Amazing and very individual house. Stunning location. Unfortunately Spa Pool didn’t work and people just walked in with no notice to repair unsuccessfully. No refund or discount given.

The ocean views from this home are absolutely stunning – very few homes in the area have a front row virtually unobstructed view such as this home. The property itself is incredible, very clean, very modern, the most comfortable beds you’ll ever sleep on, unique design elements and an amazing infinity edge pool. There are trees nearby on the property that Toucans would frequent, very cool to watch them. The location is perfect for enjoying all that Dominical and the surrounding area has to offer — note, do not skimp on your rental car, you do need a 4×4 or AWD vehicle to confidently access the property as is the case with most properties in the area. The pre-arrival communication and communication throughout our stay with the host was spot on, they were very responsive and were always there if we had a question. This is not a property to be missed, amazing in every way with an amazing host.

Amazing place to stay, close to the beach, in the jungle. The house is up in the hill, so the view of the sea and sunset is stunning. The house has all you need to stay comfortable. Highly recomended!! I’ve saved it as a favorite to come back.

Unfortunately, the main living areas are not habitable and enjoyable due to the excessive heat/poor circulation. No wind and not far enough up in a mountain. Broken fans. baby was sweating profusely. People coming to CR for vacation want to relax and have certain amenities. Simply add A/C.
The Osa Property management failed to meet our expectations. Poor communication. Did not solve ANY problems and were dismissive.
-house not ready, waited over an hour
-never brought more fans. Sent tech but nothing improved
-asked for blankets. Never received.
-wifi not for working. Low mega
-5 min lukewarm shower don’t expect a romantic experience
-ripped screens along roofline
-kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity damaged/in poor condition
Don’t really need 4×4, mostly paved and not too steep.

Beautiful home in great location. Could be amazing with improvements and better company or simply a person without a brand to uphold.

Everything about this Ojochal home was perfect. My husband and I loved every moment. Warm pool, beauty view, immaculately clean, great kitchen for preparing meals but also close to many delicious restaurants and grocery shops. Citrus, Halyconia, Mosaic, Las Alturras were some of our favourites. Also short drive to Playa Tortuga and Playa Ballena. Don’t hesitate to book this great home! Super hosts Tom and Christine helped us with all our questions. Could not have been a better experience!

El alojamiento está bien y la piscina excelente, muy privado el lugar, como puntos de mejora es cierto lo del perro, ladra bastante y se escucha muy cerca, no queda claro si este puede o no llegar a la zona donde uno está y el baño le falta privacidad, puedo ver desde la cocina el sanitario y no es hermético entonces comparte olores con el cuarto Response: Thank you for the feedback Jose. Pictures did not do this house and property justice. Amazing home, great amenities, perfect location and just the right amount of space. We had all we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner each day, walked to the beach each evening to watch the sunset (safe area), and enjoyed a few swims in the pool. We are already planning our next visit to CR and we will book this unit again (hopefully it will be available.)
