Pros- Good location, very private, the view was gorgeous, lot’s of birds and monkeys, easy check in, very comfortable beds, nice welcome fruit platter and coffee. House seemed fully equipped with everything you need.
Cons- every outlet had a scented plug in, the smell was so overpowering and nauseating we unplugged them all. Lot’s of dark hair all over the bedroom/bathroom floors (we are a family of blondes, so not ours), the outside of the house is a little run down, the living room and patio furniture didn’t feel clean, the text messages from the property management was a little too much, I got many unnecessary texts. Overall the house was okay for our quick 2 night stay, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

We loved our stay in this Villa. It’s perfect for a big group of friends and having the cleaners available is such a bonus. The pool and views are amazing. The beds are comfortable. We hired a private chef and the food was so good. Gary, our concierge, was so helpful and responsive. We hope to come back soon!

La casa superó nuestras expectativas, hay pequeños detalles que hacen del lugar una experiencia cómoda. Excelente para familias con niños. El único detalle negativo es que tienen una cámara que apunta a la terraza y piscina, nos pareció invasivo y nos hizo sentir como que nos estaban vigilando. Además hay vecinos muy cerca, lo único que divide las casas son plantas. Si busca un lugar privado puede que esta no sea la mejor opción.
Clean home and excellent customer service
Out stay for the three of us was very nice. The house was clean, well equipped and was a great Uvita location with easy access to an number of places to eat and very close to the beach! OSA was helpful with little items we needed assistance with. Thank you Team OSA!

Gary was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. We had a couple of problems with the house: at one point, the power went out, at another point the water went out, and then the fountain over the pool went out. But the thing that bothered me, the most was the three texts and the 11:30 PM phone call that I got regarding the level of noise in our house. We were two elder ladies, and we weren’t making any noise and they told us this was a glitch in the system.. the bathroom door was hard to open and close because it came off the track, otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it highly to other people

Great place with an absolutely amazing view! Sunset is spectacular with a local sloth mom and her baby in a tree in the yard every morning, and all manner of monkeys, Toucans, and tropical birds in the trees.. The management company was super responsive and helpful. Definitely will be back.
