This was a great place to stay. We really enjoyed how private and safe the home felt and enjoyed every night in the pool. This house was perfect for our group with more than enough room. We were there to visit the national park and participate in a Spanish immersion class. The house was close to the park and lots of great restaurants. Hosts were also very responsive and helpful. We would love to visit again soon and would definitely stay at this home again.

C’est une villa très agréable, très propre et très bien ordonné, avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin.
Je reviendrai sûrement en famille car nous avons réellement apprécié nos 3 jours.
À l’arrivée nous avions quelques retenus car nous ne connaissons pas les lieux et ils sont retirés.
Mais dès que nous sommes entrés dans la maison nous avons absolument tout aimé. Dès lors nous avons pris conscience que l’endroit était idéal et que le voisinage était très aimable.
L’hôte prend régulièrement des nouvelles et nous propose ses services constamment.
Ils sont très professionnel et travaillent pour que vous ne manquiez de rien.
Je n’ai rien à ajouter si ce n’est que je recommande cette villa à tous les futurs venants à Quepos au Costa Rica.

I stayed with my family. Private house in a quiet place. Very safe with security fence and gate. It is a 15 min drive to quepos and 25 min to Biesanz and Manuel Antonio beach. Have washer; Dryer, A/C. and all the amenities listed. Stove is small and have two burners only so cooking for a family will take time. House is very comfortable, with a lot of nice touches and details. Inside everything was clean and spotless. However i found the pool with a lot of tree leaves. There was a skimmer net outside that i used to clean the pool a little. In the guidebook you will get, it indicates pool cleaning is only tuesday and friday In overall we enjoyed our stay and i won’t hesitate to book again. I have been in quepos many times and i always try to book and stay in the area where the house is located because is quiet and good for relaxing. Quepos and manuel antonio is full of tourist and is a very noisy area. Host is very friendly and with good communication. Highly recommended place

We enjoyed staying here! It was a perfect location for visiting this area. We loved the privacy of this space as well as all of the amenities. It was quiet and centrally located for food and activities. Would definitely recommend!

It is a modern 2 bedroom 2 bath air bnb. We really felt luxurious. Beds were comfortable. Had a nice living room that opens to patio and swimming pool. It is about a 15-20 mins drive to Quepos town. It felt safe with gate and high fence. Overall wonderful experience!

La villa correspond parfaitement à la description et au photo. Le service de conciergerie est hyper réactif. L’emplacement est en retrait de la ville, il faut impérativement une voiture mais à proximité de tout ce qui rend l’endroit idéal. La villa est super bien équipée, très propre, tout est bien pensé il y a même un lave linge et un sèche linge ce qui est rare et appréciable dans ce logement. La literie est confortable et la villa très propre. Merci et je recommande à 100%.

This place is exactly as pictured. It is very private and very secure. The host was very responsive when our power went out and it came back on within minutes. They have a washer and dryer which is helpful as this isn't something we found common in Costa Rica. Overall, would recommend the location for a nice relaxing experience. Everything seems very new.

There was an issue with the entrance gate once, the property management team got it solved quickly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

Todo muy lindo y limpio, es exactamente como se ve en la foto, pero tuvimos inconvenientes con la electricidad ya que había como un corto en la casa y se iba y venía la luz frecuentemente en 30 min se iba 5 veces, nos fue imposible ver una película por este motivo y por ende el Internet se desconectaba cada vez que pasaba este corto.

The house is beautiful and has everything needed for a comfortable stay, cooking, and most importantly: it's in a very strategic location, close to Manuel Antonio National Park, yet away from the city's noise. The pool was very clean, and there was even a gas grill. I can truly recommend this house 100%.

Wir waren 2 Paare und hatten jeder für sich ausreichend Platz und auch Privatsphäre. Der Pool ist völlig ausreichend, 2 Stellplätze auf dem Grundstück direkt am Haus hinter dem Tor.
Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig.
Auf 500m ein kleiner Laden, der aber eine Vielzahl an Produkten vorrätig hat.
Wer mit Auto anreist, super Lokation!
Danke für die Gastfreundschaft, das tolle Haus und die guten Ratschläge.
Weiter so 👍

My family (including 2 kids) stayed at OSA properties- Villa Santo for 10 days. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Excellent privacy on the property. The home is as listed and photographed, very clean. There was everything we needed in the home to prepare simple meals. The pool is cleaned 2x a week and we enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. There was everything we needed to enjoy the home. There were some great board games to play with the kids when we wind down from the beach.
Extra towels and linens and laundry and dish soap were very helpful.
The provided guidebook had great suggestions on things in the area- super helpful. The house is in a quiet community. We saw several different types of birds just on the trees. Super close to Manuel Antonio and Quepos. We lived going to the Marina in the evenings. We had a wonderful visit.

Very professional company. We had a great stay here and were impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The space was just as described, with an open airy feeling. There were tall ceilings and big windows. The expectations were clearly defined. We requested early check in, which they were unable to accommodate but we were able to drop off our bags earlier. They responded right away (within minutes) when our code for the gate failed to work.
Some things to note, this space is about 15- 20 minutes from Quepos so you will need to be prepared with transportation. We were aware and enjoyed the private, quiet surroundings. Also, in addition to the nightly fee there is a renter insurance added which gave the option of a $500 deposit or a $45 one time fee. We chose the one time fee for convenience, and the price was still comparable to other airbnbs viewed. The private pool was something our family really enjoyed during our stay. The space was perfect for our family of four.

They set up activities for us since it was our first time in the area. I manage real estate in the US and could really tell they know what they’re doing. Lots of great little touches throughout.
