This Airbnb stay was absolutely unforgettable, and the views were truly the highlight! Waking up each morning to the breathtaking scenery was an experience I won’t soon forget. We spent hours just sitting outside, soaking in the beauty of the surroundings.
The large windows let in so much natural light, and every room had a perfect vantage point to appreciate the amazing views. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the tranquility. Even during the evening, the view was mesmerizing, with the sunset casting beautiful colors across the sky.
This Airbnb offers a rare combination of comfort and natural beauty, and if you’re someone who loves to be surrounded by stunning views, this is definitely the place for you. I couldn’t have asked for a better setting for my stay, and I’ll be dreaming of these views until I can visit again!

The views are incredible! An amazing setting. It’s about 30 minutes to Manuel Antonio but worth the drive. The privacy and seclusion is amazing! Wake up early to enjoy the birds and the sun rise. The pool is a great place to unwind and relax. The furniture and beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked making it enjoyable to do a few meals at home during our stay. Would definitely go back!

The villa is great and it really is everything the pictures and listing say that it is. The views are wonderful and everything is clean and modern. What I didn't expect was the value provided by Osa Property Management. They helped book excursions, answered questions (at all hours), made recommendations, setup our rental car arrangements, our airport, shuttle, etc. We even had an issue where I didn't pay for the shuttle service deposit like I was supposed to. Not only were they on top of it and had tried to contact me about it multiple times and I missed it, they were still able to find me transportation last minute when there wasn't any available. The villa is fantastic, but the service provided Osa was surprising and really is top notch. It added to our experience overall!

We can’t say enough about this place. It was wonderful! The house is beautifully designed and decorated, it’s fully stocked with everything you might need. I love that it has the basics, like spices and olive oil, it’s calm and peaceful and we didn’t want to leave. The pictures really don’t do it justice. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Dit is een waanzinnige mooie villa op een geweldige plek. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en het ontbreekt aan niets. De villa ligt ook echt in de natuur en we hebben genoten van al het flora en fauna . De communicatie is echt fantastisch de host wil echt alles voor je doen om je een onvergetelijk verblijf te laten hebben . Wij hebben al de nodige huizen / villa’s via Airbnb geboekt en deze behoort echt tot de allermooiste.

What an amazing experience! Very beautiful property! I didn’t want to leave. I stayed for six days and I truly feel that was the best vacation I’ve ever taken. My driver Daniel , who’s an angel. The wonderful food from the chefs and a relaxing massage from Angelina. Thank you so much ❤️

Amazing house! You will def need a 4x4 car to get there, don’t attempt without one but the views are worth it. It was very clean but expect some bugs, especially when lights are on. However, it was manageable and the property management folks were informative in how to keep that at bay. Also, we spotted toucans almost every morning! We enjoyed our stay very much.

From start to finish, we had an excellent time. Henry met us at the meeting point and showed us to the property and then showed us around. The view was better than the pictures show. Truly three amazing views! We were visited daily by different animals, including a blue Morpho butterfly with iridescent blue wings. Truly amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

This is my dream home minus the drive up the hill to get to it 🤣 Everything about the place was spectacular. The views, the layout ( the one bedroom is separate from the house so this may not work for families with small children), the pool, kitchen, beds. The only feedback I have is very minor and only a suggestions to make it even better. I wish there was a hook in the shower to hang my wash cloth or swimsuit, some kind of storage container for food in the kitchen would have come in handy, and the addition of a bedside table would make this place perfection.

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Right from the beggining the property management company went above and beyond to help us book activities, store our luggage when we got in early and brought us up to the insanely gorgeous property. Location is great if you want to relax at the property or explore Manuel Antonio, Dominical or Uvita. There was plenty to do. We ended up popping our tire and the management company went above and beyond and sent someone to come help us change the tire! Absolutely do the private chef they recommend! We will be back!!

This property FAR EXCEEDED our expectations. It’s even more beautiful and pristine than the photos! Osa Property was wonderful to work with. The house is in the most stunning location ever. You’re in a safe, gorgeous fish bowl getting to view nature. We saw toucans, frogs, butterflies, iguanas, and a scarlet macaw flew over as well. The ocean views were perfection. We had 3 children with us and felt incredibly safe and well taken care of. The pool is stunning and clean. All of my kids said it was their favorite Air BnB they have ever stayed at.

