🌴 Casa Majestica is where Luxury Meets Nature. The perfect place to unwind and disconnect. Everything was exactly as described, and even more stunning in person. The villa was spotless, luxurious, and fully equipped with everything you need to relax in total privacy. Secluded yet convenient, it’s about a 15-minute drive to stores and restaurants. The views are breathtaking from every corner, especially the pool and balcony, serenaded by birds and the wildlife create a true nature-lover’s paradise. Nestled in the mountains, surrounded by pure nature you’ll encounter harmless local residents like iguanas, ants, and Melipona bees; please don’t harm them, as they’re vital to the ecosystem. The road up is well-paved, the incline drive similar to a U.S mountain cabin. The Osa Property Management team was exceptional, meeting us at the gate and ensuring a smooth stay. If peace, privacy, and natural beauty are what you seek Casa Majestica is perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Majestica. The view was absolutely incredible, exactly as pictured. We saw quite a bit of wildlife from the house and neighborhood including Toucans, Macaws, Iguanas, Wild Piggies (or so we think), and more! Our host was always responsive and very helpful. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.

Beautiful house with spectacular views. Location is on top of mountain so it is a little rough to get to but well worth it. House is clean and prepared well for your stay with everything you’ll need. There were a few hiccups with power and water but owners were responsive and helped in anyway possible… and just again the views from the house I would say once in a lifetime but I do plan on returning

Casa Majestica is more than Majestic, It’s Perfect!
The location is unbeatable. Steep drive up the mountain estates yields all the benefits. The view is unmatched. It sits in the middle of the rainforest near Tarcoles and has so much wildlife around it, we were astounded! A Tayra right next to the swimming pool one morning (a rare site for mammal lovers), many red macaws flying around the house all the time, toucan, a bird watcher's dream! All the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Our group was well taken care of by Osa Property Management from beginning to end. Near Jaco for grocery runs if necessary. Great location for daily outings of all kinds. Super bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and common area! Laundry facilities, so we could reuse clothing and not pack as much. I can't stop raving about Casa Majestica. My best experience in Central America to date!

Our stay at Casa Majestica was fabulous. We arrived late due to an accident (landslide) on Rt 1. But Hector met us at the gate and led us up the road to the property. Note: The road is paved, but steep in parts. We had an SUV and Truck and both made it up with no issues. At first, your thinking, oh no! Where are we going? Then you arrive, and the view and privacy of the home are well worth the adventure. By day 2, I had mastered driving up the hill! Casa Majestica was perfect for our party of adults.
Our only concerns with the house was the waterfall shower heads did not work correctly in 2 of the bathrooms. The water outlet holes were most likely blocked by corrosion or mineral sediment. I would just get rid of them.
The propane bottle in the grill was empty but the house manager was quick to get us a new bottle!
Would definitely stay here again!
FYI, a resident bat is living in the alcove to the laundry room. It didn't bother us so we didn't bother it!
