Die Unterkunft war eine der besten, die wir je hatten. Sie liegt ruhig mit toller Aussicht und Meerblick. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, durchdacht und schön eingerichtet. Preis-Leistung und die Kommunikation sind sehr gut. Beim nächsten Costa Rica Besuch kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder vorbei.

La casa es amplia, y muy bien equipada. Caben comodamente 10 personas en 10 camas, y 2 más en un sofá cama que cuando se extiende queda a ras de piso. El área social es muy amplia, y todos los implementos sirven perfectamente. La piscina está ubicada frente a la terraza, con excelente vista. Queda cerca de playas y sitios atractivos de la zona. La casa es de fácil acceso y bastante segura. Está ubicada como a 20minutos del Supermercado BM, donde se puede conseguir absolutamente todo lo necesario en cuanto a comida. La empresa que administra la casa responde de forma pronta a cualquier pregunta o requerimiento – realmente excelente servicio y atención. Esperamos volver pronto.

Sin duda un lugar increíble. La pasamos de lo mejor. La casa está de lujo, realmente equipada, tenía demasiadas cosas en cocina e incluso sillas para la playa. La vista estaba impresionante en medio de la selva. Está un poco retirado de la carretera principal, pero realmente vale la pena sin duda me volvería a hospedar, la alberca estaba deliciosa. Gracias por todo..

My husband & 2 adult children w/their significant others rented Casa Domical for 1 week. We were very happy with the accommodations & the village of Dominical. The master bedroom is large with a very comfy bed & 2 balconies. The only gripe I have is there was nowhere to hang your clothes. The one closet was locked, most likely w/the owner’s personal items, but there were plenty of drawers to use.
The Casa is well equipped with all that you need for preparing your meals. There is a cooler & folding chairs to bring to the beach which is just a short walk down the gravel road. There are towels for the pool but they are not for the beach. I found this to be inconvenient as there is not towel rental at the beach. I really dont want to have to bring towels in luggage or purchase them upon arrival. The pool water was a refreshing temp & we enjoyed having it when not at beach. There are large canopy type tents w/chairs & internet for rental on beach which we appreciated very much. The vendor named Hansel(sp?) was such a sweet friendly guy & a hard worker. We had fun with him & tipped him well. He gave us a large bag of prawns one day as a thank you! 😋
The people in & around Dominical were really friendly. There are many restaurants & bars to go to. If you prefer the resort or all inclusive type of vacation with large hotels than this spot is not for you. Our family like a boutique style accommodations & diy. Costa Rica is so beautiful & there is so much to see & do! We can’t wait to go back!!

The house itself was ok. There was only place to eat for 3 people which was a problem for us as a family of 4. But it was quite well equipped. It was more than a 5 minute walk to the beach but it was convenient to many places in Uvita.
Our biggest problem was with the property management company. They were absolutely unresponsive to problems we had and when/if they did respond it was to let us know that nobody else had problems so it must have been just us. The master bath has some plumbing issues – standing water, immensely slow shower drain and as a result there was a massive mosquito infestation in the master bath. We killed a minimum of 30-40 mosquitos in the bathroom on a daily basis. We reached out to property management to let them know and never heard back. If I could offer advice, find a different management company to use that may be actually respond to issues.

Nadine, We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We would also like to to address your statement about the response time from Osa Property Management. When you contacted us about how your son was bitten by a spider on tour, we immediately sent you the location of the nearest medical center in relation to where you were. In addition, we asked if there was anything else we could do to help. We told you, “Call us if you need help on translation” [hospital] and you responded, “Great.” Regarding the mosquito issue: You contacted us on Sunday, December 26, at 5:27 pm and we responded at 5:52 pm. That evening (the same day – within hours of being contacted by you) a Property Manager visited the property to ascertain the situation and to resolve it. After the property manager left, you never contacted us again for the remainder of your trip. The day before check-out, we sent you a message wishing you a “Hope you are enjoying your stay” and you never responded. We provided you with quick service, and we apologized for the situation you encountered.

The pictures do this home no justice! It feels like your in heaven. Their is a view from every angle of this home. We seen different species of birds and all type of insects! Not my thing but given, we were in jungle! It totally exceeded my expectations. The host were outstanding, they made my stay ten times better as they treated my family and I like their own family! They were super helpful with accommodations and helping booking activities throughout my entire stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all of my family and friends. 10/10!!! A 4×4 is a NEED! It’s a small journey to get to the actual home! But it’s worth the trip up!

Great quality for price. the kitchen is very well stocked. The property is quiet and relaxing. security staff is also very friendly, and eager to show you wonderful animals that come here, like scarlet macaws and a few kinds of monkeys
