We had an absolutely amazing, relaxing and peaceful stay! The home is exactly as the pictures show and the view was breathtaking. The host was extremely responsive. We personally chose to use the private chef three of our five days and Michael was incredible! The meals were delicious and the service provided was excellent. We also chose to hire a driver when we left the property rather than get our own 4×4, which you absolutely need to get to and from the property. Our drivers were wonderful. We recommend brushing up on your Spanish or having a translator app on your phone, Otherwise, it can be tough to communicate at times. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a more secluded, quiet nature getaway. We saw toucans and so many other wildlife each day.

This was a great stay with one of the most beautiful views you could ask for. The house was just as described. It’s called Three Vistas for a reason. Views of the ocean and the jungle were priceless. The rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms felt luxurious, the A/C worked well and provided a relief from heat and humidity when we needed it. We rented it as two couples and the separate bedroom provided privacy for both couples. Access to the house is also just as described. Definitely requires a 4WD at the minimum. It’s a bumpy climb. A couple of minor suggestions for the hosts: The kitchen needs more utensils. We had to keep washing things after each meal since there weren’t enough forks/spoons to last a few meals. Living room may need some wall decoration/rugs to minimize the echo. We couldn’t listen to music inside because it was impossible to talk over it. Outside sitting was comfortable and fun. The pool is pretty but large enough for soaking only (not swimming).

Our stay at this Savegre home was exceptional from start to finish. The photos do not capture the views and thoughtful details throughout the house. It felt both luxurious and relaxed, it was well stocked, with plenty of towels and kitchen essentials we needed. Despite being immersed in nature, bugs were very well controlled a detail that made a big difference in comfort.
What really set this home stay apart, however, was the concierge, Gary. On our very first day we ran into an issue when our rental car couldn’t make it up the mountain road. Gary immediately took control of the situation, he contacted the rental agency, arranged transportation for us to reach the house, and organized a safe place for our car until a proper 4×4 replacement arrived. He handled everything smoothly and proactively, curated outstanding experiences for us, including a mangrove tour and a night hike with excellent local guides.

Breathtaking views out of every window, front of the house had beautiful green Mountain View’s where we saw Toucans in the morning, and the back of the house has ocean views to the left and right. The only downside is the driveway up, I timed it. 7 minutes of an extremely bumpy and steep driveway where you MUST have four wheel drive. Is it worth it…100% for the luxury and view. 100% would stay here again.

This place was just like the Paradise on heart or I would say a real dream place! Beautiful view, bed so comfortable, huge tv to watch movies, awesome pool with waterfalls and a bbq for a good steak a night. We caught mahi mahi in a fishing trip and the Private chef CR (Luis and Royner) came to cook it at the house it was soo good! That was just a perfect stay and I would say that 3 nights went by way too fast. We wish we could have stayed longer! I have to say that we really appreciated the communication and organisation of Osa Property Mangement.

This property is absolutely stunning. The photos don't do justice to the house, its actually better. We saw all kinds of wildlife. You're at least 30-35mn from any decent restaurant or grocery store. So planning ahead is critical. You definetely need a 4x4 for this property but we loved the steep hills, it became a thrill coming in and out of the house.
A little hick up with the A/C that didnt work in the main master bedroom facing the pool (the best one), so we had 4 guys come and create a bit of disturbance for couple of hours. This could have been avoided. im mentioning it so the team can learn and Grow from it.
Overall the Osa team did a fantastic job communicating, reacting to resolve the issue and the concierge Gary also arranged a fabulous massage.

Beautiful home and very responsive host. Well equipped kitchen and beach chairs and towels are provided for use. The pictures accurately match the house. We saw many varieties of wildlife from the backyard.

