This was the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Reasonable prices too!

Gorgeous views and your own personal zoo! You will not be sorry. The rooms are large and comfortable. Many of them had little kitchenettes with mini fridges. The patios and balconies all had fantastic views. Be aware that The swimming pool and jacuzzi disappointingly are not heated. And the main living room, dining and kitchen are not cooled. Also know that the home has many many steps up and down just to get into the home and then up or down to your rooms, patios and pool areas. You will definitely see animals! Monkeys, sloths, toucans and parrots were there everyday. We ran out at sunrise and sunset each day to see our animals and it was so exciting to come home and unwind knowing this. Make sure to wear bug spray on your exposed areas lol. We found ourselves being nibbled on by who knows what just walking around in the jungle but never really seeing what they were. This is for Costa Rica in general. We also asked and were given the what’s app link to a personal delivery service who picked up groceries or meals for us so we didn’t have to leave the house. But if you do, everything you could need was just minutes away. Make sure to watch the sunsets from the bedroom at the very top! Oh also there’s no dryer but there is a washer. In a house this big we expected this. The driveway up the mountain to the house was scary at first. Try to come in the daytime the first time you come. It is steeply pitched, has sharp turns, uneven pavement and not good signage. Make sure your phones are on Google maps and Waze. But even then, know that the directions fall short to get to the house. You will go over a tiny bridge and just continue to head up. At night you will not see this very well. A 4×4 is REQUIRED! But let me assure you it all adds to your adventure… this home and the experience you will leave with are both ONE OF A KIND! We will be back!

Loved the house and location. We met many friendly people, did some awesome adventures near by, and loved Whale Tail beach area.

The three of us stayed September 2025. The pictures of the property looked like AI or heavily edited. It’s real! The most beautiful place I have ever stayed. Amazing views! Private, yet close to the beach. Hope to be back soon.

This was a great location for all the activities we had planned for Manuel Antonio area. We loved the lush grounds and were treated by a visit by monkeys visiting us around the pool in late afternoon. The hosts and staff were great. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Villa Nido. The check in process & commutation was excellent. We felt extremely welcome. The villa was pristine clean and the views were spectacular. We saw plenty of toucans and butterflies everyday. The separate bedrooms from the main house make it a great spot for groups and families. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and fresh local coffee was a nice touch. I would highly recommend a stay here! Hope to be back in the future. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Very convenient location and comfortable clean space! Would stay here again

The property is beautiful. We saw many birds and animals throughout the day. The gate locks which is great for piece of mind. The neighbors are friendly. Grocery stores are very close. We did not rent a vehicle but still were able to walk to the beach and waterfalls nearby. The only reason we gave it 4 out of 5 stars for accuracy of listing was because it said it had AC units. Two fans were provided in each room, but no AC units were present.

Best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Gorgeous outdoors and the pool was incredible. The kitchen was fully stocked (the rice cooker was an added bonus) and bed was comfy. Lots of yard games, chairs and towels for the beach and covered parking. We loved every minute of it. Response: It was an absolute pleasure to Host you all!
