Amazing property. The backyard is wonderful. It feels like a private jungle. Secluded, many species of birds, flowering plants, banana trees. The pool is awesome and the patio furniture is very comfortable. The air conditioners cool the place quickly. This place is truly a gem. Would absolutely stay in this place again if visiting Uvita.

Clean and comfortable stay for us. Wish the kitchen was better equipped (needed to buy basics like salt, seasonings, and oil to cook). The grill also didn’t have any propane so we couldn’t use that. Water pressure was finicky and the power would go out randomly everyday (typically at night). Wish the pool filters weren’t on a timer so we could have the waterfall going for a longer period. Overall it was a nice place to stay and fit our needs.

Feb Visit
The house was great. Loved the space. Sadly the WiFi did not work but that was beyond their control as something had effected the power station that puts off the WiFi Signal in the neighborhood. The hot water also was not working because the tank was empty but once it was fixed it was fine. But it was great that they had maintenance on it to resolve it. Everything else was perfect. Thank you

We had a great week on our family vacation. 2 adults, 2 children. House is better than in pictures. Perfectly well appointed kitchen and great queality linens. The house itself has everything you need and more, even board games. Location was amazing, easy access, peaceful area. Some days we just stayed at the house in the pool. Very serene area. Check in was very easy, directions for the house were straight forward and simple.

Amazing place for our honeymoon! We enjoyed the privacy of the house, the backyard and pool were our own little oasis. We could walk to the beach and the great restaurants were just a short drive away! Highly recommend this spot, the host and property management were so helpful and kind!
My vacation was complete!
This AirBnB has a great layout for friends to share. The center has kitchen, dining & living area & each side has a bedroom and bath so there is good privacy. The pool is perfect for swimming & sunning plus there’s a pool bathroom. There is a good restaurant in walking distance & the ocean beach is very close by.

We had a great time at Casita Quetzel! The location is incredible - close to the beach & grocery store & within walking distance of an excellent restaurant with very friendly staff. The house was clean & we particularly loved the floor plan with the bedrooms & baths separated by the living area. The pool is lovely & refreshing with beautiful landscaping. We will be back!

The home was perfect. The pool and outside patio was just so relaxing. The beach is a short walk. Uvita has everything you would need for a wonderful vacation. Wales Tail was definitely a highlight.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The home was gorgeous the moment you walk in with a great open kitchen and wonderful backyard. The backyard has seating and an outdoor table to have all your meals at. The backyard is serene and the pool is perfect. They have everything you need to make your meals. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are wonderfully done. There is laundry inside the home, which is helpful. 10/10 recommend this place. Will be back to not only stay at this home but rent from OSA again.

La casa es preciosa, está muy bien ubicada y es súper cómoda. Los muebles y detalles de muy buen gusto. Prácticamente estrenamos la casa, mi único comentario es que había algunas facilidades listadas y que no estaban en la casa, como plancha o secadora de pelo. En general Casita Quetzal nos encantó y disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía, volveremos.
