We had a really nice stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and the views were absolutely amazing!!!The private chef was definitely a highlight ,the food was sooo good! The hostes were also very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The place was absolutely beautiful! The pictures really don’t do this listing any justice. The drive up to the house is a little rough and takes about 8 minutes to reach the top, but once you get there, the views are absolutely breathtaking.
The house was well stocked with seasonings, which was perfect because we were able to cook and enjoy a pool day without having to leave. One of the nights, we lost power due to the rain, but the host stayed in constant communication with us throughout the night and kept us updated. Anytime we needed anything, the host responded quickly, which made us feel very comfortable during our stay.
You’ll also see quite a bit of wildlife around the property, but nothing that was scary honestly, it was more fascinating than anything!
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the beautiful property, the views, and the hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at one of their properties. Our Concierge, Gary Cerdas, was amazing from the beginning till the end of our trip. He helped us plan all of our excursions, our domestic flights, booking the car, and any questions I had he was quick to answer them. He is very efficient and great at doing his job. I will definitely be coming back for sure.
One of the things I would recommend for this house in specific is to maybe add a full body mirror and a heater for the pool. But overall, it was a great experience.

We just stayed at this beautiful Airbnb home in Costa Rica, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The house was simply amazing, with breathtaking views that made every moment special. Waking up each morning to the sounds of nature was incredibly peaceful and relaxing.
Our hosts welcomed us with fresh, delicious fruit, which was such a thoughtful touch. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to rest after a day of exploring.
The nearby towns offered wonderful local food that is absolutely worth trying. Everything about our stay was memorable, from the stunning scenery to the comfort and hospitality.

Das Haus hat die wie in der Beschreibung angegebene fantastische Lage mit freiem Blick auf den Pazifik. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und selbst die Kopfkissen sind von besonders hoher Qualität.
Von der Terrasse konnten wir viele Schmetterlinge und Vögel beobachte, wobei Tukane und Aras die Highlights waren.
Die Pool ist optimal fürs entspannen gestaltet und war super sauber.

Travelers tip: emphasize to your car rental place you need a 4x4 vehicle. We did ask our car rental place for that & they told us it was one…. But, they did not provide a vehicle strong enough to get up the hill. 😩 It was a big mess… but we took a taxi up to our Airbnb & we rented a stronger vehicle the following day. Just wanted to note & emphasize this hiccup for any future travelers so they don’t end up in the same situation.

Our stay at Villa Tres Vistas was absolutely unforgettable. I traveled with my husband, my goddaughter, and her fiancé, and it truly felt like we had our own private slice of paradise. The views are breathtaking, overlooking Manuel Antonio National Park, Matapalo Beach, and the Pacific Ocean, with sunsets that honestly didn’t look real. This scenery will leave you feeling inspired and eager to experience it yourself.What made this place even more special was the wildlife. Every day felt like a nature show. We saw macaws flying overhead, parrots in the trees, and toucans perched nearby. There were tree frogs around the property, coatimundi wandering through, and iguanas soaking up the sun. Visiting during [dry season or specific months] can enhance wildlife sightings and outdoor experiences, making your trip even more memorable.We stayed in the pool every single day; it was just that perfect. Between the waterfall feature, the view, and the peaceful surroundings, it became our favorite place to relax. Evenings by the pool with the outdoor fireplace were just as amazing. To make the most of your stay, pack essentials like [sunscreen, insect repellent, and comfortable outdoor clothing], so you're ready for both relaxing and exploring in nature.We also explored quite a bit while we were there. The house was beautiful and the pool was magnificent. The view every morning was gorgeous. However when we got there the water was not working. It seemed to be a problem with the other houses around us too so I can’t fully blame the property and they were responsive and quick to try and get it fixed. Took a day however and I’m not sure if that’s a common problem.

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in Tres Vistas verbracht. Die Aussicht ist grandios und die Lage einzigartig. Ein Ort, um Ruhe inmitten der Natur zu finden und bei Bedarf auch recht schnell (ca. 30 min Autofahrt) im nahegelegenen Nationalpark Manuel Antonio oder an den Stränden zu sein. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich, lässt sich aber mit einem Allradfahrzeug gut bewältigen.