Amazing stay! My wife and I honeymooned here and we loved it! The views were beautiful and the host was extremely responsive. It’s about 30 minutes to the beach and a ton of restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. The views are incredible. If you love nature and comfort, this is the place for you. You do need a 4X4 vehicle to get to the house. It’s a 2.2 km up hill on a dirt road.
You will get escorted by someone from OSA, to the house. You won’t be able to find it on your own. I didn’t read the instructions correctly and I tried finding it on my own and ended up going to the end of the road. No cell service until you get to the house and connect to the internet.

The pictures do this home no justice! It feels like your in heaven. Their is a view from every angle of this home. We seen different species of birds and all type of insects! Not my thing but given, we were in jungle! It totally exceeded my expectations. The host were outstanding, they made my stay ten times better as they treated my family and I like their own family! They were super helpful with accommodations and helping booking activities throughout my entire stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all of my family and friends. 10/10!!! A 4x4 is a NEED! It’s a small journey to get to the actual home! But it’s worth the trip up!

This home is beautiful the pics do it no justice. The view is amazing it’s so peaceful & serene. You will need a 4x4 suv to get to the home the road is steep & unpaved. Be prepared to experience small lizards in the house, insects & big frogs at night around the pool. We really enjoyed the pool. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals. Book this house it’s perfect for a group trip.

I could not agree more with all the positive reviews that have been written about this house and the property management company. The house is great. The views are amazing (as others mentioned, better than the pictures). The Wifi works flawlessly (which is important to me) and we had no issues with electricity or water (and we were there for 8+ days). Finally, the management company (Osa Properties) is very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend Tres Vistas!

This place is paradise! It is even better than the photos! All of the bedrooms are designed with the views in mind so you wake up and see tropical flowers, the pool, and coast in the distance. You could sit out by the pool and feel immersed in nature with tons of butterflies/hummingbirds flying around with the sounds of toucans in the nearby trees.

I can’t put into words, just how incredibly amazing our stay was at this fabulous oasis. It’s just breathtaking in every room, inside and out. Ronnie, our host/manager, was so helpful and kind. The pool was awesome and we loved cooking in the “state of the art” kitchen. You’ll have everything you need in this beautiful home. Our kids loved it! They even had floaties in the pool. Thank you for the absolute best stay ever! If we’re fortunate enough to visit Costa Rica again, I’ll only ever want to stay here! Pure paradise!

Was a bit disappointed we lost water for a whole night and the power went out a few times briefly, but other than that everything was great! Communication was amazing and the pictures definitely don’t do it justice.

I have no words for how fabulous this property is. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s a glass house and the view is constantly changing and never looked the same for the 8 days we stayed there.
Henry and Ronnie were amazing. Henry met us and got us settled. We had issues with our rent a car our first night (YOU NEED A 4x4) and Henry made a call and had groceries delivered us within the hour. Ronnie had our excursions booked and our itineraries ready with all the necessary details. All our excursions were safe, well organized and every guide we had was kind and knowledgable.
Check out was a breeze.

In early October, our party of six had a great time in Costa Rica at Tres Vista. This property was perfect. The house had everything we had imagined, and more. There were great views, large living spaces, a relaxing pool, and three sizable bedrooms. Our only regret is that we only stayed for six days given all there is to do, I would recommend a stay of at least 10 or more. We will be back!

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a large bowl of fresh fruit grown locally, flowers! It is a picture perfect immaculate home with plenty of room and privacy. The casita and pool was perfect for our teenage girls.

The property was gorgeous with fantastic views, like the pictures show. Everything was very clean and new. The kitchen is very well equipped. Just make sure you have a 4x4, otherwise you won't get to the house. And be aware that it takes around 20 minutes to get to a supermarket or a gas station. It was wonderful to wake up in the morning listening to the sounds of Nature.

