PROS: layout of HOME/SPACIOUS rooms-even the bathrooms are large /ROOFTOP DECK views/PRIVATE LOCATION situated ideally between Dominical & Uvita, ANIMALS everywhere: toucans/howler monkeys often get close just right off decks in trees/even spotted the sloth in the tree off the deck/cute white gecko-creatures everywhere/even a JC lizard streaked across the pool, LOVED the soothing waterfall feature of pool CONS: driving in&out of driveway is tight if in a big vehicle, important TIP-be sure to open up ALL doors & windows for the best cros-ventilation or you’ll much prefer to stay in the air-conditioned rooms of house & in the pool (!)—-the only other con is that a full on view of ocean is only from rooftop deck (you get “peeks” of ocean from main level and pool)/a con for some: (Casa is conveniently located off main road-the jungle is so thick that I, myself, couldn’t hear anything at night except nature sounds), but my husband needed his earplugs claiming to hear occasional traffic at night without them. OVERALL WE LOVED OUR STAY-a TREMENDOUS VALUE

Bei unserer ersten Reise nach Costa Rica hatten wir das grosse Glueck von Osa Property betreut zu werden. Nicht nur waren wir in einem absolut einmaligen, wunderbaren Haus, in dem wir morgens von Papageien, Tucans, Affen oder Eidechsen begruesst wurden. Unser wunderbarer Concierge Gary war fuer uns immer erreichbar und hat fuer uns sowohl Tour – als auch Restaurantbuchungen organisiert hat sowie die Empfehlung fuer den wohl besten privaten Koch Manuele Fratini. Das Haus selber kann man mit Worten kaum beschreiben, so kunstvoll liebevoll eingerichtet, dass wir uns sofort wie zuhause gefuehlt haben. Perfekt fuer Familien wie uns, die gerne zusammen sind, aber auch gerne fuer jeden einen eigenen Rueckzugsort wuenschen. Wir moechten uns bei allen nochmal herzlich bedanken. Wir hatten eine perfekte Zeit.

Wir waren begeistert von der Unterkunft. Ich wollte gar nicht mehr ausziehen 😅 Die Unterkunft (Haus Nr 14) war sehr gut ausgestattet und ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Na, vielleicht wäre eine vernünftige Verdunkelung in den Schlafzimmern schön. Sie hatte leider gefehlt. Aber ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Und ich meine wirklich alles, von Küchenutensilien über Campingstühle zu Waschmaschine und Trockner und vieles mehr. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Quepos. Mit dem Auto ist aber alles schnell erreichbar. Dafür ist es schön ruhig. Und wir sahen Leguane und Totenkopfaffen. Der Gemeinschaftspool hat unseren Kindern (und auch uns) viel Spaß gemacht. Er war ein bisschen trübe. Das hat uns und auch die anderen Gäste nicht weiter gestört. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Da es gut gepflegt wird, ist das für mich OK und macht auch ein wenig den Charme aus. Wenn es ein Problemchen gab, war das Management immer schnell erreichbar und schickte sofort jemanden. Close to the beach and restaurants, the home had everything we needed to enjoy our week away and the pool was great.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Ojochal, dans la maison de Osa Property. L’équipe s’est démontré hyper professionnelle pour prendre soin de nous, autant avant notre arrivée pour s’assurer que tout était beau, que lorsque nous avions des questions (ils répondaient très rapidement). Notre séjour était vraiment parfait à cet endroit, le lieu était propre, je recommande sans hésitation cette propriété et toute autre propriété gérée par l’équipe de Osa. Gros coup de coeur pour le village de Ojochal et le café Tagua juste en face de la maison! 🙂 Merci!!

The house was awesome! So freaking gorgeous it was unbelievable. Although check in time was at three. We got there five minutes before three and the maids and the property manager didn’t leave until 3:30 or 4:00. Also on the way out check out time was at 11 but the property manager and the maids were there at 10 waiting in the driveway for us to get out. I was rushing to get the house clean and left it immaculate, but felt very rushed like we were being pushed out other than that everything was perfect and wonderful, and they were very quick to respond to any problems that we had. Hands-down I would go back.

Sarah, Our crew was waiting in the driveway at 10:25 am (not 10 am – we have GPS trackers on our vehicles). You came out and invited them into the home and then you left at 11:25 am. We didn’t intend to make you uncomfortable and you invited them in. We are happy you would come back and stay with us, but we are sorry we didn’t live up to your expectations and you only gave us 4 stars. By allowing you to stay after the check-in time, we felt we were being more than generous. As you experienced on the check-in, when guests do not leave on time, it can delay the next arriving guests. We had an awesome stay! The house was amazing. Everything that was described and listed as well as the pictures were better when we got there. The walk to the beach was 1 minute. It was private and secluded. The pool was warm, clean and lots of fun. The AC worked great in all of the bedrooms and main area! They thought of everything you would need during our stay. They even had a first aid kit that we need for a small cut on the finger. I totally recommend staying there!