Suggestions:
Because WiFi and Cell service is unreliable I highly suggest there be a Property guide book with all important information at the property.
I also highly suggest having the AC on at least one hour before guests scheduled to arrive, the house was extremely hot for the first hour or so.
Lastly, it would also be very helpful for all the excursion reservations , confirmation and information to be handed over upon arrival instead of one day at a time. It interrupts our relaxation when we are getting the information one day at a time.
A Printed Map of the area would be nice too.

We had an absolutely amazing, relaxing and peaceful stay! The home is exactly as the pictures show and the view was breathtaking. The host was extremely responsive. We personally chose to use the private chef three of our five days and Michael was incredible! The meals were delicious and the service provided was excellent. We also chose to hire a driver when we left the property rather than get our own 4x4, which you absolutely need to get to and from the property. Our drivers were wonderful. We recommend brushing up on your Spanish or having a translator app on your phone, Otherwise, it can be tough to communicate at times. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a more secluded, quiet nature getaway. We saw toucans and so many other wildlife each day.

Our stay at this Savegre home was exceptional from start to finish. The photos do not capture the views and thoughtful details throughout the house. It felt both luxurious and relaxed, it was well stocked, with plenty of towels and kitchen essentials we needed. Despite being immersed in nature, bugs were very well controlled a detail that made a big difference in comfort.
What really set this home stay apart, however, was the concierge, Gary. On our very first day we ran into an issue when our rental car couldn’t make it up the mountain road. Gary immediately took control of the situation, he contacted the rental agency, arranged transportation for us to reach the house, and organized a safe place for our car until a proper 4x4 replacement arrived. He handled everything smoothly and proactively, curated outstanding experiences for us, including a mangrove tour and a night hike with excellent local guides.

This place was just like the Paradise on heart or I would say a real dream place! Beautiful view, bed so comfortable, huge tv to watch movies, awesome pool with waterfalls and a bbq for a good steak a night. We caught mahi mahi in a fishing trip and the Private chef CR (Luis and Royner) came to cook it at the house it was soo good! That was just a perfect stay and I would say that 3 nights went by way too fast. We wish we could have stayed longer! I have to say that we really appreciated the communication and organisation of Osa Property Mangement.

This property is absolutely stunning. The photos don't do justice to the house, its actually better. We saw all kinds of wildlife. You're at least 30-35mn from any decent restaurant or grocery store. So planning ahead is critical. You definetely need a 4x4 for this property but we loved the steep hills, it became a thrill coming in and out of the house.
A little hick up with the A/C that didnt work in the main master bedroom facing the pool (the best one), so we had 4 guys come and create a bit of disturbance for couple of hours. This could have been avoided. im mentioning it so the team can learn and Grow from it.
Overall the Osa team did a fantastic job communicating, reacting to resolve the issue and the concierge Gary also arranged a fabulous massage.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. The views are incredible. If you love nature and comfort, this is the place for you. You do need a 4X4 vehicle to get to the house. It’s a 2.2 km up hill on a dirt road.
You will get escorted by someone from OSA, to the house. You won’t be able to find it on your own. I didn’t read the instructions correctly and I tried finding it on my own and ended up going to the end of the road. No cell service until you get to the house and connect to the internet.

Very beautiful location, lots of wildlife! Be prepared for the true Costa Rica experience. We really enjoyed all the bird watching! The big windows and sunsets were to die for! The villa is great and it really is everything the pictures and listing say that it is. The views are wonderful and everything is clean and modern. What I didn't expect was the value provided by Osa Property Management. They helped book excursions, answered questions (at all hours), made recommendations, setup our rental car arrangements, our airport, shuttle, etc. We even had an issue where I didn't pay for the shuttle service deposit like I was supposed to. Not only were they on top of it and had tried to contact me about it multiple times and I missed it, they were still able to find me transportation last minute when there wasn't any available. The villa is fantastic, but the service provided Osa was surprising and really is top notch. It added to our experience overall!

Amazing house! You will def need a 4x4 car to get there, don’t attempt without one but the views are worth it. It was very clean but expect some bugs, especially when lights are on. However, it was manageable and the property management folks were informative in how to keep that at bay. Also, we spotted toucans almost every morning! We enjoyed our stay very much.

