PROS: layout of HOME/SPACIOUS rooms-even the bathrooms are large /ROOFTOP DECK views/PRIVATE LOCATION situated ideally between Dominical & Uvita, ANIMALS everywhere: toucans/howler monkeys often get close just right off decks in trees/even spotted the sloth in the tree off the deck/cute white gecko-creatures everywhere/even a JC lizard streaked across the pool, LOVED the soothing waterfall feature of pool CONS: driving in&out of driveway is tight if in a big vehicle, important TIP-be sure to open up ALL doors & windows for the best cros-ventilation or you’ll much prefer to stay in the air-conditioned rooms of house & in the pool (!)—-the only other con is that a full on view of ocean is only from rooftop deck (you get “peeks” of ocean from main level and pool)/a con for some: (Casa is conveniently located off main road-the jungle is so thick that I, myself, couldn’t hear anything at night except nature sounds), but my husband needed his earplugs claiming to hear occasional traffic at night without them. OVERALL WE LOVED OUR STAY-a TREMENDOUS VALUE

Excelente estadía en Golfito La Casa cumplió con nuestras expectativas, es tal y como se muestra en las fotografías. El ingreso fue muy fácil y todo estaba muy limpio y organizado. Se encuentra muy bien equipada y en excelentes condiciones de mantenimiento. Nos gustó muchísimo la propiedad y también la amabilidad de nuestros anfitriones así como su disposición para atendernos. Excelente detalle de bienvenida la cesta de frutas frescas. Estaban deliciosas. En un futuro próximo de visita a la zona volveremos a hospedarnos con Ustedes. We had a great stay at OSA Properties. The location is great, close to the grocery store and restaurants but far enough that you can get a good nights rest.
There is a camera inside the home, just ensure it’s turned off or unplugged. We brought this to the attention of the team and profusely apologized and let us know that it was left there by accident after the cleaners had left.
The home is well equipped with everything you would need. The only issue we ran into was a leak in the kitchen sink. The team addressed it right away and had a plumber come in same day.
Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and enjoyed our stay.

Amazing airbnb! Pictures did not do it justice. If you’re renter here ill advise you to have ride arrangements coordinated in advance because it is on the top of a mountain and very hard to get to by normal vehicle. You will need a 4×4 to reach the top. Walking down wasnt the worst but some of my party couldnt make the hike back up. The view is stunning and definitely worth the journey up the mountain. I would return and do recommend.

This is a superb rental. The house is short walk to the best surfing beach in Dominical area, maybe 300 yds to beach.
It was impeccably clean and the area was quiet. The small pool was a welcome soak after surfing, hiking etc.

Nice house which is away from the crowded Quepos and Manuel Antonio. For the price we paid it was well worth it.

Beautiful outdoor area with plunge pool (do not expect to do laps) – thats where we spent all our time. Covered area for when the rain comes as well so you can still be outside. AC + fans mean you can be comfortable inside too. Love the chill vibe of the town and easy to walk to beaches, groceries and restaurants. Thanks!
