This is the perfect home for a family staying in Uvita! Nice private backyard with a pool for the kids, comfortable patio furniture, big table for meals outside and ceiling fans to keep the bugs away!
The beds were comfortable, air conditioning was great and the kitchen had everything we needed! We loved the basket of mango, papaya, bananas and coffee waiting for us, thank you!
Close to a lot of restaurant options and walkable to the beach. We had a great stay and would happily come back! Thank you!
Clean home and excellent customer service
Out stay for the three of us was very nice. The house was clean, well equipped and was a great Uvita location with easy access to an number of places to eat and very close to the beach! OSA was helpful with little items we needed assistance with. Thank you Team OSA!

Very well equipped condo in a quiet area just outside of town.
King beds in both bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen. Only place in CR we stayed that actually provided dishwasher pellets.
Should be noted the living room. Furniture is nice but hard and the guard does many laps around the property daily and can see in the windows.

Schönes großes Ferienhaus mit schöner Einrichtung und großer gut ausgestatteter Küche. Zu dem Geschirrspüler hätte ich mir noch ein paar bereit gestellte Tabs gewünscht. Die Türen zu den Zimmern und zum Bad lassen sich schlecht oder gar nicht schliessen. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut. Vielen Dank für die Hilfe mit dem Arzt.

Great place to stay! Clean, comfortable, and beautiful house. Pool is very refreshing on hot days. Great walking distance to beach, restaurants, downtown, etc. Saw toucans and iguanas every day. Felt secure with a locked gate and keypad door. AC is only in upstairs bedrooms. Neighbor on the right was super strict on being quiet before quiet hours, so be aware of that. Overall, a lovely place for five friends to stay.
