Staying in a Penthouse, in the Costa Rican Jungle, on the Beachfront was absolutely AMAZING!! Casa Ballena provided everything we needed, and then some!!! Having complimentary beachfront amenities set up for us was wonderful. No hassle! The pool was perfect. The Penthouse was very inviting and extremely comfortable. Nothing can compare to sleeping in luxury, at the beach, in the jungle. I will definitely recommend Casa Ballena to my friends and plan to return in the future!! A Thumbs Up!!!

It’s hard to put into words how perfect this condo was for our family. The pictures online were incredible and seemed almost too good to be true, but everything described and pictured is accurate. The condo is very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The kitchen has everything you need. The patio is fantastic with a view of the rainforest and pool. The short walk to the beach is BEAUTIFUL and full of wildlife. We saw monkeys, toucans, little birds, crabs, frogs, and beautiful flowers. The beach is nearly private. There were rarely others around and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Perfect for swimming in the waves and watching the sunset. 10 minutes or less from restaurants and town. Just perfect! Would live to come back!!

Excelente lugar. La ubicación es privilegiada y la casa es exactamente tal como aparece en la descripción y en las fotos: una estancia de lujo, cómoda y rodeada de naturaleza. Durante las mañanas tuvimos la hermosa experiencia de observar monos aulladores (“congos”) y cariblancos que llegan a alimentarse cerca de la propiedad, lo que hace la experiencia aún más especial. La casa es amplia, cuenta con aire acondicionado en todas las áreas y la piscina se mantiene muy limpia; es perfecta tanto para niños como para adultos que disfrutan nadar, con una profundidad máxima aproximada de 1.5 metros. Sin duda, le damos un 10/10 y recomendamos el lugar al 100%. Como observación útil para futuros huéspedes: la entrada es de lastre y un poco empinada. Un automóvil bajo podría tener dificultad para ingresar. Nosotros llegamos en dos mini SUV (Volkswagen Crossfox y Audi Q3) y pudimos subir y bajar sin necesidad de 4×4; sin embargo, en época lluviosa consideramos que lo más recomendable es utiliza Response: Thank you so much, Joshua, for the incredible 5-star review and the 10/10 rating — that means everything to our team! This was a beautiful property! It the house has a great design and is extremely comfortable. I love all the windows. It was very peaceful and the neighbors were helpful and friendly. The location was very good for visiting area beaches and parks and I enjoyed so much my morning walks and dips in the pool. The beauty of the area is magnificent. I hope we can stay their again.
