Maravilloso lugar

House was good, no cleaning supplies. Not even dish soap. Had a text about three noise complaints when we had a friend over from 4pm-6pm.

We had a great week on our family vacation. 2 adults, 2 children. House is better than in pictures. Perfectly well appointed kitchen and great queality linens. The house itself has everything you need and more, even board games. Location was amazing, easy access, peaceful area. Some days we just stayed at the house in the pool. Very serene area. Check in was very easy, directions for the house were straight forward and simple.
We plan on coming back in July. Thank you OSA Properties!

My husband & 2 adult children w/their significant others rented Casa Domical for 1 week. We were very happy with the accommodations & the village of Dominical. The master bedroom is large with a very comfy bed & 2 balconies. The only gripe I have is there was nowhere to hang your clothes. The one closet was locked, most likely w/the owner’s personal items, but there were plenty of drawers to use.
The Casa is well equipped with all that you need for preparing your meals. There is a cooler & folding chairs to bring to the beach which is just a short walk down the gravel road. There are towels for the pool but they are not for the beach. I found this to be inconvenient as there is not towel rental at the beach. I really dont want to have to bring towels in luggage or purchase them upon arrival. The pool water was a refreshing temp & we enjoyed having it when not at beach. There are large canopy type tents w/chairs & internet for rental on beach which we appreciated very much. The vendor named Hansel(sp?) was such a sweet friendly guy & a hard worker. We had fun with him & tipped him well. He gave us a large bag of prawns one day as a thank you! 😋
The people in & around Dominical were really friendly. There are many restaurants & bars to go to. If you prefer the resort or all inclusive type of vacation with large hotels than this spot is not for you. Our family like a boutique style accommodations & diy. Costa Rica is so beautiful & there is so much to see & do! We can’t wait to go back!!

Schönes großes Ferienhaus mit schöner Einrichtung und großer gut ausgestatteter Küche. Zu dem Geschirrspüler hätte ich mir noch ein paar bereit gestellte Tabs gewünscht. Die Türen zu den Zimmern und zum Bad lassen sich schlecht oder gar nicht schliessen. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut. Vielen Dank für die Hilfe mit dem Arzt.

We stayed in two different units in this complex, and they were both our favourites in Costa Rica! Osa management was so helpful in finding a second unit on short notice for us to be able to extend our stay at this property beyond our plans, just because it was so beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. Short drive to everything needed, yet tucked away in nature. Wildlife all around the property. Most nights we were the only ones in the pool. The communication throughout the entire process was very good and smooth. Super clean and had everything we needed. Very happy with our stay here and the work that Osa property management had done for us! For nature lovers who are also looking for a home like feel, I recommend this place. We will be back for sure!
