Stunning. Simply magisterial. Casa Luna de Plata was comfortably the best house we have ever stayed in. From the incredible rainforest views and wildlife sightings (toucans, sloths, macaws, and monkeys from the deck) to the spacious and impeccably furnished interior, we couldn’t get enough of this place. Amazing value considering you get 4 beds, a private pool, brand new kitchen and 270 degree view of the Manuel Antonio area. Osa was a great host: they responded quickly to our questions, provided a great guide to the area, and embraced us with the pura vida lifestyle. We will definitely be returning!

We had such an incredible stay! The views all day long were spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was beautiful and well designed. The villa is more impressive in real life than the pictures. The views are out of this world. We saw monkeys, toucans, macaws and a bunch of other wildlife hanging out by the property. All the rooms have AC and they provide all the necessities for cooking. You won’t regret this place. It’s also close to so many beautiful waterfalls and beaches. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

Una joya de casa, todo impecable, la casa olía super rico a nuestra llegada, la cocina súper equipada, nos dejaron frutas de cortesía y galleticas 💗 hubo un pequeño corte de agua en la comunidad y el host super amable sin ser su culpa nos envío agua para beber! La alberca se disfruta mucho, la casa tiene hasta juegos de mesa pars divertirse. Es un lugar ideal para desconectarse y está realmente cerca de las playas! Cuando volvamos a Costa Rica, nos quedaremos de nuevo acá! 100% recomendado!

La propiedad luce tal y como más fotos. Lo único que resultó incómodo fue que cuando llegamos la refri ni el congelador funcionaban al igual que un aire acondicionado de una habitación. Los técnicos llegaron al día siguiente. El aire no funcionó y dormimos sin el. Esas situaciones hacen que el disfrute sea menos y que uno deba estarse comunicando y recibiendo personas para el mantenimiento lo cual no es agradable. La respuesta de los propietarios fue a tiempo sin embargo son cosas que ud deberían revisarse antes de recibir los huéspedes.

Great location, beautiful home and outdoor spaces with AHMAZing ocean views w/2 pools. Osa was responsive to our concierge needs. We had trouble locating the home and checking in b/c it is very dark at night and limited connectivity in the area, which was resolved with the help of Osa. We experienced a significant leak (water leaked in the bathroom and adjacent living area) after using one of two showers. The leak was confirmed after a maintenance person came to verify the leak the next day. As a result, we couldn’t use the shower for the remainder of the week and requested a partial refund. This matter isn’t resolved yet and remain hopeful. 2 days prior to arrival, we were contacted by Osa to move properties (35 minutes further south) due to a pool leak that hadn’t been completely fixed yet. We were nervous to change properties last minute but the day before we were told the leak was fixed and the pool would be ready to use on day 2 or 3 after it was filled with water.

Loved the closeness to the beach as well as the pool to relax in during the heat of the day. Maxi Pali within 5 minute walk made getting ANY supplies a breeze!

This house was really nice, with 3 bedrooms and a nice little pool with a béatiful garden. Its well futnished and well taken care of, the only thing is that the roof in the master bedroom was leaking when its raining hard and i would double check the seal of the doors and windows because there were many mosquitos inside the house during the night. The service from Osa management was quick and efficient.

We give just a mediocre valuation because we experienced a mixture of good and bad experiences. We were confronted with a lot of technical problems that could only partly solved.

The good side: Our contact person, Steven, turned out to be very ambitious and helped us quickly as soon as he could. For example he replaced a completely rotten coffee maker by a new one. He also cared for two non functioning bedside lamps and for several other lamps and fans that could not be switched on.

The bad side: There were several structural problems far beyond Stevenˋs possibilities. Just some examples: We had a stereo system that gave absolutely no sound and a TV with no pictures nor sound. A technician told us that it was not connected, neither to the internet nor to an antenna. What did thy do about that? Nothing! The terrace door could not be locked, because the lock was broken. What did they do?Again: nothing! Many times Steven gave us advices, one day later OSA office contacted us to tell us exactly the opposite. To us it seems like the right hand in this company does not know what the left does.

Conclusion: The prices of OSA are top level, their service is not!