The pictures looked great so we were amazed to find that the reality was even better. The Osa team could not have been more helpful from day 1, helping with so many things not just the residence. The property is beautiful and luxurious and the views are breathtaking. You aren't close to anyone else, so you can chill, but you also need to stock up on food. This house is AMAZING! The looks are NOT at all deceiving. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get.
From the time of booking all the way until check out, everyone that I was in contact with were exceptionally nice and accommodating
Aside from the house being absolutely gorgeous, the customer service was also exceptional. The house was awesome! So freaking gorgeous it was unbelievable. Although check in time was at three. We got there five minutes before three and the maids and the property manager didn’t leave until 3:30 or 4:00. Also on the way out check out time was at 11 but the property manager and the maids were there at 10 waiting in the driveway for us to get out. I was rushing to get the house clean and left it immaculate, but felt very rushed like we were being pushed out other than that everything was perfect and wonderful, and they were very quick to respond to any problems that we had. Hands-down I would go back.

Beautiful home, exceeded expectations. Awoke to toucans in the morning. You need a 4x4. A storm knocked down trees barring our way up the mountain. We hiked up, leaving our car on the road, and spent the night with no power. Even with that it was spectacular. They had the trees cleared by morning.

My friends, family, and I all had a wonderful stay at this OSA property. It is hard to believe, but the property was more beautiful than the pictures. The property is at the top of the hill so you will definitely need a 4x4 vehicle, but it is very much worth the drive. Henry was very responsive and friendly. 10/10 recommend!

Location: on the Pacific Ocean side in the hills of portal on. House is perfectly surrounded by nature providing wonderful views of both the sunrise and sunset. The scenery is absolutely stunning. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms making the space suitable for groups up to 6. The house provides plenty of privacy while offering plenty of areas to gather. One of my favorite community spaces in the house is the indoor out door breakfast bar perfectly placed between the kitchen and front patio. Additionally, I believe the office nook is the most overlooked yet vital asset during my stay.
It’s the perfect villa for an intimate family vacation, a couples’s group trip, a business or wellness retreat, or even a content creation trip like my own. The staff is wonderful; Ronny is the property manager who welcomed me upon arrival. He was very pleasant and attentive to detail, and handled all my requests with grace.

The home was absolutely beautiful and the hosts were extremely helpful & communicative. This is the perfect location for privacy and is truly picturesque. You will need a 4x4 vehicle to get to the home - the road to the property itself is a bit rocky and a standard car absolutely will not make it. My only wish is that there were full length mirrors. Otherwise we had a great stay!

La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotografías, se encuentra en un lugar alto, en las montañas de las costas del Pacífico Sur, de donde se tienen maravillosas vistas del amanecer y del atardecer. Está perfectamente equipada, habitaciones cómodas con aire acondicionado, cocina totalmente equipada, piscina muy confortable, espacios cómodos para disfrutar en el jardín. Es perfecta para seis personas. El servicio de internet es bueno. Los baños eran cómodos y amplios. La casa estaba muy limpia y recibimos muy buen atención por parte de don Henry, quien nos recibió al ingreso y a la salida, resolviéndonos las dudas durante la estadía de manera pronta. Sin duda repetiremos la experiencia!!

I can’t put into words, just how incredibly amazing our stay was at this fabulous oasis. It’s just breathtaking in every room, inside and out. Ronnie, our host/manager, was so helpful and kind. The pool was awesome and we loved cooking in the “state of the art” kitchen. You’ll have everything you need in this beautiful home. Our kids loved it! They even had floaties in the pool. Thank you for the absolute best stay ever! If we’re fortunate enough to visit Costa Rica again, I’ll only ever want to stay here! Pure paradise!

The house was awesome! So freaking gorgeous it was unbelievable. Although check in time was at three. We got there five minutes before three and the maids and the property manager didn’t leave until 3:30 or 4:00. Also on the way out check out time was at 11 but the property manager and the maids were there at 10 waiting in the driveway for us to get out. I was rushing to get the house clean and left it immaculate, but felt very rushed like we were being pushed out other than that everything was perfect and wonderful, and they were very quick to respond to any problems that we had. Hands-down I would go back.

By allowing you to stay after the check-in time, we felt we were being more than generous. As you experienced on the check-in, when guests do not leave on time, it can delay the next arriving guests.