From start to finish, we had an excellent time. Henry met us at the meeting point and showed us to the property and then showed us around. The view was better than the pictures show. Truly three amazing views! We were visited daily by different animals, including a blue Morpho butterfly with iridescent blue wings. Truly amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

This is my dream home minus the drive up the hill to get to it 🤣 Everything about the place was spectacular. The views, the layout ( the one bedroom is separate from the house so this may not work for families with small children), the pool, kitchen, beds. The only feedback I have is very minor and only a suggestions to make it even better. I wish there was a hook in the shower to hang my wash cloth or swimsuit, some kind of storage container for food in the kitchen would have come in handy, and the addition of a bedside table would make this place perfection.

This property FAR EXCEEDED our expectations. It’s even more beautiful and pristine than the photos! Osa Property was wonderful to work with. The house is in the most stunning location ever. You’re in a safe, gorgeous fish bowl getting to view nature. We saw toucans, frogs, butterflies, iguanas, and a scarlet macaw flew over as well. The ocean views were perfection. Beautiful, beautiful property! Everything was very nice, except for the dirty grill and the dead bugs everywhere from the bug pretreatment. We appreciate the bug treatment, but it was unpleasant to see dead bugs in the kitchen before meal preparation. We also found some sort of animal feces by the pool on two occasions. The house exceeded our expectations. As many said before, the views and house in person are even more stunning. We started our trip with a few days of relaxing and did not leave. The layout was perfect for three couples. Each bedroom was on a different side of the house and had fabulous views. Hiring the Private Chef was one of the highlights of our trip. The food was fabulous and we enjoyed sharing the evening with our chefs. We also had Angelique from Dominical come to the house to give us massages and we cannot recommend her enough. The house is on top of a mountain and very remote. We got groceries ahead of time and didn’t leave. If you’re planning on leaving the house, you will definitely need a car.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was perfect. The pictures really don't do the place justice. The host was super attentive and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. They provide you with any activities and guides about things to do nearby. We even booked some of our excursions through them and they answered all of our questions. Definitely will need a 4x4 to go up the hill to the property. It's about a 5-7 min drive on the uphill gravel. The place itself was very clean. Overall had such a great experience here and would love to come back!

Very beautiful place. A day before our booking we received a worrisome text explaining that they were going to have to switch us to another property due to water issues in the mountains! Thankfully that same day after the disappointment they were able to get everything back in check for the original property so we could stay! I could not agree more with all the positive reviews that have been written about this house and the property management company. The house is great. The views are amazing (as others mentioned, better than the pictures). The Wifi works flawlessly (which is important to me) and we had no issues with electricity or water (and we were there for 8+ days). This place is paradise! It is even better than the photos! All of the bedrooms are designed with the views in mind so you wake up and see tropical flowers, the pool, and coast in the distance. You could sit out by the pool and feel immersed in nature with tons of butterflies/hummingbirds flying around with the sounds of toucans in the nearby trees.
Property management company was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process
We had a few issues with power outages(12 hrs at a time.) It seemed like the water issues were unusual because the property company offered to move us to another property and offered a discount for the time that we were without. Internet was super reliable the whole time.
It was our first time in Costa Rica so with some flight delays, customs being longer than expected (2hrs), and the drive from SJO being longer than expected (>3hrs) we arrived later than expected. You definitely need 4x4 for the last 1km.

I can’t put into words, just how incredibly amazing our stay was at this fabulous oasis. It’s just breathtaking in every room, inside and out. Ronnie, our host/manager, was so helpful and kind. The pool was awesome and we loved cooking in the “state of the art” kitchen. You’ll have everything you need in this beautiful home. Our kids loved it! They even had floaties in the pool. Thank you for the absolute best stay ever! If we’re fortunate enough to visit Costa Rica again, I’ll only ever want to stay here! Pure paradise!

In early October, our party of six had a great time in Costa Rica at Tres Vista. This property was perfect. The house had everything we had imagined, and more. There were great views, large living spaces, a relaxing pool, and three sizable bedrooms. Our only regret is that we only stayed for six days given all there is to do, I would recommend a stay of at least 10 or more. We will be back!

