la taille de la piscine est tout à fait suffisante pour en profiter pleinement. Le lit ainsi que les oreillers sont confortables, ce qui permet de bien se reposer. L’hôte a également été disponible et réactif tout au long du séjour. Petit point d’amélioration : il serait appréciable de mettre à disposition une lampe rechargeable en cas de coupure de courant dans la zone. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation. This property had everything I expected. It is clean, spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. I love watching the sunrise and listening to the wildlife while drinking my coffee by the pool in the mornings. This property is a short walk to the mountains and creeks where I saw the most beautiful butterflies. I enjoyed visiting the Organic Coffee Shop that was within walking distance, as well. I would highly recommend this property for your next getaway.

Our overall impression: cute property, older but well kept. A few things were worth noting.

1. The road noise can be bothersome at night considering there is no air conditioner so there is no way to shut out traffic noise.
2. very hard mattresses and pillows. We slept on camping gear we put on top of the mattress to make it a bit more comfortable.
3. Impossible to regulate the cold/hot water-it is an extreme of either one.
3. The rooster next door seems to have not gotten the message about crowing only at daybreak. He starts about 3:30-4:15 each morning-again no way to dampen the noise as the windows must stay open. Of course, there is probably little that can be done about that!

Overall the house was clean and conveniently located. The management company is super responsive and we enjoyed our stay. Dog friendly is a definite plus.
