Lovey place . It’s a new build with a lovely view . Blinds would help as the sun makes the rooms very hot . The house is well equipped and we had a very comfortable stay . Thank you !

We really appreciated our stay in Uvita with Osa Property. The house was even nicer than expected, and location is great – with walking distance to many amazing restaurants as well as the beach.

Schönes großes Ferienhaus mit schöner Einrichtung und großer gut ausgestatteter Küche. Zu dem Geschirrspüler hätte ich mir noch ein paar bereit gestellte Tabs gewünscht. Die Türen zu den Zimmern und zum Bad lassen sich schlecht oder gar nicht schliessen. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut. Vielen Dank für die Hilfe mit dem Arzt.

We were initially scheduled to stay at another house, but two days prior to our trip we were notified by OSA that the house was no longer available. We booked this vacation 4 months prior and we were traveling with a toddler and an infant so the timing was not good. OSA offer us an alternate location in the same area and the minute we walked in the house we loved it. There are a couple of things that can be done to improve the total experience, ie: the outdoor furniture, although is looks great with the decor it is not practical and can potentially be an issue. And although we had an issue our first night there OSA was quick to respond. Our host Henry was the best! He was very informative and provided us with information of the local area and he was quick to stop by whenever we needed his assistance. All in all my family and I enjoyed our stay at The Lone Star Hacienda and we would definitely stay there or at other locations that are manage my OSA Property Management.

This is an absolutely stunning house. The location is incredible. Even if there are other houses nearby, you still feel as if you are in the middle of the jungle.

I think we were the first to stay there and that we had some first tenant issues. The utensils in the kitchen were worn out and dirty. The shower drains didn’t drain so you have water to your ankles in a minute. The power went out a few times, which is normal, but the property management also did not respond about it until the next day when we tried to respond to it.

If you are coming from San Jose, pay attention to the fact that they charge you an extra US$50 if you check in late, and the time you have to get from SJO to here is not enough to meet their late check-in cutoff.

It’s a great place with teething issues. Once those are ironed out, I am certain it will be much better.

This is a wonderful location and we had a great two weeks here. It is steps from the water and we loved walking on the beach and watching sunsets. Croc’s casino is next door if you want to visit and happy hour is quite enjoyable. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance. The house was well furnished although it is a little dated and some of the cabinets need to be touched up. The stove could use a good cleaning.

The home was beautiful and we lived in a dreamworld for a week. It was very comfortable and gave us a truly wonderful experience. All the necessities we available and the OSA property management team made our activities easy to arrange. We lived the home and will come back in the future!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s the perfect location for our family. We love to watch the wildlife around the condo. We walked to Dos Vista for local cuisine, and walked to Muddlefish brewery for great food and Wednesday & Friday music. Enjoyed our morning hike to El Miro for exercise and Jaco beach view. The condo is situated in the best part of Jaco beach with amazing sunset and where the locals gather for sunset. We can’t wait to come back!
