The house was awesome! So freaking gorgeous it was unbelievable. Although check in time was at three. We got there five minutes before three and the maids and the property manager didn’t leave until 3:30 or 4:00. Also on the way out check out time was at 11 but the property manager and the maids were there at 10 waiting in the driveway for us to get out. I was rushing to get the house clean and left it immaculate, but felt very rushed like we were being pushed out other than that everything was perfect and wonderful, and they were very quick to respond to any problems that we had. Hands-down I would go back.

Sarah, Our crew was waiting in the driveway at 10:25 am (not 10 am – we have GPS trackers on our vehicles). You came out and invited them into the home and then you left at 11:25 am. We didn’t intend to make you uncomfortable and you invited them in. We are happy you would come back and stay with us, but we are sorry we didn’t live up to your expectations and you only gave us 4 stars. By allowing you to stay after the check-in time, we felt we were being more than generous. As you experienced on the check-in, when guests do not leave on time, it can delay the next arriving guests. Great stay w/ a beautiful view! The location was perfect where we could travel to different beaches each day! Heads up the stairs are steep to the entrance of the home, but the views from your patio make it worth it!

Amazing property! Beautiful views, comfortable and exquisite the core. This property is exceptional! Very comfortable for cooking, hanging out, or just relaxation and peace. Definitely worth every penny!

Very nice spot, we spent most our time outside around the pool! Very beautiful villa! Sunset on the beach down the road was amazing

The property was perfect. It had everything we needed. Including a french press and a juicer. The view with the jungle and ocean was breathtaking. We were close to the beach to watch the most amazing sunsets. The surrounding area had lots to explore. You could walk to a cafe for breakfast and the beach. To top it all off, the host was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring our comfort. They went above and beyond, providing thoughtful touches and responding promptly to any questions we had. Instructions to get to the property were sent ahead of time and very detailed with pictures. If you’re looking for a getaway that combines stunning views, a natural haven for birdwatching, and outstanding hospitality, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

We took a holiday of two weeks to run away from stress, the house and location were exactly what we need . Reclusive, in the middle of the jungle with a very relaxing pool and still close to the town and the beeches, but an 4×4 vehicle is requiered.We were visited by monkeys,copaibas and white nose coati’s, a lot of birds it felt like having a our personal nature park.The house and pool are just like in the pictures. And the personal from Osa help us with everything we need it..from suggestions and links for reserving excursions, to things that we need it. They were very prompt answering to our requests. For us was like a home away from home. We will always be happy to return to Casita Honu Iki. Thank you for an unforgetable holyday. Pura vida!!!!

La casa es muy cómoda, el condominio es precioso, así como cerca de todo en distancias cortas en carro. Tiene todas las comodidades, es privada y es estar como en la jungla pero cómodamente. Puntos de mejora: si se publica como un lugar donde se puede ir como familia con niños, no es congruente que nos llamaran la atención antes de las 6pm por estar con nuestros hijos en la piscina y no hacer bulla porque los vecinos son adultos mayores. Tuvimos problemas el primer día con el Internet, unos bombillos estaban quemados y una tabla del mueble de la cocina se desprendió sobre los pies de mi esposo mientras cocinaba, así como un disco de la cocina no servía. Todo lo reportamos y nos ayudaron y arreglaron rápidamente pero sería bueno q estos detalles se revisen antes de ingresar los huéspedes. Entiendo que la casa la administre una empresa (Osa) pero se siente muy impersonal el trato, demasiados protocolos y reglas como si fuera un hotel, $35 si se quiere salir 1 hora más tarde
