The kitchen is very efficient and has all kinds of pots, pans, plates, etc. it is a bit far from the beach, you must have a car to get around. Overall, very nice. Everything about this stay was great!!

Beautiful home. Great pool. Good value. But there are management issues as all communications with the host are through a management company that is unfamiliar with the home. On day one we were missing a key to the secondary door to the back of the house and it was a game of telephone to figure out what was wrong. To be fair, the next day maintenance was sent out in the morning and switched out the keys, but we had to go day 1 without a main door opening. The first night we also alerted the host about the advertised pool water jets, fountain, and circulation features not working. The next day we were told they were on a timer but they were not. The next day maintenance was sent to us and told us they would need to go back to the office to get the key. They never returned. Overall, it is a luxurious property with good amenities and you get nice fruits when checking in. Just be aware this is a management company host and you may have to make peace with certain smaller frustrations. Regarding the pool jets and features — these operate on a timer system that runs at varying times throughout the day and night, and we want to assure future guests that the system is fully functional. We sincerely apologize for any confusion in communicating that clearly during your stay and will work on providing better upfront information about this feature. As for the door key concern, Pacific Escape operates with a digital lock system, so we want to ensure future guests are aware that a traditional key is not required for main access. We are looking into the details of your experience to better understand what occurred and ensure our team follows through completely on every maintenance visit. Loved the aesthetic, it was very nice and private. The casita and bar area were the highlights. Popped a tire getting there at some point coming back. The roads there aren’t the best, especially after heavy rains. Lots of bugs! Keep doors closed and watch out under the sink and behind the washer. Overall the stay with my 4 friends here was amazing! Es un lugar cómodo y con una ubicación increíble, escuchás y ves el mar mientras descansás. Fui con mis papás y mis suegros y es una ubicación muy conveniente para ir con adultos mayores, muy tranquilo y accesible todo. La zona común es agradable y muy silenciosa también. La comunicación con la administradora fue excelente, siempre estuvo atenta a aclarar dudas.
