Nos encantó. Tiene una vista muy bonita al mar. La casa es muy linda y está súper equipada. Estuvieron muy atentos a ayudarnos en lo que fuese necesario. Estamos deseando volver!
Our stay at Casa Majestica was fabulous. We arrived late…
Our stay at Casa Majestica was fabulous. We arrived late due to an accident (landslide) on Rt 1. But Hector met us at the gate and led us up the road to the property. Note: The road is paved, but steep in parts. We had an SUV and Truck and both made it up with no issues. At first, your thinking, oh no! Where are we going? Then you arrive, and the view and privacy of the home are well worth the adventure. By day 2, I had mastered driving up the hill! Casa Majestica was perfect for our party of adults.
Our only concerns with the house was the waterfall shower heads did not work correctly in 2 of the bathrooms. The water outlet holes were most likely blocked by corrosion or mineral sediment. I would just get rid of them.
The propane bottle in the grill was empty but the house manager was quick to get us a new bottle!
Would definitely stay here again!
FYI, a resident bat is living in the alcove to the laundry room. It didn’t bother us so we didn’t bother it!

We recently stayed at this property for a family trip. The house itself was absolutely beautiful! The views were amazing, rooms were clean and spacious and the downstairs common area was very homey. The hosts were very responsive. Any issues we had, they would try to resolve it right away. Their checking was very easy and checkout as well. They had great recommendations for restaurants and tours. They even had great recommendations for a private chef that we got to enjoy as well. Overall I would definitely recommend this property.

This is a magical villa atop a mountain but close to the beaches of Tarcoles and Jaco as well as the San Jose airport. The house and grounds are spacious, comfortable and the art work reflects Costa Rican culture. the birds: sit out by the pool and count the amazing species!
The views: the gulf of nicoya at the bottom of the mountains!
The house: spacious with an amazing central open concrete stair that makes you feel like royalty coming up and down
The pool: beautiful to swim before and after the afternoon rain. The solitude and beauty. I would recommend it to everyone!
