Tidy, comfy, and convenient
If you are looking to get away by yourself on the South Pacific coast of Costa Rica, these folks have done the heavy lifting for you! Casa Big Sky was easy to check in and check out, fully outfitted for home cooking, and close to several grocery stores and restaurants. But you’d never know convenience was so close while lounging by the private plunge pool in the back yard. We loved it. We also loved the full-service concierge provided by Osa Property Management! Want a private chef to cook dinner at your house? Done. Need a zip line tour next week? Done. Nick’s team didn’t just provide us a house, they made our whole vacation easy. Thank you so much!

Location: on the Pacific Ocean side in the hills of portal on. House is perfectly surrounded by nature providing wonderful views of both the sunrise and sunset. The scenery is absolutely stunning. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms making the space suitable for groups up to 6. The house provides plenty of privacy while offering plenty of areas to gather. One of my favorite community spaces in the house is the indoor out door breakfast bar perfectly placed between the kitchen and front patio. Additionally, I believe the office nook is the most overlooked yet vital asset during my stay.
It’s the perfect villa for an intimate family vacation, a couples’s group trip, a business or wellness retreat, or even a content creation trip like my own. The staff is wonderful; Ronny is the property manager who welcomed me upon arrival. He was very pleasant and attentive to detail, and handled all my requests with grace.

A lovely send off
We loved the house from the moment we arrived.
It is centrally located in Uvita. You can walk to the beach and many eating establishments. We loved Carlitos. Awesome margaritas! Strong and delicious! Also the Le French Café. Lovely breakfasts and lunches. And I believe soon they will be opened for dinner! Check out Gusto up the mountain for sunset and great Italian food. The couple moved from near Tuscany. Home made pastas.
Now back to the accommodations. We absolutely loved the pool. It was just cool enough to cool off and warm enough to walk right in. My favourite spot to hangout. We weren’t there for vacation, my husband was working every day. It has a great outdoor space for him to work and excellent wifi
Things they need to do better. The kitchen needs a few more utensils, but in all fairness this was a brand new Airbnb and it is still getting established. We felt safe and enjoyed the privacy of this house. When you book here you will love your stay. We did!!!