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a large bowl of fresh fruit grown locally, flowers! It is a picture perfect immaculate home with plenty of room and privacy. The casita and pool was perfect for our teenage girls.

Me encanto la luz que tiene la casa y la altura de su techos también la hace muy fresca.

The property was gorgeous with fantastic views, like the pictures show. Everything was very clean and new. The kitchen is very well equipped. Just make sure you have a 4x4, otherwise you won't get to the house. And be aware that it takes around 20 minutes to get to a supermarket or a gas station. It was wonderful to wake up in the morning listening to the sounds of Nature.

This house is AMAZING! The looks are NOT at all deceiving. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get.
From the time of booking all the way until check out, everyone that I was in contact with were exceptionally nice and accommodating
Aside from the house being absolutely gorgeous, the customer service was also exceptional. We were greeted in person by Henry, who took the time to walk us through the house and personally explain things. First time this has ever happened with any house. It's usually an impersonal email, with instructions.
They actually create a group chat on the WhatsApp and are available to you 24-7.
I highly recommend booking this house when visiting Puntarenas, Costa Rica.

The house was awesome! So freaking gorgeous it was unbelievable. Although check in time was at three. We got there five minutes before three and the maids and the property manager didn’t leave until 3:30 or 4:00. Also on the way out check out time was at 11 but the property manager and the maids were there at 10 waiting in the driveway for us to get out. I was rushing to get the house clean and left it immaculate, but felt very rushed like we were being pushed out other than that everything was perfect and wonderful, and they were very quick to respond to any problems that we had. Hands-down I would go back.

Our crew was waiting in the driveway at 10:25 am (not 10 am - we have GPS trackers on our vehicles). You came out and invited them into the home and then you left at 11:25 am.
We didn't intend to make you uncomfortable and you invited them in.
We are happy you would come back and stay with us, but we are sorry we didn't live up to your expectations and you only gave us 4 stars.
By allowing you to stay after the check-in time, we felt we were being more than generous. As you experienced on the check-in, when guests do not leave on time, it can delay the next arriving guests.

Beautiful home, exceeded expectations. Awoke to toucans in the morning. You need a 4x4. A storm knocked down trees barring our way up the mountain. We hiked up, leaving our car on the road, and spent the night with no power. Even with that it was spectacular. They had the trees cleared by morning.

Tres Villas was amazing. It was easy to find, but be sure to get a good 4x4. From the wildlife viewable from the room, to the three beaches you can see from the top of the mountain, this place was worth the drive. I wish we had more time there! Thank you

My friends, family, and I all had a wonderful stay at this OSA property. It is hard to believe, but the property was more beautiful than the pictures. The property is at the top of the hill so you will definitely need a 4x4 vehicle, but it is very much worth the drive. Henry was very responsive and friendly. 10/10 recommend!

Location: on the Pacific Ocean side in the hills of portal on. House is perfectly surrounded by nature providing wonderful views of both the sunrise and sunset. The scenery is absolutely stunning. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms making the space suitable for groups up to 6. The house provides plenty of privacy while offering plenty of areas to gather. One of my favorite community spaces in the house is the indoor out door breakfast bar perfectly placed between the kitchen and front patio. Additionally, I believe the office nook is the most overlooked yet vital asset during my stay.
It’s the perfect villa for an intimate family vacation, a couples’s group trip, a business or wellness retreat, or even a content creation trip like my own. The staff is wonderful; Ronny is the property manager who welcomed me upon arrival. He was very pleasant and attentive to detail, and handled all my requests with grace.

La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotografías, se encuentra en un lugar alto, en las montañas de las costas del Pacífico Sur, de donde se tienen maravillosas vistas del amanecer y del atardecer. Está perfectamente equipada, habitaciones cómodas con aire acondicionado, cocina totalmente equipada, piscina muy confortable, espacios cómodos para disfrutar en el jardín. Es perfecta para seis personas. El servicio de internet es bueno. Los baños eran cómodos y amplios. La casa estaba muy limpia y recibimos muy buen atención por parte de don Henry, quien nos recibió al ingreso y a la salida, resolviéndonos las dudas durante la estadía de manera pronta. Sin duda repetiremos la experiencia!!
