The house was excellent. Everything we expected. Had our own personal tucan. Need a 4×4 on final stretch which we knew in advance.

The view from the house is absolutely incredible — really nature at its best. Getting to the house isn’t the easiest (it’s quite a steep climb), but it’s definitely worth it once you arrive. The house itself has everything you need. That said, just like some previous guests mentioned, the dryer can be a bit unreliable at times. We also had a power cut during our stay, which luckily only lasted about an hour and a half. Maybe something like a generator could help avoid that in the future as there is no cell phone receive or even the possibility to open the front gates when there is a power cut. Water cut aswell but during the night so it didn’t effect us that much. Communication was quick whenever we had questions, but it’s worth making sure any issues are followed up on and resolved quickly. Overall, we had a really good holiday — beautiful house, stunning views, and a place we’ll definitely remember. Power and water interruptions in remote areas of Costa Rica can occur unexpectedly, and we completely understand how disruptive that can be, particularly with no cell service and the gate access issue during the outage. Your suggestion about a generator is one we are sharing with the Owner. We are also addressing the dryer reliability, as we want every aspect of the home to function seamlessly for our guests. Wonderful house, very clean and spacious. We loved spending time in the pool and the backyard. It had all the amenities we needed during our one-week stay. Very conveniently located near Uvita. We had an amazing time in Costa Rica and highly recommend our stay at Ballena Bliss!!

Una casa enorme, comodísima, con todo lo necesario para pasarla muy bien. Gran cantidad de utensilios de cocina y vajilla. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, con camas confortables y baños limpios. Las vistas maravillosas, tanto hacia el mar cómo hacía la montaña. La piscina muy limpia y de un buen tamaño. Sin duda volveríamos a este magnífico lugar.

Muy bonito el lugar con un gran patio trasero, piscina de buen tamaño – 2 habitaciones con su baño individual – un lugar excelente para llevar perros – pueden andar afuera sin problema. Definitivamente vamos a volver
