Schönes großes Ferienhaus mit schöner Einrichtung und großer gut ausgestatteter Küche. Zu dem Geschirrspüler hätte ich mir noch ein paar bereit gestellte Tabs gewünscht. Die Türen zu den Zimmern und zum Bad lassen sich schlecht oder gar nicht schliessen. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut. Vielen Dank für die Hilfe mit dem Arzt.

This AirBnB has a great layout for friends to share. The center has kitchen, dining & living area & each side has a bedroom and bath so there is good privacy. The pool is perfect for swimming & sunning plus there’s a pool bathroom. There is a good restaurant in walking distance & the ocean beach is very close by.

Pros: private road, house was clean, fun decor, well kept pool.

Cons: located by the main road so traffic noise & make sure you have a 4×4 and can drive tricky turns getting in and out of the property.

We had a great stay at OSA Properties. The location is great, close to the grocery store and restaurants but far enough that you can get a good nights rest. There is a camera inside the home, just ensure it’s turned off or unplugged. We brought this to the attention of the team and profusely apologized and let us know that it was left there by accident after the cleaners had left. The home is well equipped with everything you would need. The only issue we ran into was a leak in the kitchen sink. The team addressed it right away and had a plumber come in same day. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for a week in September with the family—4 people in total—and had a wonderful experience. The place was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I enjoyed peaceful mornings listening to the birds before leaving to go on nearby excursions. Location-wise, it’s about 10 minutes from the marina and town center, and down the street are two major shopping centers. We found plenty to do without traveling far making it a perfect spot for a week of adventure or relaxation.

Villa Peninsula is undeniably beautiful. The view of the Ojochal hills is stunning, the bedrooms are spacious with large closets, and the landscaping is top-tier. The 270-degree wraparound deck immerses you in the surrounding jungle. Unfortunately, the management left a lot to be desired. From the start, we were asked to pay a $15 non-refundable Truvi security check fee—which felt unnecessary and was only removed after I challenged it. The lack of attention to detail and responsiveness added unnecessary frustration to our stay. Power outages occurred more than once. The security alarm went off randomly.. The dishwasher was leaking. Several light switches didn’t function correctly. The porch lights were extremely dim, and floodlight didn’t work at all. Customer service and responsiveness from the host were disappointing. Most frustratingly, the listing said no 4×4 required, which was flat-out misleading. The 2km dirt road was challenging. It’s a shame. This house has so much potential.

La casa es muy cómoda, bonita y equipada con todo lo necesario. Es bastante privada y tranquila, ideal para disfrutar en familia.

Pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful this house is. You will be in awe as soon as you walk inside, the house was spotless clean, spacious and welcoming. We went with our 3 boys, who loved the space, the pool, and most importantly all the beautiful animals we spotted. We saw macaws, toucans, iguanas. We loved the accessibility too to Jaco, herradura and we truly enjoyed playa Blanca in punta Leona ( you can request access here ahead of time) it’s a beautiful white sand beach, where we spotted so many monkeys. This is a place worth staying and going back to. Pura Vida 🇨🇷❤️
