Loved this place, and Osa Property Management was excellent!!! I felt like I was working with the host, not a company. It’s smaller than what the photos look like, but perfect for 2 people. Felt safe and the neighbors were very friendly. Lovely small pool was perfect after a long day out. Nice location outside of town. Need four wheel drive. Great Job!!! Wow j’y retournerais sans hésitation! Tellement beau et propre. La seule chose est que le lit chambre des maîtres n’était pas hyper confortable mais le reste était parfait ! Nous avions tout ce qui est nécessaire dans une maison. Merci et à la prochaine !

La casa es igual a las fotos, completamente equipada, sumamente limpia. La vista es espectacular. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. Es aislada, 0 vecinos o molestias.
LO MALO es estas pagando una suma de dinero GRANDE por fuera te hacen pagar 45 dólares o que te hagan un cargo de 500 dólares por “accidentes ” ya estas pagando por medio de Airbnb
El “tour” o indicaciones de la casa dejaron más que desear, el anfitrión no sabía muchas cosas de la casa.
El acceso desde la casa es como 20 minutos en carro, calle de lastre
La comunicación con el anfitrión dejó más que desear, pedí varias veces un número de teléfono para mejor comunicación y nada hasta la hora llegada y yo no sabia si era real o que con mi reservacion.
Fuimos comprensivos por cualquier tardanza del guía a la casa pero como llegamos 3min después de las 8 debido a la calle y que ya se había acordado con el agente algún atraso aún nos quería cobrar $50 dólares MÁS.

We had a dreamy stay at this house. Just as I read in the other reviews, the photos don’t do it justice. Breathtaking views out of every window, front of the house had beautiful green Mountain View’s where we saw Toucans in the morning, and the back of the house has ocean views to the left and right. The only downside is the driveway up, I timed it. 7 minutes of an extremely bumpy and steep driveway where you MUST have four wheel drive. Is it worth it…100% for the luxury and view. 100% would stay here again. Response: It was a pleasure to Host you Stacey! Yes – a 4×4 is required as the home (and the dozens further up the mountain) or only accessible with a sturdy vehicle. Pictures did not do this house and property justice. Amazing home, great amenities, perfect location and just the right amount of space. We had all we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner each day, walked to the beach each evening to watch the sunset (safe area), and enjoyed a few swims in the pool. We are already planning our next visit to CR and we will book this unit again (hopefully it will be available.)
