Nous avons passé 7 jours à Sweeping océans views.Nous sommes 2 couples.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour,la maison est assez grande pour 4 ,très propre, bien équipé . L’environnement est extraordinaire.

Loved the place. Our second time to Costa Rica and to Ojachal. It would my top choice to to live here. Casa Rana Verde exceeded all my expectations. OSA property was fantastic. Thank you and pura vida!

Seul bémol pour nous, pas sécurisante avec un enfant de 3 ans. Une des vitrées ne ferme plus.
Mais dans l’ensemble, bonne adresse.

We enjoyed our stay at the BC South house very much. It was convenient to town and private at the same time. It was very clean. Fully stocked and excellent new condition.

We had a wonderful time here. Beautiful property with a lot of fun features. The home offered everything we wanted for our stay in Costa Rica. The amenities were great and the views were incredible. We were able to see toucans and macaws. One morning we saw a bunch of monkeys. You really do need a 4×4 to get to the property but it was well worth it. Thank you for being wonderful hosts. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at OSA Properties. The location is great, close to the grocery store and restaurants but far enough that you can get a good nights rest.
There is a camera inside the home, just ensure it’s turned off or unplugged. We brought this to the attention of the team and profusely apologized and let us know that it was left there by accident after the cleaners had left.
The home is well equipped with everything you would need. The only issue we ran into was a leak in the kitchen sink. The team addressed it right away and had a plumber come in same day.
Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and enjoyed our stay.

The location is unbeatable. Steep drive up the mountain estates yields all the benefits. The view is unmatched. It sits in the middle of the rainforest near Tarcoles and has so much wildlife around it, we were astounded! A Tayra right next to the swimming pool one morning (a rare site for mammal lovers), many red macaws flying around the house all the time, toucan, a bird watcher’s dream! All the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Our group was well taken care of by Osa Property Management from beginning to end. Near Jaco for grocery runs if necessary. Great location for daily outings of all kinds. Super bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and common area! Laundry facilities, so we could reuse clothing and not pack as much. I can’t stop raving about Casa Majestica. My best experience in Central America to date!
