This property did not disappoint! Even more beautiful than the photos!! We travelled with two adults and three teenagers and we all had a wonderful time. We loved the separate pool area and grill. The covered balconies were perfect to enjoy the outdoors no matter the weather! I appreciated having access to laundry and the dishwasher worked very well. It’s worth noting that the upstairs is not accessible from the main living area – you must go outside to get to both the upstairs and a washroom. This was okay with us as our kids are older. The little cabin was a great little bonus space. The cabin was not air conditioned like the main unit (as advertised) but does come with a great fan. Overall, this space is just beautiful! The hosts were incredibly responsive, and we had a fabulous time no matter the weather (it was sunny most days!). I would recommend reading the guidebook for clear directions and try to check in before it gets dark 😌

Loved this place. It really is an amazing property. The only negative is that we were very surprised to find out that there was not AC in the cabin, so beware of that before booking. We didn’t use the cabin because it was too hot, which eliminated a whole room.

Todo perfecto. La ubicación algo dificil de acceder si no tienes un 4x4, además que nos pillaron las lluvias fuertes y mucho barro. Hubo filtraciones de agua en la casa debido a las lluvias pero nada importante. Muy de agradecer el lavavajillas, lavadora y secadora de gran capacidad. Vistas inmejorables. Se agradecería en la casa independiente, ventanas. Solo hay mosquiteras y con las fuertes lluvias y viento, no se dormía bien.

This is an absolutely stunning home. We stayed with friends, and the rooming situation worked well for everyone. We all had our own private space, but the kitchen and deck were big enough for us to cook together and play games. Really enjoyed that the property came with some card games, too. Saw lots of birds on the property, some agoutis, and heard the howler monkeys, but we didn't see them. Appreciated being across the road from Playa Hermosa and some good restaurants. Beautiful home in a great location for a phenomenal price. We would be lucky to stay here again.

Host were friend and responsive. Instructions were clear and communication was quick. The route to enter home is a bit rough during the rainy season however the home and surrounding areas have beautiful views and are minutes away from supermarkets and the beach.

The house has an interesting distribution, specially about to access the different spaces… But it’s so spacious, comfy the those things are minimal.
The Osa Property team was always attentive and willing to help, answering questions promptly.

I can’t say enough good things about this space! The property management company was extremely responsive and helpful. The space has anything you could possibly need. It has this cool path that leads you to a fun little river that you can explore through. We had such a great experience, I highly recommend and my family and I will definitely be back 🙂

Our stay here felt like a retreat, the house is clean, beautifully decorated and has a wonderful view on the jungle and ocean. The pool is also wonderful and refreshing and we spotted many birds and other animals right in the garden. If you want to have a luxury and relaxed stay, this is where you want to go!

L’hôte a été très réactive à nos demandes et l’arrivée a été facile.
Le seul inconvénient est la disposition des pièces à l’étage où il est nécessaire de passer par une chambre double pour accéder à la chambre triple (nous étions 9).

wat een heerlijke plek op onze doorreis, hier in Villa Vada Hermano hadden we echt vakantie. Het terras was geweldig: uitzicht op zee, een mooie grote houten eettafel, een luie lounge vanaf waar we onze 2 pubers plezier hoorden maken in het zwembad. Ook veel dieren gezien in de tuin en op de weg baar het huis. Van de host hadden we leuke restaurant tips gekregen zoals het Foodcourt in Uvita en La Parcela met zeezicht in Dominicalito. Het was gewoon heerlijk sochtends lekker beetje te surfen en zonnen op de 2 leuke stranden, dan wat boodschapjes doen én uitgebreid chillen in de prachtige villa tot etenstijd. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en heel gezellig en sfeervol ingericht.
De weg erheen is uitdagend, maar ik was met 3 mannen die dat juist geweldig vonden. Het zorgt in ieder geval voor het spectaculaire uitzicht met af en toe zelfs papegaaien.

There are holiday houses and holiday surprises. This was a great surprise. The space, the view of the big terrasses, the infinity pool: we felt like celebrities. There are many places in this villa to sit together but there is also always a lovely place for your own if you like. We had a great stay and wonderful evenings. Seeing the sun go down in the sea from the roof terrace was just stunning and romantic: so many colours... The communication went very smooth. We received all the information on forehand we needed and also during our stay we received answers quickly. There are plenty of great activities in the surrounding and the restaurants we visited served delicious foods. Is there nothing negative? Yes. That our vacation here came to an end. We'd love to come back. Thank you for a great stay!

Stunning sunsets!
We had a wonderful time. Compared to other Airbnb house with similarly great views of the Pacific, the road to get there wasn’t too bad and it was paved at least half way. Playa Hermosa and other attractions are very nearby.
We watched the most stunning sunsets from the house. You are high up and can see the tree canopy from above which is beautiful.

The place is advertised as "Magnificent jungle hideway…" and it is like a jungle: you hear at dusk or dawn the howling monkeys, which are quite frightening the first few times you hear them. We got to see coatis, peccaries, birds of every kind. An awesome place to be when you come from a North American city.
And the house is a like a haven, after a day on the beaten track or at the beach.

Kids loved the pool and the views from the porch are amazing. We sent many hours sitting on the porch watching monkeys and birds. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Stunning Home!
I cannot say enough good things about our stay! To begin with, the home itself is STUNNING and had absolutely incredible views. We were able to hear & spot howler monkeys up in the trees while walking along the river on the property and saw toucans one evening from the balcony.
Casa Hermosa will leave you breathless.
Casa Hermosa will leave you breathless. You will have the choice of 3 terraces to admire the jungle with the ocean on the horizon. The sun sets right in front of you. It feels like a movie because this place is so heavenly.

The house is more amazing than the description or the photos. Lovely house, perfectly set up and beautifully maintained. Beds were very comfy (we like a firm mattress), kitchen had everything we needed, bathrooms were awesome and the multi-decks are outstanding! We used both of the king rooms and their associated bathrooms and all 4 of us (2couples) were extremely comfortable. The stunning bird watching and many local animal sightings were so much fun. We got to see a very sleepy sloth too!! The outings to national parks, a mangrove park, whale wat hing and an animal sanctuary were just what we were hoping for. Wouter's suggestions and recommendations were absolutely perfect - from restaurants to whale watching he got it right every time. Cannot wait to return! Pira Vida!!

The house is very nice, it is in a super quiet area. My kids really enjoyed the pool.
What a dream house in a magical place!
We especially loved the privacy and the view from the house. The house itself is also very clean and modern. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation close to the beach. The road up to the house is unpaved but very easy to drive. We loved Uvita as it is much less touristy than many of the other places at the beach but it still had great restaurants nearby (by car), surf lessons, beautiful beaches and more. Don’t miss to visit Nauyaca waterfall!

A beautiful property in the middle of the rain forest. The kids loved the pool. My wife and I enjoyed animal watching from the cabin.
We stayed comfortably with 8 people (two families). Definitely rent a 4x4, as part of the magnificence is the secluded location. We would definitely stay again!
Wildlife everywhere!
We had an awesome stay .. we didn’t need to go far to experience the costa rican wildlife.. spotted so many animals from the pool and terraces.. howlers & spider monkeys, agoutis, a tayra, toucans, hummingbirds, parrots, iguanas, lizards and geckos.