Beautiful, beautiful property! Everything was very nice, except for the dirty grill and the dead bugs everywhere from the bug pretreatment. We appreciate the bug treatment, but it was unpleasant to see dead bugs in the kitchen before meal preparation. We also found some sort of animal feces by the pool on two occasions. I think a daily cleanup of these issues should be included in the stay.

The house exceeded our expectations. As many said before, the views and house in person are even more stunning. We started our trip with a few days of relaxing and did not leave. The layout was perfect for three couples. Each bedroom was on a different side of the house and had fabulous views. Hiring the Private Chef was one of the highlights of our trip. The food was fabulous and we enjoyed sharing the evening with our chefs. We also had Angelique from Dominical come to the house to give us massages and we cannot recommend her enough. The house is on top of a mountain and very remote. We got groceries ahead of time and didn’t leave. If you’re planning on leaving the house, you will definitely need a car.

Our stay at Villa Tres Vista was absolutely amazing! The photos on the listing, while incredible, don’t scratch the surface of how beautiful it is! Ronnie was exceptional, accommodating, and responsive, and the concierge went above and beyond for us and our last minute excursion requests!
A few highlights of the Villa itself:
1. The views are unmatched! From the mountains and jungle to perfect views of the ocean, we could see it all!
2. Be ready for beautiful wildlife! Each day the hummingbirds, butterflies, etc. made for magical moments! Add to it a plethora of little geckos and Tucanes and you felt transported!
3. The pool and outdoor space were heaven!
4. The beds were incredibly comfortable and place was like you stepped into a magazine!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was perfect. The pictures really don't do the place justice. The host was super attentive and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. They provide you with any activities and guides about things to do nearby. We even booked some of our excursions through them and they answered all of our questions. Definitely will need a 4x4 to go up the hill to the property. It's about a 5-7 min drive on the uphill gravel. The place itself was very clean. Overall had such a great experience here and would love to come back!

Very beautiful place. A day before our booking we received a worrisome text explaining that they were going to have to switch us to another property due to water issues in the mountains! Thankfully that same day after the disappointment they were able to get everything back in check for the original property so we could stay! We can’t thank them enough for working so quickly to resolve this issue it would’ve really been a stint in our trip.

Not my thing but given, we were in jungle! It totally exceeded my expectations. The host were outstanding, they made my stay ten times better as they treated my family and I like their own family! They were super helpful with accommodations and helping booking activities throughout my entire stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all of my family and friends. 10/10!!! I could not agree more with all the positive reviews that have been written about this house and the property management company. The house is great. The views are amazing (as others mentioned, better than the pictures). The Wifi works flawlessly (which is important to me) and we had no issues with electricity or water (and we were there for 8+ days). Finally, the management company (Osa Properties) is very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend Tres Vistas!

You could sit out by the pool and feel immersed in nature with tons of butterflies/hummingbirds flying around with the sounds of toucans in the nearby trees.
Property management company was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process
We had a few issues with power outages(<2hrs at a time) and water outages (twice at >12 hrs at a time.) It seemed like the water issues were unusual because the property company offered to move us to another property and offered a discount for the time that we were without. Internet was super reliable the whole time.
It was our first time in Costa Rica so with some flight delays, customs being longer than expected (2hrs), and the drive from SJO being longer than expected (>3hrs) we arrived later than expected. You definitely need 4x4 for the last 1km.

I can’t put into words, just how incredibly amazing our stay was at this fabulous oasis. It’s just breathtaking in every room, inside and out. Ronnie, our host/manager, was so helpful and kind. The pool was awesome and we loved cooking in the “state of the art” kitchen. You’ll have everything you need in this beautiful home. Our kids loved it! They even had floaties in the pool. Thank you for the absolute best stay ever! If we’re fortunate enough to visit Costa Rica again, I’ll only ever want to stay here! Pure paradise!

