Had a great experience staying here as a group of 7 adults. Property was exactly as described. Very clean and modern. Comfortable beds, great showers.
Host company is super proactive and responsive, everything was smooth and seamless.
The location itself as mentioned is it a bit challenging to get to, and some Ubers/deliveries won’t come all the way up to the house. Also, as described, not exactly walkable to beaches and restaurants. But we had no issues driving everywhere. Would recommend!

This house was such a perfect shift to the end of our vacation. We stayed here 2 weeks after envision festival and the nature at this house was insane. It was my favorite part of the home.

Excelente lugar. La ubicación es privilegiada y la casa es exactamente tal como aparece en la descripción y en las fotos: una estancia de lujo, cómoda y rodeada de naturaleza. Durante las mañanas tuvimos la hermosa experiencia de observar monos aulladores (“congos”) y cariblancos que llegan a alimentarse cerca de la propiedad, lo que hace la experiencia aún más especial.
La casa es amplia, cuenta con aire acondicionado en todas las áreas y la piscina se mantiene muy limpia; es perfecta tanto para niños como para adultos que disfrutan nadar, con una profundidad máxima aproximada de 1.5 metros. Sin duda, le damos un 10/10 y recomendamos el lugar al 100%.
Como observación útil para futuros huéspedes: la entrada es de lastre y un poco empinada. Un automóvil bajo podría tener dificultad para ingresar. Nosotros llegamos en dos mini SUV (Volkswagen Crossfox y Audi Q3) y pudimos subir y bajar sin necesidad de 4x4; sin embargo, en época lluviosa consideramos que lo más recomendable es utiliza

The place was as described and the pictures are accurate. The host had good quick communications, for the most part everything we had asked for or needed maintenance for was answered. Though I do recommend the house add shower mats as the floor was very slippery and I fell and hit my elbow, which I had bursitis to walk around with while I was there for over a week. We did see monkeys in the back yard, along with some birds and a few other animals. I would recommend a 4x4 to get up to the property, this is a gated residential area. The houses are far apart so it feels very private and other than some local construction during our stay it was quiet. We would recommend this place, restaurants are within a 5 drive and beaches as well. A waterfall is about 8-10 mins away.

We absolutely loved this home. The photos do not do it justice at all. It was a beautiful home to stay in, with plenty of space. This was our third time in Costa Rica, and this was the best place we’ve stayed. The only thing I would mention is that it rained pretty hard one night, and the power frequently goes out when that happens. That’s understandable. However, the security gates in and out of the property lost power, and we could not get in or out because of that for about 2 hours. Lastly, the hills to and from the property are definitely a lot steeper, and require a 4x4, as stated in the description. You can use a 4x2, but we did get a flat tire using our SUV. However, regardless of those details, this place is highly recommended, and the property did everything they could to fix and make right any issues we had. We would absolutely stay here again and again!

Osa Property Management was heel snel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huis was erg groot, mooi en goed voorzien. Als klein minpuntje, vlakbij was iets waar veel mensen waren, waar veel herrie vanaf kwam. Maar verder was het geweldig!! Aapjes in de tuin en allerlei andere dieren.

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures, very nice place. For me, it seemed a little unfair that, my husband broke a foldable chair (that is old, moldy and sunburnt) literally by just sitting on it, and when we told management what happened, we were charged for it. They didn't even asked if he was ok. It was very annoying that they kept asking at what time were we leaving, I mean there's a reason the check-out time exists, it was like, please let us know if you leave early. It felt like they wanted us out asap. Like I said the house is as shown in the pictures, but for those two reasons I wouldn't go back.

Better than pictures and larger than expected. Perfect for a family of four. Huge pool and great outdoor shower w/ beach towels provided. Beds were super comfy, AC worked great and good water pressure. We enjoyed the privacy and the kids loved the surprise monkey and parakeet visits. Property management was very helpful with the grill and helping us find the property upon arrival. 4x4 not required. . Overall it was a fantastic stay!

The Perfect House!
The house was perfect for my vacation. It was very close to Uvita and a short drive to Dominical. The house was extremely nice and modern. Pool is very large and warm. There was also a sloth living on the property that I saw daily. And every few days or so a family of Howler Monkeys would pass by. You could clearly hear them from the house and if you go outside you could see them. The only suggestion I would make. . . is for management to put some kind of sign or flag out by the road so guests do not miss the driveway. It is very hard to find at night time.
