From the time of booking all the way until check out, everyone that I was in contact with were exceptionally nice and accommodating

Aside from the house being absolutely gorgeous, the customer service was also exceptional. We were greeted in person by Henry, who took the time to walk us through the house and personally explain things. First time this has ever happened with any house. It’s usually an impersonal email, with instructions.

They actually create a group chat on the WhatsApp and are available to you 24-7.

I highly recommend booking this house when visiting Puntarenas, Costa Rica.

Hermosa propiedad en la montaña, pero cerca de todo. Despertar cada mañana con el canto de las aves es simplemente perfecto. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas descansadas vacaciones. El servicio al cliente es super bueno, te envían toda la información por lo que no hay casi preguntas que hacerles y las dudas que tuvimos las contestaron inmediatamente. Ya estamos planeando volver en nuestras próximas vacaciones.

L’endroit est merveilleux. Une vue spectaculaire, une faune bien présente partout autour de la maison. Un oasis de luxe et de calme en pleine nature. Everything about this Ojochal home was perfect. My husband and I loved every moment. Warm pool, beauty view, immaculately clean, great kitchen for preparing meals but also close to many delicious restaurants and grocery shops. Citrus, Halyconia, Mosaic, Las Alturras were some of our favourites. Also short drive to Playa Tortuga and Playa Ballena. Don’t hesitate to book this great home! Super hosts Tom and Christine helped us with all our questions. Could not have been a better experience!

This is a superb rental. The house is short walk to the best surfing beach in Dominical area, maybe 300 yds to beach. It was impeccably clean and the area was quiet. The small pool was a welcome soak after surfing, hiking etc. Highly recommend this rental.

Our accommodation well exceeded our expectations. The location is stunning. It was peaceful, we spent hours just listening to the ocean, birds..and watching all there was to see. The communication was top notch. We were greeted with a beautiful welcome basket that was such a thoughtful touch. Staying here was a dream. Amazing experience in Costa Rica. The Airbnb is private, clean, and magical. The waterfall is an added bonus to an already amazing experience. Would recommend to anybody looking for a peaceful stay surrounded by nature.

Beautiful house, with all the comforts, the attention is excellent and the response is always on time. The spectacular view and the surrounding beaches too. Super recommended, we hope to return soon.

We love Ojochal and spending time in a space such as this only make our love for Ojochal and the natural beauty it offers that much stronger. it’s the perfect blend of luxury dancing with nature. We can’t wait to return.

La casa es muy cómoda, el condominio es precioso, así como cerca de todo en distancias cortas en carro. Tiene todas las comodidades, es privada y es estar como en la jungla pero cómodamente. Puntos de mejora: si se publica como un lugar donde se puede ir como familia con niños, no es congruente que nos llamaran la atención antes de las 6pm por estar con nuestros hijos en la piscina y no hacer bulla porque los vecinos son adultos mayores. Tuvimos problemas el primer día con el Internet, unos bombillos estaban quemados y una tabla del mueble de la cocina se desprendió sobre los pies de mi esposo mientras cocinaba, así como un disco de la cocina no servía. Todo lo reportamos y nos ayudaron y arreglaron rápidamente pero sería bueno q estos detalles se revisen antes de ingresar los huéspedes. Entiendo que la casa la administre una empresa (Osa) pero se siente muy impersonal el trato, demasiados protocolos y reglas como si fuera un hotel, $35 si se quiere salir 1 hora más tarde
