The house was awesome! So freaking gorgeous it was unbelievable. Although check in time was at three. We got there five minutes before three and the maids and the property manager didn’t leave until 3:30 or 4:00. Also on the way out check out time was at 11 but the property manager and the maids were there at 10 waiting in the driveway for us to get out. I was rushing to get the house clean and left it immaculate, but felt very rushed like we were being pushed out other than that everything was perfect and wonderful, and they were very quick to respond to any problems that we had. Hands-down I would go back.

Aside from the house being absolutely gorgeous, the customer service was also exceptional. We were greeted in person by Henry, who took the time to walk us through the house and personally explain things. First time this has ever happened with any house. It’s usually an impersonal email, with instructions.

They actually create a group chat on the WhatsApp and are available to you 24-7.

I highly recommend booking this house when visiting Puntarenas, Costa Rica.

If I could give this property 10 stars I would! The infinity pool with beach and Mountain View’s was out of this world gorgeous! The master bathroom soaker tub surrounded by windows with tropical plants is what relaxing vacation dreams are made of. The concierge was EXTREMELY helpful in suggesting restaurants and booking us reservations and taxis (you need a 4X4 to get up to the property, which is up some VERY steep switchbacks…I personally enjoyed walking up and down them while birding and looking for monkeys!). Chef Mario cooked us a delicious meal in the house upon our arrival. All of the patios had incredible views. We saw red backed squirrel monkeys, scarlet macaws, two types of toucans, and capuchin monkeys from the pool deck. One thing to note is that 3 bedrooms are in a separate part of the house accessed through an external door from the kitchen/master/living room. We felt very safe and the property manager was quick to respond to questions!

We spent a wonderful 5 nights at this beautiful house in Uvita. The location was great – 5mins from the beach, lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops in direct proximity. You could easily walk to the Whale Tail for sunset which was stunning. The property has everything you could need for a relaxing stay – comfy bed and sofa, well-equipped kitchen, great BBQ, powerful shower, frosty aircon, safe off-road parking. The private pool is obviously a massive benefit, especially as the loungers were under shade and we could relax during the fierce heat of the day. The management company were very responsive and helpful at all times. There was a lovely bunch of flowers and fresh fruit left at check-in which was the icing on the cake. A perfect place! What a beautiful, magical place! We had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend it. We were 2 couples with 3 small kids who enjoyed the pool, nearby beaches and towns, wildlife (monkeys! lizards! birds! big bugs!), and sunset swims and dinners. A couple of things to note which we didn’t expect: the power does go out pretty often, which is common for the area. Only once it went out at night for 10 hours which was tough with the heat. There is only A/C in the bedrooms so the main level does get very hot during the day. As other reviews mentioned, you have use the steep-ish outside stairs to get between floors. Not a big deal, but a slight inconvenience sometimes. The road to the property does require 4×4 but was not an issue for us going in and out, we liked it! The waterfall hike is awesome but challenging with kids (steep). House is beautiful and clean with no bugs inside at all. Overall we had a fantastic, memorable stay and would love to come back again! The home was beautiful and we lived in a dreamworld for a week. It was very comfortable and gave us a truly wonderful experience. All the necessities we available and the OSA property management team made our activities easy to arrange. We lived the home and will come back in the future!
