Wonderful stay! Osa Management is incredibly responsive! We asked for a clothes drying and dish drying rack, and the next day we had them. The view is priceless, the bed very comfortable, and the small pool was perfect at sunset. There are occasional power outages due to work nearby, but they are quite short. Yes, there are many steps down to the villa and back up where you park the car, but the steps are worth the peace and view! Response: Thank you so much, Sara, for the wonderful 5-star review! Pros- Good location, very private, the view was gorgeous, lot’s of birds and monkeys, easy check in, very comfortable beds, nice welcome fruit platter and coffee. House seemed fully equipped with everything you need. Cons- every outlet had a scented plug in, the smell was so overpowering and nauseating we unplugged them all. Lot’s of dark hair all over the bedroom/bathroom floors (we are a family of blondes, so not ours), the outside of the house is a little run down, the living room and patio furniture didn’t feel clean, the text messages from the property management was a little too much, I got many unnecessary texts. Overall the house was okay for our quick 2 night stay, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Home was as advertised. The pool remained cool with 35 degree plus weather. The home was clean and fully equipped including a BBQ which was used frequently. The host was very responsive to all inquiries. It was a five minute walk to the beach as stated. Response: Thank you for the review Mark. It was an absolute pleasure to Host you! A great location, easy walk to shops & restaurants. We had an issue with the hot water and the maintenance man was there in 30min. He was extremely professional, polite friendly and helpful!.

Nuestra estadía fue mejor de lo que esperábamos, la casa es realmente como se ve en las fotos. Desde que nos comunicamos para reservar hasta que hicimos el check out la atención que nos brindaron fue rápida, amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos. Sin duda se convirtió en nuestro lugar favorito. El detalle de ponernos frutas para nuestra llegada realmente nos agradó mucho. Gracias por darnos una espectacular estadía. Loved this place, and Osa Property Management was excellent!!! I felt like I was working with the host, not a company. It’s smaller than what the photos look like, but perfect for 2 people. Felt safe and the neighbors were very friendly. Lovely small pool was perfect after a long day out. Nice location outside of town. Need four wheel drive. Great Job!!! Schönes Haus, netter sauberer Pool. Die Lage ist nicht so toll. Die Check In Zeit ist leider nicht sehr flexibel.
