Nos encanta playa palo seco, es un oasis de flora y fauna en el pacifico central. La casa muy bonita, comoda, bien ubicada, frente a la playa y con muchas amenidades para pasar unas inolvidablea vacaciones. Las camas super comodas, calidad de sueño excepcional. Recomiendo esta casa a cualquier familia o grupo de amigos.

++Positive: The accommodation has a fantastic view, the customer service is very good, quick to answer questions, minimalist, top — good to know: – You can still see and hear the main road, but it’s not too disturbing – There are other flats next door, it is not quite as cut off as the marketing pictures sell it, but it is not bad either. ! After booking via Airbnb, you are contacted by a number via mobile phone and have to sign another rental contract via a website. At the same time, additional insurance cover costs another 40 dollars or 3-400 dollars are blocked on your credit card. The American way. I didn’t like that, and I made a comment straight away. However, I received reminders almost every day after booking to do this. The rental price was therefore immediately 10% more expensive. – Small things in the flat, such as the TV not being set up, unstable WLAN did not bother us. So only a small star deduction for a few little Things! Response: Hola Stephan! Sorry for the inconvenience. That is in the House Rules, but as an Airbnb Guest had you brought that to our attention that you didn’t want to take advantage of the additional damage protection we would have removed that requirement. That is a mandatory requirement for our Guests who book directly with us on our own website, but it is an option on Airbnb. Beautiful condo to stay at and enjoy the wildlife around you on the balcony. The private pool was great to relax at when you wanted some space from the other pools that are offered at the resort! We loved that the room had 3 full bathrooms which made it easier for all of us to have our own space! We will definitely be back!

House and property exactly as described. Worked great for us and the location. Only problem we had was lack of hot water in mornings..

Villa Peninsula is undeniably beautiful. The view of the Ojochal hills is stunning, the bedrooms are spacious with large closets, and the landscaping is top-tier. The 270-degree wraparound deck immerses you in the surrounding jungle. Unfortunately, the management left a lot to be desired. From the start, we were asked to pay a $15 non-refundable Truvi security check fee—which felt unnecessary and was only removed after I challenged it. The lack of attention to detail and responsiveness added unnecessary frustration to our stay. Power outages occurred more than once. The security alarm went off randomly.. The dishwasher was leaking. Several light switches didn’t function correctly. The porch lights were extremely dim, and floodlight didn’t work at all. Customer service and responsiveness from the host were disappointing. Most frustratingly, the listing said no 4×4 required, which was flat-out misleading. The 2km dirt road was challenging. It’s a shame. This house has so much potential.

Wow j’y retournerais sans hésitation! Tellement beau et propre. La seule chose est que le lit chambre des maîtres n’était pas hyper confortable mais le reste était parfait ! Nous avions tout ce qui est nécessaire dans une maison. Merci et à la prochaine !

We were extremely happy with our stay and we will stay here again if we are in the area. We loved having the pool to ourselves and the place was so bright, sunny, and clean. The only thing that could be improved on was the little couch in the main area. It was difficult to sit on and it is not very comfortable. We loved sitting on the patio and relaxing in the mornings and evenings though.

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful property and great concierge service! Gary and the team were great hosts. Great place to go for our friends trip.
