The house was great. Loved the space. Sadly the WiFi did not work but that was beyond their control as something had effected the power station that puts off the WiFi Signal in the neighborhood. The hot water also was not working because the tank was empty but once it was fixed it was fine. But it was great that they had maintenance on it to resolve it. Everything else was perfect. Thank you

Good stay. Maids did not come clean once during stay but beautiful spot. Response: Hola Carly! Sorry for the confusion, but the maid for the large house doesn’t service the casitas. Pros: private road, house was clean, fun decor, well kept pool.

Cons: located by the main road so traffic noise & make sure you have a 4×4 and can drive tricky turns getting in and out of the property.

Could be a pro or a con: howler monkeys WE ❤️ed them

The property was very beautiful and jungle like. Pool was pristine. Great communication from management. House had an odor first day, but once the air conditioning started circulating we were fine. Had issue with a patio lock not working and they replaced that ASAP, thx. This place is huge, beautiful and so worth the money! The ocean is very close by and you can see it from the views up top when you walk around the grounds, coming out and leaving, breathtaking! It’s very quiet and peaceful, sad we had to leave :). The surrounding are in Tarcoles has shops and Jaco isn’t far. You do need a 4 wheel drive, hills are extremely steep. The grounds are very well kept, luxurious place and professional ran establishment. Very friendly people! What a terrific value for a beautiful 3 bedroom 2,5 bath with fenced in outdoor pool in backyard along with outdoor shower! Beach just 2 blocks away on dirt road w curious cows on farmland right out from front door. We love to walk and Dominical has wonderful restaurants & local shops right around the corner from unit. Wildlife abundant and the surf was super for our entire week! Locals super friendly & unit was self efficient w locking touch pad on front door! We went waterfall swimming and were blessed to see Mama Humpback with her baby jumping up out of the water multiple times close to our whale watching tour! Got pics of 4 Scarlet Toucans in trees near local vendor market. Awesome vacation we had!!

Notre séjour s’est bien déroulé, la maison est grande et agréable.
Seul bémol pour nous, pas sécurisante avec un enfant de 3 ans. Une des vitrées ne ferme plus.
Mais dans l’ensemble, bonne adresse.

Amazing quality villa. Very private and everything you need is there . Definitely will come back with big family gathering !

Muy privado, con una vista increíble a las montañas.
La piscina es súper agradable y la mantienen muy limpia.
Excelente opción para ir con mascotas, pues tienen muchísimo campo para olfatear y jugar.
Tomar en consideración que es necesario manejar al menos 10 o 15 min para llegar a alguna playa (característico de la zona).
El único comentario negativo, es que los gallos de los vecinos cantan toooda la noche y madrugada jaja. Si usted tiene un sueño ligero, le sugiero llevar taponcitos para los oídos 😉
