This house was really nice, with 3 bedrooms and a nice little pool with a béatiful garden. Its well futnished and well taken care of, the only thing is that the roof in the master bedroom was leaking when its raining hard and i would double check the seal of the doors and windows because there were many mosquitos inside the house during the night. The service from Osa management was quick and efficient.

This is a beautiful house with a nice modular setup where each room has its own separate entrance from the main corridor and ensuite bathroom. It made it great for a group of two families staying there. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the kitchen was well equipped enough to bake a birthday cake in the oven. The location is up a dirt road where a car with good ground clearance and ideally a 4×4 is helpful. All very normal for Costa Rica standards in this and other areas. We were close to the beach and some small shops and the larger BM grocery store was a short drive. The property management company provided a very comprehensive manual ahead of time with map pins and photos which made it easy to navigate. They were very responsive throughout the stay even late in the evening and when there was an issue with the power and backup battery system they were quick to support and sent a very helpful representative that promptly fixed the issue.

This AirBnb had an excellent price point better than smaller units in the same complex. Will certainly look into this condo for a future stay!

The place was amazing and the host extremely helpful. The one thing you need to be clear about though is that the house is far up in the mountain. You truly need a 4×4 or at least an SUV and the road can be stiff and tricky to drive through. From the main entrance in Ojochal it takes about 10 minutes to get to the house. Once at the house, it truly feel like home, plenty of amenities and beautiful rooms and surroundings.
The pool is a bit deep for the average person!

This house is AMAZING! The looks are NOT at all deceiving. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get.

From the time of booking all the way until check out, everyone that I was in contact with were exceptionally nice and accommodating

Aside from the house being absolutely gorgeous, the customer service was also exceptional. We were greeted in person by Henry, who took the time to walk us through the house and personally explain things. First time this has ever happened with any house. It’s usually an impersonal email, with instructions.

They actually create a group chat on the WhatsApp and are available to you 24-7.

I highly recommend booking this house when visiting Puntarenas, Costa Rica.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is located in a relatively remote location, which is ideal if you want a place with plenty of privacy. Also, the house is impeccably clean and fully furnished. We enjoyed hearing and watching birds surrounding the house, and there is a beautiful view of the rivers and ocean. Since day one, the host was exceptionally kind. We look forward to coming back.