The pool was awesome and we loved cooking in the “state of the art” kitchen. You’ll have everything you need in this beautiful home. Our kids loved it! They even had floaties in the pool. Henry and Ronnie were amazing. Henry met us and got us settled. We had issues with our rent a car our first night (YOU NEED A 4x4) and Henry made a call and had groceries delivered us within the hour. Ronnie had our excursions booked and our itineraries ready with all the necessary details. All our excursions were safe, well organized and every guide we had was kind and knowledgable.
Check out was a breeze.

In early October, our party of six had a great time in Costa Rica at Tres Vista. This property was perfect. The house had everything we had imagined, and more. There were great views, large living spaces, a relaxing pool, and three sizable bedrooms. Our only regret is that we only stayed for six days given all there is to do, I would recommend a stay of at least 10 or more. We will be back!

The property was gorgeous with fantastic views, like the pictures show. Everything was very clean and new. The kitchen is very well equipped. Just make sure you have a 4x4, otherwise you won't get to the house. And be aware that it takes around 20 minutes to get to a supermarket or a gas station. It was wonderful to wake up in the morning listening to the sounds of Nature.

The property is beautiful and luxurious and the views are breathtaking. You aren't close to anyone else, so you can chill, but you also need to stock up on food. Beautiful home, exceeded expectations. Awoke to toucans in the morning. You need a 4x4. A storm knocked down trees barring our way up the mountain. We hiked up, leaving our car on the road, and spent the night with no power. Even with that it was spectacular. They had the trees cleared by morning.

Beautiful home, exceeded expectations. Awoke to toucans in the morning. You need a 4x4. A storm knocked down trees barring our way up the mountain. We hiked up, leaving our car on the road, and spent the night with no power. Even with that it was spectacular. They had the trees cleared by morning.

My friends, family, and I all had a wonderful stay at this OSA property. It is hard to believe, but the property was more beautiful than the pictures. The property is at the top of the hill so you will definitely need a 4x4 vehicle, but it is very much worth the drive. Henry was very responsive and friendly. 10/10 recommend!

My friends, family, and I all had a wonderful stay at this OSA property. It is hard to believe, but the property was more beautiful than the pictures. The property is at the top of the hill so you will definitely need a 4x4 vehicle, but it is very much worth the drive. Henry was very responsive and friendly. 10/10 recommend!

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms making the space suitable for groups up to 6. The house provides plenty of privacy while offering plenty of areas to gather. One of my favorite community spaces in the house is the indoor out door breakfast bar perfectly placed between the kitchen and front patio. Additionally, I believe the office nook is the most overlooked yet vital asset during my stay.

Está perfectamente equipada, habitaciones cómodas con aire acondicionado, cocina totalmente equipada, piscina muy confortable, espacios cómodos para disfrutar en el jardín. Es perfecta para seis personas. El servicio de internet es bueno. Los baños eran cómodos y amplios. La casa estaba muy limpia y recibimos muy buen atención por parte de don Henry, quien nos recibió al ingreso y a la salida, resolviéndonos las dudas durante la estadía de manera pronta. I can’t put into words, just how incredibly amazing our stay was at this fabulous oasis. It’s just breathtaking in every room, inside and out. Ronnie, our host/manager, was so helpful and kind. The pool was awesome and we loved cooking in the “state of the art” kitchen. You’ll have everything you need in this beautiful home. Our kids loved it! They even had floaties in the pool. Thank you for the absolute best stay ever! If we’re fortunate enough to visit Costa Rica again, I’ll only ever want to stay here! Pure paradise!

The house was awesome! So freaking gorgeous it was unbelievable. Although check in time was at three. We got there five minutes before three and the maids and the property manager didn’t leave until 3:30 or 4:00. Also on the way out check out time was at 11 but the property manager and the maids were there at 10 waiting in the driveway for us to get out. I was rushing to get the house clean and left it immaculate, but felt very rushed like we were being pushed out other than that everything was perfect and wonderful, and they were very quick to respond to any problems that we had. Hands-down I would go back.

We didn't intend to make you uncomfortable and you invited them in.
