I think this home is amazing. It looks just like the pictures. We were a family of 8 and it was super spacious, and had everything for us to cook with. With is being a home surrounded by nature, it’s normal to have bugs around so don’t expect zero bugs and insects. The views are amazing!! This property is a dream. Beautiful surroundings, private, quiet other than the peaceful sounds of nature. Our family of 4 had an incredible stay at the villa. Beautiful infinity pool overlooking the jungle and the ocean in the distance was the highlight. The pictures don’t do justice as to how beautiful the home really is. Newly built house with modern furniture, comfortable beds, and hotel-like amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There was a small super market nearby that had the basic necessities. The closest restaurant was Costanera House 186, where we had some of the best meals not just in Costa Rica, but in the world. If you want to try more restaurants, Ojochal is about 15-20 minutes away. Soda Ojoche in Ojochal has amazing local dishes for cheap. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Uvita/Ojochal area. We had such a great time, the house was super beautiful, very roomy too. And they went all out with the AC units. The house is in a great location, super peaceful. Lots of macaws flying over the property. We will be coming back.

Super séjour! Grande villa très belle et propre. Elle est situé en haut d’une montagne et le chemin pour si rendre est non pavé. Il faut compter un 15-20 minutes de route en sortant de la route principale pour s’y rendre. Nous ne sortions pas le soir pour cette raison. Super tranquille. Vue magnifique! Il y a une petite rivière sur le chemin pour s’y rendre où il a été vraiment plaisant de s’y baigner! Il y a souvent eu des coupures d’électricité qui durait entre 10 minutes et 2 h ce qui semble être la norme dans le secteur. Nous n’avions pas de lampe de poche disponible dans la maison et l’hôte nous en a fait parvenir le lendemain! Response: Thank you so much, Edith, for the wonderful 5-star review! Great location, far from the noisy towns but at the same time a quick drive to many attractions. The area is very rural, lots of animals and insects. Gotta watch out for the ants outside and the cane frogs. We visited with two small dogs and they got bit by ants and almost bit a cane frog which would have been disastrous, but that’s just part of being in contact with nature and has nothing to do with the property nor the owners. Do keep in mind they use an energy saving system for the AC and it can be tricky to get used to how it works. The pool cleaning crew came twice during our stay which was a nice gesture as leaves from the nearby plants can get it dirty very quickly. Overall it was a nice, quiet and relaxing stay, at a very reasonable distance driving to main attractions. Response: Thank you so much, Jose, for the thoughtful 5-star review! Fantastic modern and stylish villa. Really well equipped inside and out with a modern kitchen and bathroom, laundry facilities, BBQ and good sized pool. This place was a perfect oasis for our honeymoon. Close enough to Uvita for a short drive to fun places and beaches, but just enough outside of town to enjoy nature. There is no place to stay but here if you’re in the area.
