This is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed in. The wildlife didn’t disappoint! The waterfall pool was so relaxing. The home very modern, lovely. We ran very late checking in because of delayed flights. Finding the home in the dark was a bit trying, but we got it! We told the property manager not to wait for us, so that’s on us! And they had the home all lit up for us. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat! 4 wheel drive definitely needed!

We had a great time staying at one of their properties. Our Concierge, Gary Cerdas, was amazing from the beginning till the end of our trip. He helped us plan all of our excursions, our domestic flights, booking the car, and any questions I had he was quick to answer them. He is very efficient and great at doing his job. I will definitely be coming back for sure.
One of the things I would recommend for this house in specific is to maybe add a full body mirror and a heater for the pool. But overall, it was a great experience.

We just stayed at this beautiful Airbnb home in Costa Rica, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The house was simply amazing, with breathtaking views that made every moment special. Waking up each morning to the sounds of nature was incredibly peaceful and relaxing.
Our hosts welcomed us with fresh, delicious fruit, which was such a thoughtful touch. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to rest after a day of exploring.
The nearby towns offered wonderful local food that is absolutely worth trying. Everything about our stay was memorable, from the stunning scenery to the comfort and hospitality.

Das Haus hat die wie in der Beschreibung angegebene fantastische Lage mit freiem Blick auf den Pazifik. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und selbst die Kopfkissen sind von besonders hoher Qualität.
Von der Terrasse konnten wir viele Schmetterlinge und Vögel beobachte, wobei Tukane und Aras die Highlights waren.
Die Pool ist optimal fürs entspannen gestaltet und war super sauber.

Travelers tip: emphasize to your car rental place you need a 4x4 vehicle. We did ask our car rental place for that & they told us it was one…. But, they did not provide a vehicle strong enough to get up the hill. 😩 It was a big mess… but we took a taxi up to our Airbnb & we rented a stronger vehicle the following day. Just wanted to note & emphasize this hiccup for any future travelers so they don’t end up in the same situation.

Our stay at Villa Tres Vistas was absolutely unforgettable. I traveled with my husband, my goddaughter, and her fiancé, and it truly felt like we had our own private slice of paradise. The views are breathtaking, overlooking Manuel Antonio National Park, Matapalo Beach, and the Pacific Ocean, with sunsets that honestly didn’t look real. This scenery will leave you feeling inspired and eager to experience it yourself.What made this place even more special was the wildlife. Every day felt like a nature show. We saw macaws flying overhead, parrots in the trees, and toucans perched nearby. There were tree frogs around the property, coatimundi wandering through, and iguanas soaking up the sun. Visiting during [dry season or specific months] can enhance wildlife sightings and outdoor experiences, making your trip even more memorable.We stayed in the pool every single day; it was just that perfect. Between the waterfall feature, the view, and the peaceful surroundings, it became our favorite place to relax. Evenings by the pool with the outdoor fireplace were just as amazing. To make the most of your stay, pack essentials like [sunscreen, insect repellent, and comfortable outdoor clothing], so you're ready for both relaxing and exploring in nature.We also explored quite a bit while we were there. The house was beautiful and the pool was magnificent. The view every morning was gorgeous. However when we got there the water was not working. It seemed to be a problem with the other houses around us too so I can’t fully blame the property and they were responsive and quick to try and get it fixed. Took a day however and I’m not sure if that’s a common problem.

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in Tres Vistas verbracht. Die Aussicht ist grandios und die Lage einzigartig. Ein Ort, um Ruhe inmitten der Natur zu finden und bei Bedarf auch recht schnell (ca. 30 min Autofahrt) im nahegelegenen Nationalpark Manuel Antonio oder an den Stränden zu sein. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich, lässt sich aber mit einem Allradfahrzeug gut bewältigen.

