Soda Ojoche is in the heart of the town by Jucaloa Supermarket. A great place if you want to experience the Costa Rican traditional food

Sushi and Fushion is another great dinning option for mediterranean and sushi lovers just outside of town

Playa Ventanas is now wheelchair accesible as well, there is also plenty of parking spaces along the beach, so is a very short walk from your car to the sand. Truly, steps away

Most if the beaches have lifeguards presence, that might vary depending of the time and day of the week. Please always make sure to do a quick scan of the beach to confirm their presence before getting into the water

Playa Tortuga, Playa Ventanas and Playa Hermosa are dog friendly beaches. Remember always to bring your dog in a leach, baggies to pick up dog waits and a bowl to make sure your pet is always hydrated!

Casa Oasis is perfect for families, multi-generational groups or just for a couple looking for some rest-and-relaxation.

Guests have reported seeing toucans, parrots, beautiful butterflies and all kinds of birds and hear and see howler monkeys in the trees from the garden.

It is a beautiful place to discover the south Pacific coast and combine discovery of parks and beaches

Ojochal is home to beaches, tennis courts, pickleball courts, restaurants. grocery stores, a pharmacy, a turtle and animal reserve and even a library.

Playa Tortuga is a very common beach and has a south and a north entrance. Reserva Playa Tortuga is located en route to the south entrance of the beach, and is a volunteer organization that protects, tracks and studies turtles, caymans and birds in the area. Be sure to drop by Reserva Playa Tortuga when visiting Playa Tortuga (beach)

Ojochal is known throughout Costa Rica as home to some of the country's best restaurants, including Citrus, Exotica and Fusion. There are plenty of other restaurants, all with different menus. In addition, to fine dining there is live music most evenings at Los Gatos Locos (the crazy cats), fine baked items at The French Bakery and more there are simple, authentic Costa Rica restaurants with their rice and beans, casadas and fruit juices.
