Absolutely stunning property with spectacular views and wildlife galore! We were sad we had to leave. 100% need a 4×4 to get up the hill to the property but no problem with if you don’t mind a little bumpy road adventure. Go to the BM supermarcado and get some groceries for your stay and enjoy. You won’t regret booking this property. Response: It was a pleasure Hosting you Angie! Best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Gorgeous outdoors and the pool was incredible. The kitchen was fully stocked (the rice cooker was an added bonus) and bed was comfy. Lots of yard games, chairs and towels for the beach and covered parking. We loved every minute of it. Response: It was an absolute pleasure to Host you all! I cannot even begin to express how beautiful this place is in person. Photos do not do it justice. The price is more than fair for what you get. Beyond how gorgeous the place was, the host made it even better. They were extremely responsive, gave recommendations of the local area, and Gary even gave us a personal tour of Quepos which was fantastic. He also checked in each day of our stay and was so helpful! I have never experienced this level of hospitality before on AirBnb. I would 100% book this place again or even a different one from the same host. I cannot recommend booking this place enough!!! Also one more thing, if you do book this place, it is imperative you get a vehicle with 4WD to get to the property.

Wir sind absolut begeistert von dieser Unterkunft – so etwas haben wir wirklich noch nie erlebt! Das Haus ist fast komplett aus Glas gebaut und bietet dadurch ein einmaliges Naturerlebnis, einzigartige Aussichten aus jedem Zimmer. Jeden Morgen konnten wir Tucans und Papageien beobachten, die direkt vor den Fenstern vorbeifliegen, während man die atemberaubende Aussicht genießt – wie aus einem James-Bond-Film. Die Ausstattung lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Besonders die hochwertige Musikanlage hat uns überrascht – so etwas findet man sonst in keinem Airbnb! Es war einfach perfekt, den Tag mit unserer Lieblingsmusik in dieser Kulisse zu starten oder ausklingen zu lassen. Auch das Management-Team war großartig: super freundlich, immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit – sogar bei der (Costa Rica typisch) steilen Auffahrt wurde uns persönlich der Weg gezeigt. Alles in allem eine 10/10-Erfahrung, die wir jederzeit wiederholen würden. Ein wahr gewordener Traum!

I went here for my 30th birthday with three other friends and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The house was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the porch every morning enjoying coffee watching the wildlife. We saw macaws, monkeys, and many more critters. Check in and check out was extremely easy and the host was great at communication. Ten out of ten stay and we would love to come back some day!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Majestica. The view was absolutely incredible, exactly as pictured. We saw quite a bit of wildlife from the house and neighborhood including Toucans, Macaws, Iguanas, Wild Piggies (or so we think), and more! Our host was always responsive and very helpful. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.

The house is simply amazing. While it has a few quirks that take some time to adjust to, the pros outweigh the minimal cons. The pool & patios are amazing and we saw wildlife daily. Monkeys of all kinds, howlers, white faced and spider plus toucans, parrots, macaws, and all kinds of birds and butterflies all day every single day. Laundry is a must and saves you from over packing. The laundry is one the lower patio, but not an issue to have it close by when we sat outside. Walls and floors are thin so privacy is not really an option. The biggest thing is the stairs to the upstairs are outside the house. So it is important to know you have to go outside to get to first floor and the kitchen and living room. Also note that the first floor does not have a bathroom. You go outside to the pool house bathroom which is a covered walkway and super nice with shower. We got used to the floorplan by end of day 2 and didn’t worry about it at all. The last con is lack of pool railing to step into pool. The stairs are narrow and can be slick making it hard to get into the pool unless you jump in. And it is deep. Very small shallow area around the stairs. The pool patio is also amazing. If it rained we always had an outdoor area to play cards, birdwatch, and enjoy. Simply amazing. Last note – rent a 4×4 for the trip up the hill. It is windy and has bumps, turns, and drop offs. Rainy season can be a slight challenge but very doable and again worth it 100%

Un lugar espectacular para vacacionar y pasarla lindo en familia. Muy tranquilo y privado y a la vez muy cerca de playas, restaurantes y lugares para visitar. Me encantó lo bien que lo tienen cuidado y equipado con todo y más. Cabe resaltar la atención tan fina y amigable de la anfitriona Moira. Lo recomiendo al 100% y esperamos volver pronto.

Super schönes Haus in den Ridges of Potalon, man kann rund ums Haus Kolibris, Tukane, Aras und viele andere Tiere beobachten. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist super, wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern dort und haben nichts vermisst. Auch liegen schöne Strände in nächster Umgebung und Ausflugsziele wie der Manuel Antonio Nationalpark oder die Nauyaca Wasserfälle sind in 45 Minuten erreichbar.

Casa hermosa bien cuidada, solo decir que la segunda pieza es demasiado diferente a la principal, sin closet, cama distinta a la principal, eso debería ser muy específico. Además ingresó personal de la empresa (cerrajero y limpiador de piscina) sin avisar lo que nos produjo confusión y nos asustamos. Solo enviaron un mensaje (por la aplicación) de la empresa que “iba en camino una persona a ver un tema puntual que tuvimos”, pero nunca nos dijeron que llegaría y entraría sin siquiera tocar, eso no nos gustó para nada (LO MÁS NEGATIVO) Response: Hola Manuel Thank you for your review. As is clearly indicated in the Guest Guidebook, which you received the moment you booked the home, the pool cleaner arrived on certain days of the week and must access the pool (as a house rule). In addition, you had issues that we came to fix and we did communicate when someone would be there. We definitely recommend that you always read any information/Guidebook that a Host provides to you for your future stays to alleviate some of the confusion you had. Pura Vida !

La casa es increíble, si lo que buscan es desconectarse y relajarse definitivamente es el lugar, camas suuuuper cómodas, la piscina excelente, estuvimos 3 días y en general la pasamos muy muy bien, tiene todas las comodidades que se necesitan y más. El único punto de mejora sería la dirección, podrían hacer una mejor selección de fotos para las indicaciones, incluir una de la aguja por ejemplo e indicar que deben cargar la dirección en maps o waze antes de empezar a subir porque se pierde la señal.