Suggestions:
Because WiFi and Cell service is unreliable I highly suggest there be a Property guide book with all important information at the property.
I also highly suggest having the AC on at least one hour before guests scheduled to arrive, the house was extremely hot for the first hour or so.
Lastly, it would also be very helpful for all the excursion reservations , confirmation and information to be handed over upon arrival instead of one day at a time. It interrupts our relaxation when we are getting the information one day at a time.
A Printed Map of the area would be nice too.

We had an absolutely amazing, relaxing and peaceful stay! The home is exactly as the pictures show and the view was breathtaking. The host was extremely responsive. We personally chose to use the private chef three of our five days and Michael was incredible! The meals were delicious and the service provided was excellent. We also chose to hire a driver when we left the property rather than get our own 4x4, which you absolutely need to get to and from the property. Our drivers were wonderful. We recommend brushing up on your Spanish or having a translator app on your phone, Otherwise, it can be tough to communicate at times. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a more secluded, quiet nature getaway. We saw toucans and so many other wildlife each day.

This was a great stay with one of the most beautiful views you could ask for. The house was just as described. It's called Three Vistas for a reason. Views of the ocean and the jungle were priceless. The rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms felt luxurious, the A/C worked well and provided a relief from heat and humidity when we needed it. We rented it as two couples and the separate bedroom provided privacy for both couples. Access to the house is also just as described. Definitely requires a 4WD at the minimum. It's a bumpy climb. A couple of minor suggestions for the hosts: The kitchen needs more utensils. We had to keep washing things after each meal since there weren't enough forks/spoons to last a few meals. Living room may need some wall decoration/rugs to minimize the echo. We couldn't listen to music inside because it was impossible to talk over it. Outside sitting was comfortable and fun. The pool is pretty but large enough for soaking only (not swimming).

Our stay at this Savegre home was exceptional from start to finish. The photos do not capture the views and thoughtful details throughout the house. It felt both luxurious and relaxed, it was well stocked, with plenty of towels and kitchen essentials we needed. Despite being immersed in nature, bugs were very well controlled a detail that made a big difference in comfort.
What really set this home stay apart, however, was the concierge, Gary. On our very first day we ran into an issue when our rental car couldn’t make it up the mountain road. Gary immediately took control of the situation, he contacted the rental agency, arranged transportation for us to reach the house, and organized a safe place for our car until a proper 4x4 replacement arrived. He handled everything smoothly and proactively, curated outstanding experiences for us, including a mangrove tour and a night hike with excellent local guides.

We had a dreamy stay at this house. Just as I read in the other reviews, the photos don’t do it justice. Breathtaking views out of every window, front of the house had beautiful green Mountain View’s where we saw Toucans in the morning, and the back of the house has ocean views to the left and right. The only downside is the driveway up, I timed it. 7 minutes of an extremely bumpy and steep driveway where you MUST have four wheel drive. Is it worth it…100% for the luxury and view. 100% would stay here again.

This place was just like the Paradise on heart or I would say a real dream place! Beautiful view, bed so comfortable, huge tv to watch movies, awesome pool with waterfalls and a bbq for a good steak a night. We caught mahi mahi in a fishing trip and the Private chef CR (Luis and Royner) came to cook it at the house it was soo good! That was just a perfect stay and I would say that 3 nights went by way too fast. We wish we could have stayed longer! I have to say that we really appreciated the communication and organisation of Osa Property Mangement.

This property is absolutely stunning. The photos don't do justice to the house, its actually better. We saw all kinds of wildlife. You're at least 30-35mn from any decent restaurant or grocery store. So planning ahead is critical. You definetely need a 4x4 for this property but we loved the steep hills, it became a thrill coming in and out of the house.
A little hick up with the A/C that didnt work in the main master bedroom facing the pool (the best one), so we had 4 guys come and create a bit of disturbance for couple of hours. This could have been avoided. im mentioning it so the team can learn and Grow from it.
Overall the Osa team did a fantastic job communicating, reacting to resolve the issue and the concierge Gary also arranged a fabulous massage.
